The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. In particular, its wide field monitoring capabilities will be highly instrumental to detect the electro-magnetic counterparts of gravitational wave sources. The paper provides a detailed description of:(1) the technological and technical aspects, and the expected performance of the instruments of the scientific payload;(2) the elements and functions of the mission, from the spacecraft to the ground segment. | ShuangNan Zhang Andrea Santangelo Marco Feroci YuPeng Xu FangJun Lu Yong Chen Hua Feng Shu Zhang Sφren Brandt Margarita Hernanz Luca Baldini Enrico Bozzo Riccardo Campana Alessandra De Rosa YongWei Dong Yuri Evangelista Vladimir Karas Norbert Meidinger Aline Meuris Kirpal Nandra Teng Pan Giovanni Pareschi Piotr Orleanski QiuShi Huang Stephane Schanne Giorgia Sironi Daniele Spiga Jiri Svoboda Gianpiero Tagliaferri Christoph Tenzer Andrea Vacchi Silvia Zane Dave Walton ZhanShan Wang Berend Winter Xin Wu Jean J.M.in't Zand Mahdi Ahangarianabhari Giovanni Ambrosi Filippo Ambrosino Marco Barbera Stefano Basso Jörg Bayer Ronaldo Bellazzini Pierluigi Bellutti Bruna Bertucci Giuseppe Bertuccio Giacomo Borghi XueLei Cao Franck Cadoux Francesco Ceraudo TianXiang Chen Yu Peng Chen Jerome Chevenez Marta Civitani Wei Cui WeiWei Cui Thomas Dauser Ettore Del Monte Sergio Di Cosimo Sebastian Diebold Victor Doroshenko Michal Dovciak YuanYuan Du Lorenzo Ducci QingMei Fan Yannick Favre Fabio Fuschino JoséLuis Ga'lvez Min Gao MingYu Ge Olivier Gevin Marco Grassi QuanYing Gu YuDong Gu DaWei Han Bin Hong Wei Hu Long Ji ShuMei Jia WeiChun Jiang Thomas Kennedy Ingo Kreykenbohm Irfan Kuvvetli Claudio Labanti Luca Latronico Gang Li MaoShun Li Xian Li Wei Li ZhengWei Li Olivier Limousin HongWei Liu XiaoJing Liu Bo Lu Tao Luo Daniele Macera Piero Malcovati Adrian Martindale Malgorzata Michalska Bin Meng Massimo Minuti Alfredo Morbidini Fabio Muleri Stephane Paltani Emanuele Perinati Antonino Picciotto Claudio Piemonte JinLu Qu Alexandre Rachevski Irina Rashevskaya Jerome Rodriguez Thomas Schanz ZhengXiang Shen LiZhi Sheng JiangBo Song LiMing Song Carmelo Sgro Liang Sun Ying Tan Phil Uttley Bo Wang DianLong Wang GuoFeng Wang Juan Wang LangPing Wang YuSa Wang Anna L.Watts XiangYang Wen Jörn Wilms ShaoLin Xiong JiaWei Yang Sheng Yang YanJi Yang Nian Yu WenDa Zhang Gianluigi Zampa Nicola Zampa Andrzej A.Zdziarski AiMei Zhang ChengMo Zhang Fan Zhang Long Zhang Tong Zhang Yi Zhang XiaoLi Zhang ZiLiang Zhang BaoSheng Zhao ShiJie Zheng Yu Peng Zhou Nicola Zorzi J.Frans Zwart | 2019 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2019,62,2: | 11
Geochemical characteristics of soil selenium and evaluation of Serich land resources in the central area of Guiyang City,China显示文摘Based on the results of multipurpose regional geochemical surveys of the Guizhou Province, geochemical characteristics of soil Se and Se-rich land resources in the central area of Guiyang City were studied and evaluated.Major conclusions are as follows:(1) the Se content in surface soil of the central area of Guiyang City was 0.17–2.89 mg kg^(-1), and the average was 0.78 mg kg^(-1), which were respectively 2.6 and 3.9 times of the national background value of soil and the world background value of soil. The Se content in deep soil was 0.11–1.48 mg kg^(-1), and the average was 0.44 mg kg^(-1), which were respectively 1.5 and2.2 times of the national background value of soil and the world background value of soil. The soil Se content decreased with the increase in the soil depth on the vertical profile, and the surface soil had a higher Se content.(2)Distribution of Se content was mainly affected by parent material, physicochemical properties of soil and other components, soil type, and land use type. Parent material played a key role, as the soil Se content was mainly originated from parent rock and increased with the background value of Se in parent rock, physicochemical properties of soil and other components had certain influences upon the Se content. Se was shown to have a significant linear positive correlation with S and organic carbon but no significant correlation with p H value. Se content varied with different types of soil as follows: skeleton soil > yellow soil > paddy soil > limestone soil > purple soil. Land use type also hadcertain influences upon the soil Se content as follows: dry land > construction land > garden plot > grassland =garden plot > forest land.(3) Taking 0.4 mg kg^(-1)B x(Se) <3.0 mg kg^(-1) as the standard for Se-rich soil, Se-rich soil of the study area covered an area of 2224 km^2 and 92.5% of the total area; the remaining is general soil. The study area had no Se-excess soil. Therefore, the central area of Guiyang City has a high proportion of Se-rich land, a large area of Serich land resources, and a moderate selenium enrichment strength, which have been rarely seen anywhere and provide advantageous resources for the development of Se-rich featured agriculture. | Ziping Pan Shaolin He Chaojin Li Wei Men Chengzhi Yan Fang Wang | 2017 | Acta Geochimica2017,36,2: | 8

Expert consensus on blood pressure management in critically ill patients显示文摘Introduction For critically ill patients with unstable hemodynamics, goal‑directed therapy for arterial blood pressure is needed with continuous daily bedside monitoring. The prevalence of hypertension in Chinese adults is 25.2%,of which 1–2%of patients may experience a hypertensive emergency, with a mortality rate of 6.9%in the acute phase. The mortality and readmission rates within 90 days of onset are as high as 11%.[1]Furthermore,the mortality rate for patients who experience hypertensive emergencies can reach 50%within 12 months of the incident.[2]The incidence of perioperative hypertension in patients undergoing cardiac surgery is approximately 50%,with this figure dropping to 25%for non-cardiac surgery.Surgery may increase the incidence of perioperative cardio-cerebrovascular adverse events by 3–5%.[3] | Yuetian Yu Ye Gong Bo Hu Bin Ouyang Aijun Pan Jinglun Liu Fen Liu Xiu-Ling Shang Xiang-Hong Yang Guowei Tu Changsong Wang Shaolin Ma Wei Fang Ling Liu Jiao Liu Dechang Chen | 2023 | Journal of Intensive Medicine2023,3,3: | 0
循环血AFP-mRNA与HS-GGT检测对肝癌的诊断与监测价值(英文)显示文摘Objective: Early finding of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and monitoring of its metastasis are of the utmost importance. The objectives of this study were to investigate the values of circulating hepatoma-specific gamma-glutamyl transferase(HS-GGT) fraction and α-fetoprotein mRNA(AFP-mRNA) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) in diagnosis or monitoring metastasis of HCC. Methods: Total RNA was extracted from hepatomas or PBMCs of patients, synthesized to AFP-cDNA through random primers and reverse transcriptase, amplified by using a nested PCR assay, and confirmed by sequencing. Simultaneity, the HS-GGT activities were quantitatively determined in sera of patients. The comprehensive assessments of two markers were investigated in HCC patients. Results: The amplified fragments of AFP-mRNA were identical to original designed ones(159 bp) and confirmed by sequencing. The lowest sensitivity was 2 ng/L of total RNA. The incidences of AFP-mRNA and HS-GGT were 60.4%(113 of 187) and 84.5%(158 of 187) in the HCC group, and their significantly higher(P < 0.01) than that in any of other groups. The high frequencies of HS-GGT and AFP-mRNA were 78.2% and 56.4% in the HCC patients with AFP < 50 ng/mL. All positive of AFP-mRNA was found in HCC patients with extrahepatic metastasis. No significant correlation was found between tumor size and AFP-mRNA or HS-GGT. The total incidence of combined AFP-mRNA and HS-GGT detection was 93.6 % for HCC diagnosis. Conclusion: HS-GGT and AFP-mRNA are specific markers for HCC diagnosis or differentiation, especially the former for early finding and the later for monitoring metastasis of HCC. | Li Wang Min Yao Yao Yao Liuhong Pan Shaolin Lu Dengfu Yao | 2014 | The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2014,13,10: | 0
A review of the influencing factors on teleseismic traveltime tomography显示文摘Teleseismic traveltime tomography is an important tool for investigating the crust and mantle structure of the Earth. The imaging quality of teleseismic traveltime tomography is affected by many factors, such as mantle heterogeneities, source uncertainties and random noise. Many previous studies have investigated these factors separately. An integral study of these factors is absent. To provide some guidelines for teleseismic traveltime tomography,we discussed four main influencing factors:the method for measuring relative traveltime differences, the presence of mantle heterogeneities outside the imaging domain, station spacing and uncertainties in teleseismic event hypocenters.Four conclusions can be drawn based on our analysis.(1)Comparing two methods,i.e.,measuring the traveltime difference between two adjacent stations(M1)and subtracting the average traveltime of all stations from the traveltime of one station(M2),reveals that both M1 and M2 can well image the main structures;while M1 is able to achieve a slightly higher resolution than M2;M2 has the advantage of imaging long wavelength structures. In practical teleseismic traveltime tomography, better tomography results can be achieved by a two-step inversion method.(2)Global mantle heterogeneities can cause large traveltime residuals(up to about 0.55 s),which leads to evident imaging artifacts.(3)The tomographic accuracy and resolution of M1 decrease with increasing station spacing when measuring the relative traveltime difference between two adjacent stations.(4)The traveltime anomalies caused by the source uncertainties are generally less than 0.2 s,and the impact of source uncertainties is negligible. | Yang Pan Shaolin Liu Dinghui Yang Wenshuai Wang Xiwei Xu Wenhao Shen Mengyang Li | 2023 | Earthquake Science2023,36,3: | 0
