1Research and Application Prospect of Computer Simulation on Heat Treatment Process显示文摘In this paper, a modified temperature-phase transformation-stress/strain field coupled 3D non-linear mathematical model was used in the computer simulation on heat treatment processes of workpieces including catch jaw, anchor ring, cold roller, large-scale bearing roller, nitriding crank shaft, etc. The simulation on complicated technologies such as pre-cooled quenching, double media quenching, self-tempering, difference temperature heating, nitriding distortion was carried out. The optimum design of heat treatment technology has been realized. 2Screening for differentially expressed genes in Anoectochilus roxburghii (Orchidaceae) during symbiosis with the mycorrhizal fungus Epulorhiza sp.显示文摘Mycorrhizal fungi promote the growth and development of plants, including medicinal plants. The mechanisms by which this growth promotion occurs are of theoretical interest and practical importance to agriculture. Here, an endophytic fungus (AR-18) was isolated from roots of the orchid Anoectochilus roxburghii growing in the wild, and identified as Epulorhiza sp. Tissue-cultured seedlings of A. roxburghii were inoculated with AR-18 and co-cultured for 60 d. Endotrophic mycorrhiza formed and the growth of A. roxburghii was markedly promoted by the fungus. To identify genes in A. roxburghii that were differentially expressed during the symbiosis with AR-18, we used the differential display reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (DDRT-PCR) method to compare the transcriptomes between seedlings inoculated with the fungus and control seedlings. We amplified 52 DDRT-PCR bands using 15 primer combinations of three anchor primers and five arbitrary primers, and nine bands were re-amplified by double primers. Reverse Northern blot analyses were used to further screen the bands. Five clones were up-regulated in the symbiotic interaction, including genes encoding a uracil phosphoribosyltransferase (UPRTs; EC 2.4.2.9) and a hypothetical protein. One gene encoding an amino acid transmembrane transporter was down-regulated, and one gene encoding a tRNA-Lys (trnK) and a maturase K (matK) pseudogene were expressed only in the inoculated seedlings. The possible roles of the above genes, especially the UPRTs and matK genes, are discussed in relation to the fungal interaction. 3Numerical Simulation on Thermal Stress of Large-scale Bearing Roller during Heating Process of Final Heat Treatment显示文摘hi this paper, the non-linear finite element method had been applied to calculate the thermal stress evolving process of the large-scale bearing roller during heating process of final heat treatment. It was found that two stress peaks appeared during heating process and the second stress peak was higher than the first. If the preheating time was elongated, the second stress peak was reduced distinctly. 4Research on Strong Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Test Method by Time-frequency Combination显示文摘Many conventional methods of testing strong and pulsed electromagnetic fields,the ones used in radars for example,had deficiencies due to the difficulty in obtaining simultaneous information about the electromagnetic field's peak both in the time domain and in the frequency domain.With regard to this problem,after analyzing the time-domain and the frequency-domain characteristics of radar pulsed signals,we propose a new time-frequency combination test method based on the correction of the test parameters,as well as its correction method at different bandwidths.The test method is applied in a quick test of a high-power pulsed radar signal,and the corrected results have error less than 1 dB in both the time domain and the frequency domain,which indicates that the proposed time-frequency combined method is effective in testing strong and pulsed electromagnetic fields.TANG Shiping CAI Mingjuan LI Jianxuan 2013高电压技术2013,39,10:4
5Carbon stock and sink economic values of forest ecosystem in the forest industry region of Heilongjiang Province, China显示文摘The values of forest carbon stock (CSV) and carbon sink (COV) are important topics in the global carbon cycle. We quantitatively analyzed the factors affecting changes in both for forest ecosystem in 2000−2015. With multiple linear stepwise regression analysis, we obtained the factors that had a significant impact on changes of CSV and COV, and then the impacts of these variables on CSV and COV were used for further quantitative analysis using the vector autoregressive model. Our results indicated that both stand age and afforestation area positively affect CSV and COV;however, the forest enterprise gross output value negatively affects CSV. Stand age has the largest long-term cumulative impact on CSV and COV, reaching 40.4% and 9.8%, respectively. The impact of enterprise gross output value and afforestation area on CSV and COV is the smallest, reaching 4.0% and 0.3%, respectively.Mingjuan Li 2022Journal of Forestry Research2022,33,3:1

10An optimum route to prepare FePO_4 ·2H_2O and its use as an iron source to synthesize LiFePO_4显示文摘LiFePO4 cathode material is synthesized by a simple solid-state reaction method with FePO4 ·2H2O as iron source and citric acid as reductive agent and carbon source. This study examines the effects of different oxidation routes to prepare FePO4 ·2H2O on the electrochemical performance of as-synthesized LiFePO4 . Iron phosphate was prepared by two routes from FeSO4 ·7H2O. One is the formation of Fe3(PO4)2 precipitate in the first step and subsequent oxidation to FePO4 precipitate. The other is the oxidation of ferrous to ferric ion firstly, and then to form FePO4 precipitate directly. The results indicate that substantial differences in the structure and electrochemical properties of LiFePO4 depend on the behavior of FePO4 . Iron phosphate obtained through one step precipitation has a smaller particle size and more uniform particle distribution, which is demonstrated to be more applicable as the iron source to synthesize LiFePO4 /C. As-prepared LiFePO4 /C shows an excellent rate capability and cycle performance. The initial discharge capacities of 160.6 mAh/g and 107 mAh/g are achieved at 0.1 C and 10 C, respectively. 11Attenuation mechanism of Brucella melitensis M5-10,implications for vaccine development and differential diagnosis显示文摘Brucellosis is a worldwide zoonosis.Vaccination is the most efficient means to prevent and control brucellosis.The current licensed attenuated vaccines for animal use were developed by sequential passage in nonnatural hosts that decreased virulence in its original hosts.The attenuation mechanism of these strains remains largely unknown.In the present study,we sequenced the genome of Brucella melitensis vaccine strain M5-10.Sequence analysis showed that a large number of genetic changes occurred in the vaccine strains.A total of 2854 genetic polymorphic sites,including 2548 SNP,241 INDEL and 65 MNV were identified.Of the 2074 SNPs in coding regions,1310(63.2%)were non-synonymous SNPs.Gene number,percent and N/S ratios were disproportionally distributed among the cog categories.Genetic polymorphic sites were identified in genes of the virB operon,flagella synthesis,and virulence regulating systems.These data indicate that changes in some cog categories and virulence genes might result in the attenuation.These attenuation mechanisms also have implications for screening and development of new vaccine strains.The genetic changes in the genome represent candidate sites for differential diagnosis between these vaccine strains and other virulence ones.Transcription analysis of virulence genes showed that expression of dnaK,vjbR were reduced in M5-10 strain when compared with that in 16M.A duplex PCR targeting virB6 and dnaK was successfully used to differentiate between M5-10 and the virulent 16M strain.The genome re-sequencing technique represents a strong strategy not only for evaluation of vaccines,but also for development of new vaccines.Yuanqiang ZHENG Yanchun SHI Chang AN Ruisheng LI Dongjun LIU Yuehua KE Kairong MAO Mingjuan YANG Zeliang CHEN Shorgan BOU 2014Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2014,1,4:0
12Excellent magnetic softness-magnetization synergy and suppressed defect activation in soft magnetic amorphous alloys by magnetic field annealing显示文摘Fe-based amorphous alloys with high saturation magnetic flux density(B_(s))are increasingly attractive from both scientific and technological points of view,however,they usually suffer from the trade-off between magnetization and softness.In this work,we explore the soft magnetic properties(SMPs),magnetic and atomic structures,and defect activation during creep deformation of as-quenched and annealed Fe_(82.65-x)Co_(x)Si_(2)B_(14)Cu_(1.35)(x=0-20)amorphous alloys(AAs).Improved magnetic softness-magnetization synergy has been realized in all these alloys by field annealing.Particularly,superb SMPs with superhigh B_(s) of 1.86 T,low coercivity of 1.2 A/m and high effective permeability of 16300 are obtained in the Fe_(66.65)Co_(16)Si_(2)B_(14)Cu_(1.35) AA.The locally regularized arrangement of domains,homogenized structure with less structural/magnetic defects and suppressed crystal-like ordering by field annealing contribute synergistically to the superb SMPs.Besides,the relaxation time spectra obtained from creep deformation indicate less liquid-like and solid-like defects activated in the field-annealed AA,which is correlated with the structural homogenization and superb SMPs.This work provides new and comprehensive insight into the interplay among external field,heterogeneous structure,SMPs and defect activation of Fe-based AAs,and offers a promising pathway for softening amorphous alloys with high Bs.Qiang Luo Donghui Li Mingjuan Cai Siyi Di Zhengguo Zhang Qiaoshi Zeng Qianqian Wang Baolong Shen 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,21:0

14Effect and Mechanism of miRNA-139-5p in the Occurrence and Development of Colorectal Cancer显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the effect and mechanism of miRNA-139-5 p in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.[Method]Forty SPF grade C57BL/6 male mice,including 20 miRNA-139-5p knockout( KO) mice and 20 wild-type( WT) mice,were selected to establish the animal models of colorectal cancer. The occurrence and development of colorectal cancer in mice were observed. H&E staining was performed to analyze histopathological changes and immunohistochemical expression of proliferative proteins. The level of apoptosis of tumor cells was detected by TUNEL assay. [Result]During cancer induction,the body weight of mice in miR-139-5p KO group declined more significantly and recovered slower with lower survival rate compared with that in WT group. The colons of mice in miR-139-5p KO group were shorter with more tumors than those in WT group. In addition,mice in KO group exhibited rapider progression of colorectal cancer,higher deterioration degree and lower apoptosis level of tumor cells. It has a positive effect on promoting economic development and helping farmers to get out of poverty in Guangxi. But there is almost nothing to do with the processing and utilization. Taking the route of processing and utilization is an inevitable trend of development of Longtan pearl plum industry with the increase of the planting area and yield year by year. 19MtROP8 is involved in root hair development and the establishment of symbiotic interaction between Medicago truncatula and Sinorhizobium meliloti显示文摘Emerging evidence has demonstrated that ROP GTPases play important roles in symbiosis,but the molecular mechanisms on their regulation in symbiosis are largely unknown.In this study,we showed that MtROP8 is involved in the symbiotic interaction between Medicago truncatula and Sinorhizobium meliloti.Expression analyses showed that MtROP8 was down-regulated in the early infected roots,but significantly up-regulated in nodules compared to the roots.Phenotypic analysis of RNA interference(RNAi)-mediated silencing of MtROP8 revealed that knock-down of MtROP8 expression resulted in various developmental defects of root hairs,including branched hairs,short bulbous root hairs,and even root hairs with apparent swollen bases,which were caused by the modification of the distribution and the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS).Moreover,infection events were increased in transgenic roots harboring the MtROP8 RNAi construct in response to S.meliloti inoculation,concomitant with enhanced nodulation.These results indicate that MtROP8participates in root hair development and the establishmentof the symbiotic interaction by regulating ROS production and distribution.Qi Wang Mingjuan Lei Aimin Chen Ruigang Wang Guojing Li Yanzhang Wang 2014Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,32:0
20Quantitative analysis of the impact of various urban socioeconomic indicators on search-engine-based estimation of COVID-19 prevalence显示文摘Numerous studies have proposed search engine-based estimation of COVID-19 prevalence during the COVID-19 pandemic;however,their estimation models do not consider the impact of various urban socioeconomic indicators(USIs).This study quantitatively analysed the impact of various USIs on search engine-based estimation of COVID-19 prevalence using 15 USIs(including total population,gross regional product(GRP),and population density)from 369 cities in China.The results suggested that 13 USIs affected either the correlation(SC-corr)or time lag(SC-lag)between search engine query volume and new COVID-19 cases(p<0.05).Total population and GRP impacted SC-corr considerably,with their correlation coefficients r for SC-corr being 0.65 and 0.59,respectively.Total population,GRP per capita,and proportion of the population with a high school diploma or higher had simultaneous positive impacts on SC-corr and SC-lag(p<0.05);these three indicators explained 37e50%of the total variation in SC-corr and SC-lag.Estimations for different urban agglomerations revealed that the goodness of fit,R2,for search engine-based estimation was more than 0.6 only when total urban population,GRP per capita,and proportion of the population with a high school diploma or higher exceeded 11.08 million,120,700,and 38.13%,respectively.A greater urban size indicated higher accuracy of search engine-based estimation of COVID-19 prevalence.Therefore,the accuracy and time lag for search engine-based estimation of infectious disease prevalence can be improved only when the total urban population,GRP per capita,and proportion of the population with a high school diploma or higher are greater than the aforementioned thresholds.Ligui Wang Mengxuan Lin Jiaojiao Wang Hui Chen Mingjuan Yang Shaofu Qiu Tao Zheng Zhenjun Li Hongbin Song 2022Infectious Disease Modelling2022,7,2:0
