| 1 | Gallbladder function and dynamics of bile flow in asymptomatic gallstone disease显示文摘AIM:To investigate the effects of gallbladder stones on motor functions of the gallbladder and the dynamics of bile flow in asymptomatic gallstone disease.METHODS:Quantitative hepatobiliary scintigraphy was performed to detect the parameters of gallbladder motor function [gallbladder ejection fraction(GBEF),gallbladder visualization time(GBVT),gallbladder time to peak activity(GBTmax),gallbladder half emptying time(GBT1/2),and transit time of bile to duodenum(TTBD)] in 24 patients with asymptomatic cholelithiasis who were diagnosed incidentally during routine abdominal ultrasonographic examination and 20 healthy subjects with normal gallbladder.RESULTS:Even though there was no significant difference in the clinical and laboratory parameters between the patient and control groups,all parameters of gallbladder function except TTBD were found to differ significantly between the two groups.GBEF in the patient group was decreased(P=0.000) and GBVT,GBTmax,GBT1/2 in the patient group were longer(P=0.000,P=0.015,P=0.001,respectively).CONCLUSION:Our results showed that even if there were not any clinical and laboratory findings,gallbladder filling and emptying could be impaired in patients with gallstone disease. | Sevim Süreyya eri Feride Meltem zbek Celal eri Bahattin Baykal Hasan Erol Eroglu Zeynep Baykal Mustafa Yildiz Semahat Saglam Ahmet Yesildag | 2009 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2009，15，22： | 8 |
| 2 | Effect of Different Surface Treatment Methods on the Friction and Wear Behavior of AISI 4140 Steel显示文摘In this study,the effects of various surface treatments on the friction and wear behavior of AISI 4140 steel have been evaluated.Sample surfaces of AISI 4140 steel were treated by quenching,carburizing,boronizing and plasma transferred arc (PTA) modification.The microstructural characteristics of surface treated steel samples were examined by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The mechanical properties of the samples including the surface roughness,microhardness,and abrasive and adhesive wear characteristics were also evaluated.Wear tests were applied by using a block-on-disc configuration under dry sliding conditions.The wear behavior and friction characteristics of the samples were determined as a function of sliding distance.Each sample group was compared with the other sample groups,and it was observed that the carburized samples demonstrated the lowest weight losses;however,PTA-treated samples demonstrated the lowest coefficient of friction in comparison to the other sample groups at the same sliding distance. | Mustafa Ulutan Osman N.Celik Hakan Gasan Umit Er | 2010 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010，26，3： | 5 |
| 3 | Recent innovation in benchmark rates (BMR):evidence from influential factors on Turkish Lira Overnight Reference Interest Rate with machine learning algorithms显示文摘Some countries have announced national benchmark rates,while others have been working on the recent trend in which the London Interbank Offered Rate will be retired at the end of 2021.Considering that Turkey announced the Turkish Lira Overnight Reference Interest Rate(TLREF),this study examines the determinants of TLREF.In this context,three global determinants,five country-level macroeconomic determinants,and the COVID-19 pandemic are considered by using daily data between December 28,2018,and December 31,2020,by performing machine learning algorithms and Ordinary Least Square.The empirical results show that(1)the most significant determinant is the amount of securities bought by Central Banks;(2)country-level macroeconomic factors have a higher impact whereas global factors are less important,and the pandemic does not have a significant effect;(3)Random Forest is the most accurate prediction model.Taking action by considering the study’s findings can help support economic growth by achieving low-level benchmark rates. | Öer Depren Mustafa Tevfik Kartal Serpil KılıçDepren | 2021 | Financial Innovation2021，7，1： | 2 |

| 5 | Acupuncture Enhances Chances of Pregnancy in Unexplained Infertile Patients Who Undergo A Blastocyst Transfer in A Fresh-Cycle显示文摘Objective: To analyze the effects of acupuncture on in vitro fertilization patients with unexplained infertility.Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the charts of a total of 302 cycles performed in 273 patients attending Assisted Reproductive Technology(ART) Centre from August 2013 to August 2016.During the study period,embryo transfer with acupuncture(Acupuncture group,46 cases) and without acupuncture(Control group,42 cases) were applied.Prior to embryo transfer,the following points were used in the acupuncture group: Neiguan(CX 6),Diji(SP 8),Taichong(Liv 3),Baihui(Gv 20),and Guilai(S 29).These sessions were carried out two times before and after embryo transfer in a single day.In addition,auricular acupuncture was also performed at ear points,including ear point 55(Shenmen),ear point 58(Zhigong),ear point 22(Neifenmi)and ear point 34(Naodian).The biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate after transplantation were compared between two groups.Results: The clinical pregnancy rate in the acupuncture group was higher than that in the control group [60.9%(28/46) vs.33.3%(14/42),respectively,P<0.05].Likewise,the live birth rate in the acupuncture group was also higher than that in the control group [71.7%(33/46) vs.31.0%(12/42),P<0.01).Conclusion: Administration of acupuncture on the day of embryo transfer dramatically improved fertility results in women who underwent in vitro fertilization/intra-cytoplasm sperm injection for reproduction. | Hakan ?oksüer Mert Ula Barut Murat BozkurT Elif Agacayak Sibel Sak Mustafa Demir Eray Cal?skan | 2019 | Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2019，25，4： | 2 |
