1Modern Control Strategies of Doubly-Fed Induction Generator Based Wind Turbine System显示文摘A doubly-fed induction generator(DFIG)based configuration is still preferred by wind turbine manufacturers due to the cost-effective power converter and independent control of the active power and reactive power.To cope with stricter grid codes(e.g.reactive power compensation,low voltage ride-through operation,as well as steady and safe operation during long-term distorted grid),control strategies are continuously evolving.This paper starts with a control strategy using the combined reactive power compensation from both the back-to-back power converters for their optimized lifetime distribution under normal grid conditions.Afterwards,an advanced demagnetizing control is proposed to keep the minimum thermal stress of the rotor-side converter in the case of the short-term grid fault.A modularized control strategy of the DFIG system under unbalanced and distorted grid voltage is discussed,with the control targets of the smooth active and reactive power or the balanced and sinusoidal current of the rotor-side converter and the grid-side converte。Finally,a bandwidth based repetitive controller is evaluated to improve the DFIG system's robustness against grid frequency deviation.Dao Zhou Yipeng Song Frede Blaabjerg 2016Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2016,2,1:2
2Resonance Active Damping and PCC Voltage Quality Improvement of DFIG System Connected to Parallel Compensated Grid显示文摘Under the connection to a weak grid,the Doubly Fed Induction Generator(DFIG)based wind power system has potential risk from two operational issues.The first issue is the High Frequency Resonance(HFR)mode due to the impedance interaction between the DFIG system and the weak grid.In order to ensure safe and reliable operation of the DFIG system,it is necessary to implement effective active damping strategies to mitigate the HFR.The second issue is low order voltage harmonic distortion at the Point of Common Coupling(PCC),where consequently the performance of other grid-connected devices may deteriorate.It could be advantageous that the DFIG system is able to improve the voltage quality at PCC by eliminating the low order harmonic components.In this paper,both of the above mentioned DFIG operational characters,i.e.,active damping of HFR and the improvement of voltage quality at PCC,will be achieved by implementing advanced control strategies in the Rotor Side Converter(RSC)and the Grid Side Converter(GSC)respectively.Simulations are provided to verify the proposed control strategies for DFIG system connected to a weak grid.Yipeng Song Nian Heng Frede Blaabjerg 2018Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2018,4,4:2

5Study of the effect of chemical composition on the surface wettability of three-dimensional graphene foams显示文摘The chemical composition obviously affects the surface wettability of a three-dimensional(3D)graphene material apart from its surface energy and microstructure.In the hydrothermal preparation,the heteroatom doping changes the chemical composition and wettability of the 3D graphene material.To realize the controllable surface wettability of graphene materials,aminobenzene sulfonic acid(ABSA)was selected as a typical doping agent for the preparation of nitrogen and sulfur co-doped 3D graphene foam(SNGF)using a hydrothermal method.Different from using o-ABSA or p-ABSA as the dopant,SNGF with tunable surface wettability is obtained only when m-ABSA is used.This result indicates that the substituent position of-SO3H group in the benzene ring of ABSA is rather important for the tunable wettability.This work provides some theo retical foundations for dopant selection and some new insights in manipulating the properties of 3D graphene foams by adjusting the configuration of dopants.Guihua Huang Xinhong Song Yiying Chen Fangyuan Lin Yipeng Huang Feiming Li Zhiyong Guo Qiuhong Yao Xi Chen 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,7:1
6Geomorphic Evidence for and Rate of Sinistral Strike-slip Movement Along Northwest-trending Faults in Chaoshan Plain显示文摘Two sets of active faults,northwest-and northeast-trending faults,are developed in the Chao-shan Plain of East Guangdong.After detailed interpretation of aerophotos,we have found outthat there is the clear phenomenon of sinistral dislocation of drainage system on the Huang-gang-shui fault and part of Fengshun-Shantou fault.Field investigation confirmed that the geo-morphic bodies along the two faults have undergone displacement.Large-scale topographicmapping was made at three displaced sites and samples for age dating were collected from thegeomorphic booies.Calculation indicates that the average rate of sinistral strike-slip movementin the Holocene time amounts to 1.11±0.09~2.69±0.24mm/a along the Huanggangshuifault and 3.26±0.26mm/a along the Fengshun-Shantou fault.These two more active NW-trending faults extend into sea area,where they intersect the NE-trending strongly active Nius-han Island-Xiongdi Isle-Nanpeng Isles fault at a depth of 40~50m in water.The intersection isa location favorableWang Yipeng , Song Fangmin , Huang Qingtuan , and Chen WeiguangInstitute of Geology, China Seismological Bureau, Beijing 100029, ChinaXiamen Seismological Survey and Research Center, Seismological Bureau of Fujian Province, Xiamen 361021, China Institu 2000Earthquake Research in China2000,14,4:1
7Tuning the concentration of surface/bulk oxygen vacancies in CeO_(2) nanorods to promote highly efficient photodegradation of organic dyes显示文摘To enhance the photodegradation ability of CeO_(2) for organic dyes,an effective strategy is to introduce oxygen vacancies(Vo).In general,the introduced Vo are simultaneously present both on the surface and in the bulk of CeO_(2).The surface oxygen vacancies(Vo-s) can decrease the band gap,thus enhancing light absorption to produce more photogenerated e-for photodegradation.However,the bulk oxygen vacancies(Vo-b) will inhibit photocatalytic activity by increasing the recombination of photogene rated e-and Vo-b.Therefore,regulating the concentrations of Vo-s to Vo-b is a breakthrough for achieving the best utilization of photogene rated e-during photodegradation.We used an easy hydrothermal method to achieve tunable concentrations of Vo-s to Vo-b in CeO_(2) nanorods.The optimized CeO_(2) presents a 70.2%removal of rhodamine B after 120 min of ultraviolet-visible light irradiation,and a superior photodegradation performance of multiple organics.This tuning strategy for Vo also provides guidance for developing other advanced metal-oxide semiconductor photocatalysts for the photodegradation of organic dyes.Zhen Shen Yipeng Zhou Yue Guo Jie Zhao Jianhua Song Yu Xie Yun Ling Wei Zhang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,8:0
8Toward atomistic models of intact severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 via Martini coarsegrained molecular dynamics simulations显示文摘The causative pathogen of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),is an enveloped virus assembled by a lipid envelope and multiple structural proteins.In this study,by integrating experimental data,structural modeling,as well as coarse-grained and all-atom molecular dynamics simulations,we constructed multiscale models of SARS-CoV-2.Our 500-ns coarse-grained simulation of the intact virion allowed us to investigate the dynamic behavior of the membrane-embedded proteins and the surrounding lipid molecules in situ.Our results indicated that the membrane-embedded proteins are highly dynamic,and certain types of lipids exhibit various binding preferences to specific sites of the membrane-embedded proteins.The equilibrated virion model was transformed into atomic resolution,which provided a 3D structure for scientific demonstration and can serve as a framework forfuture exascale allatom molecular dynamics(MD)simulations.A short all-atom molecular dynamics simulation of 255 ps was conducted as a preliminary test for largescale simulationsofthis complexsystem.Dali Wang Jiaxuan Li Lei Wang Yipeng Cao Bo Kang Xiangfei Meng Sai Li Chen Song 2023Quantitative Biology2023,11,4:0
9Insecticidal Activity of Crystals and Spores of Purified Bacillus thuringiensis 00-50-5 Strain against Trichoplusia ni Hubner显示文摘[Objective] The paper was to study pathogenic mechanism and action mode of Bacillus thuringiensis( Bt) 00-50-5 strain against Trichoplusia ni Hubner.[Method] The crystals and spores of B.thuringiensis 00-50-5 strain were first isolated and purified,and their insecticidal activities against T.ni were compared.[Result] Either the mixture of pure crystals and pure spores of 00-50-5 strain,or only pure crystals could kill T.ni larvae under the concentration of 100μg/mL after 48 h,and the mortality rate reached 100%;pure spores could not kill the larvae.Determination results of median lethal concentration showed that insecticidal activity of pure crystal of Bt 00-50-5 strain( LC50=0.32 μg/mL) was higher than the mixture of crystals and spores( LC50=0.48),but the insecticidal activity of pure spores was very low( LC50> 500.00).Therefore,the crystals were primarily responsible for causing death of larvae.[Conclusion] The paper provides theoretical basis for application of Bt 00-50-5 strain.Liu Liping Cheng Bai Song Yingzi Chen Yipeng Peng Zhengqiang 2013Plant Diseases and Pests2013,4,4:0

11An extended analysis of cardiovascular benefits of indoor air filtration intervention among elderly:a randomized crossover trial(Beijing indoor air purifier study,BIAPSY)显示文摘Objective Evidence on potential cardiovascular benefits of personal-level intervention among the elderly exposed to high levels of particulate matter(PM)remains limited.We aimed to assess improvements in surrogate markers of cardiovascular injury in vulnerable populations at risks by using indoor air filtration units.Methods We conducted a randomized crossover trial for 2 separate 2-week air filtration interventions in 20 households of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and their partners in the winter of 2013,with concurrent measurements of indoor PM.The changes in biomarkers indicative of cardiac injury,atherosclerosis progression and systemic inflammation following intervention were evaluated using linear mixed-effect models.Results In the analysis,average levels of indoor PM with aerodynamic diameters<2.5µm(PM2.5)decreased significantly by 59.2%(from 59.6 to 24.3µg/m3,P<0.001)during the active air filtration.The reduction was accompanied by improvements in levels of high-sensitivity cardiac troponin I by−84.6%(95%confidence interval[CI]:−90.7 to−78.6),growth differentiation factor-15 by−48.1%(95%CI:−31.2 to−25.6),osteoprotegerin by−65.4%(95%CI:−56.5 to−18.7),interleukin-4 by−46.6%(95%CI:−62.3 to−31.0)and myeloperoxidase by−60.3%(95%CI:−83.7 to−3.0),respectively.Conclusion Indoor air filtration intervention may provide potential cardiovascular benefits in vulnerable populations at risks.Jie Chen Tong Wang Hongbing Xu Yutong Zhu Yipeng Du Beibei Liu Qian Zhao Yi Zhang Lingyan Liu Ningman Yuan Jiakun Fang Yunfei Xie Shuo Liu Rongshan Wu Danqing Shao Xiaoming Song Bei He Bert Brunekreef Wei Huang 2022Global Health Journal2022,6,1:0

13High Frequency Resonance in DFIG-Based Wind Farm with Variable Power Capacity显示文摘As wind power penetration has been gaining in the power grid for decades,a large number of the doubly fed induction generator(DFIG)based wind farms are being established around the globe.The power capacities of these wind farms may vary around hundreds of MW,and most of the wind farms are connected to long transmission cables whose impedances can not be ignored and require careful attention.Several works have investigated the impedance interaction between the DFIG based wind farm and long transmission cables which may unfortunately cause high frequency resonance(HFR).The main contribution of this paper is to investigate the influence of the variable wind farm capacity on the behavior of the HFR when certain transmission cables are provided.It is found out that the potential HFR may happen in certain wind farms,and the larger wind farm capacity causes more severe HFR due to the relatively weaker grid transmission capability.Simulation results based on Matlab/Simulink are given to validate the analysis of HFR.Yipeng Song Heng Nian Frede Blaabjerg 2017Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2017,3,3:0
14Simultaneous integrated dose reduction intensity-modulated radiotherapy effectively reduces cardiac toxicity in limited-stage small cell lung cancer显示文摘Objective:To assess the clinical outcomes and toxicities of once daily(QD)simultaneous dose reduction intensity-modulated radiotherapy(SDR-IMRT-QD;SDR-QD)versus conventional QD IMRT(C-QD)and twice daily(BID)IMRT in patients with limited-stage small cell lung cancer(LS-SCLC).Methods:After propensity score matching(PSM),a retrospective analysis involving 300 patients with LS-SCLC treated using SDR-QD,C-QD,or BID was performed from January 1,2014 to December 31,2019.The prescribed irradiation dose in the SDR-QD cohort was 60 Gy/PGTV and 54 Gy/PTV QD.The radiation dose was 60 Gy for both PGTV and PTV QD in the C-QD cohort.The radiation dose was 45 Gy for both PGTV and PTV in the BID cohort.Toxicities,short-term effects,and survival outcomes were recorded.A meta-analysis on the protective effects of pharmaceuticals for cardiac toxicities induced by anti-tumor therapy was performed.Results:The median overall survival time(MST)in the 3 cohorts were 32.7 months(SDR-QD),26.3 months(C-QD),and 33.6 months(BID);the differences between groups were statistically significant.Lower toxicities and doses to organs-at-risk(OARs)occurred in the SDR-QD and BID cohorts.Further,the cardiac dose dosimetric parameter Vheart40 was negatively associated with survival(r=-0.35,P=0.007).A Vheart40 value of 16.5%was recommended as a cut-off point,which yielded 54.7%sensitivity and 85.7%specificity for predicting negative survival outcomes.The meta-analysis indicated that pharmaceuticals significantly reduced the cardiac toxicities induced by chemotherapy,but not radiotherapy.Conclusions:SDR-QD was shown to have similar toxicities and survival compared with BID,but fewer toxicities and better survival than C-QD.In addition,cardiac dose exposure was negatively associated with survival.Thus,16.5%of the cardiac dosimetric parameter Vheart40 is recommended as the cut-off point,and a Vheart40>16.5%predicts poor survival.Jing Luo Jiawei Song Li Xiao Jiajia Zhang Yipeng Cao Jun Wang Ping Wang Lujun Zhao Ningbo Liu 2023Cancer Biology & Medicine2023,20,6:0
