| 1 | Warpage prediction of the injection-molded strip-like plastic parts显示文摘For most strip-like plastic injection molded parts,whose cross section size is much smaller than their length,the traditional Hele-Shaw model and three-dimensional model do not work well in the prediction of the warpage because of their special shape.A new solution was suggested in this work.The strip-like plastic part was regarded as a little-curved beam macroscopically,and was divided into a few one-dimensional elements.On the section of each elemental node location,two-dimensional thermal finite element analysis was made to obtain the nonuniform thermal stress caused by the time difference of the solidi fication of the plastic melt in the mold.The stress relaxation,or equivalently,strain creep was dealt with by using a special computing model.On the bases of in-mold elastic stress,the final bending moment to the beam was obtained and the warpage was predicted in good agreement with practical cases. | Chaofang Wang Ming Huang Changyu Shen Zhenfeng Zhao | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2016,24,5: | 9 |

| 3 | Ni Flower/MXene-Melamine Foam Derived 3D Magnetic/Conductive Networks for Ultra-Efficient Microwave Absorption and Infrared Stealth显示文摘The development of multifunctional and efficient electromagnetic wave absorbing materials is a challenging research hotspot.Here,the magnetized Ni flower/MXene hybrids are successfully assembled on the surface of melamine foam(MF)through electrostatic self-assembly and dip-coating adsorption process,realizing the integration of microwave absorption,infrared stealth,and flame retardant.Remarkably,the Ni/MXene-MF achieves a minimum reflection loss(RLmin)of−62.7 dB with a corresponding effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 6.24 GHz at 2 mm and an EAB of 6.88 GHz at 1.8 mm.Strong electromagnetic wave absorption is attributed to the three-dimensional magnetic/conductive networks,which provided excellent impedance matching,dielectric loss,magnetic loss,interface polarization,and multiple attenuations.In addition,the Ni/MXene-MF endows low density,excellent heat insulation,infrared stealth,and flame-retardant functions.This work provided a new development strategy for the design of multifunctional and efficient electromagnetic wave absorbing materials. | Haoran Cheng Yamin Pan Xin Wang Chuntai Liu Changyu Shen Dirk W.Schubert Zhanhu Guo Xianhu Liu | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,4: | 7 |

| 5 | The oxygen cycle and a habitable Earth显示文摘As an important contributor to the habitability of our planet, the oxygen cycle is interconnected with the emergence and evolution of complex life and is also the basis to establish Earth system science. Investigating the global oxygen cycle provides valuable information on the evolution of the Earth system, the habitability of our planet in the geologic past, and the future of human life. Numerous investigations have expanded our knowledge of the oxygen cycle in the fields of geology,geochemistry, geobiology, and atmospheric science. However, these studies were conducted separately, which has led to onesided understandings of this critical scientific issue and an incomplete synthesis of the interactions between the different spheres of the Earth system. This review presents a five-sphere coupled model of the Earth system and clarifies the core position of the oxygen cycle in Earth system science. Based on previous research, this review comprehensively summarizes the evolution of the oxygen cycle in geological time, with a special focus on the Great Oxidation Event(GOE) and the mass extinctions, as well as the possible connections between the oxygen content and biological evolution. The possible links between the oxygen cycle and biodiversity in geologic history have profound implications for exploring the habitability of Earth in history and guiding the future of humanity. Since the Anthropocene, anthropogenic activities have gradually steered the Earth system away from its established trajectory and had a powerful impact on the oxygen cycle. | 6 | Robust double-layered ANF/MXene-PEDOT:PSS Janus films with excellent multi-source driven heating and electromagnetic interference shielding properties显示文摘The strategy of incorporating polymers into MXene-based functional materials has been widely used to improve their mechanical properties,however with inevitable sacrifice of their electrical conductivity and electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding performance.This study demonstrates a facile yet efficient layering structure design to prepare the highly robust and conductive double-layer Janus films comprised of independent aramid nanofiber(ANF)and Ti3C2Tx MXene/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)layers.The ANF layer serves to provide good mechanical stability,whilst the MXene/PEDOT:PSS layer ensures excellent electrical conductivity.Doping PEDOT:PSS into the MXene layer enhances the interfacial bonding strength between the MXene and ANF layers and improves the hydrophobicity and water/oxidation resistance of MXene layer.The resultant ANF/MXene-PEDOT:PSS Janus film with a conductive layer thickness of 4.4μm was shown to display low sheet resistance(2.18Ω/sq),good EMI shielding effectiveness(EMI SE of 48.1 dB),high mechanical strength(155.9 MPa),and overall toughness(19.4 MJ/m^(3)).Moreover,the excellent electrical conductivity and light absorption capacity of the MXene-PEDOT:PSS conductive layer mean that these Janus films display multi-source driven heating functions,producing excellent Joule heating(382℃ at 4 V)and photothermal conversion(59.6℃ at 100 mW/m^(2))properties. | Bing Zhou Jianzhou Song Bo Wang Yuezhan Feng Chuntai Liu Changyu Shen | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,10: | 4 |

Thermal stability, Raman spectra and upconversion luminescence spectra were studied, and upconversion luminescence mechanisms were analyzed. The results show that the intense blue and relatively weak red emissions centered at 476 and 649 nm corresponding to the transitions 1G4→3H6 and 1G4→3H4 of Tm 3+, respectively, were simultaneously observed at room temperature under 980 nm LD excitation. | 13 | Flexible Ag Microparticle/MXene-Based Film for Energy Harvesting显示文摘Ultra-thin flexible films have attracted wide attention because of their excellent ductility and potential versatility.In particular,the energy-harvesting films(EHFs)have become a research hotspot because of the indispensability of power source in various devices.However,the design and fabrication of such films that can capture or transform di erent types of energy from environments for multiple usages remains a challenge.Herein,the multifunctional flexible EHFs with e ective electro-/photo-thermal abilities are proposed by successive spraying Ag microparticles and MXene suspension between on waterborne polyurethane films,supplemented by a hot-pressing.The optimal coherent film exhibits a high electrical conductivity(1.17×10^(4)S m^(-1)),excellent Joule heating performance(121.3℃)at 2 V,and outstanding photo-thermal performance(66.2℃ within 70 s under 100 mW cm^(-1)).In addition,the EHFs-based single-electrode triboelectric nanogenerators(TENG)give short-circuit transferred charge of 38.9 nC,open circuit voltage of 114.7 V,and short circuit current of 0.82μA.More interestingly,the output voltage of TENG can be further increased via constructing the double triboelectrification layers.The comprehensive ability for harvesting various energies of the EHFs promises their potential to satisfy the corresponding requirements. | Yunpeng Jia Yamin Pan Chunfeng Wang Chuntai Liu Changyu Shen Caofeng Pan Zhanhu Guo Xianhu Liu | 2021 | Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,12: | 1 |
