1Role of Microtubule-Associated Protein in Autism Spectrum Disorder显示文摘Autism spectrum disorder(ASD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by deficits in social interaction and communication, along with repetitive and restrictive patterns of behaviors or interests. Normal brain development is crucial to behavior and cognition in adulthood. Abnormal brain development, such as synaptic and myelin dysfunction, is involved in the pathogenesis of ASD. Microtubules and microtubule-associated proteins(MAPs) are important in regulating the processes of brain development, including neuron production and synaptic formation, as well as myelination. Increasing evidence suggests that the level of MAPs are changed in autistic patients and mouse models of ASD. 3Changes in wheat starch grains using different cooking methods: Insights into ancient food processing techniques显示文摘We investigate the morphological changes in starch grains from wheat(Triticum aestivum) using different cooking methods(boiling, steaming, frying, and baking). We compare the cooked starch grains with starch grains from ancient wheat flour cakes(Astana Cemetery, Turpan Basin, Xinjiang, China) to determine the cooking techniques used by people in Xinjiang 1200 years ago. Heat and water content affect starch grains when different cooking methods are used. Boiling and steaming results in the collapse of wheat starch grains accompanied by extreme swelling, curved granules, pasting, almost full gelatinization, a distinct extinction cross and vague granule outlines. Frying and baking cause less swelling, fewer curved granules, less pasting and only partial gelatinization of wheat starch grains, but the extinction lines are still distinct and the outlines of granules relatively clear. 5miR-124 and miR-128 differential expression in bone marrow stromal cells and spinal cord-derived neural stem cells显示文摘BACKGROUND: MicroRNA (miRNA) expression in stem cells provides important clues for the molecular mechanisms of stem cell proliferation and differentiation. Bone marrow stromal cells and spinal cord-derived neural stem cells exhibit potential for neural regeneration. However, miRNA expression in these cells has been rarely reported. OBJECTIVE: To explore differential expression of two nervous system-specific miRNAs, miR-124 and miR-128, in bone marrow stromal cells and spinal cord-derived neural stem cells. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: An In vitro, cell biology experiment was performed at the Department of Biotechnology, Shanxi Medical University from June 2008 to June 2009. MATERIALS: TaqMan miRNA assays were purchased from Applied Biosystems. METHODS: Rat bone marrow stromal cells were isolated and cultured using the whole-bone marrow method, and rat spinal cord-derived neural stem cells were obtained through neurosphere formation. TaqMan miRNA assays were used to measure miR-124 and miR-128 expression in bone marrow stromal cells and spinal cord-derived neural stem cells. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Morphology of bone marrow stromal cells and spinal cord-derived neural stem cells were observed by inverted microscopy. Expression of the neural stem cell-specific marker, nestin, the bone marrow stromal cell surface marker, CD71, and expression of miR-124 and miR-128, were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction. RESULTS: Cultured bone marrow stromal cells displayed a short fusiform shape. Flow cytometry revealed a large number of CD71-positive cells (> 95%). Cultured spinal cord-derived neural stem cells formed nestin-positive neurospheres, and quantitative detection of miRNA demonstrated that less miR-124 and miR-128 was expressed in bone marrow stromal cells compared to spinal cord-derived neural stem cells (P < 0.05). 6Facile synthesis of La_2Mo_2O_9 nanoparticles via an EDTA complexing approach显示文摘A facile EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) complexing technique has been successfully employed to prepare La2Mo2O9 nanoparticles. The as-synthesized products are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron mi-croscopy (TEM), and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The results show that a homogeneous transparent gel can be obtained with EDTA as the organic complexing reagent under the pH value of 3.0. Further thermal decomposition of the as-synthesized transparent gel by increasing the temperature up to 600oC for 3 h results in the formation of La2Mo2O9 nanoparticles with a crystal size of about 30 nm. 9MULTI-DIRECTIONAL WAVE SUPERPOSITION OF WAVE DIFFRACTION显示文摘Characteristics of the natural wave cannot be successfully described by only using wave frequency spectra. In laboratory, natural wave conditions cannot be simulated exactly by harbour sheltering experiment with irregular long-crested waves, especially the results of diffraction tests with reflection source are often far away from the reality. So directional wave spectrum must be introduced to experiment on wave diffraction, except for one directional swell.At present, only a small number of laboratories in the world have possessed directional spectrum wave producer because of its complication and expension. This paper describes the experiment for multi-directional wave superposition of wave diffraction, with the conventional regular wave producer and one-direction irregular wave producer. The test results are of equal value with that from directional spectra wave. 10A non-rigid shift of band dispersions induced by Cu intercalation in 2H-TaSe2显示文摘The intercalation of metal is a promising method for the modulating electronic properties in transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs).However,there still lacks enough knowledge about how the intercalated atoms directly impact the two-dimensional structural layers and modulate the band structures therein.Taking advantage of X-ray absorption fine structure and angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy,we studied how Cu intercalation influences the host TaSe2 layers in Cu0.03TaSe2 crystals.The intercalated Cu atoms form bonds with Se of the host layers,and there is charge transfer from Cu to Se.By examining the changes of band dispersions,we show that the variation of electronic structures is beyond a simple rigid band model with merely charge doping effect.This work'reveals that the unusual change of band dispersions is associated with the formation of bonds between the intercalated metal elements and anion ions in the host layers,and provides a reference for the comprehensive understanding of the electronic structures in intercalated materials.Pengdong Wang Rashid Khan Zhanfeng Liu Bo Zhang Yuliang Li Sheng Wang Yunbo Wu Hongen Zhu Yi Liu Guobin Zhang Dayong Liu Shuangming Chen Li Song Zhe Sun 2020Nano Research2020,13,2:0
11Persistence of charge density wave against variation of band structures in V_(x)Ti_(1−x)Se_(2)(x=0–0.1)显示文摘Charge density wave(CDW)is a phenomenon that occurs in materials,accompanied by changes in their intrinsic electronic properties.The study of CDW and its modulation in materials holds tremendous significance in materials research,as it provides a unique approach to controlling the electronic properties of materials.TiSe_(2) is a typical layered material with a CDW phase at low temperatures.Through V substitution for Ti in TiSe_(2),we tuned the carrier concentration in V_(x)Ti_(1-x)Se_(2) to study how its electronic structures evolve.Angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy(ARPES)shows that the band-folding effect is sustained with the doping level up to 10%,indicating the persistence of the CDW phase,even though the band structure is strikingly different from that of the parent compound TiSe_(2).Though CDW can induce the band fold effect with a driving force from the perspective of electronic systems,our studies suggest that this behavior could be maintained by lattice distortion of the CDW phase,even if band structures deviate from the electron-driven CDW scenario.Our work provides a constraint for understanding the CDW mechanism in TiSe_(2),and highlights the role of lattice distortion in the band-folding effect.Zhanfeng Liu Tongrui Li Wen Zhu Hongwei Shou Mukhtar Lawan Adam Qilong Cui Yuliang Li Sheng Wang Yunbo Wu Hongen Zhu Yi Liu Shuangming Chen Xiaojun Wu Shengtao Cui Li Song Zhe Sun 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0

13Windows and Fieldbus Based Software Computer Numerical Control System显示文摘Computer numerical control(CNC)system is the base of modern digital and intelligent manufacturing technolo- gy.And opened its architecture and constituted based on PC and Windows operating system(OS)is the main trend of CNC sys- tem.However,even if the highest system priority is used in user mode,real-time capability of Windows(2000,NT,XP)for applications is not guaranteed.By using a device driver,which is running in kernel mode,the real time performance of Windows can be enhanced greatly.The acknowledgment performance of Windows to peripheral interrupts was evaluated.Harmonized with an intelligent real-time serial communication bus(RTSB),strict real-time performance can be achieved in Windows platform. 14Fast algorithm for viscous Cahn-Hilliard equation显示文摘The main purpose of this paper is to solve the viscous Cahn-Hilliard equation via a fast algorithm based on the two time-mesh(TT-M)finite element(FE)method to ease the problem caused by strong nonlinearities.The TT-M FE algorithm includes the following main computing steps.First,a nonlinear FE method is applied on a coarse time-meshτ_(c).Here,the FE method is used for spatial discretization and the implicit second-orderθscheme(containing both implicit Crank-Nicolson and second-order backward difference)is used for temporal discretization.Second,based on the chosen initial iterative value,a linearized FE system on time fine mesh is solved,where some useful coarse numerical solutions are found by Lagrange’s interpolation formula.The analysis for both stability and a priori error estimates is made in detail.Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed algorithm.Our algorithm is compared with the traditional Galerkin FE method and it is evident that our fast algorithm can save computational time.Danxia WANG Yaqian LI Xingxing WANG Hongen JIA 2022Frontiers of Mathematics in China2022,17,4:0
15Clinical characteristics of radiation-induced optic neuropathy:A single-center retrospective study显示文摘Purpose:To observe the clinical and imaging characteristics of radiation-induced optic neuropathy(RION).Methods:We retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of 43 patients(69 eyes)who were diagnosed with RION at the Chinese PLA General Hospital from 2010 to 2021.Results:The latency from radiotherapy to onset of visual loss ranged from 1 to 132(36.33±30.48)months.Optic disc pallor and optic disc edema were found in 27.0%(10/37)and 8.1%(3/37)of the eyes,respectively,within 2 months.After treatment,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)was restored in 24.6%(17/69)of the eyes and the final BCVA improved in 13.0%(9/69)of the eyes.An 82.5%(33/40)of the eyes with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)showed enhancement of the affected optic nerve,mostly(69.7%)in the intracranial segment,and 36.4%(12/33)of the eyes with expansion and T2-high signals also showed enhancement of the affected optic nerve.The superior retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL)and the outer circle superior quadrant(OS)of the inner limiting membrane to retinal pigment epithelium(ILM-RPE)layer thinned significantly during the first month.The center of the ILM-RPE layer thickened significantly during the first two months and the inner circle temporal quadrant(IT)of the ILM-RPE layer thickened significantly from the third to sixth month.The RNFL thinned significantly after 6 months except for the temporal quadrant,and the average inner circle superior quadrant(IS)and outer circle of the ILM-RPE layer thinned significantly after 6 months.There was no significant difference between hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT)and high-dose intravenous methylprednisolone(IVMP)therapy in improving BCVA recovery or final BCVA(P>0.05).Conclusions:The structural damage of the RNFL and ILM-RPE layer occurred during the first month,the RNFL showed progressive thinning during the follow-up period,while the ILM-RPE layer showed thinning during the first month,thickening from the third to sixth month,and thinning after 6 months.There was a discrete region of enhancement of the optic nerve,often with expansion and high-T2 signals on MRI.HBOT and high-dose IVMP therapy were hardly effective for treating RION in the non-acute stage.Yongping Wang Junxia Fu Huanfen Zhou Hongen Li Quangang Xu Shihui Wei 2023Advances in Ophthalmology Practice and Research2023,3,3:0
16A production prediction method of single well in water flooding oilfield based on integrated temporal convolutional network model显示文摘Since the oil production of single well in water flooding reservoir varies greatly and is hard to predict, an oil production prediction method of single well based on temporal convolutional network(TCN) is proposed and verified. This method is started from data processing, the correspondence between water injectors and oil producers is determined according to the influence radius of the water injectors, the influence degree of a water injector on an oil producer in the month concerned is added as a model feature, and a Random Forest(RF) model is built to fill the dynamic data of water flooding. The single well history is divided into 4 stages according to its water cut, that is, low water cut, middle water cut, high water cut and extra-high water cut stages. In each stage, a TCN based prediction model is established, hyperparameters of the model are optimized by the Sparrow Search Algorithm(SSA). Finally, the models of the 4 stages are integrated into one whole-life model of the well for production prediction.
