1Support technology for mine roadways in extreme weakly cemented strata and its application显示文摘For the engineering geology conditions of bad mine roadway roof and floor lithology in extremely weak cemented strata, the best section shape of the roadway is determined from the study of tunnel surrounding rock displacement, plastic zone and stress distribution in rectangular, circle arch and arch wall sections, respectively. Based on the mining depth and thickness of the coal seam, roadway support technology solutions with different buried depth and thickness of coal seam are proposed. Support schemes are amended and optimized in time through monitoring data of the deformation of roadway,roof separation, I-beam bracket, bolt and anchor cable force to ensure the long-term stability and security of the roadway surrounding rock and support structure. The monitoring results show that mine roadway support schemes for different buried depth and section can be adapted to the characteristics of ground pressure and deformation of the surrounding rock in different depth well, effectively control the roadway surrounding rock deformation and the floor heave and guarantee the safety of construction and basic stability of surrounding rock and support structure.Meng Qingbin Han Lijun Qiao Weiguo Lin Dengge Fan Jiadong 2014International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2014,24,2:23
2Design of high efficiency achromatic metalens with large operation bandwidth using bilayer architecture显示文摘Achromatic metalens composed of arrays of subwavelength nanostructures with spatially varying geometries is attractivefor a number of optical applications. However, the limited degree of freedom in the single layer achromatic metasurfacedesign makes it difficult to simultaneously guarantee the sufficient phase dispersion and high diffraction efficiency,which restricts the achromatic bandwidth and efficiency of metalens. Here we propose and demonstrate a high efficiencyachromatic metalens with diffraction-limited focusing capability at the wavelength ranging from 1000 nm to 1700 nm. Themetalens comprises two stacked nanopillar metasurfaces, by which the required focusing phase and dispersion compensationcan be controlled independently. As a result, in addition to the large achromatic bandwidth, the averaged focusingefficiency of the bilayer metalens is higher than 64% at the near-infrared region. 3Low-loss metasurface optics down to the deep ultraviolet region显示文摘Shrinking conventional optical systems to chip-scale dimensions will benefit custom applications in imaging,displaying,sensing,spectroscopy,and metrology.Towards this goal,metasurfaces-planar arrays of subwavelength electromagnetic structures that collectively mimic the functionality of thicker conventional optical elements-have been exploited at frequencies ranging from the microwave range up to the visible range.Here,we demonstrate highperformance metasurface optical components that operate at ultraviolet wavelengths,including wavelengths down to the record-short deep ultraviolet range,and perform representative wavefront shaping functions,namely,highnumerical-aperture lensing,accelerating beam generation,and hologram projection.The constituent nanostructured elements of the metasurfaces are formed of hafnium oxide-a loss-less,high-refractive-index dielectric material deposited using low-temperature atomic layer deposition and patterned using high-aspect-ratio Damascene lithography.This study opens the way towards low-form factor,multifunctional ultraviolet nanophotonic platforms based on flat optical components,enabling diverse applications including lithography,imaging,spectroscopy,and quantum information processing.Cheng Zhang Shawn Divitt Qingbin Fan Wenqi Zhu Amit Agrawal Yanqing Lu Ting Xu Henri J.Lezec 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:11
4Chinese herbal medicine reduces mortality in patients with severe and critical coronavirus disease 2019: a retrospective cohort study显示文摘This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Chinese herbal medicine(CHM)in patients with severe/critical coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).In this retrospective study,data were collected from 662 patients with severe/critical COVID-19 who were admitted to a designated hospital to treat patients with severe COVID-19 in Wuhan before March 20,2020.All patients were divided into an exposed group(CHM users)and a control group(non-users).After propensity score matching in a 1:1 ratio,156 CHM users were matched by propensity score to 156 non-users.No significant differences in seven baseline clinical variables were found between the two groups of patients.All-cause mortality was reported in 13 CHM users who died and 36 non-users who died.After multivariate adjustment,the mortality risk of CHM users was reduced by 82.2%(odds ratio 0.178,95%CI 0.076–0.418;P<0.001)compared with the non-users.Secondly,age(odds ratio 1.053,95%CI 1.023–1.084;P<0.001)and the proportion of severe/critical patients(odds ratio 0.063,95%CI 0.028–0.143;P<0.001)were the risk factors of mortality.These results show that the use of CHM may reduce the mortality of patients with severe/critical COVID-19.Guohua Chen Wen Su Jiayao Yang Dan Luo Ping Xia Wen Jia Xiuyang Li Chuan Wang Suping Lang Qingbin Meng Ying Zhang Yuhe Ke An Fan Shuo Yang Yujiao Zheng Xuepeng Fan Jie Qiao Fengmei Lian Li Wei Xiaolin Tong 2020Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,6:10
5Influence of dynamic pressure on deep underground soft rock roadway support and its application显示文摘Due to high ground stress and mining disturbance, the deformation and failure of deep soft rock roadway is serious, and invalidation of the anchor net-anchor cable supporting structure occurs. The failure characteristics of roadways revealed with the help of the ground pressure monitoring. Theoretical analysis was adopted to analyze the influence of mining disturbance on stress distribution in surrounding rock,and the change of stress was also calculated. Considering the change of stress in surrounding rock of bottom extraction roadway, the displacement, plastic zone and distribution law of principal stress difference under different support schemes were studied by means of FLAC3D. The supporting scheme of U-shaped steel was proposed for bottom extraction roadway that underwent mining disturbance. We carried out a similarity model test to verify the effect of support in dynamic pressure. Monitoring results demonstrated the change rules of deformation and stress of surrounding rock in different supporting schemes. The supporting scheme of U-shaped steel had an effective control on deformation of surrounding rock. 8Modeling of contact temperatures and their influence on the tribological performance of PEEK and PTFE in a dual-pin-ondisk tribometer显示文摘The direct blending of polyether ether ketone(PEEK)with a solid lubricant such as polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)improves its tribological performance,but compromises its outstanding mechanical properties and processability.While these negative effects might be circumvented via the hybrid wear method,the influence of the contact temperature between multiple sliding components acting together is not fully understood.Herein,an analytical temperature model considering the influence of both micro-and macro-thermal behavior is extended to predict the contact temperature of a dual-pin-on-disk hybrid wear system.The interactions between several heat sources are investigated and experimentally verified.The analytical results show that the nominal temperature rise of the shared wear track is determined by the combined effect of the heat generated by both pin components,while the rise in flash temperature at the region in contact with each pin component is dependent upon its individual characteristics and working conditions.Hence,while different temperature peaks can coexist in the shared wear track,the maximum value dominates the performance of the system.For the experimentally investigated PEEK–PTFE–steel hybrid wear system,the formation of tribofilms is blocked,and the hybrid wear system fails,when the peak temperature exceeds the glass transition temperature of both pins due to an increase in applied load.Zhibin LIN Ting QU Ke ZHANG Qingbin ZHANG Shengdao WANG Guibin WANG Bingzhao GAO Guowei FAN 2023Friction2023,11,4:0
9All-dielectric metasurface beam deflector at the visible frequencies显示文摘Beam deflectors are important optical elements which can control the propagation direction of the beam in free space.However,with the development of miniaturization of the optical systems,conventional reflector-based mechanical beam deflectors confront a huge challenge due to their large sizes and incompatibility to the device integration.Here we propose an all-dielectric flat metasurface beam deflector which is composed of a single layer array of TiO_2 nanoantennas resting on a fused-silica substrate.Numerical simulations are performed to demonstrate that the proposed deflectors are able to efficiently deflect the incident beam for different angles with transmission efficiency higher than 80%at visible frequencies.This ultrathin all-dielectric metasurface deflector may have great potential applications in integrated optics.Daopeng Wang Qingbin Fan Jiaxing Wang Zijie Zhang Yuzhang Liang Ting Xu 2017光电工程2017,44,1:0
