The Genesis Mechanism of the Mantle Fluid Action and Evolution in the Ore-Forming Process: A Case Study of the Laowangzhai Gold Deposit in Yunnan, China显示文摘Based on petrological studies of the wall rocks, mineralizing rocks, ores and veins from the Laowangzhai gold deposit, it is discovered that along with the development of silication, carbonation and sulfidation, a kind of black opaque ultra-microlite material runs through the spaces between grains, fissures and cleavages. Under observations of the electron microprobe, scanning electronic microscopy and energy spectrum, this kind of ultra-microlite material is confirmed to consist of ultra microcrystalline quartz, silicate, sulfides and carbonates, as well as rutile, scheelite and specularite (magnetite), showing characters of liquation by the analyses of SEM and energy spectrum. The coexistence of immiscibility and precipitating co-crystallization strongly suggests that the mineralizing fluid changed from the melt to the hydrothermal fluid. Combined with the element geochemical researches, it is realized that the ultra-microlite aggregate is the direct relics of the mantle fluid behaving like a melt and supercritical fluid, which goes along with the mantle-derived magma and will escape from the magma body at a proper time. During the alteration process, the nature of the mantle fluid changed and it is mixed with the crustal fluid, which are favorable for mineralization in the Loawangzhai gold deposit.LIU Xianfan LI Chunhui LU Qiuxia DENG Biping SONG Xiangfeng ZHAO Fufeng CHU Yating XIAO Jixiong YI Liwen HUANG Yupeng 2012Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2012,86,3:13
Bushen Yisui Capsule ameliorates axonal injury in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis显示文摘A preliminary clinical study by our group demonstrated Bushen Yisui Capsule(formerly called Erhuang Formula)in combination with conventional therapy is an effective prescription for the treatment of multiple sclerosis. However, its effect on axonal injury during early multiple sclerosis remains unclear. In this study,a MOG35–55-immunized C57BL/6 mouse model of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis was intragastrically administered Bushen Yisui Capsule. The results showed that Bushen Yisui Capsule effectively improved clinical symptoms and neurological function of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. In addition, amyloid precursor protein expression was down-regulated and microtubule-associated protein 2 was up-regulated.Experimental findings indicate that the disease-preventive mechanism of Bushen Yisui Capsule in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis was mediated by amelioration of axonal damage and promotion of regeneration. But the effects of the high-dose Bushen Yisui Capsule group was not better than that of the medium-dose and low-dose Bushen Yisui Capsule group in preventing neurological dysfunction.Ling Fang Qi Zheng Tao Yang Hui Zhao Qiuxia Zhang Kangning Li Li Zhou Haiyang Gong Yongping Fan Lei Wang 2013Neural Regeneration Research2013,8,35:6
Thermal stability of LiFePO_4/C-LiMn_2O_4 blended cathode materials显示文摘Safety is important to lithium ion battery materials. The thermal stability of LiFePO_4/C-LiMn_2O_4 blended cathode materials is characterized by using TG, XRD, and SEM etc. The results show that LiFePO_4/C-LiMn_2O_4 possesses a worse thermal stability than pure spinel LiMn_2O_4 and pure olivine LiFePO_4/C. When LiFePO_4/C-LiMn_2O_4 blended cathode materials are sintered at 500°C under Ar atmosphere, the sintered cathode materials emit O_2, and appear impurity phases(Li_3PO_4, Fe_2O_3, Mn_3O_4). It is deduced that some chemical reactions take place between different materials, which leads to a worse discharge specific capacity. LiFePO_4/C-LiMn_2O_4 blended cathode materials, therefore, need to be managed and controlled strictly for the sake of thermal stability and safety.DU YuanChao HUANG XiaoPeng ZHANG KeYu LIANG Feng LI QiuXia YAO YaoChun DAI YongNian 2017Science China(Technological Sciences)2017,60,1:5
Hippocampal expression of synaptic structural proteins and phosphorylated cAMP response element-binding protein in a rat model of vascular dementia induced by chronic cerebral hypoperfusion显示文摘The present study established a rat model of vascular dementia induced by chronic cerebral hypoperfusion through permanent ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries. At 60 days after modeling, escape latency and swimming path length during hidden-platform acquisition training in Morris water maze significantly increased in the model group. In addition, the number of accurate crossings over the original platform significantly decreased, hippocampal CA1 synaptophysin and growth-associated protein 43 expression significantly decreased,cAMP response element-binding protein expression remained unchanged, and phosphorylated cAMP response element-binding protein expression significantly decreased. Results suggested that abnormal expression of hippocampal synaptic structural protein and cAMP response element-binding protein phosphorylation played a role in cognitive impairment following chronic cerebral hypoperfusion.Hui Zhao Zhiyong Li Yali Wang Qiuxia Zhang 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,11:4
The petrographical and isotope geochemical tracers for deep ore-forming fluids from the Laowangzhai gold depoist in the northern part of the Ailao Mountains显示文摘Based on the petrological studies of wall rocks, mineralized rocks, ores and veins from the Laowangzhai gold deposit, it is discovered that with the development of silification, carbonation and sulfidation, a kind of black opaque ultracrystalline material runs through the space between grains and amphibole cleavages, which is the product of fast condensing consolidation with magma mantle fluids turning into hydrothermal crustal fluids in the process of mineralization and alteration. It is thought that the water in ore-forming fluids mainly derived from magmatic water through research on H-O isotopes, and C as well as S isotopic compositions, has clear mantle-derived characteristics, and rock (mine) stones contain high 87Sr/86 Sr ratios, low 143Nd/144 Nd ratios and high 206Pb/204 Pb ratios, which also reflects the ore-forming fluids were derived from the metasomatically enriched mantle. In combination with the features of H-O-C-S isotopes and Sr-Nd-Pb isotopes described above, the ore-forming fluids of the Laowangzhai gold deposit in the northern part of the Ailao Mountains were derived mainly from the deep interior of the mantle, and their properties were transformed from magma fluids to hydrothermal fluids in the course of metasomatism and alteration, which initiated crust-mantle contamination simultaneously to be in favor of mineralization.DENG Biping LIU Xianfan ZHANG Min LU Qiuxia ZHAO Fufen LI Chunhui CHU Yating XU Yaoyao TIAN Xiaomin LI Hui 2013Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2013,32,3:4
Effects of Heat Shock Factor AtHsfA1a on Caspase-3 Activity in Arabidopsis thaliana under High Temperature Stress显示文摘[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the effects of heat shock factor AtHsf A1 a on Caspase-3 activity in Arabidopsis thaliana under high temperature stress, thus revealing the relationship between heat shock factor At Hsf A1 a and programmed cell death in A. thaliana. [Method] Different genotypes of A. thaliana( AtHsf A1a-silenced transgenic and wild-type) seedlings were treated at 42 ℃. According to the fragmentation level of fluorogenic substrate Ac-DEVDp NA,Caspase-3 activity was determined by spectrophotometry. [Result]After high temperature treatment,Caspase-3 activity in A. thaliana was enhanced significantly. Caspase-3 activity in At Hsf A1a-silenced transgenic A. thaliana was higher than that in wild-type A. thaliana, which indicated that At Hsf A1 a could inhibit Caspase-3 activity in A. thaliana under high temperature stress. [Conclusion] Under high temperature stress, heat shock factor At Hsf A1 a might exert inhibitory effects on programmed cell death by reducing Caspase-3 activity. This study provided the basis for clarifying the mechanism of stress resistance in plants.Lihong GUO Xuelan ZHANG Nian LI Ya XU Qiuxia XI 2016Agricultural Biotechnology2016,5,4:2
Isolation and Neuroprotective Activity of Phenolic Derivatives from the Marine-Derived Fungus Penicillium janthinellum显示文摘A new phenolic compound, 6-(2-acetyl-3,5-dihydroxybenzyl)-4-hydroxy-3-methyl-2H-pyran-2-one(1), along with other six known phenolic derivatives(2-7), were isolated from the mangrove rhizosphere fungus Penicillium janthinellum HK1-6 cultured in potato dextrose broth medium containing 30 g L^(-1) of natural sea salt. The structure of the new compound(1) was elucidated by comprehensive analysis of spectroscopic data including 1D and 2D NMR spectra. The proposed biosynthetic pathway of compound 1 was also studied in this research. Interestingly, a brominated phenolic derivative, aryl bromide(compound 8), was obtained from this fungal strain cultured in medium containing 30 g L^-1 of NaBr instead of natural sea salt. Compound 8 is proposed as a new natural product and formed through bromination of compound 7 when the fungus was cultured with NaBr. The neuroprotective effect of compound 1 on oxygen-glucose deprivation(OGD)-induced injury was investigated in rat spinal cord astrocytes. MTT assay demonstrated that compound 1 can attenuate OGD-induced cell viability loss in rat spinal cord astrocytes.ZHENG Yaoyao CHEN Xu CHEN Lumin SHEN Li FU Xiumei CHEN Qiuxia CHEN Min WANG Changyun 2020Journal of Ocean University of China2020,19,3:2

Cine magnetic resonance imaging for quantitative assessment of healthy volunteers and patients with organic small bowel disease显示文摘Objective The aim of the study was to use dynamic magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) to compare quantitative parameters of small bowel motility between healthy volunteers and patients with small bowel diseases in order to investigate the characteristics of normal and impaired bowel peristalsis. Methods A total of 44 healthy volunteers(20 men, 24 women; mean age: 36 years; range: 20–61 years) and 42 patients(28 men, 14 women; mean age: 44 years; range: 15–72 years) with organic small bowel disease were recruited in our hospital(Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China) in this prospective study approved by the hospital institutional review board. Imaging was performed using a 3.0-T scanner 45 minutes after standardized oral administration of 1500 m L non-absorbable fluid(2.5% mannitol). A serial coronal scan was performed at selected planes for two minutes without breath-hold. Time-caliber curves were plotted at two well-distended small bowel loops in both healthy and patient groups regardless of location. Luminal diameter(LD), contraction period(CP), frequency of contraction(FC), and amplitude-diameter ratio(ADR) were measured based on the graph. Results The characteristics of abnormal peristaltic parameters were assessed in different patients and compared to normal curves from healthy volunteers. A total of 37 segments with abnormal motility were confirmed by two readers in consensus, based on curve patterns and the presence of a stationary phase. Compared to normal peristalsis in healthy volunteers, five different patterns of impaired peristalsis were identified: I, consecutive; II, slow; III, giant type; IV, uncoordinated; and V, akinetic. Dilated LDs were detected in all instances of abnormal peristalsis(P < 0.05). Increased frequency was found in type I [(8.73 ± 1.15) /min], while decreased frequency was detected in type III peristalsis [(0.67 ± 0.29) /min]. There were no significant differences in frequency between type II [(3.19 ± 0.43) /min] and normal peristalsis [(3.45 ± 0.57) /min]. Apart from type I [(8.70 ± 0.75) /min], increased FCs were found in all other abnormal patterns. In type II peristalsis, the average ADR value was 0.82 ± 0.08, comparable to the ADR value in the healthy group(0.83 ± 0.13). Conclusion MR cine is an effective method for differentiating normal and abnormal small bowel peristalsis. Plotting time-caliber curves and measuring quantitative MR cine parameters such as LD, CP, FC, and ADR offers more precise information about small bowel motility.Zi Wang Hao Tang Jianjun Li Qiuxia Wang Yaqi Shen Zhen Li Sishu Yuan Daoyu Hu 2015Oncology and Translational Medicine2015,1,4:1

Boron-doped Covalent Triazine Framework for Efficient CO_(2) Electroreduction显示文摘Converting CO_(2) into chemicals with electricity generated by renewable energy is a promising way to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality. Carbon-based materials have the advantages of low cost, wide sources and environmental friendliness. In this work, we prepared a series of boron-doped covalent triazine frameworks and found that boron doping can significantly improve the CO selectivity up to 91.2% in the CO_(2) electroreduction reactions(CO_(2)RR). The effect of different doping ratios on the activity by adjusting the proportion of doped atoms was systematically investigated. This work proves that the doping modification of non-metallic materials is a very effective way to improve their activity, and also lays a foundation for the study of other element doping in the coming future.YI Jundong LI Qiuxia CHI Shaoyi HUANG Yuanbiao CAO Rong 2022Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2022,38,1:1
