| 2 | Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CAHS among renal transplant recipients显示文摘Purpose:The purpose of this study was to assess the applicability of the Chinese version of Cognitive Appraisal of Health Scale(CAHS)for renal transplant recipients,and to make a preliminary evaluation of its reliability and validity.Methods:A total of 147 renal transplant recipients who attended a transplant follow-up clinic in a Level 3,Grade A hospital in Beijing were asked to complete the Chinese version of CAHS.Following completion the reliability and validity of the scale were tested.Results:The Cronbach alpha coefficient of Chinese version of CAHS among subscales of threat,harm,challenge and benign-irrelevant were 0.857,0.806,0.680,0.100 respectively;and the test-retest reliability coefficient were 0.791,0.601,0.624,0.470(p<0.01).Spearman correlation was used to test the four subscales'correlation between the item score and the total score,in which threat was 0.598e0.748,challenge was 0.517e0.651,harm was 0.528 e0.735 and benign-irrelevant was 0.507e0.651.These correlations were all statistically significant.The four common factors were extracted using factor analysis.The four factors accounted for 50.356%of the total variance.The SF-36 Physical Component Summary(PCS)and Mental Component Summary(MCS)scores were correlated with each subscale score in CAHS.Threat was weakly correlated to PCS,and was moderately correlated to MCS;harm was moderately correlated to both PCS and MCS;challenge was weakly correlated to both PCS and MCS and benign-irrelevant did not correlate with neither PCS nor MCS.The Chinese version of CAHS has been shown to have good discriminate and convergent validity.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the CAHS was supported to be applicable and to provide measurable performance in renal transplant recipients,thus it can be utilized with renal transplant recipients in China. | Shuping Zhang Yabin Shang Xiao Peng Hui Xie Hongxia Liu | 2015 | International Journal of Nursing Sciences2015,2,3: | 4 |

| 6 | Millisecond-timescale electrodeposition of platinum atom-doped molybdenum oxide as an efficient electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘We present a straightforward method for one-pot electrodeposition of platinum atoms-doped molybdenum oxide(Pt·MoO_(3-x))films and show their superior electrocatalytic activity in the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).A~15-nm-thick Pt·MoO_(3-x) film was prepared by one-pot electrodeposition at-0.8 V for 1 ms.Due to considerably different solute concentrations,the content of Pt atoms in the electrode-posited composite electrocatalyst is low.No Pt crystals or islands were observed on the flat Pt-MoO_(3-x) films,indicating that Pt atoms were homogeneously dispersed within the MoO_(3-x) thin film.The catalytic performance and physicochemical features of Pt·MoO_(3-x) as a HER electrocatalyst were characterized.The results showed that our Pt·MoO_(3-x) film exhibits 23-and 11-times higher current density than Pt and MoO_(3-x) electrodeposited individually under the same conditions,respectively.It was found that the dramatic enhancement in the HER performance was principally due to the abundant oxygen defects.The use of the developed one-pot electrodeposition and doping method can potentially be extended to various catalytically active metal oxides or hydroxides for enhanced performance in various energy storage and conversion applications. | Yi XIAO Wenxue SHANG Jiyuan FENG Airu YU Lu CHEN Liqiu ZHANG Hongxia SHEN Qiong CHENG Lichun LIU Song BAI | 2022 | Frontiers of Materials Science2022,16,3: | 0 |
| 7 | Roles of flanking sequences in the binding between unimolecular parallel-stranded G-quadruplexes and ligands显示文摘G-quadruplexes attract more and more attention in recent years.Numerous small molecules which can induce or stabilize the formation of G-quadruplexes have been investigated on the purpose of anticancer drug development.As a motif existed in physiological condition,flanking sequences are an important part of G-quadruplexes but the study on the impact of flanking sequences on (G-quadruplex)-ligand binding is rarely reported.In this paper,the effects of flanking sequences on binding affinity between a series of unimolecular parallel-stranded G-quadruplex sequences derived from c-myc oncogene promoter (termed as c-myc G-quadruplexes) and their ligands are discussed in detail.The results showed that the flanking sequences on c-myc G-quadruplexes play key roles in (G-quadruplex)-ligand interaction.When a c-myc G-quadruplex is bound to its ligands,the flanking sequences might form a binding cavity above the terminal G-quartet,which could provide a suitable site for ligands to dock in.Moreover,the bases on flanking sequences could interact with ligand through π-π stacking,and finally form a sandwich-stacking mode (terminal G-quartet,ligand and bases on the flanking sequence).This mode could stabilize the (G-quadruplex)-ligand complex effectively and enhance the binding affinity dramatically.However,flanking sequences are also found to exhibit steric hindrance effect which could impede the (G-quadruplex)-ligand binding. | GAI Wei YANG QianFan XIANG JunFeng SUN HongXia SHANG Qian LI Qian JIANG Wei GUAN AiJiao ZHANG Hong TANG YaLin XU GuangZhi | 2013 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,3: | 0 |
| 8 | INFLUENCE OF THE UPSTREAM RESERVOIRS ON THE ADJUSTMENT OF DOWNSTREAM ALLUVIAL CHANNEL显示文摘From the systematic analysis of field data of the existing reservoirs on the main stem of the Yellow River it has been found that different modes of operation of the reservoirs have different effects on the regulation of runoff and sediment load, and consequently, on the self-adjustment of the downstream channel. If a reservoir functions as water impoundment or flood detention, the sediment transport capacity will decrease because of the reduction of flood peaks. Espeially when large amount of sediment load are brought into the river by sediment-laden tributaries downstream of the reservoir, the deposition on the downstream channel will be getting serious, the conveyance capacity will decrease and the channel itself will degenerate. Under the operation of storing the clear flow and releasing the muddy the reservior capacity can be maintained for long-term use and the sediment transport capacity of the downstream channel can be increased. | 9 | Optimization of the Ethanol Extraction Method of Monoester Alkaloids from Radix Aconiti Preparata Based on HPLC-MS and Orthogonal Test显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to optimize the ethanol extraction technology of monoester alkaloids from Radix Aconiti Preparata. [Methods]On the basis of defined extraction times,ethanol concentration,ethanol times and extraction time were investigated by HPLC-MS combined with orthogonal test to optimize extraction process using the content of monoester alkaloids( the sum of benzoyl neoaconitine,benzoyl hypoaconitine and benzoyl aconitine) as an index.[Results]The optimum ethanol extraction technology was as follows: 75% ethanol,ethanol amount 25 times of the medicinal material,and each extraction for 1. 5 h.[Conclusions] The optimal extraction technology is simple,feasible,stable and reliable.
