| 1 | Microstructure and mechanical properties of short-carbon-fiber/Ti_(3)SiC_(2) composites显示文摘Short-carbon-fibers(C_(sf))reinforced Ti_(3)SiC_(2) matrix composites(C_(sf)/Ti_(3)SiC_(2),the C_(sf) content was 0 vol%,2 vol%,5 vol%,and 10 vol%)were fabricated by spark plasma sintering(SPS)using Ti_(3)SiC_(2) powders and C_(sf) as starting materials at 1300℃.The effects of C_(sf) addition on the phase compositions,microstructures,and mechanical properties(including hardness,flexural strength(σ_(f)),and KIC)of C_(sf)/Ti_(3)SiC_(2) composites were investigated.The C_(sf),with bi-layered transition layers,i.e.,T_(IC) and SiC layers,were homogeneously distributed in the as-prepared C_(sf)/Ti_(3)SiC_(2) composites.With the increase of C_(sf) content,the K_(IC) of C_(sf)/Ti_(3)SiC_(2) composites increased,but the σ_(f) decreased,and the Vickers hardness decreased initially and then increased steadily when the C_(sf) content was higher than 2 vol%.These changed performances(hardness,σ_(f),and K_(IC))could be attributed to the introduction of C_(sf) and the formation of stronger interfacial phases. | Guangqi HE Rongxiu GUO Meishuan LI Yang YANG Linshan WANG Yuhai QIAN Jun ZUO Jingjun XU Changsheng LIU | 2020 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2020,9,6: | 2 |

| 15 | Numerical modeling of the failure process of the heterogeneous karst rock mass using the DDA-SPH method显示文摘The sanding process caused by karstification in dolomite creates a special sandy dolomite stratum,where the frequent catastrophic instability of the surrounding rock occurred during tunnel construction.In this study,the micro-origin and macro-performance of the sandy dolomite stratum are first discussed.Then,a numerical model based on the coupling method between the discontinuous deformation analysis and smoothed particle hydrodynamics is proposed to depict the heterogeneous dolomite formation with different sanding degrees.Following,the mechanical behaviors of the heterogeneous dolomite samples under uniaxial compression are studied after calibrating the numerical parameters with the two single materials sampled from the tunnel site respectively.Further,the instability disasters of the dolomite surrounding rock with different sanding degrees are reproduced,and the failure behaviors of tunnels are explained with respect to the stress distribution and plastic zone.The obtained results show that the rotation and dislocation of the remained dolomite block contribute to the unsmooth stress–strain curve and deterioration in uniaxial compressive strength.However,the block serves as the skeleton in the transmission of field stress in underground space,which improves the stability of the formation. | Jingyao Gao Guangqi Chen Zhijie Wang Liping Li Yasuhiro Mitani Changze Li Hongyun Fan Xinyan Peng Yifan Jiang | 2023 | Underground Space2023,,6: | 0 |

| 19 | A Combined Weight of Evidence and Logistic Regression Method for Susceptibility Mapping of Earthquake-induced Landslides: A Case Study of the April 20, 2013 Lushan Earthquake, China显示文摘The M_s 7.0 Lushan earthquake triggered a huge number of landslides. Landslide susceptibility mapping is of great importance. Weight of Evidence(Wo E) and Logistic Regression(LR) methods have been widely used for LSM(Landslide Susceptibility Mapping). However, limitations still exist. Wo E is capable of assessing the influence of different classes of each factor, but neglects the correlation between factors. LR is able to analyze the relationship among the factors while it is not capable of evaluating the influence of different classes. This paper proposes a combined method of LR and Wo E for LSM, taking advantage of their individual merits and overcoming their limitations. An inventory of 1289 landslides was used: 70% were random-selected for training and the remaining for validation. 11 landslide condition factors were employed in the model and the result was validated using Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC) curve. The results showed that the LRWo E model had a better accuracy than the LR model, producing an area below the curve with values of 0.802 success and 0.791 predictive, higher than that of the LR model(0.715 success and 0.722 predictive).
