2Kinetics of the accumulation of group 2 innate lymphoid cells in IL-33-induced and IL-25-induced murine models of asthma:a potential role for the chemokine CXCL16显示文摘ILC2s are implicated in asthma pathogenesis, but little is known about the mechanisms underlying their accumulation in airways.We investigated the time course of ILC2 accumulation in different tissues in murine models of asthma induced by a serial per-nasalchallenge with ovalbumin (OVA), house dust mice (HDM), IL-25 and IL-33 and explored the potential roles of ILC2-attractingchemokines in this phenomenon. Flow cytometry was used to enumerate ILC2s at various time points. The effects of cytokines andchemokines on ILC2 migration were measured in vitro using a chemotaxis assay and in vivo using small animal imaging. Comparedwith saline and OVA challenge, both IL-25 and IL-33 challenge alone induced significant accumulation of ILC2s in the mediastinallymph nodes, lung tissue and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of challenged animals, but with a distinct potency and kinetics. In vitro,IL-33 and CXCL16, but not IL-25 or CCL25, directly induced ILC2 migration. Small animal in vivo imaging further confirmed that asingle intranasal provocation with IL-33 or CXCL16 was sufficient to induce the accumulation of ILC2s in the lungs followinginjection via the tail vein. Moreover, IL-33-induced ILC2 migration involved the activation of ERK1/2, p38, Akt, JNK and NF-κB, whileCXCL16-induced ILC2 migration involved the activation of ERK1/2, p38 and Akt. These data support the hypothesis that epitheliumderived IL-25 and IL-33 induce lung accumulation of ILC2s, while IL-33 exerts a direct chemotactic effect in this process. 4The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) mission: An overview显示文摘The Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE), dubbed “Xihe”—Goddess of the Sun, was launched on October 14, 2021 as the first solar space mission of China National Space Administration(CNSA). The CHASE mission is designed to test a newly developed satellite platform and to acquire the spectroscopic observations in the Hα waveband. The Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS)is the scientific payload of the CHASE satellite. It consists of two observational modes: raster scanning mode and continuum imaging mode. The raster scanning mode obtains full-Sun or region-of-interest spectral images from 6559.7 to 6565.9 ? and from 6567.8 to 6570.6 ? with 0.024 ? pixel spectral resolution and 1 min temporal resolution. The continuum imaging mode obtains photospheric images in continuum around 6689 ? with the full width at half maximum of 13.4 ?. The CHASE mission will advance our understanding of the dynamics of solar activity in the photosphere and chromosphere. 5System dynamics model of the support-surrounding rock system in fully mechanized mining with large mining height face and its application显示文摘Fully mechanized mining with large mining height(FMMLMH)is widely used in thick coal seam mining face for its higher recovery ratio,especially where the thickness is less than 7.0 m.However,because of the great mining height and intense rock pressure,the coal wall rib spalling,roof falling and the instability of support occur more likely in FMMLMH working face,and the above three types of disasters interact with each other with complicated relationships.In order to get the relationship between each two of coal wall,roof,floor and support,and reduce the occurrence probability of the three types of disasters,we established the system dynamics(SD)model of the support-surrounding rock system which is composed of'coal wall-roof-floor-support'(CW-R-F-S)in a FMMLMH working face based on the condition of No.15104 working face in Sijiazhuang coal mine.With the software of Vensim,we also simulated the interaction process between each two factors of roof,floor,coal wall and the support.The results show that the SD model of'CW-R-F-S'system can reveal the complicated and interactive relationship clearly between the support and surrounding rock in the FMMLMH working face.By increasing the advancing speed of working face,the support resistance or the length of support guard,or by decreasing the tipto-face distance,the stability of'CW-R-F-S'system will be higher and the happening probability of the disasters such as coal wall rib spalling,roof falling or the instability of support will be lower.These research findings have been testified in field application in No.15104 working face,which can provide a new approach for researching the interaction relationship of support and surrounding rock.Yuan Yong Tu Shihao Zhang Xiaogang Li Bo 2013International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,6:7
6A Network Traffic Prediction Method Based on LSTM显示文摘As the network sizes continue to increase,network traffic grows exponentially.In this situation,how to accurately predict network traffic to serve customers better has become one of the issues that Internet service providers care most about.Current traditional network models cannot predict network traffic that behaves as a nonlinear system.In this paper,a long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network model is proposed to predict network traffic that behaves as a nonlinear system.According to characteristics of autocorrelation,an autocorrelation coefficient is added to the model to improve the accuracy of the prediction model.Several experiments were conducted using real-world data,showing the effectiveness of LSTM model and the improved accuracy with autocorrelation considered.The experimental results show that the proposed model is efficient and suitable for real-world network traffic prediction.WANG Shihao ZHUO Qinzheng YAN Han LI Qianmu QI Yong 2019ZTE Communications2019,17,2:6
7Theoretical analysis on the deformation characteristics of coal wall in a longwall top coal caving face显示文摘Against the background of analyzing coal wall stability in 14101 fully mechanized longwall top coal caving face in Majialiang coal mine,based on the torque equilibrium of the coal wall,shield support and the roof strata,an elastic mechanics model was established to calculate the stress applied on the coal wall.The displacement method was used to obtain the stress and deformation distributions of the coal wall.This study also researched the influence of support resistance,protective pressure to the coal wall,fracture position of the main roof and mining height on the coal wall deformation.The following conclusions are drawn:(1) The shorter the distance from the longwall face,the greater the vertical compressive stress and horizontal tensile stress borne by the coal wall.The coal wall is prone to failure in the form of compressive-shear and tension;(2) With increasing support resistance,the revolution angle of the main roof decreases linearly.As the support resistance and protective force supplied by the face guard increases,the maximum deformation of the coal wall decreases linearly;(3) As the face approaches the fracture position of the main roof,coal wall horizontal deformation increases significantly,and the coal wall is prone to instability;and(4) The best mining height of 14101 longwall face is 3.0 m.Bai Qingsheng Tu Shihao Li Zhaoxin Tu Hongsheng 2015International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,2:5
8The Tibetan Plateau Surface–Atmosphere Coupling System and Its Weather and Climate Effects: The Third Tibetan Plateau Atmospheric Science Experiment显示文摘The Tibetan Plateau(TP) is a key area affecting forecasts of weather and climate in China and occurrences of extreme weather and climate events over the world. The China Meteorological Administration, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly initiated the Third Tibetan Plateau Atmospheric Science Experiment(TIPEX-Ⅲ) in 2013, with an 8–10-yr implementation plan. Since its preliminary field measurements conducted in 2013, routine automatic sounding systems have been deployed at Shiquanhe, Gaize, and Shenzha stations in western TP, where no routine sounding observations were available previously. The observational networks for soil temperature and soil moisture in the central and western TP have also been established. Meanwhile, the plateau-scale and regional-scale boundary layer observations, cloud–precipitation microphysical observations with multiple radars and aircraft campaigns, and tropospheric–stratospheric air composition observations at multiple sites, were performed. The results so far show that the turbulent heat exchange coefficient and sensible heat flux are remarkably lower than the earlier estimations at grassland, meadow, and bare soil surfaces of the central and western TP. Climatologically, cumulus clouds over the main body of the TP might develop locally instead of originating from the cumulus clouds that propagate northward from South Asia. The TIPEX-Ⅲ observations up to now also reveal diurnal variations, macro-and microphysical characteristics, and water-phase transition mechanisms, of cumulus clouds at Naqu station. Moreover, TIPEX-Ⅲ related studies have proposed a maintenance mechanism responsible for the Asian 'atmospheric water tower' and demonstrated the effects of the TP heating anomalies on African, Asian, and North American climates. Additionally, numerical modeling studies show that the Γ distribution of raindrop size is more suitable for depicting the TP raindrop characteristics compared to the M–P distribution, the overestimation of sensible heat flux can be reduced via modifying the heat transfer parameterization over the TP, and considering climatic signals in some key areas of the TP can improve the skill for rainfall forecast in the central and eastern parts of China. 9Medicinals with properties of warming Yang and tonifying Qi in terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine: their effects on left ventricular ejection fraction and aldosterone in rats with induced failure heart显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate on Left ventricular ejection fraction value and aldosterone of two medicinals of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) with the properties of warming Yang and tonifying Qi in terms of TCM theory.METHODS: An animal model of coronary ligation of heart failure after myocardial infarction was employed to study the influence of these two kinds of drugs on three batches of rats. On the basis of the average score of left ventricle ejection fraction during the investigation, there were some different groups, including Wen Yang(the warming Yang)group, Yi Qi(tonifying Qi) group, Wen Yang and Yi Qi group, captopril group, digoxin group. In additional, an artificial operation group was set for compari-son. The systemic intervention using these medicinal and drugs was taken effects on the 2nd day after the operation of myocardial infraction(MI) with once a day. At week one, two, and four after the MI treatment, evaluated were EF values, and ferritin,angiotensin-II and aldosterone in the rats' plasma.RESULTS: At week one and week two, the medicinal of Wen Yang, Yi Qi, Wen Yang pluse Yi Qi, and digoxin could improve left ventricular ejection fraction in rats with heart failure; Compared to the model group, captopril Left ventricular EF value increased, but there was not significant. At week four,heart failure and left ventricular EF values was improved in the intervention group and the other four captopril drug intervention. At week one in the rats with drug intervention, the medicinals of Yi Qi, Wen Yang plus Yi Qi, and captopril could inhibit activation in vivo hormone aldosterone in heart failure rats; aldosterone in Wen Yang group and digoxin group were not different from that in the model group at week two and four.CONCLUSION: Chinese medicinals with properties of Wen Yang, Yi Qi have significant effect on improving left ventricular EF in rats with heart failure; compared to Yi Qi medicinals, Wen Yang medicinals that inhibit the effectiveness of the time required for the activation of the role of aldosterone. 10Calibration procedures for the CHASE/HIS science data显示文摘The Hα line is an important optical line in solar observations containing the information from the photosphere to the chromosphere. To study the mechanisms of solar eruptions and the plasma dynamics in the lower atmosphere, the Chinese Hα Solar Explorer(CHASE) was launched into a Sun-synchronous orbit on October 14, 2021. The scientific payload of the CHASE satellite is the Hα Imaging Spectrograph(HIS). The CHASE/HIS acquires, for the first time, seeing-free Hα spectroscopic observations with high spectral and temporal resolutions. It consists of two observational modes. The raster scanning mode provides full-Sun or region-of-interest spectra at Hα(6559.7-6565.9 ?) and Fe I(6567.8-6570.6 ?) wavebands. The continuum imaging mode obtains full-Sun photospheric images at around 6689 ?. In this paper, we present detailed calibration procedures for the CHASE/HIS science data, including the dark-field and flat-field correction, slit image curvature correction, wavelength and intensity calibration, and coordinate transformation. 12Sediment transport in the Luanhe River delta:grain size trend analysis显示文摘Sediment grain size in the deltaic environment of the Luanhe River(LR),Liaoning,China,contains sediment transport pathway information useful in elucidating the shoreline change and fluvialmarine interaction.In this study,we utilized numerical partitioning of the sedimentary components and geostatistical grain size trend analysis(GSTA)to define the sediment transport pattern in the Luanhe River delta(LRD)and interpolated the sediment transport pattern using content changes of end numbers(EM).EM1(the mean grain size 7.12Ф,fine silt),EM2(2.37Ф,fine sand),and EM3(1.27Ф,medium sand)components were identified by the numerical partitioning by GSTA.Kriging interpolation method was used to interpolate the parameters of the grain size for the regular grid,and the interpolation radius was 0.015 decimal degree.We chose 0.09 decimal degree as the characteristic distance for GSTA in the semivariogram model using the geostatistical method.The FB(-)case(finer,better sorted and more negatively skewed)was adopted in GSTA for its satisfaction in the Global Moran’s I test.The result of the GSTA shows that the sediments in the south barriers(SBs)were transported to the southwest of the study area.The sediments in the north,in the SE direction of sediment transport trend from the river mouth,indicated that the sediments in the north of the study area were transported from the LR to the northern beaches,and to the south and east of the study area.The sediment transport trend that simplified by GSTA as the FB(-)case was approved by the content changes of sedimentary components(i.e.EM1,EM2,and EM3).In addition,the turbulent jet diffusion pattern indicated that the coarse sediments(EM3)were delivered by LR during the flood season,and the EM2 and EM1 were from wave and tide,respectively.YU Xiaoxiao LI Tiegang GU Dongqi FENG Aiping LIU Shihao LI Ping XU Guoqiang YAN Wenwen ZHANG Zhiwei ZHU Zhengtao 2019Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2019,37,3:3

14Acetytation of ACAP4 regutates CCL18-elicited breast cancer cell migration and invasion显示文摘Tumor metastasis represents the main causes of cancer-related death.Our recent study showed that chemokine CCL18 secreted from tumor-associated macrophages regulates breast tumor metastasis,but the underlying mechanisms remain less clear.Here, we show that ARF6 GTPase-activating protein ACAP4 regulates CCL18-elicited breast cancer cell migration via the acetyltransferase PCAF-mediated acetylation.CCL18 stimulation elicited breast cancer cell migration and invasion via PCAF-dependent acetylation.ACAP4 physically interacts with PCAF and is a cognate substrate of PCAF during CCL18 stimulation.The acetylation site of ACAP4 by PCAF was mapped to Lys311 by mass spectrometric analyses.Importantly,dynamic acetylation of ACAP4 is essential for CCL18-induced breast cancer cell migration and invasion,as overexpression of the persistent acetylation-mimicking or nonacetylatable ACAP4 mutant blocked CCL18-elicited cell migration and invasion.Mechanistically,the acetylation of ACAP4 at Lys311 reduced the lipid-binding activity of ACAP4 to ensure a robust and dynamic cycling of ARF6-ACAP4 complex with plasma membrane in response to CCL18 stimulation.Thus,these results present a previously undefined mechanism by which CCL18-elicited acetylation of the PH domain controls dynamic interaction between ACAP4 and plasma membrane during breast cancer cell migration and invasion.Xiaoyu Song Wei Liu Xiao Yuan Jiying Jiang Wanjuan Wang McKay Mullen Xuannv Zhao Yin Zhang Fusheng Liu Shihao Du Adeel Rehman Ruijun Tian Jian Li Andra Frost Zhenwei Song Hadiyah-Nicole Green Calmour Henry Xing Liu Xia Ding Dongmei Wang Xuebiao Yao 2018Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2018,10,6:3
15Genetic control of compound leaf development in the mungbean(Vigna radiata L.)显示文摘Many studies suggest that there are distinct regulatory processes controlling compound leaf development in different clades of legumes.Loss of function of the LEAFY(LFY)orthologs results in a reduction of leaf complexity to different degrees in inverted repeat-lacking clade(IRLC)and non-IRLC species.To further understand the role of LFY orthologs and the molecular mechanism in compound leaf development in non-IRLC plants,we studied leaf development in unifoliate leaf(un)mutant,a classical mutant of mungbean(Vigna radiata L.),which showed a complete conversion of compound leaves into simple leaves.Our analysis revealed that UN encoded the mungbean LFY ortholog(VrLFY)and played a significant role in leaf development.In situ RNA hybridization results showed that STM-like KNOXI genes were expressed in compound leaf primordia in mungbean.Furthermore,increased leaflet number in heptafoliate leaflets1(hel1)mutants was demonstrated to depend on the function of VrLFY and KNOXI genes in mungbean.Our results suggested that HEL1 is a key factor coordinating distinct processes in the control of compound leaf development in mungbean and its related non-IRLC legumes.Keyuan Jiao Xin Li Shihao Su Wuxiu Guo Yafang Guo Yining Guan Zhubing Hu Zhenguo Shen Da Luo 2019Horticulture Research2019,6,1:2
16Rail fatigue crack propagation in high-speed wheel/rail rolling contact显示文摘To study the wheel/rail rolling contact fatigue of high-speed trains, we obtain the distribution of contact forces between wheel and rail by introducing the strain-rate effect.Based on the finite element simulation, a two-dimensional finite element model is established, and the process of a wheel rolling over a crack is analyzed to predict the crack propagation direction. The statistics of possible crack propagation angles are calculated by the maximum circumferential stress criterion. The crack path is then obtained by using the average crack propagation angle as the crack propagation direction according to Weibull distribution.Results show that the rail crack mode of low-speed trains is different from that of high-speed trains. The rail crack propagation experiences a migration from opening mode to sliding mode under the low-speed trains; however, the rail crack mainly propagates in the opening mode under highspeed trains. Furthermore, the crack propagation rate for high-speed trains is faster than that for low-speed trains. 17Relationship between corneal biomechanical parameters and corneal sublayer thickness measured by Corvis ST and UHR-OCT in keratoconus and normal eyes显示文摘Background:To explore the relationship between corneal biomechanical parameters and corneal sublayer thickness using corneal visualization Scheimpflug technology(Corvis ST)and ultrahigh-resolution optical coherence tomography(UHR-OCT)in clinical and suspected keratoconus and normal eyes.Methods:Cross-sectional prospective study.A total of 94 eyes of 70 participants were recruited.Twenty five eyes of 19 keratoconus patients,52 eyes of 34 patients showing high risk of developing keratoconus according to the Belin/Ambrosio Enhanced Ectasia Display,and each eye of 17 normal subjects were enrolled.All participants underwent Corvis ST,Pentacam,and UHR-OCT examinations at the same time.Stiffness parameter A1(SP-A1),deformation amplitude ratio(DA ratio),and other biomechanical parameters were recorded using Corvis ST.The vertical and horizontal thickness profiles of central 3mm corneal epithelium,Bowman’s layer,and stroma as measured by the perpendicular distance between the neighboring interfaces were generated using UHR-OCT.The flat keratometry and steep keratometry were obtained using Pentacam.Analysis of correlation was applied to explore the association between variables.Results:Most of the biomechanical parameters and corneal sublayer thickness profiles showed statistical differences among three groups.A statistically significant linear relationship was noted between SP-A1 and DA ratio in all three groups.SP-A1 was found to be positively correlated with epithelial and Bowman’s layer thickness in the keratoconus(KC)group,and with stromal thickness in all three groups.In the normal and suspected keratoconus(SKC)groups,only stromal thickness was included in the stepwise linear regression to predict SP-A1,whereas in the KC group,steep keratometry and Bowman’s layer thickness were included.Conclusions:Significant and different correlations were noted between corneal stiffness and corneal sublayer thickness in different groups,indicating that corneal sublayers may play different roles in maintaining corneal biomechanical stability between keratoconus and normal eyes.Yong Li Zhiqiang Xu Qiaoli Liu Yuzhou Wang Kan Lin Jiahui Xia Shihao Chen Liang Hu 2021Eye and Vision2021,8,1:2
18Nanomedicine potentiates mild photothermal therapy for tumor ablation显示文摘The booming photothermal therapy(PTT)has achieved great progress in non-invasive oncotherapy,and paves a novel way for clinical oncotherapy.Of note,mild temperature PTT(mPTT)of 42–45°C could avoid treatment bottleneck of the traditional PTT,including nonspecific injury to normal tissues,vasculature and host antitumor immunity.However,cancer cells can resist mPTT via heat shock response and autophagy,thus leading to insufficient mPTT monotherapy to ablate tumor.To overcome the deficient antitumor efficacy caused by thermo-resistance of cancer cells and mono mPTT,synergistic therapies towards cancer cells have been conducted with mPTT.This review summarizes the recent advances in nanomedicine-potentiated mPTT for cancer treatment,including strategies for enhanced single-mode mPTT and mPTT plus synergistic therapies.Moreover,challenges and prospects for clinical translation of nanomedicine-potentiated mPTT are discussed.Zijun Jiang Tianyi Li Hao Cheng Feng Zhang Xiaoyu Yang Shihao Wang Jianping Zhou Yang Ding 2021Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2021,16,6:2

20Gold nanoparticle-directed autophagy intervention for antitumor immunotherapy via inhibiting tumor-associated macrophage M2 polarization显示文摘Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs),one of the dominating constituents of tumor microenvironment,are important contributors to cancer progression and treatment resistance.Therefore,regulation of TAMs polarization from M2 phenotype towards M1 phenotype has emerged as a new strategy for tumor immunotherapy.Herein,we successfully initiated antitumor immunotherapy by inhibiting TAMs M2 polarization via autophagy intervention with polyethylene glycol-conjugated gold nanoparticles(PEG-Au NPs).PEG-Au NPs suppressed TAMs M2 polarization in both in vitro and in vivo models,elicited antitumor immunotherapy and inhibited subcutaneous tumor growth in mice.As demonstrated by the m RFP-GFP-LC3 assay and analyzing the autophagy-related proteins(LC3,beclin1 and P62),PEGAu NPs induced autophagic flux inhibition in TAMs,which is attributed to the PEG-Au NPs induced lysosome alkalization and membrane permeabilization.Besides,TAMs were prone to polarize towards M2phenotype following autophagy activation,whereas inhibition of autophagic flux could reduce the M2polarization of TAMs.Our results revealed a mechanism underlying PEG-Au NPs induced antitumor immunotherapy,where PEG-Au NPs reduce TAMs M2 polarization via induction of lysosome dysfunction and autophagic flux inhibition.This study elucidated the biological effects of nanomaterials on TAMs polarization and provided insight into harnessing the intrinsic immunomodulation capacity of nanomaterials for effective cancer treatment.Siyue Zhang Fangyuan Xie Kaichun Li He Zhang You Yin Yuan Yu Guangzhao Lu Shihao Zhang Yan Wei Ke Xu Yan Wu Hong Jin Lan Xiao Leilei Bao Can Xu Yulin Li Ying Lu Jie Gao 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,7:2
