1Recent Advances in Space-Deployable Structures in China显示文摘Deployable space structure technology is an approach used in building spacecraft,especially when realizing deployment and folding functions.Once in orbit,the structures are released from the fairing,deployed,and positioned.With the development of communication,remote-sensing,and navigation satellites,space-deployable structures have become cutting-edge research topics in space science and technology.This paper summarizes the current research status and development trend of spacedeployable structures in China,including large space mesh antennas,space solar arrays,and deployable structures and mechanisms for deep-space exploration.Critical technologies of space-deployable structures are addressed from the perspectives of deployable mechanisms,cable-membrane form-finding,dynamic analysis,reliable environmental adaptability analysis,and validation.Finally,future technology developments and trends are elucidated in the fields of mesh antennas,solar arrays,deployable mechanisms,and on-orbit adjustment,assembly,and construction.Xiaofei Ma Tuanjie Li Jingya Ma Zhiyi Wang Chuang Shi Shikun Zheng Qifeng Cui Xiao Li Fan Liu Hongwei Guo Liwu Liu Zuowei Wang Yang Li 2022Engineering2022,,10:6

3The Growth Path of Agricultural Labor Productivity in Major Grain Producing Areas显示文摘The growth of agricultural labor productivity in major grain producing areas arises from the increase in production factors or improvement of efficiency,and is related to the sustainability of agricultural economic growth and national food security. We study the growth path of agricultural labor productivity in 13 major grain producing areas of China,and the analysis results show that from the relative endowments of land and labor in major grain producing areas,the growth rate of the output value per unit of labor is higher than that of the productivity per unit of land; in essence,this growth path of increasing the output value relying on increasing the production factor inputs is the reduction of labor,and the reduction of agricultural labor has a great elasticity of impact on the total value of agricultural production. In the case of stable future number of agricultural labor in China,the growth of agricultural labor productivity will be impossible to rely more on the increase in agricultural production factor inputs,and the growth path of agricultural economy still has to rely on the improvement of land productivity and take the efficiency-based path.Ning ZHOU Qifeng CUI 2014Asian Agricultural Research2014,6,6:1

8Wind tunnel investigation of different engine layouts of a blended-wing-body transport显示文摘A 2%scale,cruising version of a 450-seat class Blended-Wing-Body(BWB)transport was tested in the China Aerodynamic Research and Development Center’s FL-262.4-by-2.4-meter subsonic wind tunnel.The focus of the wind tunnel test was to investigate the aerodynamic performance of the latest BWB transport design,which would also aid in choosing a final engine arrangement in the three most potential engine integration layouts.The wind tunnel model can be tested with and without the nacelle and has three sets of different nacelle/tail integration positions.Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulations were performed in engine-aircraft integration design to find appropriate nacelle installing parameters of each layout.The comparison of CFD with experimental results shows good agreement.Wind tunnel measurements indicate that the tail-mounted engine layout produces the minimum drag penalty,while the fuselage-mounted engine layout increases drag the most.Experimental pressure measurement illustrates the effect of nacelle integration on the wing-body surface pressure distribution.This experimental and numerical research provides a reference for future BWB Propulsion-Airframe Integration(PAI)design.Zheng CUI Guojun LAI Qifeng WANG Yu LIANG Yihua CAO 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,9:0

10RNF43 is a novel tumor-suppressor and prognostic indicator in clear cell renal cell carcinoma显示文摘Identifying prognostic indicators of clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)and elucidating the mechanisms underlying ccRCC progression are crucial for improving ccRCC patient prognosis.This study investigated the clinical significance and biological role of Ring finger protein 43(RNF43)in ccRCC.Two independent cohorts of patients with ccRCC were employed to determine the prognostic significance of RNF43 by immunohistochemistry and statistical analyses.In vitro and in vivo experiments,RNA-seq,and other techniques were used to determine the biological role of RNF43 in ccRCC and related molecular mechanisms.RNF43 expression was commonly decreased in ccRCC specimens,and low expression of RNF43 indicated a higher TNM stage,SSIGN score,and WHO/ISUP grade and short survival in patients with ccRCC.Additionally,RNF43 overexpression suppressed the proliferation,migration,and targeted drug resistance of ccRCC cells,while the knockdown of RNF43 enhanced these characteristics of ccRCC.RNF43 knockdown activated YAP signaling by decreasing YAP phosphorylation by p-LATS1/2 and increasing the transcription and nuclear distribution of YAP.By contrast,RNF43 overexpression showed the opposite effects.Decreasing YAP abolished the effect of RNF43 knockdown in promoting the malignant features of ccRCC.Additionally,restoring RNF43 expression suppressed the resistance of the targeted drug pazopanib in in vivo orthotopic ccRCC.Furthermore,combining the expression of RNF43 and YAP with TNM stage or the SSIGN score exhibited greater accuracy than any of these indicators alone in assessing the postoperative prognosis of ccRCC patients.In summary,our study identified a novel tumor suppressor,RNF43,which is also a prognostic indicator and potential target for ccRCC.DAWEI ZHU LEI ZHANG XIAOKAI SHI SHENGLIN GAO CHUANG YUE LIFENG ZHANG YU BAI QIFENG WANG ATSUSHI OKADA TAKAHIRO YASUI CHAO WANG XINGANG CUI LI ZUO 2021Oncology Research2021,29,3:0
