| 1 | Spatial and vertical variations of perfluoroalkyl substances in sediments of the Haihe River,China显示文摘The levels of six perfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs) in surface sediment and their vertical variations in dated sediment cores from the Haihe River were investigated; studied substances included perfluorooctanoic acid(PFOA),perfluorononanoic acid(PFNA),perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS),perfluorodecanoic acid(PFDA),perfluoroundecanoic acid(PFUnA),and perfluorododecanoic acid(PFDoA). Results showed that the total PFAS concentration in surface sediment ranged between 0.52 and 16.33 ng/g dry weight(dw) with an average of3.47 ng/g dw,with PFOS and PFOA as the dominant PFASs. In general,the PFAS concentrations in the mainstream increased from the upper to the lower reaches,except that a drop occurred downstream of the Erdao dam. Although the PFASs in the sediment cores did not show a clear decreasing or increasing trend with depth,the three cores had a similar vertical variation.The PFAS levels were relatively low in the surface sediment,and reached the first high point at8–20 cm as a result of the wide use of PFASs from 1990 to 2000. After that the PFAS levels decreased,and then increased to a second high point at about 40–48 cm,which might be caused by the leaching of PFASs in sediment. Because PFASs have hydrophilic groups and relatively high solubility,the PFASs will transfer from the upper to lower layers of sediment when water infiltration occurs,leading to the fluctuation of PFAS levels in sediment cores. | 12 | Combined genome-wide association studies and expression quantitative trait locus analysis uncovers a genetic regulatory network of floral organ number in a tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews) breeding population显示文摘Great progress has been made in our understanding of floral organ identity determination and its regulatory network in many species;however,the quantitative genetic basis of floral organ number variation is far less well understood for species-specific traits from the perspective of population variation.Here,using a tree peony(Paeonia suffruticosa Andrews,Paeoniaceae)cultivar population as a model,the phenotypic polymorphism and genetic variation based on genome-wide association studies(GWAS)and expression quantitative trait locus(eQTL)analysis were analyzed.Based on 24 phenotypic traits of 271 representative cultivars,the transcript profiles of 119 cultivars were obtained,which indicated abundant genetic variation in tree peony.In total,86 GWAS-related cis-eQTLs and 3188 trans-eQTL gene pairs were found to be associated with the numbers of petals,stamens,and carpels.In addition,19 floral organ number-related hub genes with 121 cis-eQTLs were obtained by weighted gene co-expression network analysis,among which five hub genes belonging to the ABCE genes of the MADS-box family and their spatial–temporal co-expression and regulatory network were constructed.These results not only help our understanding of the genetic basis of floral organ number variation during domestication,but also pave the way to studying the quantitative genetics and evolution of flower organ number and their regulatory network within populations. | Liping Peng Yang Li Wanqing Tan Shangwei Wu Qing Hao Ningning Tong Zhanying Wang Zheng’an Liu Qingyan Shu | 2023 | Horticulture Research2023,10,7: | 0 |

| 14 | Detection of AmpC β-lactamase and drug resistance of Enterobacter cloacae显示文摘In order to provide useful information for effective control and clinical therapy of infection,the resistance status and the rate of carrying AmpC β-lactamase of Enterobacter cloacae(E.cloacae)were investigated.By VITEK(Bacterial automatic biochemical analyzer),the isolates of E.cloacae were identified and the drug resistance was measured.The AmpC enzyme was detected by thefive-disk diffusion test.Antibiotic sensitivity test showed that the resistance effects of E.cloacae to cefazolin,cefoxitin and ampicillin were more serious,with resistant rates of 80.5%,75.3%and 70.1%,respectively.However,it was more sensitive to Sulperazone(cefoperazone/sulbactam,13.0%),amikacin(16.9%)and ciprofloxacin(19.5%).Meanwhile,the phenotype detection showed that 35.06%(27/77)isolates of E.cloacae produced AmpCβ-lactamase.Most of E.cloacae are multi-drug resistant strains.Sulperazone(cefoperazone/sulbactam),a kind of componentβ-lactamase,is a more effective antibiotic for treating infection caused by E.cloacae.Unreasonable application of the third generation cephalosporins plays an important role in leading to emergence of high-yield AmpCβ-lactamase strains,so antibiotics should be used wisely. | Rong WANG Shangwei WU Xue LI Ping HE Yunde LIU | 2009 | Frontiers of Medicine2009,3,1: | 0 |
| 15 | Eu^(3+)-doped BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):A novel red-emitting phosphor for blue chips excited white LEDs显示文摘A series of novel red-emitting BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)phosphors were synthesized through the high temperature solid state reaction method.The phase composition,crystal structure,morphology and photo luminescence property of the BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)samples were systematically investigated.The phosphor can be efficiently excited by the near ultraviolet light(NUV)of 396 nm and blue light of 466 nm,and give out red light emission at 618 nm corresponding to the electric dipole transition(^(5)D_(0)→^(7)E_(2)).The optimal doping concentration of Eu^(3+)ions in BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3)is determined to be about 3 mol%,and the concentration-quenching phenomenon arise from the electric dipole-dipole interaction.The temperature dependent luminescence behavior of BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):0.03 Eu^(3+)phosphor exhibits its good thermal stability,and the activation energy for thermal quenching characteristics is calculated to be 0.1844 eV.The decay lifetime of the BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):0.03 Eu^(3+)is measured to be 1.88 ms.These results suggest that the BaLiZn_(3)(BO_(3))_(3):Eu^(3+)phosphors have the potential application as a red component in white light emitting diodes(WLEDs)with NUV or blue chips. | Jiangyue Su Ran Pang Haiyan Wu Shangwei Wang Tao Tan Weihong Yuan Su Zhang Lihong Jiang Da Li Chengyu Li Hongjie Zhang | 2022 | Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,7: | 0 |
