1Coordinated flight control of miniature fixed-wing UAV swarms: methods and experiments显示文摘In this paper,we present our recent advances in both theoretical methods and field experiments for the coordinated control of miniature fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)swarms.We propose a multi-layered group-based architecture,which is modularized,mission-oriented,and can implement large-scale swarms.To accomplish the desired coordinated formation flight,we present a novel distributed coordinated-control scheme comprising a consensus-based circling rendezvous,a coordinated path-following control for the leader UAVs,and a leader-follower coordinated control for the follower UAVs.The current framework embeds a formation pattern reconfiguration technique.Moreover,we discuss two security solutions(inter-UAV collision avoidance and obstacle avoidance)in the swarm flight problem.The effectiveness of the proposed coordinated control methods was demonstrated in field experiments by deploying up to 21 fixed-wing UAVs.Xiangke WANG Lincheng SHEN Zhihong LIU Shulong ZHAO Yirui CONG Zhongkui LI Shengde JIA Hao CHEN Yangguan YU Yuan CHANG Yajing WANG 2019Science China(Information Sciences)2019,62,11:21
2Plasma biomarker screening for liver fibrosis with the N-terminal isotope tagging strategy显示文摘A non-invasive diagnostic approach is crucial for the evaluation of severity of liver disease,treatment decisions,and assessing drug efficacy.This study evaluated plasma proteomic profiling via an N-terminal isotope tagging strategy coupled with liquid chromatography/Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry measurement to detect liver fibrosis staging.Pooled plasma from different liver fibrosis stages,which were assessed in advance by the current gold-standard of liver biopsy,was quantitatively analyzed.A total of 72 plasma proteins were found to be dysregulated during the fibrogenesis process,and this finding constituted a valuable candidate plasma biomarker bank for follow-up analysis.Validation results of fibronectin by Western blotting reconfirmed the mass-based data.Ingenuity Pathways Analysis showed four types of metabolic networks for the functional effect of liver fibrosis disease in chronic hepatitis B patients.Consequently,quantitative proteomics via the N-terminal acetyl isotope labeling technique provides an effective and useful tool for screening plasma candidate biomarkers for liver fibrosis.We quantitatively monitored the fibrogenesis process in CHB patients.We discovered many new valuable candidate biomarkers for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis and also partly identified the mechanism involved in liver fibrosis disease.These results provide a clearer understanding of liver fibrosis pathophysiology and will also hopefully lead to improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment.LI ShuLong LIU Xin WEI Lai WANG HuiFen ZHANG JiYang WEI HanDong QIAN XiaoHong JIANG Ying HE FuChu 2011Science China(Life Sciences)2011,54,5:6
3Low leakage 3×VDD-tolerant ESD detection circuit without deep N-well in a standard 90-nm low-voltage CMOS process显示文摘A new low leakage 3×VDD-tolerant electrostatic discharge(ESD)detection circuit using only low-voltage device without deep N-well is proposed in a standard 90-nm 1.2-V CMOS process.Stacked-transistors technique is adopted to sustain high-voltage stress and reduce leakage current.No NMOSFET operates in high voltage range and it is unnecessary to use any deep N-well.The proposed detection circuit can generate a 38 mA current to turn on the substrate triggered silicon-controlled rectifier(STSCR)under the ESD stress.Under normal operating conditions,all the devices are free from over-stress voltage threat.The leakage current is 88 nA under 3×VDD bias at 25°C.The simulation result shows the circuit can be successfully used for 3×VDD-tolerant I/O buffer.YANG ZhaoNian LIU HongXia WANG ShuLong 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,8:3
4microRNA-218 promotes gemcitabine sensitivity in human pancreatic cancer cells by regulating HMGB1 expression显示文摘Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of gemcitabine(GEM) on micro RNA-218(mi R-218) expression in human pancreatic cancer cells.Methods: Quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR) was performed to examine the differences in mi R-218 expression between the GEM-sensitive Bx PC-3 pancreatic cancer cells and GEM-resistant PANC-1 cells. The effect of GEM on the expression of mi R-218 in PANC-1 cells was also investigated. PANC-1 cells were transfected either with HMGB1 si RNA to knock down the expression of HMGB1 or with the recombinant HMGB1 expression vector(pc DNA3.1-HMGB1) to overexpress HMGB1. The effect of ectopic expression of HMGB1 on the apoptosis of mi R-218-transfected and GEMtreated PANC-1 cells was examined by flow cytometric analysis.Results: The mi R-218 expression level was lower in GEM-resistant PANC-1 cells compared to GEMsensitive Bx PC-3 cells(P<0.05). The percentage of apoptotic PANC-1 cells was significantly increased in the mi R-218 mimic + GEM group compared to the mimic ctrl + GEM group and the normal control group(P<0.01). The HMGB1 expression level was markedly decreased in PANC-1 cells transfected with HMGB1 si RNA but was significantly increased in PANC-1 cells transfected with the recombinant HMGB1 expression vector, pc DNA3.1-HMGB1(P<0.01). 7The applications of induced pluripotent stem(iPS)cells in drug development显示文摘The introduction of induced pluripotent stem(iPS)cells has been a milestone in the field of regenerative medicine and drug discovery.iPS cells can provide a continuous and individualized source of stem cells and are considered to hold great potential for economically feasible personalized stem cell therapy.Various diseases might potentially be cured by iPS cell-based therapy including Parkinson’s disease,Alzheimer’s disease,Huntington disease,ischemic heart disease,diabetes and so on.Moreover,iPS cells derived from patients suffering from unique incurable diseases can be developed into patient-and disease-specific cell lines.These cells can be used as an effective approach to study the mechanisms of diseases,providing useful tools for drug discovery,development and evaluation.The development of suitable methods for the culture and expansion of iPS cells and their differentiated progenies make feasible modern drug discovery techniques such as high-throughput screening.Furthermore,iPS cells can be applied in the field of toxicological and pharmacokinetics tests.This review focuses on the applications of iPS cells in the field of pharmaceutical industry.Shulong YANG Xuelian WANG Jinmiao LIU Zhao LIU Jiaxue HUANG 2011Frontiers in Biology2011,6,1:1

9High-yield production of non-layered 2D carbon complexes:Thickness manipulation and carbon nanotube branches for enhanced lithium storage properties显示文摘Non-layered two-dimensional(2 D)carbon complexes manifest great potential in energy-related applications owing to their exotic electronic structures,large electrochemically active surface,and intriguing synergistic effects.However,reliable method for mass production and thickness manipulation of 2 D carbon complexes remains great challenges.Here,inspired by blowing chewing gum into bubbles,a“tailored gel expanding'strategy is proposed for high-yield synthesis of non-layered 2 D carbon complexes with tailored thickness from~12 nm to~1 lm,by controllable pyrolysis of metal-polymeric gel with adequate crosslinking degree.The key feature for thickness manipulation is introducing NH4 NO3 in sol-gel process,which tailors the expansion behavior of gel precursor during subsequent pyrolysis.Various of 2 D sheets with intimately coupled N,O-doped carbon(NOC)and Ni Co-based(Ni Co,(Ni Co)S_(2),(Ni Co)Se_(2),Ni Co_(2)O_(4),(Ni Co)(PO_(3))_(2))nanocrystals are obtained on a large scale and without any impurities.Moreover,these 2 D products are branched with in-situ grown CNTs on the surface,accelerating electrons transfer and preventing the nanosheets from stacking.As a demonstration,the 2 D(Ni Co)S_(2)/NOC with optimized thickness manifests excellent lithium storage properties in both half and full cells.This method paves a new path for massive and controlled production of non-layered 2 D materials with tailored thickness and robust structure stability for energy-related applications.Dong Wang Shuai Qi Yao Qiu Rui Zhang Qiang Zhang Shulong Liu Chunjie Zhang Ziyao Chen Hong Pan Jun Cao Guangwu Wen 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,8:0

Park green space is an important component of urban ecosystem, it improves quality of urban ecological environment, reduces urban heat island effect, and beautifies city environment. By studying plant configuration in Jiangtan Park, Hankou District, Wuhan City, functional areas were regarded as a whole to collect data, AHP was applied to investigate the sample plots, garden plant landscape evaluation system was established, and landscapes in all units were evaluated. 12KRAS G12D mutation eliminates reactive oxygen species through the Nrf2/CSE/H_(2)S axis and contributes to pancreatic cancer growth显示文摘In pancreatic cancer,KRAS G12D can trigger pancreatic cancer initiation and development.Rapid tumor growth is often accompanied by excess intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)production,which is unfavorable to tumor.However,the regulation of intracellular ROS levels in KRAS mutant pancreatic cancer remains unclear.In this study,we establish BxPC3 stable cell strains expressing KRAS wild type(WT)and G12D mutation and find unchanged ROS levels despite higher glycolysis and proliferation viability in KRAS mutant cells than KRAS WT cells.The key hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)-generating enzyme cystathionine-γ-lyase(CSE)is upregulated in KRAS mutant BxPC3 cells,and its knockdown significantly increases intracellular ROS levels and decreases cell glycolysis and proliferation.Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)is activated by KRAS mutation to promote CSE transcription.An Nrf2 binding site(‒47/‒39 bp)in the CSE promoter is verified.CSE overexpression and the addition of NaHS after Nrf2 knockdown or inhibition by brusatol decreases ROS levels and rescues cell proliferation.Our study reveals the regulatory mechanism of intracellular ROS levels in KRAS mutant pancreatic cancer cells,which provides a potential target for pancreatic cancer therapy.Kun Fan Shulong Zhang Xiaojian Ni Sheng Shen Jiwen Wang Wentao Sun Tao Suo Han Liu Xiaoling Ni Houbao Liu 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,11:0
13Electrical properties and structural optimization of GaN/InGaN/GaN tunnel junctions grown by molecular beam epitaxy显示文摘The InGaN films and GaN/InGaN/GaN tunnel junctions(TJs)were grown on GaN templates with plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy.As the In content increases,the quality of InGaN films grown on GaN templates decreases and the surface roughness of the samples increases.V-pits and trench defects were not found in the AFM images.p++-GaN/InGaN/n++-GaN TJs were investigated for various In content,InGaN thicknesses and doping concentration in the InGaN insert layer.The InGaN insert layer can promote good interband tunneling in GaN/InGaN/GaN TJ and significantly reduce operating voltage when doping is sufficiently high.The current density increases with increasing In content for the 3 nm InGaN insert layer,which is achieved by reducing the depletion zone width and the height of the potential barrier.At a forward current density of 500 A/cm^(2),the measured voltage was 4.31 V and the differential resistance was measured to be 3.75×10^(−3)Ω·cm^(2)for the device with a 3 nm p++-In_(0.35)Ga_(0.65)N insert layer.When the thickness of the In_(0.35)Ga_(0.65)N layer is closer to the“balanced”thickness,the TJ current density is higher.If the thickness is too high or too low,the width of the depletion zone will increase and the current density will decrease.The undoped InGaN layer has a better performance than n-type doping in the TJ.Polarization-engineered tunnel junctions can enhance the functionality and performance of electronic and optoelectronic devices.Jun Fang Fan Zhang Wenxian Yang Aiqin Tian Jianping Liu Shulong Lu Hui Yang 2024Journal of Semiconductors2024,45,1:0
14Low complexity NB-LDPC decoder based on shared comparator architecture for ECN/EVN显示文摘Non-binary low density parity check( NB-LDPC) codes are considered as preferred candidate in conditions where short/medium codeword length codes and better performance at low signal to noise ratios( SNR) are required. They have better burst error correcting performance,especially with high order Galois fields( GF). A shared comparator( SCOMP) architecture for elementary of check node( ECN)/elementary of variable node( EVN) to reduce decoder complexity is introduced because high complexity of check node( CN) and variable node( VN) prevent NB-LDPC decoder from widely applications. The decoder over GF( 16) is based on the extended min-sum( EMS)algorithm. The decoder matrix is an irregular structure as it can provide better performance than regular ones. In order to provide higher throughput and increase the parallel processing efficiency,the clock which is 8 times of the system frequency is adopted in this paper to drive the CN/VN modules. The decoder complexity can be reduced by28% from traditional decoder when SCOMP architecture is introduced. The result of synthesis software shows that the throughput can achieve 34 Mbit/s at 10 iterations. The proposed architecture can be conveniently extended to GF such as GF( 64) or GF( 256). 16Protective effects of Dioscin on TNF-α-induced collagen-induced arthritis rat fibroblast-like synoviocytes involves in regulating the LTB4/BLT pathway显示文摘Background and Objective:LTB4 has been shown to be involved in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)pathogenesis.The effect of Dioscin(Dio)on the LTB4 pathway of RA have not been reported yet.This study aimed at further exploring whether Dioscin’s effects on TNF-αinduced collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)rat fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS)connected with the LTB4 and its receptor pathway.Materials&Methods:In this experiment,control group,TNF-αgroup,and different concentrations of Dioscin groups were established.Cell viability was evaluated using MTT assay.The levels of LTB4 in the samples of above groups were measured using ELISA.The mRNA expression levels of LTA4H,BLT1,and BLT2 were detected by quantitative real time PCR,while the expression level of LTA4H proteins were detected using western blot.The distribution of LTA4H was assessed by immunofluorescence assay.Results:the LTB4 level of TNF-αgroup in sample supernatant was higher than both control group and Dioscin groups with decreased LTB4 levels(p<0.05).Compared with the control group,the expression of LTA4H was significantly increased in TNF-αgroup(p<0.05),whereas LTA4H expressions were significantly decreased in all Dioscin groups when compared to TNF-αgroup(p<0.05).The mRNA expressions of BLT1 and BLT2 were markedly higher in TNF-αgroup than those in control group while Dioscin treatment significantly inhibited the increased expressions of BLT1 and BLT2 induced by TNF-α(p<0.05).Conclusions:These results firstly demonstrate that the protective effect of Dioscin on TNF-αinduced FLS may involve in its reducing LTB4 production by down-regulating LTA4H expression,and may inhibit its downstream pathway by decreasing LTB4 receptors levels.This findings suggest that dioscin produces a potential therapeutic effects for RA via its influencing LTA4H/LTB4/BLT pathway.ZHIPING WEI YAJUN LIU MEIWEN YANG MENGDI LI KEXIN LI LUXI ZHENG HUIQIONG GUO FENFANG HONG SHULONG YANG 2021BIOCELL2021,45,4:0

18Modulation of vagal activity to atria electrical remodeling resulted from rapid atrial pacing显示文摘Background Atrial electrical remodeling(AER) plays an important role in the pathogenesis and maintenance of atrial fibrillation.However,little is known about modulation of vagal activity to AER.This study aimed to investigate the relationship between vagal moduation and AER.Methods Twenty four adult mongrel dogs under general anesthesia were randomized into 3 groups.Sympathetic activity was blocked by administration of metoprolol in 3 groups.The changes in vagal modulation to atria after AER were observed in 10 dogs without vagal interruption in group A.The effects ofvagal intervention on AER were investigated in 8 dogs with administration of atropine in group B.The impact of aggressively vagal activity on AER was studied in 6 dogs with bilateral cervical vag sympathetic trunks stimulation during AER in group C.Bilateral cervical vagosympathetic trunks were decentralized. Multipolar catheters were placed into high right atria (RA),coronary sinus (CS) and right ventricle (RV).AER was induced by 600 bpm pacing through RA catheter for 30 minutes.Atrial effective refractory period (ERP) and vulnerability window (VW) of atrial fibrillation were measured with and without vagal stimulation before and after AER.Results In group A,ERP decreased significantly at baseline and during vagal stimulation after AER compared with that before AER (all P<0.05).In group B,ERP remained unchanged at baseline and vagal stimulation after AER compared with that before AER (all P>0.05).In group C,ERP shortened significantly at baseline and vagal stimulation after AER compared with that before AER (all P<0.05).ERP shortening after AER in Groups A and C increased significantly than that in group B (all P<0.05).Atrial fibrillation could not be induced at baseline (VW close to 0) before and after AER in three groups.VW became widen significantly during vagal stimulation after AER compared with that before AER in Groups A and C (all P<0.05),while VW remained unchanged in group B (VW close to 0).Conclusions Short-term AER results in the decrease in ERP.AER is accompanied by the increases in atrial vagal modulation.The increased vagal activity and vagal stimulation promote AER, thereby increase the susceptibility to atrial fibrillation.The interrupted vagal activity attenuates AER,thereby suppresses the atrial fibrillation mediated by vagal stimulation.Shulong Zhang Yingxue Dong Lianjun Gao Donghui Yang Chunyue Zhao Hongwei Zhao Xiaomeng Yin Jinqiu Liu Zhihu Lin Yanzong Yang Department of Cardiology, The First Affiliated Hospital, Dalian Medical University, Dalian 116011, China 2008Journal of Geriatric Cardiology2008,5,3:0
