1Detecting and monitoring of water inrush in tunnels and coal mines using direct current resistivity method:A review显示文摘Detecting, real-time monitoring and early warning of underground water-bearing structures are critically important issues in prevention and mitigation of water inrush hazards in underground engineering.Direct current(DC) resistivity method is a widely used method for routine detection, advanced detection and real-time monitoring of water-bearing structures, due to its high sensitivity to groundwater. In this study, the DC resistivity method applied to underground engineering is reviewed and discussed,including the observation mode, multiple inversions, and real-time monitoring. It is shown that a priori information constrained inversion is desirable to reduce the non-uniqueness of inversion, with which the accuracy of detection can be significantly improved. The focused resistivity method is prospective for advanced detection; with this method, the flanking interference can be reduced and the detection distance is increased subsequently. The time-lapse resistivity inversion method is suitable for the regions with continuous conductivity changes, and it can be used to monitor water inrush in those regions. Based on above-mentioned features of various methods in terms of benefits and limitations, we propose a three-dimensional(3D) induced polarization method characterized with multi-electrode array, and introduce it into tunnels and mines combining with real-time monitoring with time-lapse inversion and cross-hole resistivity method. 2Crystallization and thermal fatigue of ZrTiCuNiBe bulk amorphous alloys heated by laser pulses显示文摘The crystallization and thermal fatigue behavior of Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloys heated by laser pulses was investigated. The results showed that crystallization occurred even below the crystallization temperature Tx in a low cycle time. Cracks appearred before or after crystallization of the heated area in the sample. The crystallization degree increased with the heating temperature and cycles. An increase in the fatigue cracks number was also observed. 3Corrosion behavior of bulk metallic glasses in different aqueous solutions显示文摘The corrosion behavior of as-cast fully amorphous, structural relaxed amorphous and crystallized Fe65.5Cr4Mo4Ga4P12C5B5.5 bulk metallic glasses (BMGs) in NaCl, HCl and NaOH solutions was investigated by electrochemical polarization and immersion methods. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements was used to analyze the changes of the elements on the alloy surface before and after immersion in various solutions. The corrosion resistance of the Fe65.5Cr4Mo4Ga4P12C5B5.5 BMG was better than its structural relaxation/crystallization counterparts and common alloys (such as stainless steel, carbonized steel, and steel) in the selected aqueous solutions. 4The fluidity and molding ability of glass-forming Zr-based alloy melt显示文摘The fluidity and filling ability of glass-forming Zr-based alloy melt in copper mould were investigated both theoretically and experimentally. The major factors which affected the flowing behavior of the metallic melt in the mold were determined,which provides the foundation for overcoming the contradiction between the filling and formation of amorphous alloy during the rapid cooling process of the metallic melts. The casting factors to prepare a metallic ring were discussed and selected. 5Heavy mineral assemblage characteristics and the Cenozoic paleogeographic evolution in southwestern Qaidam Basin显示文摘Based on the analysis of heavy mineral assemblages in Cenozoic southwestern Qaidam Basin, we found that different areas have variable heavy mineral assemblage characteristics, which suggested that there were two source areas—the Altyn Mountains and the Qimen Tagh-East Kunlun Mountains. In Ganchaigou-Shizigou-Huatugou(Area A), which was mainly source from the Altyn Mountains, its heavy minerals were mainly composed of zircon, Ti-oxides, and wollastonite in the Paleoceneearly Eocene and mainly of unstable minerals, especially amphibole, in the middle Eocene-Oligene. Since the late OligoceneMiocene, the heavy minerals were still mainly unstable minerals, but the content of epidote increased and the content of amphibole decreased. In Qigequan-Hongliuquan(Area B), which was the mixed source from the Altyn Mountains and the Qimen Tagh-East Kunlun Mountains, its heavy minerals were mainly garnet, epidote, and amphibole. The source of LücaotanDongchaishan-Kunbei(Area C) was mainly from the Qimen Tagh-East Kunlun Mountains, heavy minerals in the sediments in Area C were mainly zircon and Ti-oxides in Paleogene and garnet, epidote, and amphibole in Neogene. In Yuejin-Youshashan(Area D), where the stable minerals and unstable minerals were present simultaneously, the heavy mineral assemblages was controlled by multi-direction source. The variation of heavy mineral assemblages in southwestern Qaidam Basin shows that Altyn Mountains was of low-lying topographic relief in Paleocene-early Eocene, and the rapid uplift of Altyn Mountains started from the middle Eocene. In Paleogene, the Altyn Tagh Fault had a slow strike-slip velocity, but the strike-slip velocity increased greatly since the late Oligocene, leading to a strike-slip displacement above 300 km since Neogene. 6Comparative Transcriptome Analysis Reveals Different Host Cell Responses to Acute and Persistent Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus Infection显示文摘Foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV) rapidly causes cytopathic effects in susceptible cells. Incomplete viral clearance during the acute infection leads to persistent infection. The relationship between host gene expression and the persistent infection remains unclear. In this study, we analyzed the transcriptome profiles of BHK-21 cells acutely and persistently infected with FMDV to identify differences in gene expression. GO and KEGG enrichment analyses showed that the 8,378 differentially expressed genes were significantly enriched in categories including metabolism, biosynthesis, ribosome function, and endocytosis. In persistently infected BHK-21 cells, ribosome-and translation-related genes were significantly down-regulated. There were more differentially expressed immune-related genes during persistent infection than during acute infection. Two hundred and seventy-four genes were differentially expressed in both acutely and persistently infected BHK-21 cells. Among these genes, heat shock protein family B member 1(Hspb1) knockdown significantly inhibited FMDV replication. 8Ordered two-dimensional porous Co3O4 nanosheets as electrocatalysts for rechargeable Li-O2 batteries显示文摘Lithium-oxygen batteries have attracted considerable interest in the past a few years, because they have higher theoretical specific energy than Li-ion batteries. However, the available en ergy den sities of the Li-O2 batteries are much less than expected. It is particularly urgent to find catalyst with high activity. Herein, a series of Co3O4 with differe nt morphologies (ordered two-dimensio nal porous nano sheets, flowerlike and cuboidlike) were successfully prepared through facile hydrothermal and calcinatio n methods. Ordered two-dime nsional Co3O4 nano sheets show the best cycling stability. Detailed experimental results reveal that the superiority of the unique two-dimensional uniform porous structures is vital for Li-O2 batteries cathode catalysts. 10Reagent types and action mechanisms in ilmenite flotation:A review显示文摘Ilmenite is an essential mineral for the extraction of titanium.Conventional physical separation methods have difficulty recovering fine ilmenite,and dressing plants have begun applying flotation to recover ilmenite.The interaction of reagent groups with Ti and Fe sites on the ilmenite surface dramatically influences the ilmenite flotation.However,the investigation on Fe sites has received more attention because the activity of Ti is lower than that of Fe.For the activators on ilmenite flotation,most are metal ions but typically lead ions.The metal ions of activators promote ilmenite flotation by increasing the active sites on the ilmenite surface.Combined reagents have a better selective separation of ilmenite than single reagents due to their synergistic effect.Combining the lead ion(Pb^(2+))and the benzyl hydroxamic acid(BHA)into a Pb-BHA complex has a marked effect on ilmenite flotation,which puts forward a new idea of developing combined reagents for ilmenite flotation.This review considers reagent types and action mechanisms in ilmenite flotation.On the basis of the analysis of previous research,a brief future outlook of reagent types and action mechanisms in ilmenite flotation is also proposed in this study.Jiaozhong Cai Jiushuai Deng Liang Wang Mingzhen Hu Hongxiang Xu Xiaoan Hou Bozeng Wu Shimei Li 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,9:2
11SUMOylation-modified Pelota-Hbs1 RNA surveillance complex restricts the infection of potyvirids in plants显示文摘RNA quality control nonsense-mediated decay is involved in viral restriction in both plants and animals.However,it is not known whether two other RNA quality control pathways,nonstop decay and no-go decay,are capable of restricting viruses in plants.Here,we show that the evolutionarily conserved Pelota–Hbs1 complex negatively regulates infection of plant viruses in the family Potyviridae(termed potyvirids),the largest group of plant RNA viruses that accounts for more than half of the viral crop damage worldwide.Pelota enables the recognition of the functional G1-2A6-7 motif in the P3 cistron,which is conserved in almost all potyvirids.This allows Pelota to target the virus and act as a viral restriction factor.Furthermore,Pelota interacts with the SUMO E2-conjugating enzyme SCE1 and is SUMOylated in planta.Blocking Pelota SUMOylation disrupts the ability to recruit Hbs1 and inhibits viral RNA degradation.These findings reveal the functional importance of Pelota SUMOylation during the infection of potyvirids in plants.Linhao Ge Buwei Cao Rui Qiao Hongguang Cui Shaofang Li Hongying Shan Pan Gong Mingzhen Zhang Hao Li Aiming Wang Xueping Zhou Fangfang Li 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,3:2

13Identification of Critical Components of Complex Product Based on Hybrid Intuitionistic Fuzzy Set and Improved Mahalanobis-Taguchi System显示文摘To avoid the decrease of system reliability due to insufficient component maintenance and the resource waste caused by excessive component maintenance,identifying the critical components of complex products is an effective way to improve the efficiency of maintenance activities.Existing studies on identifying critical components of complex products are mainly from two aspects i.e.,topological properties and functional properties,respectively.In this paper,we combine these two aspects to establish a hybrid intuitionistic fuzzy set to incorporate the different types of attribute values.Considering the mutual correlation between attributes,a combination of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and Improved Mahalanobis-Taguchi System(MTS)is used to determine the λ-Shapley fuzzy measures for attributes.Then,the λ-Shapley Choquet integral intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS(Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution)method is proposed for calculating the closeness degrees of components to generate their ranking order.Finally,a case study which is about the right gear of airbus 320 is taken as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.This novel methodology can effectively solve the critical components identification problem with different types of evaluation information and completely unknown weight information of attributes,which provides the implementation of protection measures for the system reliability of complex products.Naiding Yang Mingzhen Zhang Fangmei Wangdu Ruimeng Li 2021Journal of Systems Science and Systems Engineering2021,30,5:1

19Geminivirus satellite-encoded βC1 activates UPR,induces bZIP60 nuclear export,and manipulates the expression of bZIP60 downstream genes to benefit virus infection显示文摘UPR is a conserved response in eukaryotes and can alleviate endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stresses induced by abiotic and biotic stresses.The interactions between UPR and plant RNA viruses have been documented,while the interplays between UPR and plant DNA viruses remain unknown.Using tomato yellow leaf curl China virus(TYLCCNV)and its associated betasatellite(TYLCCNB)as a model,we indicate that TYLCCNBβC1 is a major inducer of UPR and can upregulate the expression of b ZIP60,a transcription factor in Nicotiana benthamiana plants.Treatment using ER stress inducers or overexpression of Nbb ZIP60 increasesβC1 accumulation and benefits TYLCCNV/TYLCCNB infection in N.benthamiana plants,and vice versa.In the TYLCCNV/TYLCCNB-infected or theβC1-expressing cells,Nbb ZIP60 is exported from the nucleus to the nuclear periphery via the XPO1 pathway,and blocking the XPO1 pathway inhibited TYLCCNV/TYLCCNB infection.We have found that the Nbb ZIP60-regulated pro-survival genes could promote virus infection,and the pro-death gene plays a contrasting role in virus infection.This study reveals that geminivirus infection activates UPR and utilizes the up-regulated molecular chaperons to promote viral infection,and then induces the nuclear export of Nbb ZIP60 to evade plant defense response,which is a distinct virulence strategy exploited by plant pathogens.Mingzhen Zhang Buwei Cao Hui Zhang Zaifeng Fan Xueping Zhou Fangfang Li 2023Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,6:1
