3Effects of surface waves and sea spray on air–sea fluxes during the passage of Typhoon Hagupit显示文摘Air–sea exchange plays a vital role in the development and maintenance of tropical cyclones(TCs). Although studies have suggested the dependence of air–sea fluxes on surface waves and sea spray, how these processes modify those fluxes under TC conditions have not been sufficiently investigated based on in-situ observations.Using continuous meteorological and surface wave data from a moored buoy in the northern South China Sea,this study examines the effects of surface waves and sea spray on air–sea fluxes during the passage of Typhoon Hagupit. The mooring was within about 40 km of the center of Hagupit. Surface waves could increase momentum flux to the ocean by about 15%, and sea spray enhanced both sensible and latent heat fluxes to the atmosphere,causing Hagupit to absorb 500 W/m^2 more heat flux from the ocean. 417α-Ethynylestradiol biodegradation in different river-based groundwater recharge modes with reclaimed water and degradation-associated community structure of bacteria and archaea显示文摘This study investigated 17α-ethynylestradiol(EE2) biodegradation process and primary metabolic pathways associated with community structures of microorganism during groundwater recharge using reclaimed water. The attenuation rate is 1.58 times higher in wetting and drying alternative recharge(WDAR) than in continual recharge(CR). The primary biotransformation pathways of EE2 in WDAR system began with the oxidation of C-17 on ring D to form a ketone group, and D-ring was subsequently hydroxylated and cleaved. In the CR system, the metabolic pathway changed from the oxidation of C-17 on ring D to hydroxylation of C-4 on ring A, and ring A or B subsequently cleaved; this transition was related to DO, and the microbial community structure. Four hundred fifty four pyrosequencing of 16 s r RNA genes indicated that the bacterial communities in the upper layer of the WDAR system were more diverse than those found in the bottom layer of the CR system; this result was reversed for archaea. Unweighted Uni Frac and taxonomic analyses were conducted to relate the change in bacterial community structure to the metabolic pathway. Microorganism community diversity and structure were related to the concentrations of dissolved oxygen, EE2 and its intermediates in the system. Five known bacterial classes and one known archaeal class, five major bacterial genera and one major archaeal genus might be involved in EE2 degradation. 5Identification of Overlapping Protein Complexes Using Structural and Functional Information of PPI Network显示文摘An identification algorithm of overlapping protein complexes is put forward by simultaneously considering the topological structural and biological functional information of Protein-protein interaction(PPI) network.Main works include: constructing the edge weight of weighted PPI network on the basis of structural and functional information of PPI network to more accurately describe the correlation between protein vertices; improving the Newman algorithm to make it applicable to weighted PPI network and thus to identify overlapping protein complexes; and providing the denoising criteria based on the structural and function information of PPI network: connections which have no contribution to the high aggregation of PPI network or which are among proteins of independent functions are judged to be false positive connections. 8Deposition of water-soluble inorganic ions in PM_(2.5) in a typical forestry system in Beijing,China显示文摘Background: Rapid economic development in China has resulted in an increase in severe air pollution in city groups such as the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Region. PM2.5(fine particles with an aerodynamic equivalent diameter of 2.5 [xm or less) is one of the most important pollutants. The deposition process is an important way of removing particles from the air. To evaluate the effect of an urban forest on atmospheric particle removal, a concentration gradient method was used to measure the deposition velocities of water-soluble inorganics in PM2.5 in two national forest parks in Beijing, China. The following eight water-soluble inorganic ions in PM2.5 were investigated: sodium, ammonium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride, nitrate, and sulfate.Methods: Samples were taken from two sites in Beijing from the 7 th to the 15 th May, 2013. The concentrations of water-soluble inorganic ions were analyzed with ion chromatography. We used the concentration gradient technique to estimate the deposition flux and velocity. To determine the relationships between leaf traits and particle accumulation, typical leaf samples from each selected species were studied using scanning electron microscopy.Results: The total deposition flux and total deposition velocity during the daytime were higher than those at night.Sulfate showed the biggest deposition flux and velocity at both study sites, whereas the other ions showed different trends at each site. Result from higher proportion of coniferous to broadleaved trees, the total deposition flux of the eight ions measured in Jiufeng National Forest Park was greater than that in Olympic Forest Park.Conclusions: The deposition velocity was affected by meteorological conditions such as wind speed, temperature,and humidity. The deposition velocity was also influenced by tree species. The surface of plants is an important factor influencing particle deposition. 9Radiolytic organics in γ-ray irradiated aqueous solution of N,N-diethylhydroxylamine显示文摘N,N-diethylhydroxylamine (DEHA) is a novel salt-free reducing agent used in separating Pu and Np from U in the reprocessing of spent nuclear fuel.In this paper,we report the study on γ-radiolysis of DEHA in water and its radiolytic liquid organics by gas chromatography.The radiolysis rate of DEHA increases with the absorbed dose,but decreases with the primary DEHA concentration at 0.1-0.5 mol?L-1 irradiated to 10-1000 kGy.The main organics produced in radiolysis of DEHA are acetaldehyde,acetic acid and ethanol.The concentration of acetaldehyde increases with the primary DEHA concentration and the absorbed dose at ≤500 kGy,but over 500 kGy it decreases with increasing dose.The dependence of the concentration of acetic acid on the absorbed dose is similar to that of acetaldehyde,with a lower turning point of the dose,though.The ethanol concentration changes differently among the irradiated samples of different primary DEHA concentrations,and this is discussed.The maximum concentrations of acetaldehyde,acetic acid and ethanol are 0.029,0.014 and 0.028 mol·L-1,respectively.WANG Jinhua ZHANG Jie WU Minghong XU Gang BAO Borong SUN Xilian ZHENG Weifang HE Hui ZHANG Shengdong 2011Nuclear Science and Techniques2011,22,2:0
10Analyses of organics in irradiated aqueous N,N-diethylhydroxylamine solution显示文摘The organics in γ-ray irradiated aqueous N, N-diethylhydroxylamine (DEHA) solution, which is used as a reducing agent in reprocessing spent nuclear fuel, were analyzed with gas chromatography equipped with FFAP capillary column and flame-ionization detector. It was found that irradiated DEHA solutions contained acetaldehyde, ethanol, and acetic acid. For DEHA of 0.2 mol/L irradiated to 10~1000 kGy, the concents of acetaldehyde, ethanol and acetic acid are (9.7~18.7)×10-3, (0.4~23.4)×10-3 and (6.5~11.7)×10-3 mol/L, respectively. 12Electric field-induced photoluminescence quenching in Pr-doped BNT ceramics across the MPB region显示文摘Piezophotonics is a great interesting field of physics that has led to a number of important technologies,such as light source,smart sensors,and mechatronics.In this work,we reported Pr-doped(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))TiO_(3)-based lead-free ceramics with strong red photoluminescence emission and large strain response(d_(33)^(*)=460 pm/V,S=0.32%).The PL emission can be quenched by decreasing the intensity by 93%after electrical polarization(E=50 kV/cm).The local structure and electric field-induced structural changes were systematically investigated to reveal the significant distinction in photoluminescence properties caused by electrical polarization.The results indicated that polarization treatment eliminates the structural inhomogeneities and establishes a long-range ferroelectric tetragonal and rhombohedral distortion.The crystal structure transformed irreversibly from a non-ergodic to a normal ferroelectric state.PL quenching originated from the decreased distortion of octahedral due to the transition from a non-ergodic state to a highly ordered symmetrical structure.Meanwhile,the enlarged domain structure contributed to the photoluminescence quenching effect.Our findings demonstrate that an electric field can be a robust tool for adjusting the photoluminescence property and provide insights into the rela-tionship between the structure and PL properties of BNT-based ceramics under an external stimulus.Mingze Sun Peng Li Juan Du Weifang Han Jigong Hao Kunyu Zhao Huarong Zeng Wei Li 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,2:0
