The Cambrian sedimentary characteristics and their implications for oil and gas exploration in north margin of Middle-Upper Yangtze Plate显示文摘Using data from tens of measured and observed outcrop successions, thin rock slices and sample analyses,we comprehensively studied the Cambrian sedimentary environments and evolutionary characteristics in the north margin of the Middle-Upper Yangtze Plate.During the Cambrian, platform, slope, and deep sea basin environments were developed in the study area.On the platform, both clastic rocks and carbonate rocks were deposited.Clastic rocks mainly occur in the Lower Cambrian, and were deposited in marine shore and shelf environments.Carbonate rocks are dominant in the Middle and Upper Cambrian, and were deposited in the open platform, restricted platform, tidal flat, beach, and reef environments.Carbonate gravity flow deposits were developed on the slope. In the basin, mainly black shales and chert beds were deposited. The Cambrian represents one large transgression-regression cycle, and maximum transgression occurred in the Qiongzhusi Age of the Early Cambrian.Tectonics and sea level fluctuations had important impacts on sedimentary environments. The Chengkou-Fangxian-Xiangfan Fracture controlled the position of the platform, slope and basin,as well as the silica supply for chert deposition in basin.Sea level fluctuations controlled types of sediments and sedimentary facies on the platform. In the study area, there are good reservoir rocks, including dolomites, grainstones, debris flow deposits, sandstones, and conglomerates;there are good source rocks, including black shales, dark micrites, and chert beds;and there are also good reservoir-source rock assemblages. The hydrocarbon potential of the study area is great. | YU KuanHong JIN ZhenKui SU Kui DONG XiaoDong ZHANG Wei DU HongYu CHEN Ying ZHANG WeiDan | 2013 | Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,6: | 9
A User-Centric Data Secure Creation Scheme in Cloud Computing显示文摘Due to the use of the cloud computing technology, the ownership is separated from the administration of the data in cloud and the shared data might be migrated between different clouds, which would bring new challenges to data secure creation, especially for the data privacy protection. We propose a User-centric data secure creation scheme(UCDSC) for the security requirements of resource owners in cloud. In this scheme,a data owner first divides the users into different domains. The data owner encrypts data and defines different secure managing policies for the data according to domains. To encrypt the data in UCDSC,we present an algorithm based on Access control conditions proxy re-encryption(ACC-PRE),which is proved to be master secret secure and Chosen-ciphertext attack(CCA) secure in random oracle model. We give the application protocols and make the comparisons between some existing approaches and UCDSC. | SU Mang LI Fenghua SHI Guozhen GENG Kui XIONG Jinbo | 2016 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2016,25,4: | 7
Magnetostratigraphy and ^(230)Th dating of a drill core from the southeastern Qaidam Basin:Salt lake evolution and tectonic implications显示文摘The Qarhan Salt Lake area is the Quaternary depocenter of the Qaidam Basin, and carries thick lacustrine sediments, as well as rich potassium and magnesium salt deposits. The abundant resources and thick sediments in this lake provide an ideal place for the study of biogas formation and preservation, salt lake evolution, and the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau. In this study, we attempt to construct a paleomagnetic and ^(230)Th age model and to obtain information on tectonic activity and salt lake evolution through detailed studies on a 1300-m-long drill core(15DZK01) from the northwestern margin of the Qarhan Salt Lake area(Dongling Lake). Based on gypsum ^(230)Th dating, the age of the uppermost clastic deposit was calculated to be around 0.052 Ma. The polarity sequence consist of 13 pairs of normal and reversed zones, which can be correlated with subchrons C2r.1r-C1n of the geomagnetic polarity timescale(GPTS 2012)(from ~2.070 Ma to ~0.052 Ma). Sedimentary characteristics indicate that Dongling Lake witnessed freshwater environment between ~ 2.070 Ma and 1.546 Ma. During this period, the sedimentary record reflects primarily lakeshore, shallow-water and swamp environments, representing favourable conditions for the formation of hydrocarbon source rocks. Between 1.546 Ma and ~ 0.052 Ma, the Dongling Lake was in sulphate deposition stage, which contrasts with the central Qarhan Salt Lake area, where this stage did not occur in the meantime. During this stage, Dongling Lake was in a shallow saltwater lake environment, but several periods of reduced salinity occurred during this stage. During the late Pleistocene at ~0.052 Ma, the Dongling Lake experienced uplift due to tectonic activity, and saltwater migrated through the Sanhu Fault to the central Qarhan Salt Lake area, resulting in the absence of halite deposition stage. The residual saline water was concentrated into magnesium-rich brine due to the lack of freshwater, and few potassium salt deposits occur in the Dongling Lake area. | An-Dong Chen Mian-Ping Zheng Hai-Tao Yao Kui Su Jian-Ming Xu | 2018 | Geoscience Frontiers2018,9,3: | 6
Discovery of marine fossils in the upper part of the Permian Linxi Formation in Lopingian, Xingmeng area, China显示文摘Two important geological issues have a long history of debate in the Xingmeng area. The first concerns the final closure of the North China plate,Siberia plate and several intermediate massifs in the area, and the other concerns the folding and lifting of the Xingmeng Trough.Disagreements arise because of issues involving the tectonicpalaeogeographical environment of the Upper Permian deposits of the Linxi Formation. The Linxi Formation(Upper Permian)is generally considered to be either an exclusively continental deposit or separated into marineterrigenous facies deposited during the Lower to Middle Linxi Period and continental deposits in the Upper Linxi Period. However,in this study, large numbers of bryozoan and sponge spicule fossils were discovered for this first time in the thick limestone layers and lenses of the upper part of the Linxi Formation found in the Guandi section of Linxi county in eastern Inner Mongolia. At the same time, abundant bryozoan fossils were also found in sedimentary tuff slices that were collected from the upper part of the Taohuayingzi Formation from the Taohuayingzi section in Ar Horqin Banner, and abundant small connecting body crinoid stem fossils were found in the dark shale of the Yangjiagou Formation from the Yangjiagou section of Jiutai county,Jilin Province. These marine fossils provide the first evidence that the Xingmeng area was still a marine or mainly marine environment at the end of the late Permian. This not only provides conclusive evidence for the recognition of the above two major geological issues but also promotes changes in the approach towards research, exploration and development of oil and gas, shale gas(oil),and other mineral resources that are preserved in the late Permian layers of the Northeast-Xingmeng area. | Yongsheng Zhang Shugang Tian Zishun Li Yuexuan Gong Enyuan Xing Zhuozhuo Wang Daxing Zhai Cao Jie Su Kui Wang Meng | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,1: | 6
The Characteristics of Atmospheric Ice Nuclei Measured at Different Altitudes in the Huangshan Mountains in Southeast China显示文摘The concentration of ice nuclei(IN) and the relationship with aerosol particles were measured and analyzed using three 5-L mixing cloud chambers and a static diffusion cloud chamber at three altitudes in the Huangshan Mountains in Southeast China from May to September 2011. The results showed that the mean total number concentration of IN on the highest peak of the Huangshan Mountains at an activation temperature(Ta) of-20℃C was 16.6 L-1. When the supersaturation with respect to water(Sw) and with respect to ice(Si) were set to 5%, the average number concentrations of IN measured at an activation temperature of-20℃C by the static diffusion cloud chamber were 0.89 and 0.105 L-1, respectively. A comparison of the concentrations of IN at three different altitudes showed that the concentration of IN at the foot of the mountains was higher than at the peak. A further calculation of the correlation between IN and the concentrations of aerosol particles of different size ranges showed that the IN concentration was well correlated with the concentration of aerosol particles in the size range of 1.2–20 μm. It was also found that the IN concentration varied with meteorological conditions, such as wind speed, with higher IN concentrations often observed on days with strong wind. An analysis of the backward trajectories of air masses showed that low IN concentrations were often related to air masses travelling along southwest pathways, while higher IN concentrations were usually related to those transported along northeast pathways. | JIANG Hui YIN Yan YANG Lei YANG Shaozhong SU Hang CHEN Kui | 2014 | Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2014,31,2: | 5
Upregulation of miR-489-3p and miR-630 inhibits oxaliplatin uptake in renal cell carcinoma by targeting OCT2显示文摘Renal cell carcinoma(RCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors affecting the urogenital system, accounting for 90% of renal malignancies. Traditional chemotherapy options are often the front-line choice of regimen in the treatment of patients with RCC, but responses may be modest or limited due to resistance of the tumor to anticarcinogen. Downregulated expression of organic cation transporter OCT2 is a possible mechanism underlying oxaliplatin resistance in RCC treatment. In this study, we observed that mi R-489-3 p and mi R-630 suppress OCT2 expression by directly binding to the OCT2 30-UTR. Meanwhile, via 786-O-OCT2-mi RNAs stable expression cell models, we found that mi RNAs could repress the classic substrate 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium(MPP+), fluorogenic substrate N,N-dimethyl-4-(2-pyridin-4-ylethenyl) aniline(ASP+), and oxaliplatin uptake by OCT2 both in vitro and in xenografts. In 33 clinical samples, mi R-489-3 p and mi R-630 were significantly upregulated in RCC, negatively correlating with the OCT2 expression level compared to that in adjacent normal tissues, using tissue microarray analysis and q PCR validation. The increased binding of c-Myc to the promoter of pri-mi R-630, responsible for the upregulation of mi R-630 in RCC, was further evidenced by chromatin immunoprecipitation and dual-luciferase reporter assay. Overall, this study indicated that mi R-489-3 p and mi R-630 function as oncotherapy-obstructing micro RNAs by directly targeting OCT2 in RCC. | Lu Chen Le Chen Zhiyuan Qin Jinxiu Lei Sheng Ye Kui Zeng Hua Wang Meidan Ying Jianqing Gao Su Zeng Lushan Yu | 2019 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2019,9,5: | 5
Cancer metabolism and tumor microenvironment:fostering each other?显示文摘The changes associated with malignancy are not only in cancer cells but also in environment in which cancer cells live.Metabolic reprogramming supports tumor cells’high demand of biogenesis for their rapid proliferation, and helps tumor cells to survive under certain genetic or environmental stresses.Emerging evidence suggests that metabolic alteration is ultimately and tightly associated with genetic changes,in particular the dysregulation of key oncogenic and tumor suppressive signaling pathways.Cancer cells activate HIF signaling even in the presence of oxygen and in the absence of growth factor stimulation. This cancer metabolic phenotype, described firstly by German physiologist Otto Warburg, ensures enhanced glycolytic metabolism for the biosynthesis of macromolecules. The conception of metabolite signaling,i.e.,metabolites are regulators of cell signaling, provides novel insights into how reactive oxygen species(ROS)and other metabolites deregulation may regulate redox homeostasis, epigenetics, and proliferation of cancer cells. Moreover, the unveiling of noncanonical functions of metabolic enzymes, such as the moonlighting functions of phosphoglycerate kinase 1(PGK1),reassures the importance of metabolism in cancer development. The metabolic, microRNAs,and ncRNAs alterations in cancer cells can be sorted and delivered either to intercellular matrix or to cancer adjacent cells to shape cancer microenvironment via media such as exosome.Among them, cancer microenvironmental cells are immune cells which exert profound effects on cancer cells.Understanding of all these processes is a prerequisite for the development of a more effective strategy to contain cancers. | Yiyuan Yuan Huimin Li Wang Pu Leilei Chen Dong Guo Hongfei Jiang Bo He Siyuan Qin Kui Wang Na Li Jingwei Feng Jing Wen Shipeng Cheng Yaguang Zhang Weiwei Yang Dan Ye Zhimin Lu Canhua Huang Jun Mei Hua-Feng Zhang Ping Gao Peng Jiang Shicheng Su Bing Sun Shi-Min Zhao | 2022 | Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,2: | 5
Progress and perspective of the cathode/electrolyte interface construction in all-solid-state lithium batteries显示文摘Security risks of flammability and explosion represent major problems with the use of conventional lithium rechargeable batteries using a liquid electrolyte. The application of solid-state electrolytes could effectively help to avoid these safety concerns. However, integrating the solid-state electrolytes into the all-solid-state lithium batteries is still a huge challenge mainly due to the high interfacial resistance present in the entire battery, especially at the interface between the cathode and the solid-state electrolyte pellet and the interfaces inside the cathode.Herein, recent progress made from investigations of cathode/solid-state electrolyte interfacial behaviors including the contact problem, the interlayer diffusion issue, the space-charge layer effect, and electrochemical compatibility is presented according to the classification of oxide-,sulfide-,and polymer-based solid-state electrolytes. We also propose strategies for the construction of ideal next-generation cathode/solid-state electrolyte interfaces with high room-temperature ionic conductivity, stable interfacial contact during long cycling, free formation of the space-charge region, and good compatibility with high-voltage cathodes. | Shiming Su Jiabin Ma Liang Zhao Kui Lin Qidong Li Shasha Lv Feiyu Kang Yan-Bing He | 2021 | Carbon Energy2021,3,6: | 3
The involvement of PybZIPa in light-induced anthocyanin accumulation via the activation of PyUFGT through binding to tandem G-boxes in its promoter显示文摘To gain insight into how anthocyanin biosynthesis is controlled by light in fruit, transcriptome and metabolome analyses were performed in the Chinese sand pear cultivar“Mantianhong”(Pyrus pyrifolia)after bagging and bag removal. We investigated transcriptional and metabolic changes and gene-metabolite correlation networks.Correlation tests of anthocyanin content and transcriptional changes revealed that 1,530 transcripts were strongly correlated with 15 anthocyanin derivatives(R2>0.9,P-value<0.05),with the top 130 transcripts categorized as being associated with flavonoid metabolism, transcriptional regulation, and light signaling. The connection network revealed a new photosensitive transcription factor,PybZIPa,that might play an important role during light-induced anthocyanin accumulation. The overexpression of PybZIPa promoted anthocyanin accumulation in pear and strawberry fruit as well as tobacco leaves.Dual luciferase and Y1H assays further verified that PybZIPa directly activated the expression of PyUFGT by binding to tandem G-box motifs in the promoter, which was key to differential anthocyanin accumulation in debagged pear skin, and the number of G-box motifs affected the transcriptional activation of PyUFGT by PybZIPa.The results indicate that the light-induced anthocyanin biosynthesis regulatory mechanism in pear differs from that described in previous reports suggesting that a bZIP family member co-regulates anthocyanin biosynthesis with other transcription factors in apple and Arabidopsis. It was found that,in response to light,PybZIPa promoted anthocyanin biosynthesis by regulating important transcription factors(PyMYB114,PyMYB10,and PyBBX22)as well as structural genes(PyUFGT)via binding to G-boxes within promoters. This activation was amplified by the self-binding of PybZIPa to activate its own promoter.Overall,we demonstrate the utility of a multiomics integrative approach for discovering new functional genes and pathways underlying light-induced anthocyanin biosynthesis. | Hainan Liu Jun Su Yangfan Zhu Gaifang Yao Andrew C.Allan Charles Ampomah-Dwamena Qun Shu Kui Lin-Wang Shaoling Zhang Jun Wu | 2019 | Horticulture Research2019,6,1: | 3

Generation of squeezed states of light in arbitrary complex amplitude transverse distribution显示文摘The squeezed state is important in quantum metrology and quantum information. The most effective generation tool known is the optical parametric oscillator(OPO).Currently, only the squeezed states of lower-order spatial modes can be generated by an OPO.However, the squeezed states of higher-order spatial modes are more useful for applications such as quantum metrology, quantum imaging, and quantum information.A major challenge for future applications is efficient generation. Here we use cascaded phase-only spatial light modulators to modulate the amplitude and phase of the incident fundamental mode squeezed state. This efficiently generates a series of squeezed higher-order Hermite–Gauss modes and a squeezed arbitrary complex amplitude distributed mode. The method may yield new applications in biophotonics, quantum metrology, and quantum information processing. | LONG MA HUI GUO HENGXIN SUN KUI LIU BIDA SU AND JIANGRUI GAO | 2020 | Photonics Research2020,8,9: | 2

Analytical computation of support characteristic curve for circumferential yielding lining in tunnel design显示文摘Circumferential yielding lining is able to tolerate controlled displacements without failure, which has been proven to be an effective solution to large deformation problem in squeezing tunnels. However,up to now, there has not been a well-established design method for it.This paper aims to present a detailed analytical computation of support characteristic curve(SCC)for circumferential yielding lining, which is a significant aspect of the implementation of convergence-confinement method(CCM)in tunnel support design.Circumferential yielding lining consists of segmental shotcrete linings and highly deformable elements, and its superior performance mainly depends on the mechanical characteristic of highly deformable element. The deformation behavior of highly deformable element is firstly investigated. Its whole deforming process can be divided into three stages including elastic, yielding and compaction stages.Especially in the compaction stage of highly deformable element,a nonlinear stress-strain relationship can be observed. For mathematical convenience, the stress-strain curve in this period is processed as several linear sub-curves.Then,the reasons for closure of circumferential yielding lining in different stages are explained, and the corresponding accurate equations required for constructing the SCC are provided.Furthermore, this paper carries out two case studies illustrating the application of all equations needed to construct the SCC for circumferential yielding lining, where the reliability and feasibility of theoretical derivation are also well verified. Finally, this paper discusses the sensitivity of sub-division in element compaction stage and the influence of element length on SCC.The outcome of this paper could be used in the design of proper circumferential yielding lining. | Kui Wu Zhushan Shao Mostafa Sharifzadeh Siyuan Hong Su Qin | 2022 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2022,14,1: | 2

MiR146a-loaded engineered exosomes released from silk fibroin patch promote diabetic wound healing by targeting IRAK1显示文摘Unhealable diabetic wounds need to be addressed with the help of newer, more efficacious strategies.Exosomes combined with biomaterials for sustained delivery of therapeutic agents are expected to bring new hope for chronic wound treatment. Here, the engineered exosomes modified for efficiently loading miR146a and attaching to silk fibroin patch(SFP)were demonstrated to promote diabetic wound healing.Silk fibroin binding peptide(SFBP)was screened through phage display, and SFBP-Gluc-MS2(SGM)and pac-miR146a-pac fusion protein were constructed. The designed exosomes(SGM-Exos,miR146a-Exos,and SGM-miR146a-Exos)were isolated from the engineered placental mesenchymal stem cells(PMSCs)transduced with SGM or/and pac-miR146a-pac protein.Gluc signals indicated SGM-Exo@SFP markedly increased the binding rate and the stability of SGM-Exo.Moreover,the loading efficiency of miR146a in SGM-miR146a-Exos was ten-fold higher than that in miR146a-Exos.Superior to untreated,SGM-miR146a-Exo-only treated, and SFP-only treated groups,SGM-miR146a-Exo@SFP drived wound healing associated with less inflammation, collagen deposition, and neovascularization. The transcriptomics analysis suggested anti-inflammatory and regenerative effects with SGM-miR146a-Exo@SFP treatment. Here,we show efficient exosome@biomaterial-based miRNA delivery systems for regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. | Qiankun Li Wenzhi Hu Qilin Huang Jie Yang Bingmin Li Kui Ma Qian Wei Yaxi Wang Jianlong Su Mengli Sun Shengnan Cui Rungong Yang Haihong Li Xiaobing Fu Cuiping Zhang | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,3: | 2
