| 2 | Satellite Constellation Design with Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm for Regional Terrestrial Satellite Network显示文摘Constellations design for regional terrestrial-satellite network can strengthen the coverage for incomplete terrestrial cellular network. In this paper, a regional satellite constellation design scheme with multiple feature points and multiple optimization indicators is proposed by comprehensively considering multi-objective optimization and genetic algorithm, and 'the Belt and Road' model is presented in the way of dividing over 70 nations into three regular target areas. Following this, we formulate the optimization model and devise a multi-objective genetic algorithm suited for the regional area with the coverage rate under simulating, computing and determining. Meanwhile, the total number of satellites in the constellation is reduced by calculating the ratio of actual coverage of a single-orbit constellation and the area of targets. Moreover, the constellations' performances of the proposed scheme are investigated with the connection of C++ and Satellite Tool Kit(STK). | 3 | Symbiotic State of Chinese Land-Marine Economy显示文摘The simultaneous development of both the land and marine-based economy is required to achieve the economic development of coastal regions in China. Based on symbiosis theory, this study discusses land and marine-based economic symbiosis mechanisms and uses a logistic symbiotic function to construct a symbiotic evolution model of the land-marine economy. We conduct a division and feature analysis of the interactive model between the land and marine-based economies of 11 provinces(or cities) along the coast of China between 1996 and 2013, and discuss their economic development. The results show that, during the study period, the coordinated development model of the national land-marine economy is a parabiosis model. Fujian Province exhibits mutualism, Jiangsu, Hebei, Shandong, and Guangdong show commensalism, while Tianjin, Zhejiang, and Shanghai display parasitism, Guangxi and Hainan exhibit an antibiosis model, while Liaoning displays a parabiosis model. The land economic development model of Jiangsu and Fujian and the marine economic development model of Guangdong are improving the quality and efficiency of the factors of production. | 4 | Optimal Power Allocation for Multiuser OFDM-Based Cognitive Heterogeneous Networks显示文摘Heterogeneous network(HetNet) as a promising technology to improve spectrum efficiency and system capacity has been concerned by many scholars, which brings huge challenges for power allocation and interference management in multicell network structures. Although some works have been done for power allocation in heterogeneous femtocell networks, most of them focus centralized schemes for single-cell network under interference constraint of macrocell user. In this paper, a sum-rate maximization based power allocation algorithm is proposed for a downlink cognitive Het Net with one macrocell network and multiple microcell networks. The original power allocation optimization problem with the consideration of cross-tier interference constraint, maximum transmit power constraint of microcell base station and inter-cell interference of microcell networks is converted into a geometric programming problem which can be solved by Lagrange dual method in a distributed way. | 5 | Utility-based bandwidth allocation algorithm for heterogeneous wireless networks显示文摘In next generation wireless network (NGWN), mobile users are capable of connecting to the core network through various heterogeneous wireless access networks, such as cellular network, wireless metropolitan area network (WMAN), wireless local area network (WLAN), and ad hoc network. NGWN is expected to provide high-bandwidth connectivity with guaranteed quality-of-service to mobile users in a seamless manner; however, this desired function demands seamless coordination of the heterogeneous radio access network (RAN) technologies. In recent years, some researches have been conducted to design radio resource management (RRM) architectures and algorithms for NGWN; however, few studies stress the problem of joint network performance optimization, which is an essential goal for a cooperative service providing scenario. Furthermore, while some authors consider the competition among the service providers, the QoS requirements of users and the resource competition within access networks are not fully considered. In this paper, we present an interworking integrated network architecture, which is responsible for monitoring the status information of different radio access technologies (RATs) and executing the resource allocation algorithm. Within this architecture, the problem of joint bandwidth allocation for heterogeneous integrated networks is formulated based on utility function theory and bankruptcy game theory. The proposed bandwidth allocation scheme comprises two successive stages, i.e., service bandwidth allocation and user bandwidth allocation. At the service bandwidth allocation stage, the optimal amount of bandwidth for different types of services in each network is allocated based on the criterion of joint utility maximization. At the user bandwidth allocation stage, the service bandwidth in each network is optimally allocated among users in the network according to bankruptcy game theory. | 6 | OsbZIP76 interacts with OsNF-YBs and regulates endosperm cellularization in rice (Oryza sativa)显示文摘Following double fertilization,plant endosperm nuclei undergo syncytial divisions,followed by synchro-nous cellularization.Cellularization is a key event during endosperm development,but our understanding of its regulation is limited to Arabidopsis.In this study we show that OsbZIP76 regulates cellularization in rice(Oryza sativa).Activation of OsbZIP76 coincided with the initiation of cellularization,and its knockdown or knockout mutants exhibited precocious cellularization.Genes involved in en-dosperm development or starch biosynthesis were pre-maturely activated in the osbzip76 caryopsis.As a putative transcription factor,OsbZIP76 alone lacked transcriptional activation activity;however,it interacted with the nuclear factor Y(NF-Y)family transcription factors OsNF-YB9 and OsNF-YB1 in yeast and in planta.OsbZIP76 and OsNF-YB9 were predominantly expressed in the endosperm and the proteins colocalized.Seeds of osnf-yb1 and osbzip76 mu-tants showed reduced size and reduced apparent amylose content.The parent-of-origin-dependent expression of OsbZIP76 is variable in different rice accessions.In sum-mary,OsbZIP76 is an endosperm-expressed imprinted gene that regulates endosperm development in rice. | Baixiao Niu Hui Deng Tingting Li Sandeep Sharma Qianbin Yun Qianru Li Zhiguo E Chen Chen | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,12: | 4 |
| 7 | Hybrid inter-cell interference management for ultra-dense heterogeneous network in 5G显示文摘The Ultra-dense Heterogeneous Network(Het Net), which consists of macro-cells and pico-cells, has been recognized as a key technique to improve network performance. However, the increasing number of pico-cells also causes severe interference including inter-cell interference and intra-cell interference. Therefore, interference management has become an important issue in ultra-dense Het Nets, and the traditional enhanced inter-cell interference coordination(e ICIC) scheme is no longer fit for the high density of small cells. In this paper, a hybrid interference management method based on dynamic e ICIC and coordinated multi-point transmission(Co MP) is proposed. Firstly, a virtual cell is established based on the characteristics of ultra dense Het Nets.Then, a novel joint dynamic e ICIC scheme combined with multi-user beamforming is deployed to eliminate the inter-cell interference, and improve the throughput of virtual cell significantly without sharp decrease of throughput of macro-cell. Furthermore, a virtual cell based joint transmission scheme is deployed with a power control algorithm, which can obviously increase the spectrum efficiency of virtual cell edge. | 8 | Measuring Chinese Marine Environmental Efficiency:A Spatiotemporal Pattern Analysis显示文摘Environmental efficiency standards are often used to evaluate the costs of oceanic economic development. A variety of statistical analyses were applied in this study to quantify the marine environmental efficiency of 11 Chinese coastal provinces and municipalities between 2000 and 2014. Results initially reveal that environmental efficiency measures that incorporate undesirable outputs are more consistent with real production conditions and thus the use of marine economic and environmental efficiencies supplement and complement one another. Second, overall marine environmental efficiency across China tends to be low and can be spatially characterized by a transformation such that the inefficiencies noted in 2000 have subsequently been transformed to comprise a three-tiered structure that encompasses northern, central, and southern cores. Third, variation in absolute and relative marine environmental efficiency differences for the coastal regions of China have been consistent over time; values initially decreased before increasing again in a fluctuating manner over the time period of this analysis. Fourth, data show that the Pearl River Delta area has experienced the highest rate of change in marine environmental efficiency over time when economic zones are used as basic research units, although values have nevertheless fluctuated significantly. Fifth, values for total factor productivity as well as technical efficiency and change across the Chinese marine economy all fluctuated over time but increased. Data show that changes in marine environmental efficiency across China can primarily be attributed to progress in marine science and technology. Finally, levels of capital investment and marine industrial pollution intensity are not significantly correlated with marine environmental efficiency. Methods Eighteen cases of NTCML were observed by light microscopy, electronic microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Epstein-Bars virus (EBV) DNA was determined by two temperature polymerase chain reaction (PCR) cycles in paraffin embedded tissue of 18 cases NTCML. Results The positive of EBV-DNA were determined from 15 cases out of 18 cases of NTCML and only one case of the 12 controls ( P < 0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that the finding fresher supports the view that the pathogenesis of NTCML may be associated with the infection of EBV. | 15 | Energy consumption optimization-based joint route selection and flow allocation algorithm for software-defined networking显示文摘Software-defined networking(SDN) is expected to dramatically simplify network control processes,enable the convenient deployment of sophisticated networking functions, and support user applications with guaranteed quality of service(Qo S). To achieve data packet transmission between two non-adjacent switches in SDN, an efficient route selection algorithm should be designed. In this paper, we consider the data transmission of multiple user flows over SDN. Under the assumption that flow splits at intermediate switches are allowed,we jointly study the route selection and flow allocation problem. To stress the problem of resource competition among various user flows, we apply network virtualization technology and propose a virtual network architecture based on the design of an optimal joint route selection and flow allocation algorithm. Jointly considering the transmission performance of multiple user flows and stressing the importance of energy consumption at transmission links and switches, we formulate the total energy consumption of user flows and design an optimization problem that minimizes the energy consumption, subject to data transmission and service requirement constraints of the flows. Because the formulated optimization problem is an NP-complete problem that cannot be conveniently solved, we transform it into a minimum-cost commodity flow problem and solve the problem by using an N-algorithm.
