1Fractal Correction of Well Logging Curves显示文摘It is always significant for assessing and evaluation of oil bearing layers, especially for well logging data processing and interpretation of non marine oil beds to get more accurate physical properties in thin and inter thin layers. This paper presents a definition of measures and the measure presents power law relation with the corresponded scale described by fractal theory. Thus, logging curves can be reconstructed according to this power law relation. This method uses the local structure nearby concurrent points to compensate the average effect of logging probes and measurement errors. As an example, deep and medium induced conductivity (IMPH and IDPH) curves in ODP Leg 127 Hole 797C are reconstructed or corrected. Corrected curves are with less adjacent effects through comparison of corrected curves with original one. And also, the power spectra of corrected well logging curve are abounding with more resolution components than the original one. 2Zircon U-Pb-Hf Isotopic Systematics and Geochemistry of the Granites in the Wurinitu Molybdenum Deposit, Inner Mongolia, China: Implications for Tectonic Setting and Genetic Type of Mineralization显示文摘The Wurinitu Mo deposit is one of the newly found molybdenum deposits in the southwestern part of the late Paleozoic–Mesozoic Erenhot–Dong-Ujimqin metallogenic belt(S-EDMB),Inner Mongolia,China. In the present study,the mineralization age of the Wurinitu deposit is constrained to 137.3 ± 1.3 to 131.9 ± 1.5 Ma based on a combination of the laser ablation–inductively coupled plasma–mass spectrometry(LA–ICP–MS) zircon U–Pb dating of the mineralization related fine-grained monzonitic granite and the post-mineralization granite porphyry. The results of zircon Lu–Hf isotopes,combined with the geochemical characteristics of the granites in the S-EDMB,suggest that the Wurinitu Mo deposit was formed in an extensional environment in relation to the subduction of the Paleo-Pacific plate in late Mesozoic. 3Multifractal filtering method for extraction of ocean eddies from remotely sensed imagery显示文摘Traditional methods of extracting the ocean wave eddy information from remotely sensed imagery mainly use the edge detection technology such as Canny and Hough operators. However, due to the complexities of ocean eddies and image itself, it is sometimes difficult to successfully detect ocean eddies using these methods. A multifractal filtering technology is proposed for extraction of ocean eddies and demonstrated using NASA MODIS,SeaWiFS and NOAA satellite data set in the typical area, such as ocean west boundary current. 4A stable and efficient La-doped MIL-53(Al)/ZnO photocatalyst for sulfamethazine degradation显示文摘Photocatalytic technology can solve various environmental pollution problems,especially antibiotic pollution.A novel La-doped MIL-53(Al)/ZnO composite material was successfully synthesized by a combination of hydrothermal method and calcination,showing high photocatalytic degradation percent of sulfamethazine(SMT).The 2 mol%La MIL-53(Al)/ZnO photocatalyst shows the highest degradation efficiency toward SMT(92%)within 120 min,which is 4.1 times higher than pure ZnO(increased from 18%to 92%).In addition,the degradation analysis of SMT by high performance liquid chromatography proves that the products are CO_(2) and H_(2)O.The improved photocatalytic activity is mostly caused by the following factors.(1)Doping La ions can decrease the band gap of ZnO,enhance light response,and effectively enhance the separation rate of photo-generated holes and electrons.(2)MIL-53(Al)can adsorb SMT and promote the separation of electron.This work shows that the synthesized La-doped MIL-53(Al)/ZnO photocatalyst is expected to be used as a green and effective method for treatment of environment water pollution.Qiuming Wei Wei Li Chun Jin Yasi Chen Linlin Hou Zhiliang Wu Zhongliang Pan Qinyu He Yinzhen Wang Dingyuan Tang 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,4:2
5An atlas of CNV maps in cattle, goat and sheep显示文摘Copy number variation(CNV)is the most prevalent type of genetic structural variation that has been recognized as an important source of phenotypic variation in humans,animals and plants.However,the mechanisms underlying the evolution of CNVs and their function in natural or artificial selection remain unknown.Here,we generated CNV region(CNVR)datasets which were diverged or shared among cattle,goat,and sheep,including 886 individuals from 171 diverse populations.Using 9 environmental factors for genome-wide association study(GWAS),we identified a series of candidate CNVRs,including genes relating to immunity,tick resistance,multi-drug resistance,and muscle development.The number of CNVRs shared between species is significantly higher than expected(P<0.00001),and these CNVRs may be more persist than the single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)shared between species.We also identified genomic regions under long-term balancing selection and uncovered the potential diversity of the selected CNVRs close to the important functional genes.This study provides the evidence that balancing selection might be more common in mammals than previously considered,and might play an important role in the daily activities of these ruminant species.Yongzhen Huang Yunjia Li Xihong Wang Jiantao Yu Yudong Cai Zhuqing Zheng Ran Li Shunjin Zhang Ningbo Chen Hojjat Asadollahpour Nanaei Quratulain Hanif Qiuming Chen Weiwei Fu Chao Li Xiukai Cao Guangxian Zhou Shudong Liu Sangang He Wenrong Li Yulin Chen Hong Chen Chuzhao Lei Mingjun Liu Yu Jiang 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,10:2

9Dietary fat intake and liver cancer risk: A prospective cohort study in Chinese women显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to determine whether dietary fat intake increased liver cancer risk in Chinese women from a prospective population-based cohort.Methods:A total of 72,704 Chinese women were followed up from the time of baseline recruitment(1996–2000)to the end of 2016.Dietary fat intake was calculated using a validated food frequency questionnaire.The Cox regression model was used to assess the hazard ratio(HR)and 95%confidence intervals(CI)for dietary fat intake and liver cancer risk.Results:We identified 252 incident liver cancer cases out of 1,267,845 person-years during the overall follow-up time.Null associations,neither in quartiles nor per standard deviation(SD)increment,were detected between liver cancer risk and dietary total fat,fat subtypes and subtype ratios,and food sources.The HR(95%CI)of the 1-SD increment was 1.03(0.90–1.17)for total fat,1.06(0.93–1.20)for saturated fat,1.06(0.93–1.21)for monounsaturated fat,and 1.00(0.89–1.13)for polyunsaturated fat.Similar null associations were observed in stratification analyses according to body mass index and menopausal status.Conclusions:In our prospective cohort study,no significant association was observed in Chinese women between dietary fat and liver cancer risk,and in stratification and sensitivity analyses.Xiaowei Ji Jing Wang Zhuoying Li Qiuming Shen Jiayi Tuo Jinghao Bi Yuting Tan Honglan Li Yongbing Xiang 2022Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,3:1

11An Adaptive Transmission Scheme for Deep Space Communication显示文摘Deep space communication is quite different from conventional ground communication due to its time-varying,complexity and large signal delay,which consequently affects communication quality and system efficiency.Adjusting the transmission parameters when the channel environment changes during the communication can guarantee the performance index of the system,and therefore improve communication efficiency. An adaptive transmission scheme of transceiver based on Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems(CCSDS)protocols is proposed in this paper. According to the variation of the deep space channel,the symbol rate of transmission data is adjusted dynamically by estimating the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) of the receiver in real time and adjusting the channel environment. This scheme can improve the channel utilization and system throughput under the premise of limiting the system bit error rate.
