| 1 | The recommendations of Chinese Parkinson’s disease and movement disorder society consensus on therapeutic management of Parkinson’s disease显示文摘Background:Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a chronic,progressive and debilitating disease,which affects over 2.5 million people in China.PD is characterized clinically by resting tremor,muscular rigidity,bradykinesia and postural instability.As the disease progresses,additional complications can arise such as non-motor and neurobehavioral symptoms.Pharmacological treatment and surgical intervention for PD have been implemented in China.Until 10 years ago,there was lack of standardization for the management of PD in different regions and among different physicians,leading to different treatment levels in different regions and different physicians.Since then,the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Society have published three versions of guidelines for the management of PD in China,in 2006,2009 and 2014,respectively.Correspondingly,the overall level of treatment for PD in China improved.Objectives:To update the treatment guidelines based on current foreign and domestic practice guidelines and clinical evidence,and to improve the treatment options available to physicians in the management of PD.Summary:A variety of treatment recommendations in the treatment guidelines have been proposed,including physical activity and disease-modifying medication,which should be initiated at the early-stage of the disease.The principles of dosage titration should be followed to avoid acute adverse reactions to the drugs,to achieve a satisfactory clinical effect with a low dose and to reduce the incidence of long-term motor complications.Moreover,different treatment strategies should be considered at different stages of the disease.Importantly,treatment guidelines and personalized treatments should be valued equally.A set of treatment recommendations has been developed to assist physicians to improve and optimize clinical outcomes for patients with PD in China. | Shengdi Chen Piu Chan Shenggang Sun Haibo Chen Baorong Zhang Weidong Le Chunfeng Liu Guoguang Peng Beisha Tang Lijuan Wang Yan Cheng Ming Shao Zhenguo Liu Zhenfu Wang Xiaochun Chen Mingwei Wang Xinhua Wan Huifang Shang Yiming Liu Pingyi Xu Jian Wang Tao Feng Xianwen Chen Xingyue Hu Anmu Xie Qin Xiao | 2016 | Translational Neurodegeneration2016,5,1: | 23 |
| 2 | Microstructure and composition evolution of a single-crystal superalloy caused by elements interdiffusion with an overlay NiCrAlY coating on oxidation显示文摘MCrAlY(M=Ni and/or Co)overlay coating is widely used as a protective coating against high temperature oxidation and corrosion.However,due to its big difference in chemical composition with the underlying superalloy,elements interdiffusion occurs inevitably.One of the direct results is the formation of interdiffusion zone(IDZ)and secondary reaction zone(SRZ)with a high density of fine topological closed-packed phases(TCPs),weakening dramatically the mechanical properties of the alloy substrate.It is by now the main problem of modern high-temperature metallic coatings,but there are still hardly any reports studying the formation,growth and transformation of IDZ and SRZ in deep,as well as the precipitation of TCPs.In this work,a typical NiCrAlY coating is deposited by arc ion plating on a single-crystal superalloy N5.Elements interdiffusion between them and its relationship on microstructure were clarified.Cr rather than Al from the coating diffuses into the alloy at high temperatures and segregates immediately beneath their interface,contributing largely to the formation of IDZ.Simultaneously,diffusion of Ni from the deep alloy to IDZ leads to the formation and continuous expansion of SRZ. | Lanlan Yang Minghui Chen Jinlong Wang Yanxin Qiao Pingyi Guo Shenglong Zhu Fuhui Wang | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,42,10: | 7 |
| 3 | Preparation, characterization and hydrodesulfurization performances of Co-Ni_2P/SBA-15 catalysts显示文摘A series of Co-Ni2P/SBA-15 catalysts with various Co contents, Ni2P contents and P/Ni molar ratios were prepared by impregnating nickel nitrate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate, and then cobalt nitrate into SBA-15 support followed by temperature-programmed reduction in a H2 flow. The catalyst structure was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), high resolution-transmission electron microscopy(HR-TEM)and N2adsorption-desorption techniques and their catalytic performance of the hydrodesulfurization(HDS) of dibenzothiophene(DBT) was evaluated. The effects of Co contents, Ni2 P contents and P/Ni molar ratios on the catalyst structure and HDS of DBT over the Co-Ni2P/SBA-15 catalyst were investigated. The results indicated that the mesoporous structure was mainly maintained and the nickel phosphides were well dispersed in all of the characterized catalysts. The 4Co-25Ni2P/SBA-15(P/Ni = 0.8) catalyst with the Co and Ni2 P contents of 4 wt% and25 wt%, respectively, and the P/Ni molar ratio of 0.8 showed the highest catalytic performance for HDS of DBT. Under the reaction conditions of 380?C and 3.0 MPa, the DBT conversion can reach 99.62%. | 12 | Impact pressure of waves generated by landslides on bank slopes显示文摘Impulse waves that are generated by landslides in narrow reservoir areas threaten the stability of buildings and bank slopes.To discuss the action process and evolution law of the wave pressure on bank slopes,a three-dimensional physical model test that considers impulse waves generated by landslides was performed,and factors including landslide width,thickness,slope angles of the sliding surface,and bank slope angle were considered.Based on wave forms on the bank slopes,wave pressure curve characteristics,and peak value,the action process of wave pressure could be divided into the following stages:maximum pulsating pressure stage,wave impact stage(when waves break),and stationary pulsation stage.It was found that wave breaking is dependent on the value of the surf similarity parameterξ.The distribution pattern of impact pressure decays linearly on both sides of the maximum impact pressure point,and the attenuation degree decreases when it attains 40%of the maximum value.Thus,it is proposed that the prediction formula for the maximum effective impact pressure of the bank slope be related to the reciprocal of wave steepness,relative water depth,and slope rate.The prediction formula provides strong theoretical support for early safety warning and for predicting the bank slope under impulse waves generated by landslides. | CAO Ting WANG Pingyi QIU Zhenfeng LIU Jie | 2024 | Journal of Mountain Science2024,21,3: | 0 |
| 13 | Preparation and properties of Ni-W-P-TiO_(2)nanocomposite coatings developed by a sol-enhanced electroplating method显示文摘Several Ni-W-P-TiO_(2) nanocomposite coatings were developed by the sol-enhanced electroplating method. The phase and elemental compositions of coatings were determined, and the surface and cross-section morphology were characterized. The mechanical and corrosion performance were systematically tested. The results revealed the addition of 5 ml·L^(-1) TiO_(2) sol caused a compact coating surface,while higher concentrations of TiO_(2) reduced the coating thickness and led to the inferior surface microstructure. The comparison in physiochemical properties of prepared coatings confirmed the superior performance of the Ni-W-P-TiO_(2) nanocomposite coating at 5 ml·L^(-1) TiO_(2) sol addition.
