| 1 | Simultaneous determination of 35 constituents and elucidation of effective constituents in a multi-herb Chinese medicine formula Xiaoer-Feire-Kechuan显示文摘Xiaoer-Feire-Kechuan(XFK) is an 11-herb Chinese medicine formula to treat cough and pulmonary inflammation.The complicated composition rendered its chemical analysis and effective-component elucidation.In this study,we combined quantitative analysis and bioactivity test to reveal the antiinflammatory constituents of XFK.First,UPLC-DAD and UHPLC/Q-Orbitrap-MS methods were established and validated to quantify 35 analytes(covering 9 out of 11 herbs) in different XFK formulations.Parallel reaction monitoring mode built in Q-Orbitrap-MS was used to improve the sensitivity and selectivity.Then,anti-inflammatory activities of the 35 analytes were analyzed using in vitro COX-2 inhibition assay.Finally,major analytes forsythosides H,I,A(8-10),and baicalin(15)(total contents varied from 21.79 to 91.20 mg/dose in different formulations) with significant activities(inhibitory rate ≥ 80%) were proposed as the anti-inflammatory constituents of XFK.The present study provided an effective strategy to discover effective constituents of multi-herb formulas. | Zhanpeng Shang Lulu Xu Yi Kuang Yan Lin Shuang Liu Long Sun Tao Bo Min Ye Xue Qiao | 2021 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2021,11,6: | 4 |

| 4 | Prevalence of Congenital Heart Disease at Extremely High Altitudes in Tibet and the Establishment of a New Free Treatment Model显示文摘Background: This study aimed to illustrate the prevalence of CHD by screening children in extremely high-altitudeareas (over 4000 m to even 5000 m above sea level) and explore an aid model for early diagnosis and treatmentfor the Tibetan population. Methods: A total of 2242 students from different schools in Ngamring County,Xigaze City, Tibet from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected for screening. The students were examinedthrough the inquiry of their current medical history and family history, cardiac auscultation and a physicalexamination, in order to screen out the suspected cases of CHD, and then the suspected cases were confirmed bycardiac color ultrasound examinations. After that, positive patients were be transferred to Shandong Province forfree treatment. Results: The prevalence of CHD among children in Ngamring County was 3.70% (83 cases),which is the highest incidence rate ever reported. The most common type of CHD was patent ductus arteriosus(PDA), accounting for 55.42% of the total number of cases screened, followed by atrial septal defect (ASD) andventricular septal defect (VSD), accounting for 28.92% and 12.05%, respectively. The prevalence of CHD in childrenat high altitude was significantly higher than that in children at low altitude. | 5 | Bionic Attitude Transformation Combined with Closed Motion for a Free Floating Space Robot显示文摘In order to realize the small error attitude transformation of a free floating space robot,a new method of three degrees of freedom( DOF) attitude transformation was proposed for the space robot using a bionic joint. A general kinematic model of the space robot was established based on the law of linear and angular momentum conservation. A combinational joint model was established combined with bionic joint and closed motion. The attitude transformation of planar,two DOF and three DOF is analyzed and simulated by the model,and it is verified that the feasibility of attitude transformation in three DOF space. | 6 | Effects of Expansion Chamber on the Flow Pattern and Performance of Cyclones显示文摘To improve the performance of the Stairmand cyclone, the effects of an expansion chamber on the flow field, the pressure drop and the separation efficiency were investigated numerically and experimentally. The experimental results showed that compared with the Stairmand cyclone, the cyclone with an upper expansion chamber worked better at low inlet velocity(less than 14 m/s in this study), while the cyclone with a lower expansion chamber achieved higher efficiency at a relatively high inlet velocity(14-20 m/s). The presence of an expansion chamber can generally result in a slight decrease in the cyclone pressure drop. The simulated results, which were used to further analyze the reason behind the experimental phenomena, suggested that the expansion chamber had insignificant effects on the tangential velocity profiles in the cylindrical part of cyclones. While in the cone part, the expansion chamber and the dipleg, the tangential velocity slightly decreased. Nevertheless, the expansion chamber decreased the possibility of the vortex end to sweep the wall and then reduce the particle re-entrainment. Therefore, installing the expansion chamber at a proper position could improve the separation performance of Stairmand cyclones. | 7 | Nano-capillary induced assemble of quantum dots on perovskite grain boundaries for efficient and stable perovskite solar cells显示文摘In recent years, perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have propelled into the limelight owing to rapid development of efficiency;however, the abundant defects at the perovskite grain boundaries result in unwanted energy loss and structural degradation. Here, the grain boundaries of perovskite polycrystalline films have been found to act as nanocapillaries for capturing perovskite quantum dots(PQDs), which enable the conformal assemble of PQDs at the top interspace between perovskite grains. The existence of PQDs passivated the surface defects, optimized the interfacial band alignments, and ultimately improved the power conversion efficiency from 19.27% to 22.47% in inverted PSCs.
