| 1 | Degradation of Soil Nutrients in Southeast China显示文摘A total of 2 190 soil nutrient data in the Second National Soil Survey of China were collected to assess thedegradation of soil nutrients in the hilly region of Southeast China. The definition of soil nutrient degradationis suggested firstly then the evaluation criteria are set up and the current status of degradation of red soil and latosol is assessed. The percentages of areas in four grades of soil nutrient degradation, i.e., slightlydeficient, medium deficient, severely deficient and extremely deficient, were 21.3%, 43.3%, 16.2% and 3.0%for soil total N; 0.7%, 6.4%, 16.7% and 76.2% for soil available P; and 25.4%, 26.3%, 8.6% and 5.0% forsoil available K, respectively. The severity of soil nutrient degradation was in the order of P > N > K. Themajor factors leading to the degradation of soil nutrients in quantity include soil erosion, leaching and theconsumption by crops. And the principal faCtor affecting the degradation of soil nutrieots in availability isthe fixation of N, P and K, especially the fixation of phosphorus. | 2 | FXYD3 enhances IL-17A signaling to promote psoriasis by competitively binding TRAF3 in keratinocytes显示文摘Psoriasis is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by inflammatory cell infiltration and epidermal hyperplasia.However,the regulatory complexity of cytokine and cellular networks still needs to be investigated.Here,we show that the expression of FXYD3,a member of the FXYD domain-containing regulators of Na+/K+ATPases family,is significantly increased in the lesional skin of psoriasis patients and mice with imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis.IL-17A,a cytokine important for the development of psoriatic lesions,contributes to FXYD3 expression in human primary keratinocytes.FXYD3 deletion in keratinocytes attenuated the psoriasis-like phenotype and inflammation in an IMQ-induced psoriasis model.Importantly,FXYD3 promotes the formation of the IL-17R-ACT1 complex by competing with IL-17R for binding to TRAF3 and then enhances IL-17A signaling in keratinocytes.This promotes the activation of the NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways and leads to the expression of proinflammatory factors.Our results clarify the mechanism by which FXYD3 serves as a mediator of IL-17A signaling in keratinocytes to form a positive regulatory loop to promote psoriasis exacerbation.Targeting FXYD3 may serve as a potential therapeutic approach in the treatment of psoriasis. | Wenjuan Yang Rukun He Hao Qu Wenwen Lian Yue Xue Tao Wang Wenlong Lin Peishuo Zhu Meng Xia Lihua Lai Qingqing Wang | 2023 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,3: | 2 |

| 10 | CD97 negatively regulates the innate immune response against RNA viruses by promoting RNF125-mediated RIG-I degradation显示文摘The G protein-coupled receptor ADGRE5(CD97)binds to various metabolites that play crucial regulatory roles in metabolism.However,its function in the antiviral innate immune response remains to be determined.In this study,we report that CD97 inhibits virus-induced type-I interferon(IFN-I)release and enhances RNA virus replication in cells and mice.CD97 was identified as a new negative regulator of the innate immune receptor RIG-I,and RIG-1 degradation led to the suppression of the IFN-I signaling pathway.Furthermore,overexpression of CD97 promoted the ubiquitination of RIG-I,resulting in its degradation,but did not impact its mRNA expression.Mechanistically,CD97 upregulates RNF125 expression to induce RNF125-mediated RIG-I degradation via K48-linked ubiquitination at Lys181 after RNA virus infection.Most importantly,CD97-deficient mice are more resistant than wild-type mice to RNA virus infection.We also found that sanguinarine-mediated inhibition of CD97 effectively blocks VSV and SARS-CoV-2 replication.These findings elucidate a previously unknown mechanism through which CD97 negatively regulates RIG-I in the antiviral innate immune response and provide a molecular basis for the development of new therapeutic strategies and the design of targeted antiviral agents. | Huasong Chang Peili Hou Xuefeng Wang Aibiao Xiang Hao Wu Wenjing Qi Rukun Yang Xue Wang Xingyu Li Wenqi He Guimin Zhao Weiyang Sun Tiecheng Wang Daniel Chang He Hongmei Wang Yuwei Gao Hongbin He | 2023 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,12: | 0 |

| 13 | Nd^(3+)/Yb^(3+) co-doped mid-infrared luminescence fluorobromide glass with energy transfer and zero-thermal-quenching IR emission显示文摘Nd^(3+)/Yb^(3+)co-doped fluorobromide glass samples were prepared by melt quenching.The mid-infrared(MIR)luminescence of the Nd^(3+)/Yb^(3+)co-doped fluorobromide glass was investigated by Br-doping reduces the phonon state density of the matrix.The 3.9μm MIR luminescence of the samples excited at 793 and 980 nm pump excitation was investigated in detail.There is an effective mutual energy transfer process between Nd^(3+)and Yb^(3+).It is proved under 793 nm excitation that the luminescence of Nd^(3+)at 3.9μm is reduced by effective energy transfer from,Nd^(3+):2 H11/2→Yb^(3+):2 F5/2,At the same time,it is proved that the effective energy transfer from Yb^(3+):2 F5/2→Nd^(3+):2 H11/2 under the excitation of 980 nm enhances the luminescence of Nd^(3+)at 3.9μm.In addition,it is found that the samples still have good infrared(IR)luminescent properties when the temperature changes.The emission cross-sectional area and the absorption cross-sectional area areσem(3.87×10^(-20)cm^(2))andσabs(4.25×10^(-20)cm^(2)).The fluorescence decay characteristics of the sample at 3.9μm at the 2 H11/2 level were investigated and the fluorescence lifetime was calculated.The gain performance of the sample was calculated and analyzed,which can reach 4.25×10^(-20)cm^(2).Those results prove that Nd^(3+)/Yb^(3+)co-doped fluorobromide glass is the potential mid-infrared laser gain material. | Jiajia Zhang Xiaosong Zhang Hao Yin Lan Li Zhaowei Zhang Xin Liu Xiaokai Gong Rukun Ding | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,9: | 0 |
| 14 | Energy transfer process of Nd^(3+)/Ho3+co-doped fluoride halide glasses with anion substituted multi-wavelength tunable mid-infrared luminescence显示文摘Ho^(3+)doped ZBLAN glass with 2.0 and 2.9μm emission was prepared.In order to further improve the luminescence of Ho^(3+),halogen ions(Cl,Br,1)were introduced to reduce the maximum phonon energy and phonon state density of the sample.At the same time,Nd^(3+)was introduced to transfer the energy to Ho^(3+)pumped with a 793 nm laser(Nd^(3+):4 F5/2,4 F3/2→Ho^(3+):5 I6).The effect of different halogen ion on the luminescent properties of the fluoride halide glass was compared.The results show that the luminescent intensity of infrared increases with the introduction of different halogen ions.By comparison,it is found that the sample with I-has the strongest luminescence of 1064 nm,2.0μm and 2.9μm.This is consistent with the calculated J-O intensity parameters.In addition,the 2.0 and 2.9μm emission of Ho^(3+)pumped with a 450 nm laser will not disappear.A mid-infrared sample with multi-wavelength excitation and multi-wavelength emission can be obtained.Nd^(3+)/Ho^(3+)co-doped fluoride halide glasses with 1064 nm,2.0μm and 2.9μm luminescence were prepared by melt quenching method.The luminescent mechanism and the energy transfer process between the two ions of Nd^(3+)/Ho^(3+)co-doped fluoride halide glass were studied.The J-O parameters,luminescence lifetime and absorption emission cross-sectional area of Ho^(3+)and Nd^(3+)were calculated,respectively.It is found that the value ofΩ2 in the glass matrix increases with the introduction of different halogen ions,whileΩ4 andΩ6 do not change obviously in different glass compositions.This is because the environment of the crystal field around the rare earth ions changes.The crystal phase and phonon energy of the sample were analyzed by X-ray diffraction pattern and a Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,respectively.Based on the above spectra and data(phonon energy is 634.71 cm-1),it can be predicted that Nd^(3+)/Ho^(3+)co-doped fluoride halide glass is a potential mid-infrared luminescent material. | Hao Yin Xiaosong Zhang Lan Li Jiajia Zhang Zhaowei Zhang Xin Liu Xiaokai Gong Rukun Ding | 2021 | Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,11: | 0 |
| 15 | Dihydropyrimidinase like 3 as a novel target of wild type p53 suppresses MAPK pathway in response to hypoxia显示文摘Endometrial cancer remains to be a major type of malignancy in threatening female life.Molecular insights in advancing our understanding of endometrial tumorigenesis are much needed.We here report that a less-studied protein Dihydropyrimidinase like 3(DPYSL3)is a potent tumor suppressor.DPYSL3 is uniquely regulated by wild type p53(wtp53),and its expression is at the highest level when cells carry wtp53 and are exposed to hypoxia.We reveal that wtp53 can bind DPYSL3 promoter to enhance DPYSL3 expression and in turn,the elevated DPYSL3 can restrain cancer cell proliferation and invasion in vitro and in vivo.Importantly,we observe that DPYSL3 can interfere with MAP kinase pathway,supported by a substantially reduced level of phosphorylated ERK in cells with high expression of DPYSL3.Furthermore,we identify the specific region of DPYSL3 that is responsible for its interaction with MEK and a subsequently reduced activity of ERK.In combination of molecular docking and mutagenesis analysis,we validated that the therapeutic implication of 17 A.A.s of DPYSL3,which can reduce the activity of the MAPK pathway and inhibit endometrial tumor cell growth in vitro and in vivo.Therefore,our study not only demonstrates in-depth understanding of human tumorigenesis,especially endometrial tumor,but also only provides a therapeutic potential to develop an effective tool to fight against human malignancy. | YUANNA DU WENWEN GONG JING LIANG RUKUN ZANG JUNJUN MOU | 2022 | BIOCELL2022,46,5: | 0 |
