| 1 | Detecting and monitoring of water inrush in tunnels and coal mines using direct current resistivity method:A review显示文摘Detecting, real-time monitoring and early warning of underground water-bearing structures are critically important issues in prevention and mitigation of water inrush hazards in underground engineering.Direct current(DC) resistivity method is a widely used method for routine detection, advanced detection and real-time monitoring of water-bearing structures, due to its high sensitivity to groundwater. In this study, the DC resistivity method applied to underground engineering is reviewed and discussed,including the observation mode, multiple inversions, and real-time monitoring. It is shown that a priori information constrained inversion is desirable to reduce the non-uniqueness of inversion, with which the accuracy of detection can be significantly improved. The focused resistivity method is prospective for advanced detection; with this method, the flanking interference can be reduced and the detection distance is increased subsequently. The time-lapse resistivity inversion method is suitable for the regions with continuous conductivity changes, and it can be used to monitor water inrush in those regions. Based on above-mentioned features of various methods in terms of benefits and limitations, we propose a three-dimensional(3D) induced polarization method characterized with multi-electrode array, and introduce it into tunnels and mines combining with real-time monitoring with time-lapse inversion and cross-hole resistivity method. | 2 | High performance and stability of double perovskite-type oxide NdBa0.5Ca0.5Co1.5Fe0.5O5+δas an oxygen electrode for reversible solid oxide electrochemical cell显示文摘In this study,we successfully synthesized double perovskite-type oxide NdBa0.5Ca0.5Co1.5Fe0.5O5+δ(NBCCF)using a conventional wet chemical method as the oxygen electrode for reversible solid oxide electrochemical cells(RSOCs).The polarization resistance(Rp)of the composite electrode NBCCFGd0.1Ce0.9O2(GDC)is only 0.079Ωcm^2 at 800℃under air.The single cell based on NBCCF-GDC electrode displays a peak power density of 0.941 W/cm^2 in fuel cell mode and a low Rp value of 0.134Ωcm^2.In electrolysis cell mode,the cell displays an outstanding oxygen evolution reaction(OER)activity and shows current density as high as 0.92 A/cm^2 with 50 vol%AH(Absolute Humidity)at 800℃and applied voltage of 1.3 V.Most importantly,the cell exhibits admirable durability of 60 h both in electrolysis mode and fuel cell mode with distinguished reversibility.All these results suggest that NBCCF is a promising candidate electrode for RSOC. | Yunfeng Tian Yun Liu Wenjie Wang Lichao Jia Jian Pu Bo Chi Jian Li | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4: | 4 |

| 6 | Resolving the lineage relationship between malignant cells and vascular cells in glioblastomas显示文摘Glioblastoma multiforme(GBM),a highly malignant and heterogeneous brain tumor,contains various types of tumor and non-tumor cells.Whether GBM cells can trans-differentiate into non-neural cell types,including mural cells or endothelial cells(ECs),to support tumor growth and invasion remains controversial.Here we generated two genetic GBM models de novo in immunocompetent mouse brains,mimicking essential pathological and molecular features of human GBMs.Lineage-tracing and transplantation studies demonstrated that,although blood vessels in GBM brains underwent drastic remodeling,evidence of trans-differentiation of GBM cells into vascular cells was barely detected.Intriguingly,GBM cells could promiscuously express markers for mural cells during gliomagenesis.Furthermore,single-cell RNA sequencing showed that patterns of copy number variations(CNVs)of mural cells and ECs were distinct from those of GBM cells,indicating discrete origins of GBM cells and vascular components.Importantly,single-cell CNV analysis of human GBM specimens also suggested that GBM cells and vascular cells are likely separate lineages.Rather than expansion owing to trans-differentiation,vascular cell expanded by proliferation during tumorigenesis.Therefore,cross-lineage trans-differentiation of GBM cells is very unlikely to occur during gliomagenesis.Our findings advance understanding of cell lineage dynamics during gliomagenesis,and have implications for targeted treatment of GBMs. | Fangyu Wang Xuan Liu Shaowen Li Chen Zhao Yumei Sun Kuan Tian Junbao Wang Wei Li Lichao Xu Jing Jing Juan Wang Sylvia MEvans Zhiqiang Li Ying Liu Yan Zhou | 2023 | Protein & Cell2023,14,2: | 0 |

| 9 | A facile process to optimize performance of regenerated Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets:Chemo-selective dissolution washing显示文摘In this work,the recycled Nd-Fe-B powders and regenerated Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets with low impurity content were successfully prepared from Nd-Fe-B magnet sludge via reduction diffusion(RD)method followed by a chemo-selective dissolution washing proc ess.The chemo-selective dissolution effect of various solution(deionized water,dilute acetic acid solution,NH_(4)Cl-methanol solution) was evaluated by impurity content and magnetic properties of the recycled Nd-Fe-B powder.The NH_(4)Cl-methanol solution can selectively remove impurities with minimal damage to the magnetic phase.Besides,the optimal NH_(4)Cl concentration and liquid-to-solid ratio were investigated.As a consequence,the contents of Ca,O,and H after optimal washing process are reduced to 0.07 wt%,0.31 wt% and 0.22 wt%,respectively.Hence,M_(3) Tis increased to 146.72 emu/g,which is 33% higher than that of the initial sludge.Then,the regenerated Nd-Fe-B sintered magnets with properties of B_(r)=11.66 kG,H_(cj)=16.49 kOe,and(BH)_(m)=31.78 MGOe were successfully prepared by mixing with 40 wt% Nd4Fe14B alloy powders.Compared with the corresponding regenerated magnets washed with deionized water,the remanence and coercivity are increased by 18% and 59%,respectively. | Haibo Xu Qingmei Lu Lichao Yu Liying Cong Haowen Tian Weiqiang Liu Youhao Liu Yunqiao Wang Jingwu Chen Xiaofei Yi Qiong Wu Ming Yue | 2023 | Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,12: | 0 |
