| 1 | Preparation and luminescence characteristics of Sr_3SiO_5:Eu^(2+) phosphor for white LED显示文摘The Sr3SiO5:Eu2+ phosphor was synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction. The emission spectrum of Sr3SiO5:Eu2+ shows two bands centered at 487 and 575 nm, which well agree with the theoretic values of emission spectrum. The excitation spectrum for 575 nm emission center has several excitation bands at 365, 418, 458 and 473 nm. And the results show that the emission spectrum of Sr3SiO5:Eu2+ is influenced by the Eu2+ concentration. The relative emission spectra of the white-emitting InGaN-based YAG:Ce3+ LED and Sr3SiO5:Eu2+ LED were investigated. | 2 | Stability study on naturally filling body in gob-side entry retaining显示文摘In the construction of the filling gob-side entry retaining in a lane, we utilize the self-slide natural phenomenon of a falling gangue in an inclined coal seam goaf. First, we put the falling gangue of goaf above the laneway and made it the main filling material by adopting the measurement of flexible supporting system combined with those of rigid supporting system. Then we made the filling material gunited and solidified to maintain the filling goal of the gob-side entry retaining beside the lane. Considering the law of energy conservation and law of pressure distribution for retaining the active and static soil of the wall, we analyzed the reliability of a gangue blocking facilities and the stability of the filling material in the lane. We analyze the figures to see the stability. | 3 | Effect of direct current pulse stimulating acupoints of JiaJi (T10-L3) and Ciliao (BL 32) with Han's Acupoint Nerve Stimulator on labour pain in women: a randomized controlled clinical study显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the clinical effect and safety of direct current(DC) pulse produced by Han's Acupoint Nerve Stimulator in reduction(HANS) of labor pain.METHODS: Totally 120 participants were enrolled in this clinical trial, and were randomly divided into4 groups including: HANS group, patient controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA) group, patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA) group and control group. The HANS group was treated by stimulating the acupoints of Jia Ji(T10-L3) and Ciliao(BL 32)with DC pulse of 100 Hz and 15-30 m A produced by a portable battery-powered Han's Acupoint Nerve Stimulator for 30 min. The PCIA group was intravenously infused Ondansetron(8 mg) for 5 min,then tramadol injection(1.5 mg/kg) was slowly dripped by using Baxter APⅡ electronic pump with50 m L tramadol(0.70%) + ondansetron(8 mg),background infusion 2 m L/h, PCA dose of 2 m L,lockout interval of 10 min. In PCEA group, women received intrathecal injection ropivacaine(3 mg) in L2-3, and epidural catheter was connected to Baxter APⅡ electronic pump, with 100 m L Ropivacaine(0.1%) and Sufentanil(50 ug), background infusion5 m L, Patient controlled analgesia(PCA) dose of 5m L, lockout interval of 10 min. The control group was not received analgesia. The visual analogue scale(VAS), stage and manner of labor, Apgar score of newborn, neonatal weights, oxytocin dosage,postpartum hemorrhage and side effects were monitored in all groups.RESULTS: The vital signs were all stable in the four analgesic groups. After analgesia, there was statistical difference in VAS score between HANS group and control group, between PCEA group and the control group, between PCIA group and control group. The analgesic effect in the PCEA group was significantly better than that of other two groups.The second stage of labor in the PCEA group was longer than the other three groups, showing significant difference between them. The Apgar score of newborn 1min after birth in the PCIA group was slightly lower than that of the other two groups,showing significant difference between them. The neonatal weights between four groups were not significantly different. The rate of cesarean sectionin the control group was significantly higher than that of the labor analgesia group, there was statistically difference in four groups. The number of PCIA group that used oxytocin was lower than that of other three groups. There was no significant difference in postpartum hemorrhage between four groups. The side effects of the PCEA group were itching, uroschesis and neonatal asphyxia and PCIA group were nausea and vomiting and neonatal asphyxia. | 4 | Number of Species and Geographical Distribution of Diospyros L.(Ebenaceae) in China显示文摘Diospyros L. is the largest, most widely distributed, and economically important genus of the family Ebenaceae. However, various researchers disagree on the number of species and geographical distribution of Diospyros in China. For the purpose of providing a scientific basis for the effective protection and rational use of Diospyros, the present study involved a comprehensive review of the literature, electronic databases, and herbaria as well as field investigations. The results showed as the following.(1) While 174 scientific names have been published for various taxa of Diospyros in China, by screening and excluding synonyms, 65 species names were considered acceptable; these account for about 12%of the total species of Diospyros globally.(2) A review of herbarium specimens documented that Diospyros occurs in 28 administrative regions of China, more than the literature records. Species richness decreases from south to north in China while Guangxi, Yunnan, Guangdong, and Hainan have the greatest number of species.(3) Among the 65 relatively reliable Diospyros species, 45 species are endemic to China and 18 species are stenochoric. Some species may have become extinct as a result of environmental degradation and the status of some germplasm remain unresolved. In brief, Chinese Diospyros includes abundant, China-specific, and widely distributed features. | 5 | ZIF-67@Cellulose nanofiber hybrid membrane with controlled porosity for use as Li-ion battery separator显示文摘Zeolitic imidazolate framework-67(ZIF-67) was synthesized on the surface of cellulose nanofibers(CNFs)in methonal to address the problems of unhomogeneous pore size and pore distribution of pure CNF membrane.A combination of Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) patterns were used to determine the successful synthesis of ZIF-67@CNFs.The size of the ZIF-67 particles and pore size of the ZIF-67@CNF membrane were50-200 nm and 150-350 nm, respectively.The prepared ZIF-67@CNF membrane exhibited excellent thermal stability,lower thermal shrinkage and high surface wettability.The discharge capacity retention of the Li-ion batteries(LIBs) made with ZIF-67@CNF,glass fiber(GF),CNF and commercial polymer membranes after 100 th cycle at 0.5 C rate were 88.41%,86.22%,83.27%,and 81.03%,respectively.LIBs with ZIF-67@CNF membrane exhibited a better rate capability than these with other membranes.No damage of porous structure or peel-off of ZIF-67 was observed in the SEM images of ZIF-67@CNF membrane after100 th cycle.The improved cycling performance,rate capability,and good electrochemical stability implied that ZIF-67@CNFs membrane can be considered as a good alternative LIB separator. | Xiuxuan Sun Wangwang Xu Xiuqiang Zhang Tingzhou Lei Sun-Young Lee Qinglin Wu | 2021 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2021，30，1： | 4 |

| 7 | Synthesis and Diameter-dependent Thermal Conductivity of InAs Nanowires显示文摘In this work, we synthesized high-quality In As nanowires by a convenient chemical vapor deposition method,and developed a simple laser heating method to measure the thermal conductivity of a single In As nanowire in air. During the measurement, a focused laser was used to heat one end of a freely suspended nanowire, with its other end embedded into a carbon conductive adhesive. In order to obtain the thermal conductivity of In As nanowires, the heat loss in the heat transfer process was estimated, which includes the heat loss through air conduction, the heat convection, and the radiation loss. The absorption ratio of the laser power in the In As nanowire was calculated. | 10 | Randomized controlled study of a diagnosis and treatment plan for moderate coronavirus disease 2019 that integrates Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of a diagnosis and treatment plan for moderate coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)that integrates traditional Chinese(TCM)and western medicine.METHODS:One hundred twenty patients with moderate COVID-19 were randomized 1∶2 to the control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=80).Both groups received conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group also received TCM decoction.Over a 2-week period from diagnosis,we observed the time to clinical recovery(TTCR),rate of improvement on lung computed tomography(CT)imaging,time to defervescence,cough remission time,hospital discharge rate,average hospitalization stay,modified Medical Research Council(m MRC)scale score,clinical cure rate,laboratory findings,incidence of progression to severe or critical disease,and adverse events.RESULTS:Among 120 enrolled patients,108 completed the study.The baseline data did not differ between the experimental and control groups(all P>0.05).After treatment,the TTCR,rate of lung CT imaging improvement,time to defervescence,cough remission time,hospital discharge rate,average hospitalization stay(among discharged patients),m MRC scale score,clinical cure rate,and rates of normal values for laboratory findings were better in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05 or<0.01).The incidence of progression to severe or critical disease and the incidence of adverse events did not differ between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The diagnosis and treatment plan integrating Chinese and western medicine showed improved clinical efficacy compared with western medicine alone for patients with moderate COVID-19 and is worthy of clinical promotion and application. | XIA Wenguang ZHENG Chanjuan ZHANG Jixian HUANG Min LI Qinglin DUAN Can LI Zhengliang FAN Cunyu ZOU Yilong XU Bo YANG Fengwen LIU Qingquan | 2022 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2022，42，2： | 2 |
| 11 | Correlation between cold and hot pattern in traditional Chinese medicine and gene expression profiles in rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Clinical manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)are diversified,and based on the manifestations,the patients with RA could be classified into different patterns under traditional Chinese medicine.These patterns decide the selection of herbal prescription,and thus they can help find a subset of rheumatoid arthritis patients for a type of therapy.In the present study,we combine genome-wide expression analysis with methods of systems biology to identify the functional gene networks for the sets of clinical symptoms that comprise the major information for pattern classification.Clinical manifestations in rheumatoid arthritis were clustered with factor analysis,and two factors(similar to cold and hot patterns in traditional Chinese medicine)were found.Microarray technology was used to reveal gene expression profiles in CD4^(+)T cells from 21 rheumatoid arthritis patients.Protein-protein interaction information for these genes from databases and literature data was searched.The highly-connected regions were detected to infer significant complexes or pathways in this protein-protein interaction network.The significant pathways and function were extracted from these subnetworks using the Biological Network Gene Ontology tool.The genes significantly related to hot and cold patterns were identified by correlations analysis.MAPK signalling pathway,Wnt signaling pathway,and insulin signaling pathway were found to be related to hot pattern.Purine metabolism was related to both hot and cold patterns.Alanine,aspartate,and tyrosine metabolism were related to cold pattern,and histindine metabolism and lysine degradation were related to hot pattern.The results suggest that cold and hot patterns in traditional Chinese medicine were related to different pathways,and the network analysis might be used for identifying the pattern classification in other diseases. | Miao Jiang Cheng Xiao Gao Chen Cheng Lu Qinglin Zha Xiaoping Yan Weiping Kong Shijie Xu Dahong Ju Pu Xu Youwen Zou Aiping Lu | 2011 | Frontiers of Medicine2011，5，2： | 2 |
| 12 | Diamond-structured hollow-tube lattice Ni materials via 3D printing显示文摘Light-weight and high-strength materials have attracted considerable attention owing to their outstanding properties, such as weight-reducing, acoustic absorption, thermal insulation, shock and vibration damping. Diamond possesses specific stiffness and strength arising from its special crystal structure. In this work, inspired by the diamond crystal structure, hollow-tube nickel materials with the diamond structure were fabricated using a diamond structured polymer template based on the Stereo Lithography Appearance technology. The diamond structured template was coated with Ni-P by electroless plating. Finally, the template was removed by high temperature calcinations. The density of the hollow tube nickel materials is about 20 mg/cm3. The morphology and composition of the resultant materials were characterized by scanning electron microscope, energy-dispersive spectrometry, and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the surface of the Ni film was uniform with the thickness of 4 μm.The mechanical property was also measured by stress and strain tester.
