1Single-cell transcriptomic landscape of human blood cells显示文摘High throughput single-cell RNA-seq has been successfully implemented to dissect the cellular and molecular features underlying hematopoiesis.However,an elaborate and comprehensive transcriptome reference of the whole blood system is lacking.Here,we profiled the transcriptomes of 7551 human blood cells representing 32 immunophenotypic cell types,including hematopoietic stem cells,progenitors and mature blood cells derived from 21 healthy donors.With high sequencing depth and coverage,we constructed a single-cell transcriptional atlas of blood cells(ABC) on the basis of both protein-coding genes and long noncoding RNAs(lncRNAs),and showed a high consistence between them.Notably,putative lncRNAs and transcription factors regulating hematopoietic cell differentiation were identified.While common transcription factor regulatory networks were activated in neutrophils and monocytes,lymphoid cells dramatically changed their regulatory networks during differentiation.Furthermore,we showed a subset of nucleated erythrocytes actively expressing immune signals,suggesting the existence of erythroid precursors with immune functions.Finally,a web portal offering transcriptome browsing and blood cell type prediction has been established.Thus,our work provides a transcriptional map of human blood cells at single-cell resolution,thereby offering a comprehensive reference for the exploration of physiological and pathological hematopoiesis.Xiaowei Xie Mengyao Liu Yawen Zhang Bingrui Wang Caiying Zhu Chenchen Wang Qing Li Yingying Huo Jiaojiao Guo Changlu Xu Linping Hu Aiming Pang Shihui Ma Una Wang Wenbin Cao Shulian Chen Qiuling Li Sudong Zhang Xueying Zhao Wen Zhou Hongbo Luo Guoguang Zheng Erlie Jiang Sizhou Feng Lixiang Chen Lihong Shi Hui Cheng Sha Hao Ping Zhu Tao Cheng 2021National Science Review2021,8,3:3
2A modeling study of aerosol effects on cloud radiative property and precipitation显示文摘A two-moment (mass and number) warm cloud scheme together with ground and aircraft measurements over Beijing is used in a regional model to study the effects of aerosols on cloud radiative property and precipitation.Using a prescribed tri-modal lognormal aerosol size distribution,the aerosol numbers are calculated from prognostic aerosol masses,for which advection,diffusion,and cloud drop activation/deactivation are considered.Specifically,the accumulation mode of a tri-lognormal aerosol size distribution is fitted to the aircraft measured values for a cold front case passed through northern China during June 25-26,2005.In the simulations,the warm cloud scheme simulates explicitly the cloud drops and subsequently affects the radiative heating and cooling,and circulations.Simulations with different initial conditions for being fitted with aircraft measurements,continental and maritime aerosol numbers were conducted.It is found that more aerosols result in more but smaller cloud drops and more cloud water,leading to an increase in albedo.The effects on rains are complex:smaller cloud drops have less efficient coagulation for raindrop to form (autoconversion),leading to fewer raindrop numbers and less rainwater;while more cloud water enhances the accretion for raindrop growth.Nevertheless,for the whole cloud system,the impact of increasing aerosols inhibits precipitation.FANG Wen ZHENG GuoGuang WANG Wei-Chyung 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,15:2

5Cluster-Delay Consensus for Second-Order Nonlinear Multi-agent Systems显示文摘This paper investigates the second-order nonlinear multi-agent systems subject to the cluster-delay consensus.The multi-agent systems consist of leader and agents,whose dynamics are second-order nonlinear.The objective is that the agents track the leader asymptotically with different time delays,i.e.,the agents in different groups reach delay consensus,while the agents in the same group reach identical consensus.To guarantee the cluster-delay consensus for the second-order multi-agent systems,a new control protocol is proposed.Then some corresponding conditions for cluster-delay consensus are derived by using Lyapunov directed method and matrix theory.Finally,the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis results are verified by some numerical simulations.HUANG Jun WEN Guoguang PENG Zhaoxia ZHANG Yunlong 2020Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2020,33,2:1

8Observer-Based Intra-Cluster Lag Consensus of Multi-Agent Systems via Intermittent Adaptive Pinning Control显示文摘The intra-cluster lag consensus means that the agents in the same cluster can achieve lag consensus asymptotically while the agents in different clusters can achieve different consensus.In this paper,the authors investigate the observer-based intra-cluster lag consensus problems of multi-agent systems(MASs)with general linear dynamics and nonlinear dynamics via intermittent adaptive pinning control.The interaction network is considered to be weakly connected,i.e.,it is not necessary to be strongly connected,in-degree balanced or contain a directed spanning tree.To realise the intra-cluster lag consensus,a class of observers is designed to estimate the states of followers.Then a class of observer-based intermittent adaptive pinning control protocols is proposed according to the difference that the agents receive information source.Moreover,the pinning gains are designed to be intermittent adaptive and have an exponential convergence rate,which will effectively reduce communication costs,avoid the pinning gains being larger than those needed in real applications and guarantee the pinning gains quickly converge to steady value.Correspondingly,some sufficient consensus criteria are derived and rigorous proofs are given based on matrix theory and Lyapunov stability theory.Finally,the effectiveness for the proposed intermittent adaptive pinning control strategy is validated by a numerical simulation.ZHANG Yunlong WEN Guoguang RAHMANI Ahmed PENG Zhaoxia WEN Shiping 2023Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2023,36,5:0
9Fixed-Time Adaptive Time-Varying Matrix Projective Synchronization of Time-Delayed Chaotic Systems with Different Dimensions显示文摘This paper deals with the fixed-time adaptive time-varying matrix projective synchronization(ATVMPS)of different dimensional chaotic systems(DDCSs)with time delays and unknown parameters.Firstly,to estimate the unknown parameters,adaptive parameter updated laws are designed.Secondly,to realize the fixed-time ATVMPS of the time-delayed DDCSs,an adaptive delay-unrelated controller is designed,where time delays of chaotic systems are known or unknown.Thirdly,some simple fixed-time ATVMPS criteria are deduced,and the rigorous proof is provided by employing the inequality technique and Lyapunov theory.Furthermore,the settling time of fixed-time synchronization(Fix-TS)is obtained,which depends only on controller parameters and system parameters and is independent of the system’s initial states.Finally,simulation examples are presented to validate the theoretical analysis.Peng Zheng Xiaozhen Guo Guoguang Wen 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,6:0
