| 1 | 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). | 3 | Prevalence and Risk Factors of Primary Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis in China显示文摘Objective To investigate the prevalence of primary drug-resistant tuberculosis(TB)and associated risk factors in China.We also explored factors contributing to the transmission of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB).Methods A total of 2794 representative,Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates from treatment-naive patients were subjected to drug susceptibility testing,and risk factors for drug-resistant TB were analyzed.We also analyzed MDR-TB strain sublineages,drug-resistance-conferring mutations,and risk factors associated with clustered primary MDR strains.Results Among 2794 Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates from treatment-naive patients,the prevalence of any resistance to first-line drugs was 33.2%and the prevalence of MDR-TB was 5.7%.We did not find any risk factors significantly associated with resistance to first-line drugs.The 93 primary MDR-TB isolates were classified into six sublineages,of which,75(80.6%)isolates were the RD105-deleted Beijing lineage.The largest sublineage included 65(69.9%)isolates with concurrent deletions of RD105,RD207,and RD181.Twenty-nine(31.2%)primary MDR strains grouped in clusters;MDR isolates in clusters were more likely to have S531L rpoB mutation.Conclusion This study indicates that primary drug-resistant TB and MDR-TB strains are prevalent in China,and multiple measures should be taken to address drug-resistant TB. | WANG Sheng Fen ZHOU Yang PANG Yu ZHENG Hui Wen ZHAO Yan Lin | 2016 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2016,29,2: | 6 |
| 4 | Corrosion Resistance of Silane-Modified Hydroxide Zinc Carbonate Film on AZ31 Magnesium Alloy显示文摘The corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys can be improved using functional surface modification such as hydrophobic treatment.In this study,a hierarchical hydroxide zinc carbonate(HZC) film was fabricated on AZ31 magnesium alloy via a simple chemical-bath deposition process using urea aqueous solution.The morphologies,compositions and corrosion resistance of the hydrophobic film were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,and electrochemical measurements as well.The results revealed that the HZC film displayed flower-like protrusions and had a thickness of approximately 100 um.The fluoroalkylsilane(FAS)-modified HZC film exhibited a hydrophobic property with a water contact angle of 131.3°.The FAS/HZC film significantly improved the corrosion resistance of the AZ31 alloy due to hierarchical structures and hydrophobic modification. | Rong-Chang Zeng Li-Jun Liu Ting-Ting Pang Fen Zhang Wei-Wei Zhang Shuo-Qi Li Hong-Zhi Cui En-Hou Han | 2015 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2015,28,3: | 6 |
| 5 | The Effect of n-Hexane on the Gonad Toxicity of Female Mice显示文摘Objective To investigate the toxic effects of n-hexane on the Ganod of female mice.Methods n-Hexane was administered to four groups of mice by inhalation at doses of 0,3.0,15.1,and 75.8 mL/m3 respectivelyfor five weeks.Each group consisted of 10 mice,of which half were injected in first with 10 IU of pregnant mare serum gonadotrophin(PMSG) on the 33rd days,and then with 10 IU of human chorionic gonadotrophin(HCG) 48 hrs later.After the treatment,mouse sera were sampled and ovulating hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),and progesterone(P4) levels were measured by electrochemiluminescence immunoassays(ECLIA).In each group,the right ovaries of the non-super-ovulated mice were stained with hematoxylin and eosin while ovaries on the left side were prepared with the TUNEL method in order to detect apoptotic cells.Results The duration of the diestrus stage decreased significantly(P<0.05) in the 75.8 mL/m3 group.All super-ovulated mice in each treatment group produced fewer eggs than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of follicles in ovaries in the 75.8 mL/m3 group was smaller compared with the control group(P<0.05).The serum P4 levels in each treatment group were lower than those in the control group(F=6.196,P<0.01).The cell apoptotic rate in the 75.8 mL/m3 group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion n-Hexane may have directly mediated via alterations hormone secretion and promoted granulosal cell apoptotic,which may be one of the important mechanisms for n-hexane induced mouse ovary impairment. | LIU Jin HUANG Hui Ling PANG Fen ZHANG Wen Chang | 2012 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2012,25,2: | 4 |

| 10 | Effect of high temperature cooking on the quality of rice porridge显示文摘In order to explore the effect of high-temperature cooking instant porridge on the taste and quality of porridge,this study explored the changes in the taste quality of rice porridge under different heating times(15 min,20 min,25 min and 30 min)at a higher initial temperature(100°C),and compared with that cooked at room temperature(25°C),and explained the reasons for the change.From the perspective of migration rate in moisture content,the rice porridge with special treatment has a more rapid moisture change,which makes texture,whiteness,smell and other factors change in a shorter time and increases the taste quality.It was concluded that under special treatment condition of starting with 100°C water and heating for 15 min,the kinds of rice flavor increased 2.2 times,the white of rice decreased by 10.04%,hardness decreased by 3.54 times,and the elasticity decreased by 35.48%respectively.In general,cooking with higher initial temperature(100°C)is more valuable than cooking from 25°C,in terms of the texture,flavor,saving time,and stable quality during the household and industrial production of instant porridge. | Cunshe Chen Siyuan Jiang Mengfei Li You Li He Li Fen Zhao Zhihua Pang Xinqi Liu | 2021 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,5: | 0 |
