1A tip clearance prediction model for multistage rotors and stators in aero-engines显示文摘Tip clearances of multistage rotors and stators greatly affect aero-engines’ aerodynamic efficiency, stability and safety. The inevitable machining and assembly errors, as well as the complicated error propagation mechanism, cause overproof or non-uniform tip clearances. However, it is generally accepted that tip clearances are difficult to predict, even under assembly state. In this paper, a tip clearance prediction model is proposed based on measured error data. Some 3 D error propagation sub-models, regarding rotors, supports and casings, are built and combined. The complex error coupling relationship is uncovered using mathematical methods. Rotor and stator tip clearances are predicted and analyzed in different phase angles. The maximum, minimum and average tip clearances can be calculated. The proposed model is implemented by a computer program,and a case study illustrates its performance and verifies its feasibility. 2Dramatic transition between electric and magnetic rotations in ^(106)Ag显示文摘The lifetimes for the states of magnetic dipole band in106Ag have been measured using the Doppler-shift attenuation method via the reaction of100Mo(11B,5n)106Ag at a beam energy of 60 MeV.The reduced transition strengths of the magnetic dipole band,the B(M1)/B(E2)ratios together with the signature of the level energy as a function of angular momentum for the positive parity states of106Ag show that a drastic change of excitation mode,that is,from electric rotation to magnetic rotation,occurs within one unit of spin at around Iπ=12+.Theoretical calculations based on the triaxial projected shell model consistently reproduce the experimental data and provide an explanation on the nature of observed phenomena such that the dynamical drift of the rotational axis suddenly from the principal axis to the tilted one,along the positive parity bands of106Ag.ZHENG Yun ZHU LiHua CHEN YongShou WU XiaoGuang HE ChuangYe HAO Xin LIU Ying WANG ZhiMin LI XueQin LI GuangSheng GAO ZaoChun SUN HuiBin 2014Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2014,57,9:4

4Phase stability and thermal conductivity of ytterbia and yttria co-doped zirconia显示文摘Rare earth oxides doping has been extensively investigated as one of the effective methods to lower thermal conductivity of 4.55 mol% Y2O3stabilized ZrO2(YSZ) thermal barrier coatings(TBCs).In the present work,5–6 mol% Yb2O3and Y2O3co-doped ZrO2ceramics were synthesized by solid reaction sintering at 1600 1C.The phase stability of the samples after heat treatment at 1500 1C was investigated.Yb2O3and Y2O3co-doped zirconia,especially when Yb2O3/Y2O3≥1,contained less monoclinic phase than single Yb2O3or Y2O3phase doped zirconia,indicating that co-doped zirconia was more stable at high temperature than YSZ.The thermal conductivity of the 3 mol% Yb2O3+3 mol% Y2O3co-doped ZrO2was 1.8 W m 1K 1at 1000 1C,which was more than 20% lower than that of YSZ.Leilei Sun Hongbo Guo Hui Peng Shengkai Gong Huibin Xu 2013Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2013,23,4:3

7Longitudinal follow-up survey of effects of oral health education on ECC显示文摘Objective To investigate the effect of oral comprehensive health care measures on the prevalence of early childhood caries in urban areas of China.Methods A total of 345 children aged 4 to 5 years old in Qingdao city were recruited for a year to conduct a single blind randomized controlled clinical trial. The children from four different kindergartens were included in the study. They were randomly divided into an experimental group(160 children) and a control group(185 children). The experimental group received oral health examination, while the children in the control group received oral health examination only. After 1 year's intervention, the oral health status of two groups of children was statistically analyzed, in order to explore the effect of dental care on early childhood caries.Results One year after intervention,the dmft and dmfs of the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P < 0.05).One year later, the oral hygiene habits and eating habits of the children and parents in two groups were significantly different from those before(P< 0.001).Conclusion Studies have shown that the implementation of oral health education have a certain effect on the prevention and reduction of early childhood caries.Ting Cui XiaoXiao Yang Ting Li Zeyu Li HuiBin Sun 2018世界最新医学信息文摘2018,18,42:1

16Nonlinear dynamic response and stability analysis of the stapes reconstruction in human middle ear显示文摘Stapes fracture causes hearing loss and instability in the middle ear hearing system(MEHS). The material used in the stapes reconstruction restores stapes, but the effects of the nonlinear material parameters on the stability of the MEHS are still unknown. To address this challenge, the nonlinear dynamic response and stability of the stapes reconstruction are investigated using a multi-degree-of-freedom mechanical model. The material parameters of the implant are tentatively determined by analyzing the natural frequencies of the undamped system. The dynamical properties of the MEHS are characterized under different external excitations. The approximate solution of the MEHS near the resonant frequency is derived through the multiple-time-scale method(MTSM). 17Characterization of Nucleation Behavior in Temperature-Induced BCC-to-HCP Phase Transformation for High Entropy Alloy显示文摘Phase transformation is one of the essential topics in the studies on high entropy alloys(HEAs).However,characterization of the nucleation behavior in the phase transformation for HEAs is still challenging through experimental methods.In the present work,HfNbTaTiZr HEA was chosen as the representative material,and molecular dynamics/Monte Carlo(MD/MC)simulations were performed to investigate the nucleation behavior in temperature-induced BCC-to-HCP transformation for this HEA system.The results indicate that Nb–Ta,Ti–Zr,Hf–Zr and Hf–Ti atom pairs are preferred in the BCC solid solution of HfNbTaTiZr HEA and Hf–Ti–Zr-rich atom cluster with chemical short range order acts as the nucleation site for HCP phase.The nucleation process follows the non-classical two-step nucleation model:BCC-like structure with severe lattice distortion forms first and then HCP structure nucleates from the BCC-like structure.Moreover,at low temperature,the BCC-to-HCP nucleation hardly occurs,and the BCC solid solution is stabilized.The present work provides more atomic details of the nucleation behavior in temperature-induced BCC-to-HCP phase transformation for HEA,and can help in deep understanding of the phase stability for HEAs.Xiusong Huang Lehua Liu Weibing Liao Jianjun Huang Huibin Sun Chunyan Yu 2021Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2021,34,11:0
18Memory characteristics of microcavity dielectric barrier discharge显示文摘The nonlinear resistance characteristics of microcavity dielectric barrier discharge are mainly studied in the paper. A simulation model of microcavity dielectric barrier discharge is herein built to study the relationship between voltage and current in the process of discharge, and thus its I–V characteristic curve can be obtained. The I–V characteristics of the memristor are analyzed and compared with the I–V characteristics of the dielectric barrier discharge; it can be found that the I–V characteristics of the microcavity dielectric barrier discharge are similar to the characteristics of the memristor by analyzing them. 19Pulse control of frequency and width for a real-time independently adjustable laser source显示文摘A set of semiconductor laser pulse seed sources based on an embedded chip is proposed.The greatest feature is that the optical pulse frequency and width can be independently adjusted in real time.The pulse seed sources can be switched independently and online from the gain-switched mode to the quasi-continuous wave mode to obtain optimal optical parameters for specific applications.To explore the physical mechanism of the semiconductor laser source,the rate equation that describes the carrier-photon transient change in a semiconductor laser cavity is numerically derived and solved.Subsequently,problems that need to be considered while designing the drive circuit are identified.The system evaluation indicates that the optical pulse frequency adjustment range is 250 Hz to 42 MHz,and the narrowest optical pulse output width is 80 ps.The pulse seed source can drive semiconductor lasers with different central wavelengths(1064,1550,and 1970 nm),and can also simultaneously drive two semiconductor lasers and output dual-band optical pulses.It can be used as a seed source for general high-power optical systems,and exhibits good application value and extensive market prospects.Zhiwei YANG Xu WU Deqin OUYANG Encheng ZHANG Huibin SUN Shuangchen RUAN 2021Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2021,22,10:0
