| 1 | Molecular cloning and characterization of a gene encoding the proline transporter protein in common bean(Phaseolus vulgaris L.)显示文摘As a typical compatible solute, proline is accumulated in plants under environmental stresses. Proline transporter(Pro T) plays an important role in proline distribution between plant organs. Using a candidate gene approach, we cloned a c DNA sequence for Pro T from common bean(Phaseolus vulgaris L.) and designated the gene Pv Pro T. The deduced amino acid sequence of Pv Pro T showed high similarity to Bet/Pro T proteins from other leguminous plants, and the highest similarity was observed with mothbean(Vigna aconitifolia L.) Vu Pro T.Relative quantification of the m RNA level of Pv Pro T using real-time PCR analysis showed that the Pv Pro T transcript level was higher in leaves than in stems and roots of common bean plants subjected to drought and salt stress. Under 20%(w/w) PEG-6000 treatment,drought-resistant plants expressed a higher level of Pv Pro T transcripts than droughtsensitive plants. Although heterologous expression of Pv Pro T in the Escherichia coli mutant mkh13 showed that Pv Pro T exhibited uptake activities for proline and betaine, no betaine content was detected in the common bean. | 2 | Application of YLD Calculation in Assessing Disease Data──An Analysis of 4 Diseases in 2 Regions显示文摘The objective of the curtent study is to discuss the problems related to how data is used to calculate Yeare Lost with Disability (YLD) with the method recommended by the World Bank. The study includes collecting useful data, estimating disease duration and average age of disease onset,adjusting incidence and prevalence data by means of a software programme, DISMOD (Harvard University Incidence & Prevalence Model), and assessing the importance of YLD calculation for different diseases.Remission and fatality rates of 3 diseases were estimated by experts at 2 round consultations.Incidence rates, disease duration and average age of disease onset were calculated and adjusted by DISMOD. YLD due to schizothrenia is the highest among 4 diseases in two regions. YLD is 18. 88 % in disability adjusted life year for 4 diseases in Xiacheng District, and 19 .97 % in Fuyang County.Available data can be used for the calculation of YLD after being adjusted. DISMOD is a useful instrument to test the internal consistency of incidence, prevalence, rendssion and fatality rate. The adjusted data are acceptable to experts and DISMOD. To get rational remission and fatality rates, we can use a cohort method through expert consultations. | 3 | Preparation of MnO2 Loaded Hydrothermal Carbon-coated Electrospun PAN Fiber Membranes for Highly Efficient Adsorption and Separation of Cationic Dye显示文摘Hydrothermal carbonaceous materials and MnO2 have been proved to be promising adsorbents to remove organic dyes from wastewater.In this study,flexible MnO2 loaded hydrothermal carbon-coated electrospun poly-acrylonitrile(AC/MnO/PAN)fiber membranes were fabricated by a facile one-step hydrothermal method and activated by NaOH solution.The composite fibers exhibited large adsorption capacity toward cationic dyes and ex-cellent mechanical properties.The adsorption performance can be ftted well with pseudo-second order model and Langmuir isotherm model.The maximum adsorption for methylene blue(MB),methyI violet(MV)and malachite green(MG)are 1173.27,1106.31 and 1129.89 mg/g,respectively,according to Langmuir ftting.The AC/MnO/PAN fiber membrane also showed satisfactory performances for selective adsorption and recyclability.In addition,based on selective adsorption,the AC/MnOz/PAN fiber membranes that are repulsive to the anionic dye methyl orange(MO)can separate the MB/MO mixture solution by dynamic filration.Thus,this work not only provides a facile strategy to fabricate large capacity adsorbents,but also dermonstrates the potential appications in the dye wastewater treatment field. | WANG Yuannan LI Wenyan CHAO Shen LI Yanzi LI Xiang HE Dayong WANG Ce | 2020 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,6: | 0 |
| 4 | Carbazole ring: A delicate rack for constructing thermally activated delayed fluorescent compounds with through-space charge transfer显示文摘Three carbazole derivatives, Ac PTC, Px PTC and Pt PTC, consisting of two 9,9-dimethyl-9,10-dihydroacridine,phenoxazine or phenothiazine donor groups and one diphenyltriazine acceptor group fixed at 1,8,9-positions of a single carbazole ring via phenylene, are designed and synthesized. X-ray diffraction analysis of Ac PTC reveals that there exist multiple π-π interactions between the donor and acceptor groups to form a sandwich-like structural unit with edge-to-face interaction model. The compounds thus show obvious thermally activated delayed fluorescence with through-space charge transfer character and possess considerable photoluminescence quantum yields of up to 73% in doped films with sky-blue to yellow emissions. | 5 | Adsorption and Visible Light Photocatalytic Degradation of Electrospun PAN@W_(18)O_(49) Nanofibers显示文摘Low density and high porosity polyacrylonitrile(PAN)nanofibers prepared by electrospinning were used as brackets for photocatalyst W_(18)O_(49) to prepare a kind of light weight and easy recycling water purification material for the first time.The influence of tungsten source concentration on the formation of W_(18)O_(49) during a solvothermal process was systematically investigated.The prepared PAN@W_(18)O_(49) nanofibers(NFs)utilize the outstanding visible light photocatalytic performance and the adsorption performance of W_(18)O_(49),and at the same time give the advantages of low density and easy recyclability.The pollutant removal performance of the composite nanofibers was investigated by using five contaminants including rhodamine B(RhB),methylene blue(MB),malachite green(MG),methyl orange(MO)and chlortetracycline(CTC)as substrates.Among them,the degradation process of rhodamine B has been studied in detail.After five cycles,the degradation efficiency did not decrease significantly,showing excellent reusability of PAN@W_(18)O_(49) NFs.Besides,the adsorption performance of PAN@W_(18)O_(49) NFs during the photocatalytic process was also studied in detail.Compared with recently reported literature,the degradation efficiency of organic pollutants by PAN@W_(18)O_(49) NFs showed better performance,and PAN@W_(18)O_(49) NFs felt had a promising prospect in the field of degradation of contaminants. | MA Yuying HE Dayong LIU Jiadi WANG Yuannan YANG Mei WANG Hao QIU Ju LI Wenyan LI Yongxin WANG Ce | 2021 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2021,37,3: | 0 |
| 6 | Association of urotensin Ⅱ with angiographic severity of coronary artery disease显示文摘Objective The goal of this study was to examine the association between urotensin Ⅱ (U Ⅱ) concentration and the severity of coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods We studied U Ⅱ concentrations in 100 patients with known or suspected CAD referred for cardiac catheterization. Based on coronary angiograms, subjects were classified as having no or mild CAD (stenosis <50%) and significant CAD (stenosis=50%). Micheal score system was used to estimate the severity of CAD. Result U Ⅱ concentration in the significant CAD group had no difference compared with the no or mild CAD group (1.95±1.18pmol/L vs 2.04±1.47pmol/L, P>0.05), but higher in the severe group (score =9) than in the normal or nearly normal group (score<3)(2.50±1.62pmol/L vs 1.61±1.05pmol/L, P=0.03). UⅡ concentration had no relationship with other known risk factors, but it correlated with CAD severity (r=0.213, P=0.034). In multiple regression analysis, U Ⅱ is one of the determinants of the severity of CAD, other than age, abnormal glucose, hypertension and gender. Conclusios U Ⅱ is elevated in severe CAD and there is a significant relationship between U Ⅱ concentration and CAD severity.
