| 1 | High temperature tensile properties of directionally solidified Ni-43Ti-4Al-2Nb-2Hf alloy显示文摘By liquid metal cooling(LMC) process,the Ni-43Ti-4Al-2Nb-2Hf(%,atomic fraction) alloy was directionally solidified(DS).The microstructure and tensile properties at room and elevated temperature were investigated.It was found that the DS process significantly improves the room temperature tensile strength,increasing by 70% compared with the as-cast alloy.After appropriate heat treatment(HT),the average tensile strength reaches above 1900 MPa,nearly twice of the as-cast one.At 800 and 900 ℃,the tensile strengths are about 308 and 169 MPa,respectively. | Jiang, Dongwen Zheng, Lijing Zhou, Lei Pan, Liwen Tang, Xiaoxia Zhang, Hu | 2012 | Rare Metals2012,31,4: | 9 |
| 2 | Comparison of the short-term and long-term outcomes of laparoscopic hysterectomies and of abdominal hysterectomies: a case study of 4,895 patients in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China显示文摘Background: To evaluate the short-term and long-term outcomes after laparoscopic hysterectomy(LH) compared with abdominal hysterectomy(AH) in case of benign gynecological disease. Methods: A multi-center cohort retrospective comparative study of population among 4,895 hysterectomies(3,539 LH vs.1,356 AH) between 2007 and 2013 was involved. Operative time(OT), estimated blood loss(EBL), intra-operative and post-operative complications, passing flatus; days with indwelling catheter, questionnaires covering pelvic floor functions and sexual functions were assessed.Results: The EBL(174.1±157.4 vs. 263.1±183.2 cc, LH and AH groups, respectively), passing flatus(38.7±14.1 vs. 48.1±13.2 hours), days with indwelling catheter(1.5±0.6 vs. 2.2±0.8 days), use of analgesics(6.5% vs. 73.1%), intra-operative complication rate(2.4% vs. 4.1%), post-operative complication rate(2.3% vs. 5.7%), post-operative constipation(12.1% vs. 24.6%), mild and serious stress urinary incontinence(SUI) post-operative(P<0.001; P=0.014), and proportion of Female Sexual Functioning Index(FSFI) total score <26.55 post-operative(P<0.001) of the LH group were significantly less than those of AH group. There wereno significant differences in OT(106.5±34.5 vs. 106.2±40.3 min) between the two groups.Conclusions: LH is a safe and efficient operation for improving patients' long-term quality of life(Qo L), and LH is a cost-effectiveness procedure for treating benign gynecological disease. | 5 | Comprehensive Marine Observing Experiment Based on High-Altitude Large Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(South China Sea Experiment2020 of the “Petrel Project”)显示文摘In collaboration with 12 other institutions, the Meteorological Observation Center of the China Meteorological Administration undertook a comprehensive marine observation experiment in the South China Sea using the Yilong-10 high-altitude large unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV). The Yilong-10 UAV carried a self-developed dropsonde system and a millimeter-wave cloud radar system. In addition, a solar-powered unmanned surface vessel and two drifting buoys were used. The experiment was further supported by an intelligent, reciprocating horizontal drifting radiosonde system that was deployed from the Sansha Meteorological Observing Station, with the intent of producing a stereoscopic observation over the South China Sea. Comprehensive three-dimensional observations were collected using the system from 31 July to2 August, 2020. This information was used to investigate the formation and development processes of Typhoon Sinlaku(2020). The data contain measurements of 21 oceanic and meteorological parameters acquired by the five devices, along with video footage from the UAV. The data proved very helpful in determining the actual location and intensity of Typhoon Sinlaku(2020). The experiment demonstrates the feasibility of using a high-altitude, large UAV to fill in the gaps between operational meteorological observations of marine areas and typhoons near China, and marks a milestone for the use of such data for analyzing the structure and impact of a typhoon in the South China Sea. This paper studied a new type of a solid-liquid composite volumetric receiver. The heat transfer in a solid-liquid composite volumetric solar receiver was analyzed using a one-dimensional unsteady simulation model of the solid-liquid receiver. The model included absorption of the incident solar radiation by the glass window, the silicon carbide porous ceramic heat absorber panel and the water. The results were verified against experimental data for a volumetric receiver and the error did not exceed 10%. The outer CuI achieved efficient charge extraction, and the inner copper facilitated the extracted charges to be rapidly transferred, further improving the overall cell performance. Furthermore,we employed a mixture of [6,6]-phenyl-C71-butyric acid methyl ester(PCBM) and ZnO nanoparticles as electron transport material(ETM) to achieve the fabrication of stable PSCs. The best efficiency was up to 18.8%. | 12 | circStrn3 is involved in bone cancer pain regulation in a rat model显示文摘Bone cancer pain(BCP)is a common chronic pain that is caused by a primary or metastatic bone tumor,More detailed molecular mechanisms of BCP are warranted.In this study,we established a BCP rat model.The von Frey hair test,body weight,and hematoxylin and eosin staining were employed.We screened differentilly expressed circRNAs(DECs)between the BCP group and sham group.The results revealed that 850 DECs were significantly up-regulated and 644 DECs were significantly down-regulated in the BCP group.Furthermore,we identified 1177 diffrentially expressed genes(DEGs)significantly up-regulated and 565 DEGs significantly down-regulated in the BCP group.Gene Ontology annotation of all 1742 DEGs revealed that biological regulation of metabolic processes,cellular processes,and binding were the top enriched terrms.For Kyoto Ency-clopedia of Genes and Genomes analysis,phagosome,HTLV-I infection,proteoglycans in cancer,and herpes simplex infection were significantly enriched in this study.In addition,we identified four selected circRNAs,chr6:72418120|72430205.chr20:756105717573740,chr18:69943105|69944476,and chr5:167516581|167558250,by quantitative real time PCR.chr6:72418120|72430205(circStrn3)was selected for further study based on expression level and the circRNA--miRNA--mRNA network table.Western blot analysis suggested that knockdown of circStrn3 could effectively induce Walker 256 cell apoptosis.In summary,our study provided a more in-depth understanding of the molecular mechanisms of BCP. | Yiwen Zhang Xiaoxia Zhang Zumin Xing Shuyi Tang Hanwen Chen Zhongqi Zhang Jiyuan Li Yalan Li | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,5: | 2 |

| 17 | Microstructure characteristics of Ni-43Ti-4Al-2Nb-2Hf alloy prepared by conventional casting and directional solidification显示文摘To further investigate the microstructure characteristic and solidification mechanism,so as to provide knowledge for the microstructure control of a NiTi-Al based high-temperature structural material,the microstructure of Ni-43Ti-4Al-2Nb-2Hf(at.%)alloy ingots prepared by conventional casting(arc-melting)and directional solidification (DS)at various drawing velocities(2 mm·min -1 ,18 mm·min -1 ,30 mm·min -1 and 60 mm·min -1 ,respectively)was investigated by means of electron probe microanalyses.Experimental results reveal that the microstructures are composed of NiTi matrix phase,β-Nb phase and Ti 2 Ni phase for samples obtained by both conventional casting and DS.Conventional casting has an equiaxial structure,while DS has a slender and acicular cellular structure which grows along the[001]orientation preferentially.Small amounts of whiteβ-Nb phase and black Ti 2 Ni phase co-exist at the grain boundaries or intercellular regions.With an increase in drawing velocity,the NiTi matrix phase is inclined to grow along(100)and(200)crystallographic planes,and the cellular arm spacing reduce gradually, but the directionality of the solidified structure weakens significantly.The homogeneous dispersion ofβ-Nb phase and the decrease of Ti2Ni phase in DS samples are beneficial to improving the mechanical properties.Solidification mechanism analysis indicates that the dark grey NiTi matrix phase initially precipitates from the liquid phase,and then the divorced eutectic reaction takes place,which produces the light gray matrix phase andβ-Nb phase.Finally, the peritectic reaction happens,which generates the black Ti2Ni phase.The complete solidified path of the alloy is L→NiTi+L→NiTi+β-Nb+L→NiTi+β-Nb+Ti 2 Ni. | Pan Liwen Zheng Lijing Zhou Lei Zhang Huarui Tang Xiaoxia Ma Limin Zhang Hu | 2012 | China Foundry2012,9,2: | 1 |
