| 1 | Numerical Simulation and Experimental Study of the Submarine's Cold Wake Temperature Character显示文摘The temperature difference of the submarine's wake on the sea surface is the base for the IR detection. In this paper, the temperature difference on the sea surface caused by the submarine's propellers and the submarine's hull is studied by solving the three dimensional N-S equations. The results show that under the condition of sea temperature surroundings of minus gradient, such as in summer the upper water's temperature is higher than the lower water, it is cold wake on the sea surface and hot wake on the submarine's plane. The temperature difference between the wake and the water around in the wake's initial part becomes more and more obvious as the wake's distance gets longer. Through the IR camera, the submarine's propeller wake is studied under the same temperature status. | 2 | Preclinical efficacy against acute myeloid leukaemia of SH1573, a novel mutant IDH2 inhibitor approved for clinical trials in China显示文摘Acute myeloid leukaemia(AML) is the most common form of acute leukaemia in adults,with increasing incidence with age and a generally poor prognosis.Almost 20% of AML patients express mutant isocitrate dehydrogenase 2(mIDH2),which leads to the accumulation of the carcinogenic metabolite 2-hydroxyglutarate(2-HG),resulting in poor prognosis.Thus,global institutions have been working to develop mIDH2 inhibitors.SH1573 is a novel mIDH2 inhibitor that we independently designed and synthesised.We have conducted a comprehensive study on its pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics and safety.First,SH1573 exhibited a strong selective inhibition of mIDH2 R140 Q protein,which could effectively reduce the production of 2-HG in cell lines,serum and tumors of an animal model.It could also promote the differentiation of mutant AML cell lines and granulocytes in PDX models.Then,it was confirmed that SH1573 possessed characteristics of high bioavailability,good metabolic stability and wide tissue distribution.Finally,toxicological data showed that SH1573 had no effects on the respiratory system,cardiovascular system and nervous system,and was genetically safe.This research successfully promoted the approval of SH1573 for clinical trials(CTR20200247).All experiments demonstrated that,as a potential drug against mIDH2 R140 Q acute myeloid leukaemia,SH1573 was effective and safe. | Zhiqiang Wang Zhibo Zhang Yong Li Li Sun Dezhen Peng Danyu Du Xian Zhang Luwei Han Liwen Zhao Ligong Lu Hongzhi Du Shengtao Yuan Meixiao Zhan | 2021 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,6: | 3 |

| 13 | Prediction of fiber Rayleigh scattering responses based on deep learning显示文摘Distributed acoustic sensing(DAS) is a fiber sensing technology based on Rayleigh scattering,which transforms optical fiber into a series of sensing units. It has become an indispensable part in the field of seismic monitoring, vehicle tracking, and pipeline monitoring. Fiber Rayleigh scattering responses lay at the core of DAS. However, there are few in-depth studies on the purpose of acquiring fiber Rayleigh scattering responses. In this paper, we establish a deep learning framework based on the bidirectional gated recurrent unit, which is the first time to predict the fiber Rayleigh scattering responses, to the best of our knowledge. The deep learning framework is trained with a numerical simulation dataset only, but it can process experimental data successfully. Moreover, since the responses could have a wider effective bandwidth than the experimental probing pulses, a finer spatial resolution could be obtained after demodulation. | 15 | Value of Coronary Sinus During Computed Tomography Pulmonary Angiography for Predicting Pulmonary Hypertension in Patients with Acute Pulmonary Embolism显示文摘Objective:Computed tomography pulmonary angiography(CTPA)parameters are valuable for predicting pulmonary hypertension(PH)in patients with pulmonary embolism(PE).However,few studies have used the coronary sinus ostium area(CSOA),derived from CTPA,to detect PH.This study aimed to compare the prognostic values of the CSOA,coronary sinus ostium diameter(CSOD),and right ventricular(RV)/left ventricular(LV)ratio for PH.Methods:This study retrospectively analyzed 78 patients(mean age,(51.94±12.33)years;53.8%male)with acute PE confirmed by CTPA at the Sixth and Eighth Medical Centers of the People’s Liberation Army General Hospital between June 2018 and June 2020.Patients were categorized into 2 groups using a pulmonary artery systolic pressure(PASP)cut-off of 30 mmHg.CTPA parameters were compared between these groups.Results:Patients with PASP>30 mmHg(n=22)had a larger CSOA,CSOD,RV diameter,RV/LV ratio,and inferior vena cava diameter compared with patients with PASP≤30 mmHg(n=56).The CSOA had an area under the receiver-operating characteristic curve(AUC,0.84;95%confidence interval(CI),0.74–0.94;P<0.001)similar to that of the RV/LV ratio(AUC,0.85;95%CI,0.73–0.99;P<0.001),while that of the CSOD was smaller(AUC,0.66;95%CI,0.51–0.81;P<0.05).Conclusion:Both CSOA and CSOD demonstrated a good ability to predict PH,while CSOA better predicted PASP>30 mmHg. | Chuang Zhang Qian Xin Hongling Xu Xiangyu Wang Zhiqiang Yan Shengtao Sun Xiangmin Shi Mei Tian | 2023 | Cardiology Discovery2023,3,2: | 0 |
| 16 | Superior high-temperature wear resistance of an Ir-Ta-Ni-Nb bulk metallic glass显示文摘Wear resistance is a critical consideration in engineering applications.In this study,we demonstrated an Ir-Ta-Ni-Nb bulk metallic glass(BMG)with outstanding high-temperature wear resistance and revealed its promising applications in extreme environments.The wear behavior and mechanism were systemati-cally investigated from room temperature(RT)to 750℃.The results show that the wear rate increases from∼2.65×10^(-6)mm^(3)N^(-1)m^(-1)to∼10.56×10^(-6)mm^(3)N^(-1)m^(-1)in the temperature span RT to 400℃,following abrasive wear and flash temperature-induced oxidative wear during the friction.However,at the higher temperature of 600℃,further heating due to frictional heat leads to a softening of the wear surface,resulting in a maximum wear rate of∼20.99×10^(-6)mm^(3)N^(-1)m^(-1)under softness-driven abrasive wear as well as oxidative wear.Interestingly,the wear resistance at an even higher temperature of 750℃shows a paradoxical improvement of∼7.08×10^(-6)mm^(3)N^(-1)m^(-1),which is attributed to the formation of an oxide layer with a thickness of several microns,avoiding violent wear of BMG.The re-sults demonstrate the unreported outstanding high-temperature wear resistance of the Ir-Ta-Ni-Nb BMG,especially its excellent capability to resist wear at 750℃,leading to the promising applications of BMG in the fields of aerospace,metallurgy,and nuclear industries. | Fei Sun Shengtao Deng Jianan Fu Jiahua Zhu Dandan Liang Pengfei Wang Hang Zhao Feng Gong Jiang Ma Yanhui Liu Jun Shen | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,27: | 0 |
