1Update on classification,diagnosis,and management of immunoglobulin G4-related disease显示文摘Immunoglobulin G4-related disease(IgG4-RD)is a newly recognized chronic fibro-inflammatory autoimmune disease,and its recognition has been constantly increasing worldwide over the last few years.A correct and timely recognition,as well as appropriate intervention,is crucial for the treatment of IgG4-RD.For certain subtypes of IgG4-RD,organ-specific criteria are formulated to make the diagnosis more accurate.New biomarkers have emerged in the recent years to aid the disease diagnosis,its prognosis prediction,as well as therapy response monitoring.Although recurrence is very common in IgG4-RD,glucocorticoid is still the first-line treatment for the majority of patients.The factors that affect the likelihood of disease relapse are multifaceted.The selection strategy of various steroid-sparing agents is still being explored.Besides,when patients have special sites involvement leading to severe clinical conditions,surgical operation or interventional therapy should also be considered.An update on classification,diagnosis,and management of IgG4-RD is provided in the current study to fully elucidate the recommended clinical practice of this mysterious disease.Yu Chen Shaozhe Cai Lingli Dong Hisanori Umehara 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,4:2
2Evaluation of the ventilation system in an LNG cargo tank construction platform (CTCP) by the AHP-entropy weight method显示文摘Owing to the vulnerability of Invar to moisture in the membranes of LNG tanker cargo tank construction platforms(CTCPs),an energy-efficient ventilation system is needed to maintain a suitable thermal-moisture environment and a healthy workplace.However,the optimal distribution of supply and return devices that would guarantee worker satisfaction,air quality,and energy efficiency is unclear.Therefore,we conducted numerical simulations to determine the worker satisfaction indices(temperature,relative humidity,and carbon monoxide concentration satisfactions),air quality index(contaminant-removal efficiency),and energy efficiency index(heat-removal efficiency)with supply vane angles ranging from-75°to 0°and two return vent positions(the bottom return vent and the top return vent).The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)entropy weight method was employed to determine the optimal supply vane angle and return vent position for three design targets by considering these indices simultaneously.The results indicated that,with a supply angle of-45°and a bottom return vent,worker satisfaction and air quality were prioritized.Furthermore,a high energy performance of the ventilation system was achieved with a-15°supply angle and a bottom return vent.Moreover,a comprehensive graph of supply vane angles at both return heights,which could provide a reference for optimizing the ventilation system in LNG-CTCPs,is described.Dachuan Shi Yuejiao Guo Xinxin Gu Guozeng Feng Yang Xu Shaozhe Sun 2022Building Simulation2022,15,7:2

16A novel photoluminescent and photochromic europium complex显示文摘A ternary europium complex of 4-aminobutyric acid (ABA) with 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) [Eu2(ABA)4 (phen)4](phen)4(ClO4)6 was synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The result shows that 4-aminobutyric acid exists in zwitterion form in the binu-clear complex and that the carboxylates coordinate with Eu3+ ion in bidentate bridging and tridentate chelating-bridging modes. There are two types of phen molecules, one is coordinated and the other is uncoordinated. When excited by YAG: Nd laser with 355 nm light, the title complex can emit strong red fluorescence, and its high-resolution emission spectrum was recorded at 77 K. The Eu3+ ion site is in low symmetry, which is in agreement with the result of X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. When irradiated with a mercury lamp, the aqueous solution of the title complex can perform photochromism with the color change from colorless to green and the green color can fade away in the dark. 17Realisation of the reconfigurable pulsed high magnetic field facility and its scientific application at Wuhan National Pulsed High Magnetic Field Centre显示文摘To generate arbitrary shape magnetic field waveforms for advanced scientific research,a reconfigurable pulsed high magnetic field facility(PHMFF)was developed at Wuhan National Pulsed High Magnetic Field Centre(WHMFC).First,the basic elements of PHMFF are introduced,and a ternary physical model composed of energy storage unit,magnet,transmission circuits and other auxiliary units is summarised to describe various magnetic field systems.Second,in order to realise the reconfiguration of magnetic field systems based on detailed elements,the control system with the ability of dynamic construction and control sequence reconfiguration is designed.On this basis,the PHMFF has been realised and various magnetic field systems are constructed to produce arbitrary shape magnetic field waveforms,such as half‐sine,ultra‐high,flat‐top and repetitive field pulses,which not only enhances the capability and efficiency of PHMFF,but also makes more scientific research possible in pulsed magnetic fields.So far,a peak magnetic field of 94.8 T,a flat‐top magnetic field of 64 T/10 ms and a repetitive magnetic field waveform of 20 T/60 Hz have been achieved,and some experiments and studies on the physical properties of materials have been carried out at WHMFC.Jianfeng Xie Shaozhe Zhang Jiangtao Shi Junfeng Wang Liang Li Xiaotao Han 2023High Voltage2023,8,5:0

19Anchor-free Siamese Network Based on Visual Tracking显示文摘The Visual tracking problem can usually be solved in two parts.The first part is to extract the feature of the target and get the candidate region.The second part is to realize the classification of the target and the regression of the bounding box.In recent years,Siameses network in visual tracking problem has always been a frontier research hotspot.In this work,it applies two branches namely search area and tracking template area for similar learning to track.Some related researches prove the feasibility of this network structure.According to the characteristics of two branch shared networks in Siamese network,we also propos a new fully convolutional Siamese network to solve the visual tracking problem.Based on the Siamese network structure,the network we designed adopt a new fusion module,which realizes the fusion of multiple feature layers at different depths.We also devise a better target state estimation criterion.The overall structure is simple,efficient and has wide applicability.We extensive experiments on challenging benchmarks including generic object tracking-10k(GOT-10K),online object tracking benckmark2015(OTB2015)and unmanned air vehicle123(UAV123),and comparisons with state-of-the-art trackers and the fusion module commonly used in the past,Finally,our network performed better under the same backbone,and achieved good tracking effect,which proved the effectiveness and universality of our designed network and feature fusion method.Shaozhe Guo Yong Li Xuyang Chen Youshan Zhang 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,11:0
20Comparison of an automated digital cell morphology analysis system with manual counting显示文摘Background:Bionovation's CSFA800 is a new automated digital cell imaging analyzer.We evaluated the performance of the CSFA800 by comparing it with artificial peripheral blood white blood cell counting.Methods:According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,131 randomly selected samples(77 abnormal samples and 54 normal samples)were compared.Correlations between automated and manual counting results were analyzed.Manual counting was carried out according to the guidelines of the Association of Clinical and Laboratory Standards.Results:Counts of neutrophils,lymphocytes,monocytes,eosinophils,baso-phils,and immature granulocytes obtained from CSFA800 and artificial methods were linearly and positively correlated,with R values of 0.73,0.65,0.24,0.2,0.4,and 0.63,respectively,all p<0.05.Therefore,correlations be-tween CSFA800 and manual counting are acceptable.Compared with the DI‐60 Automated Digital Cell Morphology System(DI‐60;Sysmex),CSFA800 is more efficient and can analyze 20,000 cells in 1 min.However,the overall accuracy of CSFA800 is not as good as DI‐60,although its counting perfor-mance is better for basophils.Conclusions:The performance of CSFA800 for WBC counts is acceptable,and it displayed good performance for neutrophils,lymphocytes,and imma-ture granulocytes.Compared to DI‐60,CSFA800 is more efficient but has slightly lower overall accuracy.To some extent,CSFA800 is helpful to opti-mize the clinical laboratory workflow and improve the working efficiency of inspectors.Juan Jiao Xin Yin Jiali Ma Yinglong Xia Jianxia Xu Shaozhe Zhao Jie Liu 2023iLABMED2023,1,1:0
