1A kind of double-sided porous anodic alumina membrane fabricated with the three-step anodic oxidation method显示文摘The porous anodic alumina membranes(PAAMs)have been successfully used as templates for the fabrication of functional nano-materials due to their outstanding regularity and physicochemical properties.In this paper,a transparent double-sided anodic alumina membrane with ultra-thin aluminum substrate was fabricated with the three-step anodic oxidation method in the oxalic acid electrolyte.The characters such as the top-surface morphology,membrane thickness,and depth of nanopores of this three-layer(Al2O3-Al-Al2O3)sandwiched nano-structure were controllable through regulating the main anodic oxidation conditions,e.g.,anodic oxidation time of various steps,coating remove process.The experiments data revealed that the aluminum substrate is exponential declined with the oxidation time when it was approximately reduced by a few micrometers.This new double-sided anodic alumina membrane can be used as the high-quality functional field emission materials and templates.ZHANG Chen WANG KaiGe GAO ZeYang WU JunJun REN JunYing ZHANG LiangLiang GU ChangZhi BAI JinTao 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,2:2
2Solution-processable precursor route for fabricating ultrathin silica film for high performance and low voltage organic transistors显示文摘Silica is one of the most commonly used materials for dielectric layer in organic thin-film transistors due to its excellent stability, excellent electrical properties, mature preparation process, and good compatibility with organic semiconductors. However, most of conventional preparation methods for silica film are generally performed at high temperature and/or high vacuum. In this paper, we introduce a simple solution spin-coating method to fabricate silica thin film from precursor route, which possesses a low leakage current, high capacitance, and low surface roughness. The silica thin film can be produced in the condition of low temperature and atmospheric environment. To meet various demands, the thickness of film can be adjusted by means of preparation conditions such as the speed of spin-coating and the concentration of solution. The p-type and n-type organic field effect transistors fabricated by using this film as gate electrodes exhibit excellent electrical performance including low voltage and high performance. 5Parallelization of spherical discontinuous deformation analysis(SDDA) for geotechnical problems based on cloud computing environment显示文摘The computational efficiency of the traditional serial spherical discontinuous deformation analysis(SDDA) program has limited its application in geotechnical engineering problems that need a large number of spheres. The cloud computing technology is used to parallel the SDDA program for the first time in this research. The most computationally intensive portions of the SDDA program, i.e., contact detection and matrix solution, are parallelized with proposed algorithms. The accuracy of the cloud-based parallel SDDA program(CB-PSDDA) is verified first. Further efficiency tests show that significant speedup can be obtained with an 8-server configuration and the computing scale can be up to several tens of thousands of particles. 6The Application and Impact of Flipped Classroom Model in Intercultural Communication Teaching显示文摘Flipped classroom, as a new teaching method, brings new perspectives and practices to intercultural communication teaching. This paper discusses the application of flipped classroom in intercultural communication classrooms to enhance students’ language proficiency, communication skills, and intercultural awareness. Firstly, the definitions and importance of flipped classroom and cultural communication are introduced. Then, the paper explores how to integrate the principles and methods of flipped classroom into the practice of intercultural communication teaching, including pre-class activities, in-class interactions, and reflection. 7Real-time Energy Management of Low-carbon Ship Microgrid Based on Data-driven Stochastic Model Predictive Control显示文摘With increasing restrictions on ship carbon emis-sions,it has become a trend for ships to use zero-carbon energy such as solar to replace traditional fossil energy.However,uncer-tainties of solar energy and load affect safe and stable operation of the ship microgrid.In order to deal with uncertainties and real-time requirements and promote application of ship zero-carbon energy,we propose a real-time energy management strategy based on data-driven stochastic model predictive control.First,we establish a ship photovoltaic and load scenario set consid-ering time-sequential correlation of prediction error through three steps.Three steps include probability prediction,equal probability inverse transformation scenario set generation,and simultaneous backward method scenario set reduction.Second,combined with scenario prediction information and rolling op-timization feedback correction,we propose a stochastic model predictive control energy management strategy.In each scenario,the proposed strategy has the lowest expected operational cost of control output.Then,we train the random forest machine learn-ing regression algorithm to carry out multivariable regression on samples generated by running the stochastic model predictive control.Finally,a low-carbon ship microgrid with photovoltaic is simulated.Simulation results demonstrate the proposed strategy can achieve both real-time application of the strategy,as well as operational cost and carbon emission optimization performance close to stochastic model predictive control.Index Terms-Data-driven stochastic model predictive control,low-carbon ship microgrid,machine learning,real-time energy management,time-sequential correlation.Hui Hou Ming Gan Xixiu Wu Kun Xie Zeyang Fan Changjun Xie Ying Shi Liang Huang 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,4:0

10Hot deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of Be/2024Al composites显示文摘The high temperature compression test of Be/2024Al composites with 62wt%Be was conducted at 500–575℃ and strain rate of0.003–0.1 s^(-1).The strain-compensated Arrhenius model and modified Johnson–Cook model were introduced to predict the hot deformation behavior of Be/2024Al composites.The result shows that the activation energy of Be/2024Al composites was 363.364 k J·mol^(-1).Compared with composites reinforced with traditional ceramics,Be/2024Al composites can be deformed with ultra-high content of reinforcement,attributing to the deformable property of Be particles.The average relative error of the two models shows that modified Johnson–Cook model was more suitable for low temperature condition while strain-compensated Arrhenius model was more suitable for high temperature condition.The processing map was generated and a hot extrusion experiment was conducted according to the map.A comparation of the microstructure of Be/2024Al composites before and after extrusion shows that the Be particle deformed coordinately with the matrix and elongated at the extrusion direction.Yixiao Xia Zeyang Kuang Ping Zhu Boyu Ju Guoqin Chen Ping Wu Wenshu Yang Gaohui Wu 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,11:0
11Forecasts on CMB lensing observations with AliCPT-1显示文摘Ali CPT-1 is the first Chinese cosmic microwave background(CMB) experiment aiming for the high-precision measurement of CMB B-mode polarization. The telescope, currently under deployment in Tibet, will observe in two frequency bands centered at 90 and 150 GHz. We forecast the CMB lensing reconstruction, lensing-galaxy, and lensing-cosmic infrared background(CIB) cross-correlation signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) for Ali CPT-1. We consider two stages with different integrated observation times, namely “4 module*yr”(first stage) and “48 module*yr”(final stage). For lensing reconstruction, we use three different quadratic estimators, namely temperature-only, polarization-only and minimum-variance(MV) estimators, using curved sky geometry. We take into account the impacts of inhomogeneous hit counts and mean-field bias due to incomplete sky coverage.In the first stage, our results show that the 150 GHz channel can measure the lensing signals at 15σ significance with the MV estimator. In the final stage, the measurement significance will increase to 31σ. We also combine the two frequency data in the harmonic domain to optimize the SNR. Our results show that the coadding procedure can significantly reduce the reconstruction bias in the high multiple range. Owning to the high quality of the polarization data in the final stage of Ali CPT-1, the EB estimator will dominate the lensing reconstruction in this stage. We also estimate the SNR of cross-correlations between Ali CPT-1 CMB lensing and other tracers of the large scale structure of the universe. For its cross-correlation with Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument(DESI) galaxies/quasars, we report the cross-correlation SNR = 10-20 for the four redshift bins at 0.05 < z < 2.1. In the first stage, the total SNR is approximately 32. In the final stage, the lensing-galaxy cross-correlation can reach SNR = 52. For lensing-CIB cross-correlation, in the first stage, the cross-correlations between Ali CPT-1 lensing and Planck CIB 353, 545 and857 GHz channels are approximately SNR = 18, 19, and 23, respectively. In the final stage, the cross-correlations can reach SNR = 25, 33 and 42. 12Countermeasure Research on the Drainage and Water-logging Prevention of Coastal Cities:A Case Study of Yingping District in Xiamen显示文摘According to the drainage problems emerging from the several torrential rainstorm in domestic coastal cities in the last two years, especially the issues that the drainage and waterlogging prevention of coastal cities are susceptible to the tide level of open seas, this paper took the reconstruction of Yingping District in Xiamen, a typical coastal area, as a case study, analyzed the main waterlogging causes of the district under the influences of the average annual tide level and storm tide caused by typhoon with the application of drainage model, and came up with reasonable implementation strategies for reconstruction;besides, this paper also assessed and divided the waterlogging risks of the district under the influences of storm tide and applied engineering measures as well as non-engineering measures to prevent the urban cities from water-logging hazards.
