3Spectrum allocation for wireless backhaul in heterogeneous ultra-dense networks显示文摘Wireless ultra-dense network( UDN) is one of the important technologies to solve the burst of throughput demand in the forthcoming fifth generation( 5 G) cellular networks. Reusing spectrum resource for the backhaul of small base stations( SBSs) is a hotspot research because of lower cost and rapid implementation with macro base stations( MBSs) in recent years. In heterogeneous UDN,the problem of spectrum allocation for wireless backhaul is investigated. In particular,two different spectrum resource reusing strategies for wireless backhaul are proposed in heterogeneous UDN with the limited bandwidth condition. Using a stochastic geometry-based heterogeneous UDN model,the success probabilities that mobile users communicate with SBSs or MBSs are derived under two different spectrum resource reusing strategies. In addition,the network throughput's analytical expressions and the optimal ratio of spectrum allocation are derived. Numeral results are provided to evaluate the performance of the proposed strategies at throughput. 5Fundamental and practical approaches for single-cell ATAC-seq analysis显示文摘Assays for transposase-accessible chromatin through high-throughput sequencing(ATAC-seq)are effective tools in the study of genome-wide chromatin accessibility landscapes.With the rapid development of single-cell technology,open chromatin regions that play essential roles in epigenetic regulation have been measured at the single-cell level using single-cell ATAC-seq approaches.The application of scATAC-seq has become as popular as that of scRNA-seq.However,owing to the nature of scATAC-seq data,which are sparse and noisy,processing the data requires different methodologies and empirical experience.This review presents a practical guide for processing scATAC-seq data,from quality evaluation to downstream analysis,for various applications.In addition to the epigenomic profiling from scATAC-seq,we also discuss recent studies in which the function of non-coding variants has been investigated based on cell type-specific cis-regulatory elements and how to use the by-product genetic information obtained from scATAC-seq to infer single-cell copy number variants and trace cell lineage.We anticipate that this review will assist researchers in designing and implementing scATAC-seq assays to facilitate research in diverse fields.Peiyu Shi Yage Nie Jiawen Yang Weixing Zhang Zhongjie Tang Jin Xu 2022aBIOTECH2022,3,3:1
6Application Research on Two-Layer Threat Prediction Model Based on Event Graph显示文摘Advanced Persistent Threat(APT)is now the most common network assault.However,the existing threat analysis models cannot simultaneously predict the macro-development trend and micro-propagation path of APT attacks.They cannot provide rapid and accurate early warning and decision responses to the present system state because they are inadequate at deducing the risk evolution rules of network threats.To address the above problems,firstly,this paper constructs the multi-source threat element analysis ontology(MTEAO)by integrating multi-source network security knowledge bases.Subsequently,based on MTEAO,we propose a two-layer threat prediction model(TL-TPM)that combines the knowledge graph and the event graph.The macro-layer of TL-TPM is based on the knowledge graph to derive the propagation path of threats among devices and to correlate threat elements for threat warning and decision-making;The micro-layer ingeniously maps the attack graph onto the event graph and derives the evolution path of attack techniques based on the event graph to improve the explainability of the evolution of threat events.The experiment’s results demonstrate that TL-TPM can completely depict the threat development trend,and the early warning results are more precise and scientific,offering knowledge and guidance for active defense.Shuqin Zhang Xinyu Su Yunfei Han Tianhui Du Peiyu Shi 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,77,12:0
7Dynamic-static coupled sensing of trace biomarkers by molecularly imprinted metal-organic frameworks显示文摘Accommodating target analytes within the pores of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)to improve the sensing performance is an important but challenging task.Here,we report a novel molecular imprinting strategy to create target recognition sites in a tailored multicomponent MOF with the inter-ligand synergistic antenna effect to lanthanide ions,enabling selective recognition of trace biomarkers,which is critical to the early diagnosis of age-related diseases in blood samples with high sensitivity and ultralow limit of detection(LOD)of 69 nmol L^(-1).Compared with MOF-based sensors without imprinted recognition sites,the significantly enhanced sensing performance(both sensitivity and LOD)was attributed to a dynamic-static coupled sensing mechanism:the dynamic interactions involve concentrating the trace biomarkers at the imprinted recognition sites to enhance the sensing performance at ultralow concentration,and the static interactions are derived from electron/energy exchange between the molecularly imprinted MOF and the biomarker to govern the sensing performance.This work establishes a new molecular imprinting strategy to attain advanced materials for sensing trace bio-analytes.Hui Min Zongsu Han Tiankai Sun Kunyu Wang Jun Xu Peiyu Yao Sihai Yang Peng Cheng Wei Shi 2023Science China Chemistry2023,66,12:0
8Threat Modeling and Application Research Based on Multi-Source Attack and Defense Knowledge显示文摘Cyber Threat Intelligence(CTI)is a valuable resource for cybersecurity defense,but it also poses challenges due to its multi-source and heterogeneous nature.Security personnel may be unable to use CTI effectively to understand the condition and trend of a cyberattack and respond promptly.To address these challenges,we propose a novel approach that consists of three steps.First,we construct the attack and defense analysis of the cybersecurity ontology(ADACO)model by integrating multiple cybersecurity databases.Second,we develop the threat evolution prediction algorithm(TEPA),which can automatically detect threats at device nodes,correlate and map multisource threat information,and dynamically infer the threat evolution process.TEPA leverages knowledge graphs to represent comprehensive threat scenarios and achieves better performance in simulated experiments by combining structural and textual features of entities.Third,we design the intelligent defense decision algorithm(IDDA),which can provide intelligent recommendations for security personnel regarding the most suitable defense techniques.IDDA outperforms the baseline methods in the comparative experiment.Shuqin Zhang Xinyu Su Peiyu Shi Tianhui Du Yunfei Han 2023Computers, Materials & Continua2023,77,10:0
9Atrial of arbidol hydrochloride in adults with COVID-19显示文摘Background: To date, there is no effective medicine to treat coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and the antiviral efficacy of arbidol in the treatment for COVID-19 remained equivocal and controversial. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of arbidol tablets in the treatment of COVID-19.Methods: This was a prospective, open-label, controlled and multicenter investigator-initiated trial involving adult patients with confirmed severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. Patients were stratified 1:2 to either standard-of-care (SOC) or SOC plus arbidol tablets (oral administration of 200 mg per time, three times a day for 14 days). The primary endpoint was negative conversion of SARS-CoV-2 within the first week. The rates and 95% confidential intervals were calculated for each variable.Results: A total of 99 patients with laboratory-confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection were enrolled;66 were assigned to the SOC plus arbidol tablets group, and 33 to the SOC group. The negative conversion rate of SARS-CoV-2 within the first week in patients receiving arbidol tablets was significantly higher than that of the SOC group (70.3% [45/64]vs. 42.4% [14/33];difference of conversion rate 27.9%;95% confidence interval [CI], 7.7%-48.1%;P=0.008). Compared to those in the SOC group, patients receiving arbidol tablets had a shorter duration of clinical recovery (median 7.0 daysvs. 12.0 days;hazard ratio [HR]: 1.877, 95% CI: 1.151-3.060,P=0.006), symptom of fever (median 3.0 daysvs. 12.0 days;HR: 18.990, 95% CI: 5.350-67.410,P<0.001), as well as hospitalization (median 12.5 daysvs. 20.0 days;P<0.001). Moreover, the addition of arbidol tablets to SOC led to more rapid normalization of declined blood lymphocytes (median 10.0 daysvs. 14.5 days;P > 0.05). The most common adverse event in the arbidol tablets group was the elevation of transaminase (5/200, 2.5%), and no one withdrew from the study due to adverse events or disease progression.Conclusions: SOC plus arbidol tablets significantly increase the negative conversion rate of SARS-CoV-2 within the first week and accelerate the recovery of COVID-19 patients. 10Guest-Mediated Hierarchical Self-Assembly of Dissymmetric Organic Cages to Form Supramolecular Ferroelectrics Guest-Mediated Hierarchical Self-Assembly of Dissymmetric Organic Cages to Form Supramolecular Ferroelectrics显示文摘Herein,we report on the guest-responsive hierarchical self-assembly of dissymmetric cage DC-1 with an intrinsic dipole along its C_(3)-symmetric axis.DC-1 molecules self-assemble into supramolecular columns with themolecular dipoles aligned along the columnar axis.Mediated by different host-guest interactions of ethyl acetate(EtOAc)and chloroform(CHCl_(3)),the columns are arranged in an antiparallel and parallel fashion,respectively,leading to a switch of the centrosym metric and noncentrosymmetric superstructures.The symmetry of themolecular packing of DC-1 molecules of the noncentrosymmetric crystalline phase is therefore broken,producing a supramolecular ferroelectric with second-harmonic generation and piezoelectric responses.We demonstrate that cages can serve as promising building blocks for the discovery of supramolecular materials with emergent functions and properties,including but not limited to,organic ferroelectrics and nonlinear optics.Xiaoning Liu Gucheng Zhu Dan He Lehua Gu Peiyue Shen Guijia Cui Shaoqiang Wang Zhiwen Shi Daigo Miyajima Shiyong Wang Shaodong Zhang 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,7:0
