1RESEARCH OF WAVELET TRANSFORM INSTRUMENT SYSTEM FOR SIGNAL ANALYSIS显示文摘After brief describing the Principle of wavelet transform (WT) of signals, a new signals analysis system based on wavelet transform is introduced. The design and development of the instryment of wavelet transform are described. 2The latest process and challenges of microwave dielectric ceramics based on pseudo phase diagrams显示文摘The explosive process of 5G communication evokes the urgent demand of miniaturized and integrated dielectric ceramics filter It is a pressing need to advance the development of dielectric ceramics utilization of emerging technology to design new materials and understand the polarization mechanism.This review provides the summary of the study of microwave dielectric ceramics(MWDCs)sintered higher than 1000℃ from 2010 up to now,with the purpose of taking a broad and historical view of these ceramics and illustrating research directions.To date,researchers endeavor to explain the structure-property relationship of ceramics with multitude of approaches and design a new formula or strategy to obtain excellent microwave dielectric properties.There are variety of factors that impact the permittivity,dielectric loss,and temperature stability of dielectric materials,covering intrinsic and extrinsic factors.Many of these factors are often intertwined,which can complicate new dielectric material discovery and the mechanism investigation.Because of the various ceramics systems,pseudo phase diagram was used to classify the dielectric materials based on the composition.In this review,the ceramics were firstly divided into ternary systems,and then brief description of the experimental probes and complementary theoretical methods that have been used to discern the intrinsic polarization mechanisms and the origin of intrinsic loss was mentioned.Finally,some perspectives on the future outlook for high-temperature MWDCs were offered based on the synthesis method,characterization techniques,and significant theory developments.Hongcheng YANG Shuren ZHANG Hongyu YANG Qingyu WEN Qiu YANG Ling GUI Qian ZHAO Enzhu LI 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,5:5
3Gabor Order Tracking Filtering Technology in Rotary Machinery显示文摘Order analysis is one of the most important technique means of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for rotary machinery.The traditional order analyses usually employ the Vold-Kalman filtering,however this method is confined to the expensive hardware equipments.This paper starts from Gabor transform and applies the Gabor time-frequency filtering to vibration signal.The order component's time-frequency coefficients are extracted by mask operation.The order component is reconstructed from the obtained coefficients.The following four key technologies,such as smoothing rotary speed curve,defining filtering band width,constructing the mask operation matrix and reconstructing signal component,are also deeply discussed.Moreover,the technique to smooth the rotary speed curve based on polynomial approximation,the method to determine filtering band width,the arithmetic to constitute mask array and the iterative algorithm to reconstruct signal based on minimum mean square error are specifically analyzed.The 4th order component is successfully gained by using the methods that Gabor time-frequency filter,and the validity and feasibility of this method are approved.This method can solve the problem of order tracking filter technologies which used to depend on hardware and efficiently improve the accuracy of order analysis.LI Ning QIN Shuren MAO Yongfang YANG Jiongming 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,5:3
4Influence of pH values in the preparation of CuO-CeO_2 on its catalytic performance for the preferential oxidation of CO in excess hydrogen显示文摘CuO-CeO2 catalyst prepared with co-precipitation showed high catalytic performance for the preferential oxidation of CO in excess hydrogen(PROX).Influence of pH values in the preparation of CuO-CeO2 on its catalytic performance was investigated in this work.The CuO-CeO2 catalyst prepared at pH = 13.03 had the smallest particle size(5.4 nm),the largest surface areas(138m 2/g) and the highest activity with CO conversion of 99.6% at 130 ℃.The CuO-CeO2 catalyst was characterized using BET,XRD and TPR techniques.The results showed that when the pH value of the mixed solution containing Cu and Ce species was properly adjusted,both the adsorption layers and diffusion layers of the formed colloidal particles in hydroxide precursor of CuO-CeO2 were modified,resulting in the better catalytic performance for PROX on the final CuO-CeO2Zhigang Liu Shuren Yang Renxian Zhou Xiaoming Zheng 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,3:2
5Low-firing,temperature stable and improved microwave dielectric properties of ZnO-TiO_(2)-Nb_(2)O_(5) composite ceramics显示文摘This article presents low-firing,low-loss and temperature stable ZnO-TiO_(2)-Nb_(2)O_(5) microwave dielectric composite ceramics with the assistance of lithium borosilicate(LBS)and zinc borosilicate(ZBS)glass frits.There is a liquid phase(eutectic mixture)generated by LBS(ZBS)glass,and solid particles could be wetted and dissolved.Therefore,the migrations and rearrangements of particles could be performed.Besides,compared with ceramics undoped with glass frits,lower activation energies(E_(a))of ceramics doped with LBS and ZBS glass suggest that the low-temperature sintering behavior is easier to carry out.The results indicated that LBS and ZBS glass both are effective sintering aids to accelerate the sintering process and improve the microwave dielectric properties of composite ceramics by controlling the phase compositions under low temperature.Combination great properties of ZnO-TiO_(2)-Nb_(2)O_(5) ceramics were obtained when sintered at 900℃ for 4 h:ε_(r)=36.7,Q×f=20,000 GHz,τ_(f)=7 ppm/℃.Hongyu Yang Shuren Zhang Yawei Chen Hongcheng Yang Zixuan Fang Ying Yuan Enzhu Li 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,3:2

9Structure,dielectric and relaxor properties of Sr_(0.7)Bi_(0.2)TiO_(3)—K_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)lead-free ceramics for energy storage applications显示文摘Sr_(0.7)Bi_(0.2)TiO_(3)(SBT)by increasing the proportion and size of polar nano-region.Meanwhile,the BDS remains a high level with x<0.38 attributed to the addition of KBT with a large band gap.As a result,the 0.62SBT-0.38KBT exhibits a high energy storage density of 2.21 J/cm^(3)with high h of 91.4%at 220 kV/cm and superior temperature stability(-55~150℃),frequency stability(10~500 Hz)and fatigue resistance(105 cycles).Moreover,high pulsed discharge energy density(1.81 J/cm^(3)),high power density(49.5 MW/cm3)and great thermal stability(20~160℃)are achieved in 0.62SBT-0.38KBT.Based on these excellent properties,the 0.62SBT-0.38KBT are suitable for pulsed power systems.This work provides a novel strategy and systematic study for improving energy storage properties of SBT.Peng Zhao Bin Tang Zixuan Fang Feng Si Chengtao Yang Gang Liu Shuren Zhang 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,1:1
10肿瘤双自杀基因治疗系统pTRKH2-PsT/CD,pTRKH2-PsT/UPRT在厌氧婴儿双歧杆菌中的构建(英文)显示文摘Objective:We recombine the suicide gene CD,UPRT into plasmid pTRKH2 and clone the recombinant dual suicide gene therapy system into tumor-hypoxia-targeting vector Bifidobacterium infantis and characterize its function.Methods:CD gene,UPRT gene and lactic acid bacteria expression plasmid pTRKH2 were digested by restriction endonuclease BamH I and Sal I,and constructed recombinant plasmids pTRKH2/CD and pTRKH2/UPRT in E.coli.The recombinant plasmids were then transfected into Bifidobacterium Infantis by electroporation.Identification of pTRKH2/CD and pTRKH2/UPRT was processed by dual restriction endonuclease digesting and sequencing.RT-PCR and SDS-PAGE were used to examine the expression of CD and UPRT genes at RNA and protein levels.The killing effects on Melanoma B16-F10 cells by pTRKH2/CD and pTRKH2/UPRT suicide gene therapy system with 5-FC were examined by MTT assay.Results:The CD gene and UPRT gene was successfully recombined into lactic acid bacteria expression plasmid pTRKH2.After dual endonuclease digestion of plasmid purified from the positively transfected E.coli,two fragments of 6.9 Kb and 1.3 Kb were found for CD gene and two fragments of 6.9 Kb and 620 bp were found for UPRT gene.The sequencing of CD gene and UPRT gene proved consistent sequences with Genebank published data.A fragment of 1.3 Kb for CD gene and fragment of 620 bp for UPRT gene was found in recombinant Bifidobacterium by RT-PCR.A 52 KDa protein for CD gene was identified in whole-cell protein of recombinant Bifidobacterium and a 26 KDa protein for UPRT gene was identified in supernatant fluid of recombinant Bifidobacterium.The survival rate of tumor cells treated by extracts from culture of recombinant Bifidobacterium with 5-FC showed a strong killing effects of pTRKH2/CD and pTRKH2/UPRT dual suicide gene therapy system on Melanoma B16-F10 cells.Conclusion:CD gene and UPRT gene are successfully inserted into pTRKH2 and transfected into tumor-hypoxia-targeting vector Bifidobacterium Infantis.This dual suicide gene therapy system shows a high efficiency for tumor cells killing.Zhuhua Li Peng Ye Yanbiao Yang Guangyu Ran Shuren Wang 2009The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2009,8,7:1

13Study on the Deformation Mechanism of a Soft Rock Tunnel显示文摘The large deformation of soft rock tunnel is one of the key problems to be overcome in the tunnel construction stage.In the present study,the deformation mechanism of a representative tunnel and some related countermeasures are investigated using field tests and engineering geological analysis.Owing to the scarce performances of methods based on other criteria such as small pipe spacing,anchor bolt length and steel frame spacing,a new support scheme is implemented and optimized.Results show that shear failure and bedding sliding are produced under high horizontal stress conditions.The low strength of the surrounding rock results in the uneven convergence of both sides of the tunnel.With the aforementioned new support scheme,however,most of such problems can be mitigated leading to good stability properties and ensuing economic advantages.Jianhui Yang Kai Shen Shoudong Pan Shuren Wang Zhengsheng Zou 2022Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2022,18,2:0
14Influence of Re-ions with different ionic radius in Ba_(12)ReNb_(9)O_(36) on crystal structure and microwave dielectric properties显示文摘The Ba_(12)ReNb_(9)O_(36)(Re=Yb,Ce,Tm,Er,Y,Ho,Dy,Gd)ceramics are synthesized by solid-phase reaction method.The phase composition,crystal structure,microstructure,and microwave dielectric properties of the ceramics are investigated by X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectrum.The optimal microwave dielectric properties(ε_(r)=37.23,Q×f=36600 GHz,andτ_(f)=34 ppm/℃)are obtained for Ba_(12)YbNb_(9)O_(36) ceramic sintered at 1420℃for 6 h.In this system,the variation of dielectric constant is dominated by polarizability.The Q×f is mainly affected by internal strain/fluctuation of d-spacing.The variation of τ_(f) is related to the temperature coefficient of dielectric constant and the oxygen octahedron distortion.Furthermore,the reduction of Ce^(4+) ions,the relative density,linear thermal expansion coefficient,and the second phase are also important factors affecting microwave dielectric properties.Pengcheng Zhang Hao Li Xiaoqing Chen Xing Zhang Hongcheng Yang Canbing Li Shuren Zhang 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,1:0
15Conditions for the Formation of Oil and Gas Pools in Tertiary Volcanics in the Western Part of the Huimin Sag, Shandong and Their Distribution显示文摘Conditions for the Formation of oil and gas pools in Tertiary volcanics in the western part of the Huimin sag, Shandong and then (?)stribution have been studied based on the geological, seismic and well-logging information. In this paper, the types and lithofacies of the volcanic rocks in the western part of the Huimin sag are described; the relationship between rocks and electrical properties, the seismic reflection structures, the development and distribution of the volcanic rocks are expounded; and the fourfold role of the volcanic activities in the formation of the oil and gas pools is also dealt with. It is considered by the authors that the volcanic activities were not destructive to the formation of oil and gas pools but a factor favourable to the accumulation of organic matters and their conversion to hydrocarbon. The volcanic rocks might have served as reservoir rocks and cap rocks, or as a synsedimentary anticline. 16The Relationship between Serum VEGF Expression and PET/CT Images in TNM-staging of Lung Carcinoma显示文摘OBJECTIVE To analyze the relationship between the characteristics of PET/CT images for lung carcinoma(LC)TNM staging and the expression of serum VEGF protein. METHODS PET/CT examinations were performed before treatment of 53 patients with LC.The expression of serum VEGF protein was examined using a quantitative sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA R and D system).The relationship was analyzed between PET/CT images for LC T-staging and metastasis(lymph nodes and distance)and serum VEGF expression. RESULTS Based on PET/CT images for LC T-staging,11 cases were staged as T1,9 as T2,18 as T3 and 15 as T4.Mediastinal nodal metastases were found in 22 patients,and distance metastasis in 9.The serum VEGF level in the LC patients was(378.02±180.79)ng/L,showing that there was a significant difference between the patients and healthy subjects(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of serum VEGF between different low T-staged(T1,T2)patients.However,the level of serum VEGF was significantly different between the low T-staged(T1,T2)and high T-staged (T3,T4)patients(P<0.05).The level of the serum VEGF protein in the patients with mediastinal nodal metastasis was(561.50±104.55)ng/L,and indicating that there was a statistical significance(t=12.21,P<0.05)compared to those in the non-metastatic group.The level of serum VEGF in the patients with distance metastasis was(614.11±158.81)ng/L,demonstrating that there was a significant difference(t=5.30,P<0.05)compared to those in the nondistant metastatic group.
