2High-sensitivity self-powered temperature/pressure sensor based on flexible Bi-Te thermoelectric film and porous microconed elastomer显示文摘Electronic skins are artificial skin-type multifunctional sensors,which hold great potentials in intelligent robotics,limb prostheses and human health monitoring.However,it is a great challenge to independently and accurately read various physical signals without power supplies.Here,a self-powered flexible temperature-pressure bimodal sensor based on high-performance thermoelectric films and porous microconed conductive elastic materials is presented.Through introducing flexible heat-sink design and harvesting body heat energy,the thin-film thermoelectric device could not only precisely sense temperature signal but also drive the pressure sensor for detecting external tactile stimulus.The integration of Bi-Te based thermoelectric film with high stability in wide temperature range enables the sensor to sense the ambient temperature with high resolution(<0.1 K)as well as excellent sensitivity(3.77 mV K^(-1)).Meanwhile,the porous microconed elastomer responds to pressure variation with low-pressure detection(16 Pa)and a high sensitivity of 37 kPa^(-1).Furthermore,the bimodal sensor could accurately and simultaneously monitor human wrist pulse and body temperature in real time,which demonstrates promising applications in self-powered electronic skins for human health monitoring systems.Yaling Wang Wei Zhu Yuan Deng Pengcheng Zhu Yuedong Yu Shaoxiong Hu Ruifeng Zhang 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,8:4

4Strain effect on the orientation-dependent harmonic spectrum of monolayer aluminum nitride显示文摘In this study, we theoretically investigate the strain effect on the orientation-dependent high-order harmonic generation(HHG) of monolayer aluminum nitride(Al N) by solving the multiband semiconductor Bloch equations in strong laser fields. Our simulations denote that the efficiency of the orientation-dependent HHG is considerably enhanced when a 15% biaxial tensile strain is applied to Al N, which is attributed to the downshifting energy level of the conduction band. Furthermore, the odd-even feature in the orientation-dependent high harmonic spectra owing to the strain is considerably different when compared with that in the case without strain. The enhanced quantum interference between different energy bands in strained Al N around the Γ-M direction is responsible for the observed odd-even distributions of the orientation-dependent HHG. 6Rock Types and Reservoir Characteristics of Shahejie Formation Marl in Shulu Sag, Jizhong Depression, Bohai Bay Basin显示文摘Due to the complicated lithology in the ES3 Member of the Shahejie Formation in the Shulu sag,Jizhong depression,it is difficult to classify the rock types and characterize the reservoirs at the marl intervals.In this paper,a four-element classification method has been proposed,and seven rock types have been identified by analyzing the mineral composition.The primary rock types are medium-high organic carbonate rocks and medium-high organic shaly-siliceous carbonate rocks.With the methods of field emission scanning electron microscopy,high-pressure mercury intrusion,nitrogen adsorption,and nano-CT,four types of reservoir spaces have been identified,including intra-granular pores,intergranular pores(inter-crystalline pores),organic pores,and micro-fractures.By combining the method of high-pressure mercury intrusion with the method of the nitrogen adsorption,the porosity of the marl has been measured,ranging from 0.73%to 5.39%.The distribution of the pore sizes is bimodal,and the pore types are dominated by micron pores.Through this study,it has been concluded that the sag area to the east of Well ST1H is the favorable area for the development of self-sourced and self-reservoired shale oil.According to the results of geochemical and reservoir analysis,the III Oil Group may have sweet spot layers.Jingwei Cui Xuanjun Yuan Songtao Wu Ruifeng Zhang Song Jin Yang Li 2021Journal of Earth Science2021,32,4:1

15Insulin-resistance and depression cohort data mining to identify nutraceutical related DNA methylation biomarker for type 2 diabetes显示文摘Insulin-resistance(IR)is one of the most important precursors of type 2 diabetes(T2D).Recent evidence suggests an association of depression with the onset of T2D.Accumu-lating evidence shows that depression and T2D share common biological origins,and DNA methylation examination might reveal the link between lifestyle,disease risk,and potential therapeutic targets for T2D.Here we hypothesize that integrative mining of IR and depression cohort data will facilitate predictive biomarkers identification for T2D.We utilized a newly proposed method to extract gene-level information from probe level data on genome-wide DNA methylation array.We identified a set of genes associated with IR and depression in clin-ical cohorts.By overlapping the IR-related nutraceutical-gene network with depression net-works,we identified a common subnetwork centered with Vitamin D Receptor(VDR)gene.Preliminary clinical validation of gene methylation set in a small cohort of T2D patients and controls was established using the Sequenome matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time flight mass spectrometry.A set of sites in the promoter regions of VDR showed a signifi-cant difference between T2D patients and controls.Using a logistic regression model,the optimal prediction performance of these sites was AUC Z 0.902,and an odds ratio Z 19.76.Thus,monitoring the methylation status of specific VDR promoter region might help stratify the high-risk individuals who could potentially benefit from vitamin D dietary sup-plementation.Our results highlight the link between IR and depression,and the DNA methyl-ation analysis might facilitate the search for their shared mechanisms in the etiology of T2D.Fengji Liang Yuan Quan Andong Wu Ying Chen Ruifeng Xu Yuexing Zhu Jianghui Xiong 2021Genes & Diseases2021,8,5:0

17Conical Intersection versus Avoided Crossing:Geometric Phase Effect in Molecular High-Order Harmonics显示文摘Nonadiabatic dynamics around an avoided crossing or a conical intersection play a crucial role in the photoinduced processes of most polyatomic molecules.The present work shows that the topological phase in conical intersection makes the behavior of pump-probe high-order harmonic signals different from the case of avoided crossing.The coherence built up when the system crosses the avoided crossing will lead to the oscillatory behavior of the spectrum,while the geometric phase erodes these oscillations in the case of conical intersection.Additionally,the dynamical blueshift and the splitting of the time-resolved spectrum allow capturing the snapshot dynamics with the sub-femtosecond resolution.Guanglu Yuan Ruifeng Lu Shicheng Jiang Konstantin Dorfman 2023Ultrafast Science2023,3,5:0

19Variation and relationship between soil moisture and environmental factors in the source region of the Yangtze River from 2005 to 2016显示文摘This study analyzed soil moisture,soil erosion,and vegetation in the source region of the Yangtze River from 2005 to 2016.We found that soil moisture showed an increasing trend from 2005 to 2009 but decreased from 2009 to 2016.The surface soil moisture was severely affected by seasonal changes in the source region of the Yangtze River,especially in the soil from 0 to 40 cm.However,seasonal variation of soil moisture deeper than 40 cm was different from that in the upper layer.Soil moisture below 40 cm wasn't affected by the seasonal variation.Soil moisture from 0 to 50 cm and the average thickness of wind deposition showed a positive correlation in the study area from 2005 to 2016.For environmental protection in the source region of the Yangtze River,wind deposition played a role in water retention.Similarly,a positive correlation also existed between the average thickness of wind erosion and soil moisture.Deep-soil moisture was the key factor for vegetation structure on the Qinghai?Tibet Plateau.The results are also helpful for further understanding the variation of soil moisture on the Tibetan Plateau and providing a scientific basis for effectively protecting and controlling the ecological environment in the future.LingLing Song ZongJie Li Qing Tian LieFu Wang Jing He RuiFeng Yuan Juan Gui BaiJuan Zhang YueMin Lv 2019Research in Cold and Arid Regions2019,11,3:0
