1Intelligent identification of two-dimensional nanostructures by machine-learning optical microscopy显示文摘Two-dimensional (2D)materials and their heterostructures,with wafer-scale synthesis methods and fascinating properties,have attracted significant interest and triggered revolutions in corresponding device applications.However,facile methods to realize accurate,intelligent,and large-area characterizations of these 2D nanostructures are still highly desired.Herein,we report the successful application of machine-learning strategy in the optical identification of 2D nanostructures.The machine-leaming optical identification (MOI)method endows optical microscopy with intelligent insight into the characteristic color information of 2D nanostructures in the optical photograph.The experimental results indicate that the MOI method enables accurate,intelligent,and large-area characterizations of graphene,molybdenum disulfide,and their heterostructures, including identifications of the thickness,existence of impurities,and even stacking order.With the convergence of artificial intelligence and nanoscience,this intelligent identification method can certainly promote fundamental research and wafer-scale device applications of 2D nanostructures.Xiaoyang Lin Zhizhong Si Wenzhi Fu Jianlei Yang Side Guo Yuan Cao Jin Zhang Xinhe Wang Peng Liu Kaili Jiang Weisheng Zhao 2018Nano Research2018,11,12:5
2Orbital control on cyclical organic matter accumulation in Early Silurian Longmaxi Formation shales显示文摘High resolution(939 samples)total organic carbon content(TOC)analyses were conducted on the Shuanghe Section of^152.6 m in the Changning area,Sichuan Basin.The sampling section was divided into two units considering the distinct-different deposit environment and sediments accumulation rate.The lower part(Unit 1)and the peer part(Unit 2)with high resolution sample spacing(0.08–0.4 m)enables the identification of the precession cycle in two sedimentary sequences with distinct different sedimentary accumulation rate.MTM Power spectral analyses on untuned TOC series reveals significant peaks exceeding above the 95%confidence level and shows that both Unit 1 and Unit 2 have recorded Milankovitch cycles of 405 kyr long eccentricity,short eccentricity,obliquity and precession.The floating astronomical time scale(ATS)was constructed on the Shuanghe Section in the Early Silurian(~439.673–444.681 Ma),and which was calibrated by 405 kyr long eccentricity cycles.The total duration of the Wufeng and Longmaxi shales is 5.01 Myr.The floating ATS used for estimating the duration of the graptolite zones and each stage in the study interval.Finally,we postulated two models that could verify the linkage between orbital cycle and organic accumulation.To make sure whether productivity or preservation is the main factor that under long eccentricity control,the phase correlation between the obtained filtered signal and the theoretical orbital solution should be made clear in the further research.Siding Jin Hucheng Deng Xing Zhu Yan Liu Sibing Liu Meiyan Fu 2020Geoscience Frontiers2020,11,2:4
3Analysis of genetic alterations identifies the frequent mutation of GNAS in colorectal laterally spreading tumors显示文摘Dear Editor,Colorectal cancer(CRC)is among the most commonly diagnosed cancer and the leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide[1].Most CRCs develop from adenomas.Laterally spreading tumors(LSTs)are non-polypoid superficial colorectal neoplasms(CRNs)that are larger than 1 cm and typically extend laterally along the luminal wall.Based on surface morphology,it can be classified into a granular or nongranular type.The pathological morphology of LST manifests only as adenoma or with cancer.Recent studies have characterized 45-79%of LSTs as high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia(HGIN)or submucosal invasion;and the risk of submucosal invasion increases with lesion size[2].Hence,LST is considered a precancerous CRC lesion.Patients with LSTs are usually asymptomatic and diagnosis typically occurs during physical examinations or screening colonoscopy.Lei Pan Junsheng Chen Chaojun Zhu Lu Han Aimin Li Side Liu 2020Cancer Communications2020,40,11:3
4Pulse radiolysis study on gatifloxacin——A fluoroquinolone antibiotic显示文摘The reactions between gatifloxacin(GFX) and various one-electron oxidants,such as ˙OH,N3˙,Br2˙ˉ,and SO4˙ˉ,have been studied by pulse radiolysis techniques.The GFX radical anion formed in the reaction of GFX with eaqˉ could either be protonated or deprotonated,and the absorption of GFX radical anion was located at 390 nm.The transient species produced by the reaction of GFX with ˙OH radical shows a broad band in the 380?600 nm region with a shoulder,while the oxidation by N3˙,SO4˙ˉ,and Br2˙ˉ results in an absorption band with λmax = 370 nm.At neutral condition(pH 7),the rate constants of GFX reacting with ˙OH,N3˙,Br2˙ˉ,SO4˙ˉ and eaqˉ are estimated to be 1.0 × 1010,3.1 × 109,2.8 × 109,3.0 × 109,and 1.8 × 1010 dm3 mol?1 s?1,respectively.From the pH dependence on the formation of electron adducts and on the rate constant of GFX with eaqˉ,the pKa of GFX radical anion is estimated to be 5.5 and 9.3.LI HaiXia LIU YanCheng TANG RuiZhi ZHANG Peng FU HaiYing YAO SiDe WANG WenFeng 2012Science China Chemistry2012,55,7:3
5Development of China NdFeB industry in Recent Years显示文摘1.Production Total 82,600 tons of rare earth permanent magnetic materials(quantities)were produced in China in 2010,up 48.56%over 2009.Of the total,output of sintered NdFeB magnets was 78,000 tons,up 50% over 2009 and that of the bonded NdFeB magnets was 4,000 tons,up 33.33%.Production of SmCo magnets was 600 tons,keeping the same as 2009. 6Reliability evaluation on sense-switch p-channel flash显示文摘In this paper,the reliability of sense-switch p-channel flash is evaluated extensively.The endurance result indicates that the p-channel flash could be programmed and erased for more than 10000 cycles;the room temperature read stress shows negligible influence on the p-channel flash cell;high temperature data retention at 150℃ is extrapolated to be about 5 years and 53 years corresponding to 30% and 40% degradation in the drive current,respectively.Moreover,the electrical parameters of the p-channel flash at different operation temperature are found to be less affected.All the results above indicate that the sense-switch p-channel flash is suitable to be used as the configuration cell in flash-based FPGA.Side Song Guozhu Liu Hailiang Zhang Lichao Chao Jinghe Wei Wei Zhao Genshen Hong Qi He 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,8:2

11Regular diet is non-inferior to restricted diet after polypectomy with decreased hospitalization length of stay and cost:a randomized–controlled trial显示文摘Background There are no data comparing a regular diet with a restricted diet after endoscopic polypectomy in patients with colorectal polyps.The current guidelines also did not provide the detailed information of dietary patterns after polypectomy.In this study,we aimed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of different diets on post-polypectomy outcomes.Methods A total of 302 patients with colorectal polyps who underwent polypectomy were prospectively enrolled between March 2019 and December 2019 in Nanfang Hospital(Guangzhou,China).Enrolled patients were then randomly assigned to a regular diet group or a restricted diet group after polypectomy.The study is a non-inferior design and the primary end point was the post-operative adverse events(AE)rate.Secondary end points included length of stay(LOS)and hospitalization cost.Results Among all the included patients,148 patients received a restricted diet and 154 patients received a regular diet after polypectomy.A total of 376 polyps were removed,with 183 polyps in the restricted diet group and 193 polyps in the regular diet group.Shorter LOS(4.0±1.4 vs 4.8±1.7,P<0.001)and lower hospitalization costs(7,701.63±2,579.07 vs 8,656.05±3,138.53,P=0.001)were observed in the regular diet group.In particular,there was no significant difference in 3-day AE rates between the restricted diet and the regular diet group(1.35%[2/148]vs 2.60%[4/154],P=0.685).Subgroup analysis looking at the number of polyps removed in each patient and different treatmentmodalities also showed similar findings.Conclusion Regular diet should be recommended after polypectomy for polyps<20mm as it can shorten LOS and save hospitalization costs.Rong Huang Shaohui Huang Li Xu Rai Mandip Baomei Chen Jiayi Fan Yang Bai Yusi Wang Zelong Han Zhiqing Wang Side Liu Yue Li 2022Gastroenterology Report2022,10,1:0
12A Survey on the Evolution of Bootkits Attack and Defense Techniques显示文摘According to the boot process of modern computer systems,whoever boots first will gain control first.Taking advantage of this feature,a malicious code called bootkit can hijack the control before the OS bootloader and bypass security mechanisms in boot process.That makes bootkits difficult to detect or clean up thoroughly.With the improvement of security mechanisms and the emergence of UEFI,the attack and defense techniques for bootkits have constantly been evolving.We first introduce two boot modes of modern computer systems and present an attack model of bootkits by some sophistical samples.Then we discuss some classic attack techniques used by bootkits from their initial appearance to the present on two axes,including boot mode axis and attack phase axis.Next,we evaluate the race to the bottom of the system and the evolution process between bootkits and security mechanisms.At last,we present the possible future direction for bootkits in the context of continuous improvement of OS and firmware security mechanisms.Yilin Zhou Guojun Peng Zichuan Li Side Liu 2024China Communications2024,21,1:0
