1Corrosion mechanism investigation of TiN/Ti coating and TC4 alloy for aircraft compressor application显示文摘It is imperative to develop multifunctional erosion and corrosion resistant coatings for compressor blades of aircraft engines in harsh environment.PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition)technology has the advances in processing erosion-resistant coatings;however,the performance of PVD coatings to combat corrosion depends on various coating defects.Determining and comparing the corrosion performances of PVD TiN/Ti coating and uncoated TC4 alloy was the main objective of present work.The 960 h salt spray corrosion and 116 h hot corrosion tests were conducted to simulate the grounding and working environments of the aircraft compressors.The corrosion mechanisms due to the coating defects such as pinhole,columnar boundary and large grain were analyzed based on the OM,Confocal microscope,electrochemical measurements,SEM,XRD and EDS results.Owing to the disordered state associated with the columnar boundary and the coating defect,nitrogen could be easily replaced by oxygen in the hot corrosion process,these structures were channels for fast diffusion of oxygen.Moreover,the Gibbs energy changes of Ti oxidation and TiN oxidation were thermodynamically calculated according to the working condition of aircraft compressors,and considerable research effort was focused on mapping out the phase diagram of Ti,TiN and high pressure gases.The findings of this research can provide insights into developing multifunctional coatings for future aircraft engines.Zhiping SUN Guangyu HE Qingjie MENG Yuqin LI Xiaodong TIAN 2020Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,6:11
2Is tailored therapy based on antibiotic susceptibility effective?A multicenter,open-label,randomized trial显示文摘An effective eradication therapy of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)should be used for the first time.In this study,we assessed whether tailored therapy based on antibiotic susceptibility testing is more effective than traditional therapy.We also evaluated the factors that cause treatment failure in high-resistance areas.For this multicenter trial,we recruited 467 H.pylori-positive patients.The patients were randomly assigned to receive tailored triple therapy(TATT),tailored bismuth-containing quadruple therapy(TABQT),or traditional bismuthcontaining quadruple therapy(TRBQT).For the TATT and TABQT groups,antibiotic selection proceeded via susceptibility testing using an agar-dilution test.The patients in the TRBQT group were given amoxicillin,clarithromycin,esomeprazole,and bismuth.Successful eradication was defined as a negative 13C-urea breath test at least eight weeks after the treatment ended.Susceptibility testing was conducted using an agar-dilution test.The eradication rate was examined via intention-to-treat(ITT)and per-protocol(PP)analyses.The clarithromycin,levofloxacin,and metronidazole resistance rates were 26.12%,28.69%,and 96.79%,respectively.Resistance against amoxicillin and furazolidone was rare.The eradication rates for TATT,TRBQT,and TABQT were 67.32%,63.69%,and 85.99%in the ITT analysis(P<0.001)and 74.64%,68.49%,and 91.22%in the PP analysis(P<0.001),respectively.The efficacy of TABQTwas affected by clarithromycin resistance,and bismuth exerted a direct influence on TATT failure.TABQT was the most efficacious regimen for use in high-resistance regions,especially among clarithromycin-susceptible patients.Jie Pan Zhengchao Shi Dingsai Lin Ningmin Yang Fei Meng Lang Lin Zhencheng Jin Qingjie Zhou Jiansheng Wu Jianzhong Zhang Youming Li 2020Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,1:10

4Low-frequency variability of the North Equatorial Current bifurcation in the past 40 years from SODA显示文摘The low-frequency variability of the North Equatorial Current (NEC) bifurcation during 1958 to 2001 was investigated with the Simple Ocean Data Assimilation (SODA) 2.0.2 dataset.In agreement with recent observations,the NEC bifurcation latitude (NBL) shifted northward as depth increases, from about 12.7°N near the surface to about 17.1°N at depths around 500 m for the annual average. This study reveals that the interannual variations of NBL,with five years period,mainly focused on the upper 500 m with amplitude increasing as depth increased.The NBL shifted southward in the past 40 years,which was more significant in the subsurface at more than -0.02°/a.The NBL manifests itself in the transports of NMK (NEC-Mindanao Current (MC)-Kuroshio) system in strong relationship with MC (0.7) and Kuroshio (-0.7).The EOF analysis of meridional velocity off the Philippine coast shows that the first mode,explaining 62% of variance and 5 years period,was highly correlated with the southward shift of NBL with coefficient at about 0.75.The southward shift of NBL consists with the weakening of MC and strengthening of Kuroshio,which exhibited linear trends at -0.24Sv/a and 0.11Sv/a.Both interannual variation and trend of NBL were closely related to the variation of NMK system.MENG Qingji WANG Fan LIU Na 2011Acta Oceanologica Sinica2011,30,3:3
5全胸腔镜联合腹腔镜食管癌根治术与常规手术的临床对比研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim was to evaluate the best intra-thoracoscopic surgery technique between video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) combined with laparoscopy and right open transthoracic esophagectomy, in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods: From November 2006 to May 2008, 221 patients with esophageal cancer were enrolled in this study, prospective randomized in two groups. 111 patients were performed the VATS technique (Experimental group), whereas in the other 110 patients esophagectomy was adopted by thoracotomy (Control group). Results: The time consuming of Experimental group was 272.3 min in average with a standard deviation(std) of 57.9, and it was 218.7 min in average with std of 91.0 in the control group (P=0.000). The operative blood loss was 219.7±194.4 mL in the Experimental group, compared with 590.0±324.4 mL in the control group, with significant difference (P=0.000). Postoperative hospital stay of Experimental group was 9.6±1.7d, and it was 11.4±2.3d in the control group (P=0.000). There was no-delayed union of incision in the Experimental group, but 6.36% in the control group (P=0.007). The disorder of gastric emptying occurred 0.9% in the Experimental group, whereas 6.4% in the Control group. There was no significant difference in survival curves and rates (P=0.555). Conclusion: There were several advantages of VATS technique, such as reduced hemorrhage, better recovery, few complications, and great number of lymph node dissection, although there was no significant difference in long-term survival rate. 7bZIP71 delays flowering by suppressing Ehd1 expression in rice显示文摘Flowering time is a fundamental factor determining the global distribution and final yield of rice(Oryza sativa).Although diverse flowering time genes have been reported in this crop,the transcriptional regulation of its key flowering genes are poorly understood.Here,we report that a basic leucine zipper transcription factor,bZIP71,functions as a flowering repressor.The overexpression of bZIP71 delays flowering,while the bzip71 mutant flowers early in both long-day and short-day conditions.A genetic analysis showed that the regulation of flowering by bZIP71 might be independent of Heading date 2(Hd2),Hd4,and Hd5.Importantly,bZIP71 directly associates with the Early heading date 1(Ehd1)promoter and represses its transcription,and genetically the function of bZIP71 is impaired in the ehd1 mutant.Moreover,bZIP71 interacts with major components of polycomb repressive complex 2(PRC2),SET domain group protein 711(SDG711),and Fertilization independent endosperm 2(FIE2),through which bZIP71 regulates the H3K27me3 level of Ehd1.Taken together,we present a transcriptional regulatory mechanism in which bZIP71 enhances the H3K27me3 level of Ehd1 and transcriptionally represses its expression,which not only offers a novel insight into a flowering pathway,but also provides a valuable putative target for the genetic engineering and breeding of elite rice cultivars.Xiufeng Li Xiaojie Tian Mingliang He Xinxin Liu Zhiyong Li Jiaqi Tang Enyang Mei Min Xu Yingxiang Liu Zhenyu Wang Qingjie Guan Wei Meng Jun Fang Jian Zhang Qingyun Bu 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,7:2

10A Convolution-Based System for Malicious URLs Detection显示文摘Since the web service is essential in daily lives,cyber security becomes more and more important in this digital world.Malicious Uniform Resource Locator(URL)is a common and serious threat to cybersecurity.It hosts unsolicited content and lure unsuspecting users to become victim of scams,such as theft of private information,monetary loss,and malware installation.Thus,it is imperative to detect such threats.However,traditional approaches for malicious URLs detection that based on the blacklists are easy to be bypassed and lack the ability to detect newly generated malicious URLs.In this paper,we propose a novel malicious URL detection method based on deep learning model to protect against web attacks.Specifically,we firstly use auto-encoder to represent URLs.Then,the represented URLs will be input into a proposed composite neural network for detection.In order to evaluate the proposed system,we made extensive experiments on HTTP CSIC2010 dataset and a dataset we collected,and the experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.Chaochao Luo Shen Su Yanbin Sun Qingji Tan Meng Han Zhihong Tian 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,1:1

12Effect of Mulberry Leaf Powder Supplement on Growth,Slaughter Performance and Meat Quality of Wanxi White Goose显示文摘The effect of mulberry leaf powder on growth,slaughter performance and meat quality of Wanxi white goose was investigated by adding different proportions of mulberry leaf powder in the basal goose diet. After 125-day-old Wanxi white geese were fed with diets supplemented with 5%,8% and 11% mulberry leaf powder for consecutive 50 d,the average daily feed intake increased slightly,while the average daily weight gain decreased extremely( P < 0. 01),and the ratio of feed to gain increased significantly( P < 0. 01) compared to control. The slaughter rate,semi-eviscerated rate and eviscerated rate of Wanxi white goose in experimental groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were higher than those in control group,and the slaughter rate was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). Adding mulberry leaf powder in diet significantly reduced the abdominal fat rate of Wanxi white goose( P < 0. 01),but had no significant impact on pectoral muscle rate and limb muscle rate( P > 0. 05). Compared to control group,the contents of dry matter,fat,crude protein,saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid of Wanxi white geese in experimental groups decreased significantly( P < 0. 05),and the content of total amino acids also decreased slightly. The inosinic acid content in muscle of Wanxi white goose in groups Ⅱ and Ⅳ were slightly higher than that in control group. The thiamine content of Wanxi white goose in group Ⅳ was 52. 00%higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). These results preliminarily showed that adding appropriate amount of mulberry leaf powder in diet could significantly improve the slaughter performance of Wanxi white goose,and improve the flavor of meat. 14Highly Soluble Phenylethynyl-terminated Imide Oligomers and Thermosetting Polyimides Based on 2,2′3,3′-Biphenyltetracarboxylic Dianhydride显示文摘The properties of a series of imide oligomers were characterized according to their molecular weights, solubility, and thermal and rheological properties. This series of imide oligomers was synthesized via a two-step method using 2,2′,3,3′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride(3,3′-BPDA) and aromatic diamines as the monomers, and 4-phenylethynyl phtlialic anhydride(PEPA) as the end-capping agent. The imide oligomers based on 3,3′-BPDA showed excellent solubility in low boiling point solvents and low melt viscosity, which were attributed to their unique bent architectures. High-performance thermosetting polyimides were produced from these oligomers via thermal crosslinking of the phenylethynyl groups. The mechanical and thermal properties of the thermosets were studied using tensile testing, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis(DMTA), and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The 3,3′EPDA-based thermosets exhibited excellent thermal properties, with glass transition temperatures of up to 455℃, and 5% mass loss temperatures of up to 569℃ in air. 17Deep learning-based prediction of effluent quality of a constructed wetland显示文摘Data-driven approaches that make timely predictions about pollutant concentrations in the effluent of constructed wetlands are essential for improving the treatment performance of constructed wetlands.However,the effect of the meteorological condition and flow changes in a real scenario are generally neglected in water quality prediction.To address this problem,in this study,we propose an approach based on multi-source data fusion that considers the following indicators:water quality indicators,water quantity indicators,and meteorological indicators.In this study,we establish four representative methods to simultaneously predict the concentrations of three representative pollutants in the effluent of a practical large-scale constructed wetland:(1)multiple linear regression;(2)backpropagation neural network(BPNN);(3)genetic algorithm combined with the BPNN to solve the local minima problem;and(4)long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network to consider the influence of past results on the present.The results suggest that the LSTM-predicting model performed considerably better than the other deep neural network-based model or linear method,with a satisfactory R^(2).Additionally,given the huge fluctuation of different pollutant concentrations in the effluent,we used a moving average method to smooth the original data,which successfully improved the accuracy of traditional neural networks and hybrid neural networks.The results of this study indicate that the hybrid modeling concept that combines intelligent and scientific data preprocessing methods with deep learning algorithms is a feasible approach for forecasting water quality in the effluent of actual engineering.Bowen Yang Zijie Xiao Qingjie Meng Yuan Yuan Wenqian Wang Haoyu Wang Yongmei Wang Xiaochi Feng 2023Environmental Science and Ecotechnology2023,,1:0
