| 2 | Coal and gas outburst dynamic system显示文摘Coal and gas outburst is an extremely complex dynamic disaster in coal mine production process which will damage casualties and equipment facilities, and disorder the ventilation system by suddenly ejecting a great amount of coal and gas into roadway or working face. This paper analyzed the interaction among the three essential elements of coal and gas outburst dynamic system. A stress-seepage-damage coupling model was established which can be used to simulate the evolution of the dynamical system, and then the size scale of coal and gas outburst dynamical system was investigated. Results show that the dynamical system is consisted of three essential elements, coal-gas medium(material basis), geology dynamic environment(internal motivation) and mining disturbance(external motivation). On the case of C13 coal seam in Panyi Mine, the dynamical system exists in the range of 8–12 m in front of advancing face. The size scale will be larger where there are large geologic structures. | 3 | Land cover change along the Qinghai-Tibet Highway and Railway from 1981 to 2001显示文摘Based on the NOAA AVHRR-NDVI monthly data from 1981 to 2001, the spatial distribution and dynamic change of land cover along the Qinghai-Tibet Highway and Railway were studied. The results of the analytical data indicate that the NDVI values in July, August and September are rather high during a year, and a linear trend by calculating NDVI of each pixel computed based on the average values of NDVI in July, August and September were obtained. The results are as follows: 1) Land cover of the study area by NDVI displays high at two sides of the area and low in the center, and agriculture area > alpine meadow > alpine grassland > desert grassland. 2) In the study area, the amount of pixels with high increase, slight increase, no change, slight decrease and high decrease account for 0.29%, 14.86%, 67.61%, 16.7% and 0.57% of the whole area, respectively. The increase of land cover pixels is mainly in the agriculture and alpine meadow and the decrease pixels mainly in the alpine grassland, desert grassland and hungriness. | 5 | Soya saponin improves egg-laying performance and immune function of laying hens显示文摘Background:Soya saponin(SS),an active compound in soybean meals,has been widely studied in the medical field.However,it was considered as an anti-nutritional factor in poultry diets.The objective of this experiment was to measure the effects of dietary SS using three dietary treatments on egg-laying performance and immune function of laying hens.Birds were fed a low soybean meal basal diet(CON),a low-SS diet(50 SS)containing 50mg/kg SS,or a high-SS diet(500 SS)containing 500 mg/kg SS for 10 weeks.At the end of the 5th and 10th week of the trial,samples were collected for analysis.Results:Results showed that with 50 mg/kg SS supplementation,the egg production rate,feed conversion ratio(FCR),and eggshell quality tended to be improved.Serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and Interleukin-4(IL-4)levels were also elevated as well as the peripheral blood LPS stimulation index,the proportion of B lymphocytes,and antibody titer of bovine serum albumin(BSA).We also found that mRNA levels of follicle stimulating hormone receptor(FSHR)in ovarian,nuclear transcription factor kappa B(NF-κB),Transforming growth factor(TGF-β)and interferonγ(IFN-γ)in spleen were up-regulated at the end of the trial.Additionally,dietary 50 mg/kg SS improved the ileal flora via up-regulating the relative abundance of Lactobacillus,Romboutsia and Lactobacillus delbrueckii.Although the immune related indicators were improved with 500 mg/kg SS supplemented,it seemed to have a negative influence on the laying-performance.Specifically,serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and the ratio of IFN-γto IL-4 were increased in the 500 SS group at the end of the trial.The m RNA levels of gonadotropin releasing hormone 1(GnRH1)in Hypothalamus,the estrogen related receptor(ERR)in ovaries were downregulated as well as the egg production rate during the trial with 500 mg/kg SS supplemented.Conclusions:The egg production performance was improved by dietary supplemented with 50 mg/kg SS via increasing ovarian FSHR transcription level and serum estrogen level.A beneficial shift in intestinal microflora was recorded,and the immune function of laying hens was also improved with 50 mg/kg SS supplementation.Surprisingly,the long-term supplementation of 500 mg/kg SS exerted a negative impact on the laying performance and physiological functions of the liver of laying hens. | Peng Li Yizhu Zhao Shaojia Yan Bocheng Song Yongfa Liu Mingkun Gao Dazhi Tang Yuming Guo | 2022 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,3: | 5 |

| 7 | Structure and deformation measurements of shallow overburden during top coal caving longwall mining显示文摘Mining induced pressures are strong and overburden failure areas are large in top coal caving longwall mining, which constrains high production and safety mining. By employing the combination of the full view borehole photography technique and the seismic CT scanner technique, the deformation and failure of overlying strata of fully mechanized caving face in shallow coal seam were studied and the failure development of overburden was determined. Results show that the full view borehole photography can reveal the characteristics of strata, and the seismic CT scanner can reflect the characteristics of strata between the boreholes. The combined measurement technique can effectively determine the height of fractured and caved zones. The top end of the caved zone in Yangwangou coal mine employing the top coal caving longwall mining was at the depth of 171 m and fractured zone was at the depth of 106-110 m. | 8 | Q-switched fiber laser based on saturable absorption of ferroferric-oxide nanoparticles显示文摘We demonstrate that ferroferric-oxide(Fe_3O_4) nanoparticles exhibit nonlinear saturable absorption property at1.55 μm, and fabricate two filmy saturable absorbers by embedding the nanoparticles into a polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) film or polyimide(PI) film separately. In the Fe_3O_4-PVA(Fe_3O_4-PI) Q-switched fiber laser, the pulse repetition rate increases from 8.5 kHz(5.5 kHz) to 28 kHz(49 kHz) and the pulse duration decreases from 23.5 μs(47 μs) to 6 μs(3.5 μs) by varying the pump power from 25 m W(23 mW) to 150 m W(650 mW). Experiment results indicate that PI-based saturable absorbers can afford larger powers than PVA-based saturable absorbers, which can be attributed to the higher fusion point of the PI film. | 9 | Tensile properties analysis of CFRP-titanium plate multi-bolt hybrid joints显示文摘Hybrid joints have better tensile properties than pure bonded and bolted bolts,and are increasingly used in the aerospace field.Tensile tests are carried out for the Hybrid Bonded/Bolted(HBB)joints of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer(CFRP)laminate and titanium alloy plate under different bolt numbers,and the corresponding load–displacement curves are obtained.At the same time,based on Continuum Damage Mechanics(CDM)theory,which is derived from 3D Hashin failure criteria,and a Cohesive Zone Model(CZM),the tensile strength prediction model of the composite laminate-titanium alloy plate multi-bolted HBB joint was established,and the numerical simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental height,which validate the feasibility of the model.The difference in the bearing capacity of HBB joints under different numbers of bolts is compared and analyzed.On this basis,the influence of inter-bolt distance on the tensile properties of the HBB joints is explored.The results show that the double-nail HBB joints can effectively improve the end warpage and low bearing capacity of the single-nail HBB joints.The tensile failure load of the double-nail HBB joints under the standard lap width(30 mm)is 82.6%higher than that of the single nail,the tensile failure load of the three-bolt HBB joints is 34.1%higher than that of the double nail.For the three-bolt HBB joint,the joint strength is controlled by the adhesive and the external bolt,while the internal bolt is redundant,the hybrid joint can be simplified by reducing the middle bolt.The inter-bolt distance has a great influence on the failure load of the hybrid joint.Increasing the inter-bolt distance can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the structure. | Yanping ZHENG Chaoyu ZHANG Ying TIE Xu WANG Mingkun LI | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,3: | 2 |

| 11 | Genomes of major fishes in world fisheries and aquaculture: Status, application and perspective显示文摘Capture fisheries and aquaculture provide a significant amount of high-quality protein to human beings and thus play an essential role in ending global hunger and malnutrition.The availability of tens of hundreds of fish genomes and the advances of genomics have allowed addressing many challenging issues such as overfishing and germplasm degradation faced by fisheries and aquaculture.In this review,we describe the current status of genomics in fisheries and aquaculture,with an emphasis on 14 species of fish that are considerably important to global fisheries and aquaculture,in the context of genome sequencing and assembly,annotation,GC contents,and repeats.The majority of these genomes are assembled at the chromosome level and annotated with proteins and pathways,with functional relevance to fisheries and aquaculture,such as environmental adaptation and phenotypic variation.We summarize potential genomic applications in fisheries and aquaculture that are related to assessment and use of genetic resources,disease resistance,growth and development,sexual determination,and fisheries management.Although much progress has been achieved in genomic application to fisheries and aquaculture,the full potential remains to be explored and reaped.We discuss the challenges and perspectives of genomics in translational aquaculture and fisheries,which include genome assembly and annotation,genomic selection and breeding,genomics in fisheries management,and integrated artificial intelligence systems.In the coming decades,we anticipate the applications of genomic techniques such as genome editing and genomic selection,along with the use of emerging intelligence systems,in aquaculture and fisheries will contribute significantly to genetic improvements of farmed fish and sustainable exploitation of fishery resources,which consequently lead to eradicating global poverty by 2030,an ambitious goal set by the United Nations. | Guoqing Lu Mingkun Luo | 2020 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2020,5,4: | 2 |
| 12 | A WO3 nanorod-Cr2O3 nanoparticle composite for selective gas sensing of 2-butanone显示文摘The hexagonal(h)-WO_3-Cr_2 O_3 nanocomposites with different W/Cr molar ratio of 4:1.10:1 and 40:1 were prepared by a facile two-step hydrothermal method, and its gas sensing properties were investigated under optimum working temperature. X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM).transmission electron microscopy(TEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)were used to characterize the morphology, microstructure and crystallinity of the as-synthesized samples. The hexagonal W03 nanorods show a better crystallinity than Cr_2 O_3 nanoparticles. When the molar ratio of W/Cr is 10:1, the hexagonal WO_3-Cr_2 O_3 nanocomposite shows obvious selectivity toward2-butanone at 205℃ compared with other typical reducing gases, and the response value to 100 ppm 2-butanone can reach 5.6. However, there is no selectivity toward 2-butanone when the Cr/W molar ratio is1:4 and 1:40. Furthermore, hexagonal W03-Cr2 O3 nanocomposites have a short response and recovery time to 5 ppm 2-butanone, which is 10 s and 80 s, respectively. | 15 | Population Genetics of SARS-CoV-2: Disentangling Effects of Sampling Bias and Infection Clusters显示文摘A novel RNA virus,the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),is responsible for the ongoing outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Population genetic analysis could be useful for investigating the origin and evolutionary dynamics of COVID-19.However,due to extensive sampling bias and existence of infection clusters during the epidemic spread,direct applications of existing approaches can lead to biased parameter estimations and data misinterpretation.In this study,we first present robust estimator for the time to the most recent common ancestor(TMRCA)and the mutation rate,and then apply the approach to analyze 12,909 genomic sequences of SARS-CoV-2.The mutation rate is inferred to be 8.69×10^(−4) per site per year with a 95%confidence interval(CI)of[8.61×10^(−4),8.77×10^(−4)],and the TMRCA of the samples inferred to be Nov 28,2019 with a 95%CI of[Oct 20,2019,Dec 9,2019].The results indicate that COVID-19 might originate earlier than and outside of Wuhan Seafood Market.We further demonstrate that genetic polymorphism patterns,including the enrichment of specific haplotypes and the temporal allele frequency trajectories generated from infection clusters,are similar to those caused by evolutionary forces such as natural selection.Our results show that population genetic methods need to be developed to efficiently detangle the effects of sampling bias and infection clusters to gain insights into the evolutionary mechanism of SARS-CoV-2.Software for implementing VirusMuT can be downloaded at http://gffzzdbc7b6aaae734bddsffqwk9ub59ob6wcb.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/biocode/tools/BT007081. | Qi Liu Shilei Zhao Cheng-Min Shi Shuhui Song Sihui Zhu Yankai Su Wenming Zhao Mingkun Li Yiming Bao Yongbiao Xue Hua Chen | 2020 | Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2020,18,6: | 1 |
