2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents显示文摘Syncope belongs to the transient loss of consciousness(TLOC), characterized by a rapid onset, short duration, and spontaneous complete recovery. It is common in children and adolescents, accounting for 1% to 2% of emergency department visits.Recurrent syncope can seriously affect children's physical and mental health, learning ability and quality of life and sometimes cardiac syncope even poses a risk of sudden death. The present guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was developed for guiding a better clinical management of pediatric syncope. Based on the globally recent development and the evidence-based data in China, 2018 Chinese Pediatric Cardiology Society(CPCS) guideline for diagnosis and treatment of syncope in children and adolescents was jointly prepared by the Pediatric Cardiology Society, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese Medical Association(CMA)/Committee on Pediatric Syncope, Pediatricians Branch, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Committee on Pediatric Cardiology, Chinese College of Cardiovascular Physicians, Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA)/Pediatric Cardiology Society, Beijing Pediatric Society, Beijing Medical Association(BMA). The present guideline includes the underlying diseases of syncope in children and adolescents, the diagnostic procedures, methodology and clinical significance of standing test and headup tilt test, the clinical diagnosis vasovagal syncope, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, orthostatic hypotension and orthostatic hypertension, and the treatment of syncope as well as follow-up. | Cheng Wang Yaqi Li Ying Liao Hong Tian Min Huang Xiangyu Dong Lin Shi Jinghui Sun Hongfang Jin Junbao Du Jindou An Jie Chen Mingwu Chen Qi Chen Sun Chen Yonghong Chen Zhi Chen Adolphus Kai-tung Chau Junbao Du Zhongdong Du Junkai Duan Hongyu Duan Xiangyu Dong Lin Feng Lijun Fu Fangqi Gong Yonghao Gui Ling Han Zhenhui Han Bing He Zhixu He Xiufen Hu Yimin Hua Guoying Huang Min Huang Ping Huang Yujuan Huang Hongfang Jin Mei Jin Bo Li Fen Li Tao Li Xiaohui Li Xiaoyan Liu Yan Li Haitao Lv Tiewei Lv Zipu Li Luyi Ma Silin Pan Yusheng Pang Hua Peng Yuming Qin Jie Shen Lin Shi Kun Sun Jinghui Sun Hong Tian Jie Tian Cheng Wang Hong Wang Lei Wang Jinju Wang Wendi Wang Yuli Wang Rongzhou Wu Tianhe Xia Yanyan Xiao Chunhong Xie Yanlin Xing Zhenyu Xiong Baoyuan Xu Yi Xu Hui Yan Shiwei Yang Qijian Yi Xia Yu Xianyi Yu Yue Yuan Hongyan Zhang Huili Zhang Li Zhang Qingyou Zhang Xi Zhang Yanmin Zhang Zhiwei Zhang Cuifen Zhao Bin Zhou Hua Zhu | 2018 | Science Bulletin2018,63,23: | 54
The Reference Genome of Tea Plant and Resequencing of 81 Diverse Accessions Provide Insights into Its Genome Evolution and Adaptation显示文摘Tea plant is an important economic crop, which is used to produce the world's oldest and most widely consumed tea beverages. Here,we present a high-quality reference genome assembly of the tea plant(Camellia sinensis var.sinensis)consisting of 15 pseudo-chromosomes.LTR retrotransposons(LTR-RTs)account for 70.38%of the genome, and we present evidence that LTR-RTS play critical roles in genome size expansion and the transcriptional diversification of tea plant genes through preferential insertion in promoter regions and introns.Genes, particularly those coding for terpene biosynthesis pro-teins,associated with tea aroma and stress resistance were significantly amplified through recent tandem duplications and exist as gene clusters in tea plant genome.Phylogenetic analysis of the sequences of 81 tea plant accessions with diverse origins revealed three well-differentiated tea plant populations,support-ing the proposition for the southwest origin of the Chinese cultivated tea plant and its later spread to western Asia through introduction.Domestication and modern breeding left significant signatures on hundreds of genes in the tea plant genome, particularly those associated with tea quality and stress resis-tance.The genomic sequences of the reported reference and resequenced tea plant accessions provide valuable resources for future functional genomics study and molecular breeding of improved cul-tivars of tea plants. | Enhua Xia Wei Tong Yan Hou Yanlin An Linbo Chen Qiong Wu Yunlong Liu Jie Yu Fangdong Li Ruopei Li Penghui Li Huijuan Zhao Ruoheng Ge Jin Huang Ali Inayat Mallano Yanrui Zhang Shengrui Liu Weiwei Deng Chuankui Song Zhaoliang Zhang Jian Zhao Shu Wei Zhengzhu Zhang Tao Xia Chaoling Wei Xiaochun Wan | 2020 | Molecular Plant2020,13,7: | 51
The microfacies and sedimentary responses to the mass extinction during the Permian-Triassic transition at Yangou Section, Jiangxi Province, South China显示文摘A Permian-Triassic(P-Tr) boundary section of continuous carbonate facies, which well recorded the biotic and environmental processes through the great P-Tr transition in the shallow non-microbialite carbonate facies, has been studied in Yangou, Leping County, Jiangxi Province. The P-Tr sequence is well correlated with the Meishan section according to the conodont biostratigraphy and the excursion of carbon isotopes. A series of high-resolution thin-sections from the P-Tr boundary carbonate rocks at the Yangou section are studied to explore the interrelation between environmental change and biological evolution during the transitional time. Six microfacies have been identified based upon the observation of the thin-sections under a microscope on the grains and matrix and their interrelation. Combined with the data of fossils and carbon isotopes, Microfacies 4(MF-4), coated-grain-bearing foraminifer oolitic sparitic limestone, and Microfacies 6(MF-6), dark shelly micritic limestone, should be the different responses to the two episodes of mass extinction and environmental events that can be correlated throughout South China and even over the world. The oolitic limestone of MF-4 is the first finding from the latest Permian strata in South China and it might be a proxy of an unusual environmental condition of high pCO2, low sulfate concentration and of microbial blooming in the aftermath of the latest Permian mass extinction. The micritic limestone of MF-6 containing rich micro-gastropods and ostracods probably represents the blooming event of disaster taxa in the earliest Triassic environment. The microfacies analysis at the Yangou section can well reveal the episodic process of the biological evolution and environmental change in the shallow non-microbialite carbonate facies throughout the great P-Tr transition, thus the Yangou section becomes an important complement to the Meishan section. | TIAN Li TONG JinNan SUN DongYing XIONG YanLin WANG ChengGang SONG HaiJun SONG HuYue HUANG YunFei | 2014 | Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,9: | 4
Substantial transition to clean household energy mix in rural China显示文摘The household energy mix has significant impacts on human health and climate,as it contributes greatly to many health-and climate-relevant air pollutants.Compared to the well-established urban energy statistical system, the rural household energy statistical system is incomplete and is often associated with high biases.Via a nationwide investigation, this study revealed high contributions to energy supply from coal and biomass fuels in the rural household energy sector, while electricity comprised∼20%.Stacking(the use of multiple sources of energy)is significant, and the average number of energy types was 2.8 per household.Compared to 2012,the consumption of biomass and coals in 2017 decreased by 45%and 12%,respectively,while the gas consumption amount increased by 204%.Increased gas and decreased coal consumptions were mainly in cooking, while decreased biomass was in both cooking(41%)and heating(59%).The time-sharing fraction of electricity and gases(E&G)for daily cooking grew, reaching 69%in 2017,but for space heating, traditional solid fuels were still dominant, with the national average shared fraction of E&G being only 20%.The non-uniform spatial distribution and the non-linear increase in the fraction of E&G indicated challenges to achieving universal access to modern cooking energy by 2030,particularly in less-developed rural and mountainous areas. In some non-typical heating zones, the increased share of E&G for heating was significant and largely driven by income growth, but in typical heating zones, the time-sharing fraction was<5%and was not significantly increased, except in areas with policy intervention. The intervention policy not only led to dramatic increases in the clean energy fraction for heating but also accelerated the clean cooking transition.Higher income, higher education, younger age, less energy/stove stacking and smaller family size positively impacted the clean energy transition. | Guofeng Shen Rui Xiong Yanlin Tian Zhihan Luo Bahabaike Jiangtulu Wenjun Meng Wei Du Jing Meng Yuanchen Chen Bing Xue Bin Wang Yonghong Duan Jia Duo Fenggui Fan Lei Huang Tianzhen Ju Fenggui Liu Shunxin Li Xianli Liu Yungui Li Mu Wang Ying Nan Bo Pan Yanfang Pan Lizhi Wang Eddy Zeng Chao Zhan Yilin Chen Huizhong Shen Hefa Cheng Shu Tao | 2022 | National Science Review2022,9,7: | 4

Thermodynamic Assessment and Experimental Investigation of Fe-Al-C System显示文摘Phase diagram information of the Fe-C,Fe-Al and Al-C systems are reviewed and the Fe-Al-C system is assessed.A FeAlC database is created by combining a set of thermodynamic parameters established by Kumar and SSOL database in Thermo-Calc software package.Ternary phase diagrams are calculated with FeAlC and the newly developed Thermo-Calc databases SSOL2 and SSOL4.The FeAIC database is the best one to describe the Fe-Al-C system.A1 and A3 values on the vertical section containing 1.5 wt pct Al are calculated with the FeAlC database in this work.To validate the thermodynamic calculation, critical temperatures A_(C_1) and A_(C_3) are determined by using dilatometer analysis. There exist some errors between the calculated values and the experimental results. So further optimization of the Fe-Al-C system regarding bcc and fcc phases is necessary. The experimental data in this work could be of some value in further optimization. | Weiyan LU Lin LI Li WANG Yanlin HE Shuigen HUANG | 2008 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2008,24,5: | 3
Geological controls of shale gas accumulation and enrichment mechanism in Lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation of western Hubei, Middle Yangtze, China显示文摘The lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation is of crucial importance for shale gas target reservoirs in western Hubei,China;however, little work has been done in this field, and its shale gas accumulation and enrichment mechanism are still unclear.Based on survey wells, outcrop data, and large numbers of tests, the geological conditions of shale gas accumulation were studied;moreover, the factors that influence the gas content were thoroughly discussed. The results show that the Niutitang Formation(Є1n)can be divided into three sections:the first section(Є_(1)n^(1)),the second section(Є_(1)n^(2)),and the third section(Є1n3).TheЄ_(1)n^(2) is the main shale gas reservoir. The deep shelf facies is the main sedimentary facies and can be divided into three main lithofacies:argillaceous siltstone, carbonaceous shale and carbonaceous siliceous rock. The total organic carbon(TOC)content shows gentle growth trends until bottom of theЄ_(1)n^(2) and then decreases rapidly within theЄ_(1)n^(1),and the TOC content mainly ranges from 2%to 4%horizontally.The calcite and dolomite dissolution pores, clay intergranular pores and organic pores are the main pore types and the micropore types are clearly related to the mineral compositions and the TOC content.Vertically, the gas content is mainly affected by the TOC content.Horizontally, wells with high gas contents are distributed only southeast of the Huangling anticline, and the combination of structural styles, fault and fracture development, and the distribution of the regional unconformity boundary between the upper Sinian Dengying Formation(Z2d)and theЄ_(1)n^(2) are the three most important factors affecting the gas content. The favorable areas must meet the following conditions:a deep shelf environment, the presence of theЄ_(1)n^(1),wide and gentle folds, far from large normal faults that are more than 5 km,moderate thermal evolution, and greater than 500 m burial depth;this includes the block with the YD2–ZD2 wells, and the block with the Y1 and YD4 wells, which are distributed in the southern portion of the Huangling anticline and northern portion of the Xiannvshan fault. | Lulu XU Saipeng HUANG Zaoxue LIU Yaru WEN Xianghui ZHOU Yanlin ZHANG Xiongwei LI Deng WANG Fan LUO Cheng CHEN | 2021 | Frontiers of Earth Science2021,15,2: | 3

Recent Progress in Atmospheric Chemistry Research in China: Establishing a Theoretical Framework for the “Air Pollution Complex”显示文摘Atmospheric chemistry research has been growing rapidly in China in the last 25 years since the concept of the“air pollution complex”was first proposed by Professor Xiaoyan TANG in 1997.For papers published in 2021 on air pollution(only papers included in the Web of Science Core Collection database were considered),more than 24000 papers were authored or co-authored by scientists working in China. In this paper,we review a limited number of representative and significant studies on atmospheric chemistry in China in the last few years, including studies on(1)sources and emission inventories,(2)atmospheric chemical processes,(3)interactions of air pollution with meteorology, weather and climate,(4)interactions between the biosphere and atmosphere,and(5)data assimilation. The intention was not to provide a complete review of all progress made in the last few years, but rather to serve as a starting point for learning more about atmospheric chemistry research in China. The advances reviewed in this paper have enabled a theoretical framework for the air pollution complex to be established, provided robust scientific support to highly successful air pollution control policies in China, and created great opportunities in education, training, and career development for many graduate students and young scientists. This paper further highlights that developing and low-income countries that are heavily affected by air pollution can benefit from these research advances, whilst at the same time acknowledging that many challenges and opportunities still remain in atmospheric chemistry research in China,to hopefully be addressed over the next few decades. | Tong ZHU Mingjin TANG Meng GAO Xinhui BI Junji CAO Huizheng CHE Jianmin CHEN Aijun DING Pingqing FU Jian GAO Yang GAO Maofa GE Xinlei GE Zhiwei HAN Hong HE Ru-Jin HUANG Xin HUANG Hong LIAO Cheng LIU Huan LIU Jianguo LIU Shaw Chen LIU Keding LU Qingxin MA Wei NIE Min SHAO Yu SONG Yele SUN Xiao TANG Tao WANG Tijian WANG Weigang WANG Xuemei WANG Zifa WANG Yan YIN Qiang ZHANG Weijun ZHANG Yanlin ZHANG Yunhong ZHANG Yu ZHAO Mei ZHENG Bin ZHU Jiang ZHU | 2023 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2023,40,8: | 2
Computer simulation of W-C-Co-V system diffusion couples显示文摘Diffusion couples,WC/Co-1at.%C,V8C7/Co,and WC/Co-0.3wt.%V8C7 were constructed and annealed at tem-peratures ranging from 1100 to 1300°C. The concentration profile of V and W atoms in these couples were measured by EPMA. Aided by Thermo-calc & DICTRA software package, the concentration profiles of W and V in established diffu-sion couples were calculated by the moving boundary model according to revised dynamic parameters and MOB database, respectively. Then the concentration profile of W in Co binder during sintering WC-Co cemented carbide was simulated by the Cell model. It can provide reference for composition and sintering process design of cemented carbides with high per-formance. Meanwhile, the validity of revised dynamic parameters of the W-C-Co-V system is verified by the comparison of experimental and simulated results. | HE Yanlin LI Lin HUANG Shuigen Jef Vleugels Omer Van der Biest | 2007 | Rare Metals2007,26,5: | 2
Seasonal variation and sources of low molecular weight organic acids in precipitation in the rural area of Anshun显示文摘Low molecular weight (LMW) organic acids are important and ubiquitous chemical constituents in the atmosphere.A comprehensive study of the chemical composition of precipitation was carried out from June 2007 to June 2008 at a rural site in Anshun,in the west of Guizhou Province,China.During this period,118 rainwater samples were collected and the main LMW carboxylic acids were determined using ion chromatography. The average pH of rainwater was 4.89 which is a typical acidic value. The most abundant carboxylic acids were formic acid (volume weight mean concentration:8.77 μmol L-1) and acetic acid (6.90 μmol L-1),followed by oxalic acid (2.05 μmol L-1).The seasonal variation of concentrations and wet deposition fluxes of organic acids indicated that direct vegetation emissions were the main sources of the organic acids.Highest concentrations were observed in winter and were ascribed to the low winter rainfall and the contribution of other air pollution sources northeast of the study area. The ratio of formic and acetic acids in the precipitation ([F/A] T) was proposed as an indicator of pollution source. This suggested that the pollution resulted from direct emissions from natural or anthropogenic sources.Comparison with acid precipitation in other urban and rural areas in Guizhou showed that there was a decreasing contribution of LMW organic acids to free acidity and all anions in rainwater from urban to remote rural areas.Consequently,it is necessary to control emissions of organic acids to reduce the frequency of acid rain, especially in rural and remote areas. | ZHANG YanLin LEE XinQing CAO Fang HUANG DaiKuan | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,10: | 2

GMDH-Based Outlier Detection Model in Classification Problems显示文摘In many practical classification problems, datasets would have a portion of outliers, which could greatly affect the performance of the constructed models. In order to address this issue,we apply the group method of data handin neural network in outlier detection. This study builds a GMDH-based outlier detectio model. This model first implements feature selection in the training set L using GMDH neural network. Then a new training set L can be obtained by mapping the selected key feature subset.Next,a linear regression model can be constructed in the set L by ordinary least squares estimation.Further,it eliminates a sample from the set L randomly every time, and then rebuilds a linear regression model. Finally, outlier detection is realized by calculating Cook’s distance for each sample.Four different customer classification datasets are used to conduct experiments. Results show that GOD model can effectively eliminate outliers, and compared with the five existing outlier detection models,it generally performs significantly better. This indicates that eliminating outliers can effectively enhance classification accuracy of the trained classification model. | XIE Ling JIA Yanlin XIAO Jin GU Xin HUANG Jing | 2020 | Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2020,33,5: | 1
