1Degradation of pyrene by immobilized microorganisms in saline-alkaline soil显示文摘Biodegradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) is very difficult in saline-alkaline soil due to the inhibition of microbial growth under saline-alkaline stress.The microorganisms that can most effectively degrade PAHs were screened by introducing microorganisms immobilized on farm byproducts and assessing the validity of the immobilizing technique for PAHs degradation in pyrene-contaminated saline-alkaline soil.Among the microorganisms examined,it was found that Mycobacterium sp.B2 is the best,and can degrade 82.2% and 83.2% of pyrene for free and immobilized cells after 30 days of incubation.The immobilization technique could increase the degradation of pyrene significantly,especially for fungi.The degradation of pyrene by the immobilized microorganisms Mucor sp.F2,fungal consortium MF and co-cultures of MB+MF was increased by 161.7%(P < 0.05),60.1%(P < 0.05) and 59.6%(P < 0.05) after 30 days,respectively,when compared with free F2,MF and MB+MF.Scanning electron micrographs of the immobilized microstructure proved the positive effects of the immobilized microbial technique on pyrene remediation in salinealkaline soil,as the interspace of the carrier material structure was relatively large,providing enough space for cell growth.Co-cultures of different bacterial and fungal species showed different abilities to degrade PAHs.The present study suggests that Mycobacterium sp.B2 can be employed for in situ bioremediation of PAHs in saline-alkaline soil,and immobilization of fungi on farm byproducts and nutrients as carriers will enhance fungus PAH-degradation ability in saline-alkaline soil.Shanxian Wang Xiaojun Li Wan Liu Peijun Li Lingxue Kong Wenjie Ren Haiyan Wu Ying Tu 2012Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,9:19
2Development and utilization of a new chemically-induced soybean library with a high mutation density显示文摘Mutagenized populations have provided important materials for introducing variation and identifying gene function in plants. In this study, an ethyl methanesulfonate(EMS)-induced soybean(Glycine max) population,consisting of 21,600 independent M_2 lines, was developed.Over 1,000 M_(4(5))families, with diverse abnormal phenotypes for seed composition, seed shape, plant morphology and maturity that are stably expressed across different environments and generations were identified. Phenotypic analysis of the population led to the identification of a yellow pigmentation mutant, gyl, that displayed significantly decreased chlorophyll(Chl) content and abnormal chloroplast development. Sequence analysis showed that gyl is allelic to Minn Gold, where a different single nucleotide polymorphism variation in the Mg-chelatase subunit gene(ChlI1a) results in golden yellow leaves. A cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence marker was developed and may be applied to marker-assisted selection for the golden yellow phenotype in soybean breeding. 3Broadband perovskite quantum dot spectrometer beyond human visual resolution显示文摘The quantum dot spectrometer,fabricated by integrating different quantum dots with an image sensor to reconstruct the target spectrum from spectral-coupled measurements,is an emerging and promising hyperspectrometry technology with high resolution and a compact size.The spectral resolution and spectral range of quantum dot spectrometers have been limited by the spectral variety of the available quantum dots and the robustness of algorithmic reconstruction.Moreover,the spectrometer integration of quantum dots also suffers from inherent photoluminescence emission and poor batch-to-batch repeatability.In this work,we developed nonemissive in situ fabricated MA_(3)Bi_(2)X_(9) and Cs_(2)SnX_(6)(MA=CH_(3)NH_(3);X=Cl,Br,I)perovskite-quantum-dot-embedded films(PQDFs)with precisely tunable transmittance spectra for quantum dot spectrometer applications.The resulting PQDFs contain in situ fabricated perovskite nanocrystals with homogenous dispersion in a polymeric matrix,giving them advantageous features such as high transmittance efficiency and good batch-to-batch repeatability.By integrating a filter array of 361 kinds of PQDFs with a silicon-based photodetector array,we successfully demonstrated the construction of a perovskite quantum dot spectrometer combined with a compressive-sensing-based total-variation optimization algorithm.A spectral resolution of ~1.6 nm was achieved in the broadband of 250-1000 nm.The performance of the perovskite quantum dot spectrometer is well beyond that of human eyes in terms of both the spectral range and spectral resolution.This advancement will not only pave the way for using quantum dot spectrometers for practical applications but also significantly impact the development of artificial intelligence products,clinical treatment equipment,scientific instruments,etc.Xiaoxiu Zhu Liheng Bian Hao Fu Lingxue Wang Bingsuo Zou Qionghai Dai Jun Zhang Haizheng Zhong 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:5
4Synthesis of nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes-FePO_4 composite from phosphate residue and its application as effective Fenton-like catalyst for dye degradation显示文摘Phosphate residue is regarded as a hazardous waste, which could potentially create significant environmental and health problems if it is not properly treated and disposed of. In this study, nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes-FePO_4(NCNTs-FePO_4) composite was successfully synthesized from phosphate residue, and its application as an effective catalyst was explored. Firstly, an effective method was developed to recover FePO_4 from phosphate residue, achieving an impressive FePO_4 mass recovery rate of 98.14%. Then, the NCNTsFePO_4 catalyst was synthesized from the recovered FePO_4 by two main reactions, including surface modification and chemical vapor deposition. Finally, the synthesized NCNTs-FePO_4 was applied to photo-degrade 15 mg/L Rhodamine B(RhB) in a Fenton-like system. The results showed that 98.9% of RhB could be degraded in 60 min, closely following the pseudofirst-order kinetics model. It was found that even after six consecutive cycles, NCNTs-FePO_4 still retained a high catalytic capacity(>50%). Moreover, ·OH radicals participating in the RhB degradation process were evidenced using quenching experiments and electron paramagnetic resonance analysis, and a rational mechanism was proposed. 5Synthesis of porous iron hydroxy phosphate from phosphate residue and its application as a Fenton-like catalyst for dye degradation显示文摘Phosphate residue is a kind of hazardous solid waste and if not properly disposed of, could cause serious environmental contaminations. The abundant iron salt available in phosphate residue can be used to prepare photo-Fenton catalytic reagent for wastewater treatment. In this study, the phosphate residue was effectively purified by a hydrothermal recrystallization method, reaching an iron phosphate purity of 94.2%. The particles of iron phosphate were further processed with ball milling with their average size reduced from 19.4 to 1.6 μm. By hydrothermal crystallization of iron phosphate and thermal decomposition of oxalate precursor, porous iron hydroxy phosphate was prepared. The modified porous iron hydroxy phosphate(m-PIHP) of higher surface area with iron oxalate on its surface can degrade 98.87% of Rhodamine B in 15 min. Cyclic experiment showed that the catalyst still had a good catalytic activity after six cycles( > 40%). The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results showed that the iron oxalate complex on the catalyst surface decomposed to produce ferrous ions and accelerated the rate of · OH production. 8Facile molten salt synthesis of carbon-anchored TiN nanoparticles for durable high-rate lithium-ion battery anodes显示文摘Transition metal nitrides(TMNs),including titanium nitride(TiN),exhibit remarkable application prospects as anodes for durable high-rate lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Regrettably,the absence of simple synthesis methods restricts their further development.Herein,a facile and low-cost molten salt synthesis strategy was proposed to prepare carbon-anchored TiN nanoparticles as an advanced anode material for LIBs with high rate capabilities.This nanosized TiN obtained is∼5 nm in size and well-distributed onto carbon plates,which could release a reversible capacity of∼381.5 mAh g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1)after 250 cycles and∼141.5 mAh g^(−1)at 1.0 A g^(−1)after 1000 cycles.Furthermore,it was confirmed that the conversion reaction between TiN and Li-ions happened during the electrochemical reaction process,resulting in the formation of Li_(3)N and Ti.This unique microstructure attributed from TiN nanoparticles anchored by carbon could support the structural volume during cycling.This work highlights the method superiority of TiN prepared via a molten salt synthesis strategy as an anode for LIBs with impressive rate performances.Ruijia Liu Na Li Enyue Zhao Jinkui Zhao Lingxu Yang Wenjun Wang Huijun Liu Chaoliu Zeng 2022Materials Futures2022,1,4:1

13SPECT/CT同机融合显像和CT在估测口腔恶性肿瘤侵犯下颌骨范围的应用价值(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of our study was to compare the value of computed tomography (CT) and 99mTc-methylene-diphosphonate (MDP) SPECT (single photon emission computed tomography)/CT fusion imaging in determining the extent of mandibular invasion by malignant tumor of the oral cavity. Methods: This study had local ethical committee approval, and all patients gave written informed consent. Fifty-three patients were revealed mandibular invasion by malignant tumor of the oral cavity underwent CT and SPECT/CT. The patients were divided into two groups: group A (invasion-periphery-type) and group B (invasion-center-type). Two radiologists assessed the CT images and two nuclear medicine physicians separately assessed the SPECT/CT images in consensus and without knowledge of the results of other imaging tests. The extent of bone involvement suggested with an imaging modality was compared with pathological findings in the surgical specimen. Results: With pathological findings as the standard of reference, Group A: The extent of mandibular invasion by malignant tumor under-went SPECT/CT was 1.02 ± 0.20 cm larger than that underwent pathological findings. And the extent of mandibular invasion underwent CT was 1.42 ± 0.35 cm smaller than that underwent pathological examination. There were significant difference among the three methods (P < 0.01). Group B: The extent of mandibular invasion by malignant tumor underwent SPECT/CT was 1.3 ± 0.39 cm larger than that underwent pathological examination. The extent of mandibular invasion underwent CT was 2.55 ± 1.44 cm smaller than that underwent pathological findings. There were significant difference among the three methods (P < 0.01). The extent of mandibular invasion underwent SPECT/CT was the extent which surgeon must excise to get clear margins. 18Development of a filtered drag model considering effect of the solid shear rate显示文摘This study investigates a 2D gas-solid fast fluidized bed of typical Geldart A particles using highly resolved simulations with two-fluid model.The results show that the solid shear rate has a considerable impact on the orientation of the meso-scale structures and hence on the filtered drag force.On the basis of the correlation for the filtered drag force established in the literature using the traditional markers(such as filtered solid volume fraction,filtered slip velocity and filter scale),a correction correlated with the solid shear rate in the direction of gravity is proposed for better prediction of the filtered drag force.The corrected model is shown to produce improved results in posterior tests of flows in different fluidization regimes including bubbling,turbulent and fast fluidization.Lingxue Wang Ming Jiang Qiang Zhou 2022Particuology2022,,12:0
