| 1 | Transition-Metal-Free Defluorosilylation of Fluoroalkenes with Silylboronates显示文摘Silylated fluoroalkenes are important synthetic intermediates with complementary reactivity,which play a key role in the construction of natural products,pharmaceuticals,and manmade materials.Converting the normally highly stable fiuoroalkenes into silylated fluoroalkenes by selective defluorosilylation is a challenging task.Herein,we report a simple,inexpensive and robust defluorosilylation of a variety of fluoroalkenes with silylboronates in the presence of alkoxy base to directly synthesize various silylated fluoroalkenes.The protocol features mild and safe reaction conditions that avoid a catalyst,a transition metal,a ligand,and high reaction temperature and tolerates a wide scope of fluoroalkene substrates without compromising the efficiency.Density functional theory calculations show that transient silyl anion complex undergoes an SN2,or SNv substitution,which is responsible for this base-mediated defluorosilylation. | Pan Gao Guoqiang Wang Longlong Xi Minyan Wang Shuhua Li Zhuangzhi Shi | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Chemistry2019,37,10: | 5 |
| 2 | Physico-chemical characterization and source tracking of black carbon at a suburban site in Beijing显示文摘Particles from ambient air and combustion sources including vehicle emission, coal combustion and biomass burning were collected and chemically pretreated with the purpose of obtaining isolated BC(black carbon) samples. TEM(transmission electron microscopy)results indicate that BC from combustion sources shows various patterns, and airborne BC appears spherical and about 50 nm in diameter with a homogeneous surface and turbostratic structure. The BET(Barrett–Emmett–Teller) results suggest that the surface areas of these BC particles fall in the range of 3–23 m2/g, with a total pore volume of 0.03–0.05 cm3/g and a mean pore diameter of 7–53 nm. The nitrogen adsorption–desorption isotherms are indicative of the accumulation mode and uniform pore size. O2-TPO(temperature programmed oxidation)profiles suggest that the airborne BC oxidation could be classified as the oxidation of amorphous carbon, which falls in the range of 406–490°C with peaks at 418, 423 and 475°C,respectively. | 3 | CRA-40/Atmosphere—The First-Generation Chinese Atmospheric Reanalysis(1979–2018):System Description and Performance Evaluation显示文摘Atmospheric reanalysis reproduces the past atmospheric conditions through assimilation of historical meteorological observations with fixed version of a numerical weather prediction(NWP)model and data assimilation(DA)system.It is widely used in weather,climate,and even business-related research and applications.This paper reports the development of CMA’s first-generation global atmospheric reanalysis(RA)covering 1979–2018(CRA-40;CRA refers to CMA-RA).CRA-40 is produced by using the Global Spectral Model(GSM)/Gridpoint Statistical Interpolation(GSI)at a 6-h time interval and a TL574 spectral(34-km)resolution with the model top at 0.27 hPa.A large number of reprocessed satellite data and widely collected conventional observations were assimilated during the reanalyzing process,including the reprocessed atmospheric motion vector(AMV)products from FY-2C/D/E/G satellites,dense conventional observations(at about 120 radiosonde and 2400 synoptic stations)over China,as well as MWHS-2 and GNSS-RO observations from FY-3C.The reanalysis fitting to observations is improved over time,especially for surface pressure with root-mean-square error reduced from 1.05 hPa in 1979 to 0.8 hPa,and for upper air temperature from 1.65 K in 1979 to 1.35 K,in 2018.The patterns of global analysis increments for temperature,specific humidity,and zonal wind are consistent with the changes in the observing system.Near surface temperature from the model’s 6-h forecast reflects the global warming trend reasonably.The CRA-40 precipitation pattern matches well with those of GPCP and other reanalyses.CRA-40 also successfully captures the QBO and its vertical and temporal development,hemispherical atmospheric circulation change,and moisture transport by the East Asian summer monsoon.CRA is now operationally running in near real time as a climate data assimilation system in CMA. | Zhiquan LIU Lipeng JIANG Chunxiang SHI Tao ZHANG Zijiang ZHOU Jie LIAO Shuang YAO Jingwei LIU Minyan WANG Huiying WANG Xiao LIANG Zhisen ZHANG Yan YAO Ting ZHU Zhe CHEN Wenhui XU Lijuan CAO Hui JIANG Kaixi HU | 2023 | Journal of Meteorological Research2023,37,1: | 4 |
| 4 | The chromosome-scale genome of Phoebe bournei reveals contrasting fates of terpene synthase (TPS)-a and TPS-b subfamilies显示文摘Terpenoids,including aromatic volatile monoterpenoids and sesquiterpenoids,function in defense against pathogens and herbivores.Phoebe trees are remarkable for their scented wood and decay resistance.Unlike other Lauraceae species investigated to date,Phoebe species predominantly accumulate sesquiterpenoids instead of monoterpenoids.Limited genomic data restrict the elucidation of terpenoid variation and functions.Here,we present a chromosome-scale genome assembly of a Lauraceae tree,Phoebe bournei,and identify 72 full-length terpene synthase(TPS)genes.Genome-level comparison shows pervasive lineage-specific duplication and contraction of TPS subfamilies,which have contributed to the extreme terpenoid variation within Lauraceae species.Although the TPS-a and TPS-b subfamilies were both expanded via tandem duplication in P.bournei,more TPS-a copies were retained and constitutively expressed,whereas more TPS-b copies were lost.The TPS-a genes on chromosome 8 functionally diverged to synthesize eight highly accumulated sesquiterpenes in P.bournei.The essential oil of P.bournei and its main component,b-caryophyllene,exhibited antifungal activities against the three most widespread canker pathogens of trees.The TPS-a and TPS-b subfamilies have experienced contrasting fates over the evolution of P.bournei.The abundant sesquiterpenoids produced by TPS-a proteins contribute to the excellent pathogen resistance of P.bournei trees.Overall,this study sheds light on the evolution and adaptation of terpenoids in Lauraceae and provides valuable resources for boosting plant immunity against pathogens in various trees and crops. | Xiao Han Junhong Zhang Shuang Han Sun Li Chong Guanliang Meng Minyan Song Yang Wang Shengcai Zhou Chengcheng Liu Luhuan Lou Xiongzhen Lou Longjun Cheng Erpei Lin Huahong Huang Qi Yang Zaikang Tong | 2022 | Plant Communications2022,3,6: | 3 |
| 5 | Model-based robustness testing for avionics-embedded software显示文摘Robustness testing for safety-critical embedded software is still a challenge in its nascent stages. In this paper, we propose a practical methodology and implement an environment by employing model-based robustness testing for embedded software systems. It is a system-level black-box testing approach in which the fault behaviors of embedded software is triggered with the aid of modelbased fault injection by the support of an executable model-driven hardware-in-loop (HIL) testing environment. The prototype implementation of the robustness testing environment based on the proposed approach is experimentally discussed and illustrated by industrial case studies based on several avionics-embedded software systems. | 7 | Preparation of BaCe_(0.5)Zr_(0.4)Y_(0.1)O_(3-α) by Sol-Gel Method and Its Electrical Properties显示文摘A precursor of BaCe0.5Zr0.4Y0.1O3-α electrolytes was synthesized by the sol-gel method and sintered at temperature which were 150~250 ℃ lower than by solid state reaction. The AC impedance spectrums of electrolytes were measured by AUTOLAB PGSTA30 electrochemical measuring device at different temperatures. The conductivities of the electrolytes are 1.62×10-4~6.43×10-3, 2.52×10-5~3.73×10-3 S·cm-1 in the temperature range of 350~800 ℃. The activity energies are 0.54 and 0.84 eV. At the same time BaCe0.9Y0.1O3-α was prepared by direct solid state reaction. The conductivity of BaCe0.9Y0.1O3-α is 1×10-4~4×10-3 S·cm-1 and the activation energy is 0.50 eV at the same condition. The results show that conduction of electrolyte prepared by sol-gel method is higher than the one by solid state reaction. | 11 | Linkage between precipitation isotopes and water vapor sources in the monsoon margin:Evidence from arid areas of Northwest China显示文摘The isotope composition in precipitation has been widely considered as a tracer of monsoon activity.Compared with the coastal region,the monsoon margin usually has limited precipitation with large fluctuation and is usually sensitive to climate change.The water resource management in the monsoon margin should be better planned by understanding the composition of precipitation isotope and its influencing factors.In this study,the precipitation samples were collected at five sampling sites(Baiyin City,Kongtong District,Maqu County,Wudu District,and Yinchuan City)of the monsoon margin in the northwest of China in 2022 to analyze the characteristics of stable hydrogen(δD)and oxygen(δ18O)isotopes.We analyzed the impact of meteorological factors(temperature,precipitation,and relative humidity)on the composition of precipitation isotope at daily level by regression analysis,utilized the Hybrid Single-Particle Lagrangian Integrated Trajectory(HYSPLIT)-based backward trajectory model to simulate the air mass trajectory of precipitation events,and adopted the potential source contribution function(PSCF)and concentration weighted trajectory(CWT)to analyze the water vapor sources.The results showed that compared with the global meteoric water line(GMWL),the slope of the local meteoric water line(LMWL;δD=7.34δ^(18)O-1.16)was lower,indicating the existence of strong regional evaporation in the study area.Temperature significantly contributed toδ18O value,while relative humidity had a significant negative effect onδ18O value.Through the backward trajectory analysis,we found eight primary locations that were responsible for the water vapor sources of precipitation in the study area,of which moisture from the Indian Ocean to South China Sea(ITSC)and the western continental(CW)had the greatest influence on precipitation in the study area.The hydrogen and oxygen isotopes in precipitation are significantly influenced by the sources and transportation paths of air mass.In addition,the results of PSCF and CWT analysis showed that the water vapor source areas were primarily distributed in the south and northwest direction of the study area. | CHEN Fenli ZHANG Qiuyan WANG Shengjie CHEN Jufan GAO Minyan Mohd Aadil BHAT | 2024 | Journal of Arid Land2024,16,3: | 0 |

| 15 | Pre-Processing,Quality Assurance,and Use of Global Atmospheric Motion Vector Observations in CRA显示文摘Assimilation of atmospheric motion vectors(AMVs)is important in the initialization of the atmospheric state in numerical weather prediction models,especially over oceans and at high latitudes where conventional data are sparse.This paper presents a detailed description of the pre-processing,quality assurance,and use of global AMVs in China’s first generation of the 40-yr(1979-2018)CRA global atmospheric reanalysis product.A new AMV archive is integrated from near real-time operational Global Telecommunication System data and reprocessed AMV datasets released or produced mainly during 2014-2016 according to a priority principle.To avoid the misuse of data with systematic quality problems,the observations of all 18 types of AMVs from 54 satellites are pre-evaluated over the whole time series.The pre-evaluation system developed by the CRA team is based on the NCEP Gridpoint Statistical Interpolation(GSI)three-dimensional variational assimilation system and the ERA-Interim reanalysis product.The AMVs in the new AMV archive are denser than the AMVs prepared for the Climate Forecast System Reanalysis product,the bias and root-mean-square values are smaller,and the time series are steadier.The new AMV archive is assimilated in the CRA product based on the NCEP GSI assimilation procedure and quality control configuration with reference to the pre-evaluation results.This is the first time that the reprocessed AMVs from Fengyun-2 satellites from June 2005 to July 2017 are assimilated in a reanalysis product.The assimilation features inspire confidence in the accuracy and stability of these data.The mean root-mean-square values of the observation minus analysis infrared,water vapor,and visible AMV were 1.5-3.4,2.7-3.6,and 1.3-2.1 m s-1,respectively.This experience of integrating,pre-evaluating,and assimilating AMV observations is valuable for the next generation of reanalysis products. | Minyan WANG Shuang YAO Lipeng JIANG Tao ZHANG Chunxiang SHI Ting ZHU | 2022 | Journal of Meteorological Research2022,36,6: | 0 |
