| 1 | Comfort evaluation and position parameter optimization of the steering wheel in agricultural machinery based on a three-level evaluation index system显示文摘The aim of this study is to evaluate the comfort and optimize the position parameters of steering wheel.Taking the H point of driver as the reference point,three position parameters of steering wheel were determined,which were used as experimental factors.A comprehensive evaluation index system of the comfort was established.The comfort range and optimal levels of three parameters were determined by a single factor test,based on which a response surface optimization and validation test was carried out.The optimization and validation test results show that the expected comprehensive score of the comfort is 0.864,and the average relative error between the predicted and the measured value is 4.18%,indicating that the optimization results are reliable.The findings can provide reference for the comfort optimization design of steering wheel in agricultural devices. | Qichao Wang Yujun Shang Zengzhi Qin Hongmei Xu Wei Jiang Hang Li Guozhong Zhang | 2022 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,4: | 1 |

| 4 | Optimization of the key position parameters for tractor steering wheel based on a driver’s arm muscle load analysis显示文摘Steering wheel is the most frequently used manual device in tractors,whose position directly affects the handling comfort of the driver and fatigue degree of the arm muscles.In this study,the biomechanical modelling software AnyBody was used for an inverse kinetics analysis of the rotation process of tractor steering wheel,calculate the muscle activation degree of the driver’s arm and compare it with the calculated results of surface EMG tests to verify the reliability of the biomechanical model.Based on the biomechanical model,the effects of three position parameters(steering wheel inclination,front-back distance,and upper-lower height)on the activation degree of the driver’s arm muscles were evaluated.The results demonstrated that steering wheel inclination has the most significant effect on the degree of muscle activation,followed by the upper-lower height and then front-back distance.Considering the interaction among factors,a regression orthogonal test was designed,and the test results revealed that the minimum muscle activation(1.2887)can be obtained with the steering wheel inclination of 31°,front-back distance of 431 mm and upper-lower height of 375 mm.The findings can provide a reference for optimizing the structure and position parameters of tractor steering wheels. | Hongmei Xu Hao Yang Yujun Shang Yinpei Zhang Zhangfen Liu Qichao Wang Guozhong Zhang | 2023 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2023,16,5: | 0 |
| 5 | Simultaneous Desorption of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons and Heavy Metals from Contaminated Soils by Rhamnolipid Biosurfactants显示文摘Hydrophobic organic compounds(HOCs)and heavy metals(HMs)are toxins that usually coexist in natural environments.Due to the differences in their properties,it remains challenging to simultaneously remove HMs and HOCs.In this study,the removal of phenanthrene(Phe)and lead(Pb)from co-contaminated soils by single rhamnolipid(RL)and mixed RL-sophorolipid(SL)biosurfactants were evaluated via soil column experiments.Biosurfactant micelle sizes were determined by dynamic light scattering,and the mechanisms of micelle solubilization were studied.The effects of biosurfactant concentrations,pH,washing agent salinity and the ageing time of polluted soils on Phe and Pb desorption efficiencies were also assessed.The substantial removal of Phe and Pb using mixed RL-SL systems,when molar fractions of RLs were 0.7,was attributed to large mixed micelle formation and lower sorption losses of these systems.The optimal pH value was 6.0,while Phe desorption was favoured at high RLs and low ionic strengths.However,the RLs concentration and ionic strength had no obvious influence on Pb removal.In addition,both Phe and Pb desorption decreased with increased ageing of the polluted soils.Combined RL-SL biosurfactants can be effective for simultaneously removing HOCs and HMs from polluted soils. | WU Liang SONG Dandan YAN Lele LIANG Shengkang YANG Yanqun PENG Changsheng SHANG Yujun WANG Xiuli DONG Xueliang | 2020 | Journal of Ocean University of China2020,19,4: | 0 |
| 6 | Quantum light source devices of In(Ga)As semiconductor self-assembled quantum dots显示文摘A brief introduction of semiconductor self-assembled quantum dots (QDs) applied in single-photon sources is given. Single QDs in confined quantum optical microcavity systems are reviewed along with their optical properties and coupling characteristics. Subsequently, the recent progresses in In(Ga)As QDs systems are summarized including the preparation of quantum light sources, multiple methods for embedding single QDs into different microcavities and the scalability of single-photon emitting wavelength. Particularly, several In(Ga)As QD single-photon devices are surveyed including In(Ga)As QDs coupling with nanowires, InAs QDs coupling with distributed Bragg reflection microcavity and the In(Ga)As QDs coupling with micropillar microcavities.
