| 1 | Spatial Distribution of Traditional Villages and Influence Factors in Hunan Province显示文摘To develop and protect traditional villages reasonably, this paper applied Arc GIS Spatial Analyst Tools to analyze spatial distribution and infl uence factors of 101 traditional villages in Hunan Province. The research showed the agglomerate distribution of traditional villages in Hunan; from the city scale, distribution of traditional villages was concentrated mainly in West Hunan Tujia Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, Chenzhou, Yongzhou, Huaihua and Shaoyang; concentrated distribution of traditional villages in the fi ve major geographic regions showed poor equilibrium, West Hunan had the most concentrated traditional villages, and South Hunan has the second most; relatively closed regional environment, perilous hills, inconvenient transportation, and underdeveloped social economy contributed to the protection of traditional villages, and they were all signifi cant infl uence factors for the distribution of traditional villages in Hunan. | LI Bohua YIN Sha LIU Peilin DOU Yindi | 2016 | Journal of Landscape Research2016,8,2: | 4 |
| 2 | Conophylline Promotes the Proliferation of Immortalized Mesenchymal Stem Cells Derived from Fetal Porcine Pancreas (iPMSCs)显示文摘Conophylline, is a bis (indole) alkaloid consisting of two pentacyclic aspidosperma skeletons, isolated from Tabernaemontana divaricata, which has been found to induce β-cell differentiation in rat pancreatic acinar carcinoma cells and in cultured rat pancreatic tissue. However, the precise role of conophylline in the growth and survival of immortalized pancreatic mesenchymal stem cells (iPMSCs) derived from fetal porcine pancreas were not understood at present. To determine whether this molecule is involved in controlling the proliferation of iPMSCs, we examined the effects of conophylline on iPMSCs. We found that conophylline can robustly stimulate iPMSCs proliferation, even promote their potential differentiation into islet-like clusters analyzed by cell counting, morphology, RT-PCR and real-time PCR, Western blotting, glucose-stimulated insulin release and insulin content analysis. The effects of conophylline were inhibited by LY294002, which is the inhibitor of the PI3K pathway. | 3 | Combined detection and subclass characteristics analysis of CTCs and CTECs by SE-iFISH in ovarian cancer显示文摘Objective:Hematogenous metastasis is essential for the progression of ovarian cancer(OC),and circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are part of the metastatic cascade.However,the detection rate of CTC is low due to the use of less sensitive detection methods.Therefore,this study aimed to detect CTCs and circulating tumorigenic endothelial cells(CTECs)in patients with OC using subtraction enrichment and immunostaining and fluorescence in situ hybridization(SE-iFISH).Methods:We enrolled a total of 56 subjects,including 20 OC patients and 36 ovarian benign tumor patients.CTCs and CTECs were captured by subtraction enrichment(SE)and counted and classified according to immunofluorescence staining of tumor markers(TMs)carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and human epididymis protein 4(HE4)combined with fluorescence in situ hybridization(iFISH)of chromosome 8(Chr8)aneuploidy.The diagnostic value and subtype characteristics of CTCs and CTECs were investigated.Results:The detection rate of CTCs by SE-iFISH was high.Compared with CA125 and HE4,Chr8 aneuploidy was the major identification feature of CTC.CTC counts in OC were statistically higher than those in benign groups.CTC and CTEC with≥pentaploidy were detected in both groups,illustrating the poor diagnostic value of CTC or CTEC.Distributions of triploid and tetraploid CTC subtypes were significantly different,and combined detection of triploid and tetraploid CTCs showed the best diagnostic value.In contrast,the distribution of CTECs in the OC and benign groups had no statistically significant difference.Small CTCs accounted for over 1/3 of the total CTC count.We also found that small CTCs and CTECs primarily comprised triploid cells,while large CTCs and CTECs mainly comprised pentaploidy and beyond.Conclusions:The application of SE-iFISH offered a more comprehensive understanding of heterogeneous CTCs and CTECs in OC.Analysis of subclass characteristics of the CTCs and CTECs according to Chr8 aneuploidy and cell size may broaden their potential clinical utility and deepen mechanistic studies in OC. | Hongyan Cheng Shang Wang Wenqing Luan Xue Ye Sha Dou Zhijian Tang Honglan Zhu Peter Ping Lin Yi Li Heng Cui Xiaohong Chang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,2: | 3 |

| 16 | Dynamic modeling of fluid-conveying pipes restrained by a retaining clip显示文摘Although most pipes are restrained by retaining clips in aircraft,the influence of the clip parameters on the vibration of the fluid-conveying pipe has not been revealed.By considering the clip width,a new dynamic model of a fluid-conveying pipe restrained by an intermediate clip is established in this paper.To demonstrate the necessity of the proposed model,a half pipe model is established by modeling the clip as one end.By comparing the two models,it is found that the half pipe model overestimates the critical velocity and may estimate the dynamical behavior of the pipe incorrectly.In addition,with the increase in the clip stiffness,the conversion processes of the first two modes of the pipe are shown.Furthermore,by ignoring the width of the clip,the effect of the flow velocity on the accuracy of a concentrated restraint clip model is presented.When the flow velocity is close to the critical velocity,the accuracy of the concentrated restraint clip model significantly reduces,especially when the width of the clip is large.In general,the contribution of this paper is to establish a dynamic model of the fluid-conveying pipe which can describe the influence of the clip parameters,and to demonstrate the necessity of this model. | Bo DOU Hu DING Xiaoye MAO Sha WEI Liqun CHEN | 2023 | Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2023,44,8: | 0 |
| 17 | Risk factors of major intraoperative blood loss at primary debulking surgery for ovarian cancer显示文摘Objective:The goal of this study was to find the risk factors for major intraoperative blood loss(MBL)of pr imary debulking surgery(PDS)for ovarian cancer.Methods:Patients wi th ovarian cancer who underwent PDS in our hospital,from 2010 to 2017,were enrolled.The association between risk factors and MBL was modeled with the use of logisde regr ession.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis was used to determine the predictive value of the logi stic regression model.Results:A total of 346 padients met the inclusion criteria.There were 150 patients with MBL.Tumor stage 3/4(P<0.001),American Society of Aneshesiologists(ASA)score 23(P=0.044),ascites volume≥500 ml(P=0.002),radical or ultra radical surgery(P=0.002),and diabetes(P=0.035)were independent risk factors for MBL in patients with ovarian cancer.The logistic regression combined model of these five factors is more reliable in the prediction of MBL with an area under the ROC curve of 0.729 than the tumor stage(ROC curve=0.645)and surgical complexity(ROC curve=0.568).Conclusion:In padients with ovarian cancer,five risk factors for major intraoperative bleeding were identified.Planned surgical procedures and preoperative risk factors can be used to predict perioperative blood requir ements. | Sha Dou Junchen Chen Yuanfen Wang Chongyuan Zhu Heng Cui Yi Li | 2022 | Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Medicine2022,2,1: | 0 |
