1Powder electrochemical properties with different particle sizes of spinel LiAl_(0.05)Mn_(1.95)O_4 synthesized by sol-gel method显示文摘An Al-doped spinel lithium manganese oxide was prepared by the adipic acid-assisted sol-gel method at 800°C, and the cathode materials (LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4) with different particle sizes were obtained through ball milling. The effects of particle size on the electrochemical performance of LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 samples were investigated by differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetry, X-ray diffraction, galvanostatic charge-discharge test, cyclic voltammetry, and electro- chemical impedance spectroscopy. The results indicate that all samples with different particle sizes show the same pure spinel phase and good crystal structure; LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 with D50 = 17.3 μm shows better capacity retention; LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 cathode materials with small particle size have a bigger resistance of charge transfer than the large one, and the particle size has significant effects on the electrochemical performance of Al-doped spinel LiMn2O4 cathode materials.YI Tingfeng WANG Dianlong GAO Kun HU Xinguo 2007Rare Metals2007,26,4:3
2Thickness-Shear Frequencies of an Infinite Quartz Plate with Graded Material Properties Across the Thickness显示文摘For quartz crystal resonators of thickness-shear type,the vibration frequency and mode shapes reflect the basic material and structural properties of a quartz crystal plate and the variation with time under attack by erosive gases and liquids that can cause surface and internal degradation in a graded form.Such gradual effects,in turn,will change surface conditions through elastic constants and stiffness and more importantly the gradient of such properties across the thickness with certain depth.Now we study the thickness-shear vibrations of functionally graded material plates with properties of the popular AT-cut quartz crystal varying across the thickness in a general pattern represented by both sine and cosine components of the thickness.The vibration solutions are obtained through the Fourier expansion of the plate deformation.Rongxing Wu Wenliang Zhang Tingfeng Ma Jianke Du Ji Wang 2020Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2020,33,3:2

7Extended Kantorovich method for local stresses in composite laminates upon polynomial stress functions显示文摘The extended Kantorovich method is employed to study the local stress concentrations at the vicinity of free edges in symmetrically layered composite laminates subjected to uniaxial tensile load upon polynomial stress functions. The stress fields are initially assumed by means of the Lekhnitskii stress functions under the plane strain state. Applying the principle of complementary virtual work,the coupled ordinary differential equations are obtained in which the solutions can be obtained by solving a generalized eigenvalue problem. Then an iterative procedure is established to achieve convergent stress distributions. It should be noted that the stress function based extended Kantorovich method can satisfy both the traction-free and free edge stress boundary conditions during the iterative processes. The stress components near the free edges and in the interior regions are calculated and compared with those obtained results by finite element method(FEM). The convergent stresses have good agreements with those results obtained by three dimensional(3D) FEM. For generality, various layup configurations are considered for the numerical analysis. 9Effects of Al,F dual substitutions on the structure and electrochemical properties of lithium manganese oxide显示文摘Spinel LiMn2O4 and F, Al-doped spinel LiAl0.05Mn1.95O3.98F0.02 have been synthesized by a soft chemistry method using adipic acid as the chelating agent. The synthesized spinel materials were characterized by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetery (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV), and charge-discharge testing. The results indicate that all the samples have high phase purity, and fluorine is important in controlling the morphology; the doped aluminum enhances the stability of spinel LiMn2O4. The charge-discharge tests indicate that LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 has high capacity retention, which is 92.60% of the initial after 50 cycles. It is found that the novel compound LiAl0.05Mn1.95O3.98F0.02 with smaller particles can offer much higher capacity, whose initial discharge capacity is 126.5 mAh?g-1. 12Two-Dimensional Coupling Vibration Analysis of Laterally Acoustically Coupled Two-Port Thin-Film Bulk Acoustic Resonators显示文摘In this paper,we present an approach to studying the mode coupling vibrations in two-port thin-film bulk acoustic wave resonator(FBAR)devices with two pairs of electrodes deposited on the zinc oxide film.The two-dimensional plate theory established in our previous work is employed,which takes into account the coupling of the operating thickness-extensional mode with the extensional,flexural,fundamental and second-order thickness-shear modes.The propagation of straight-crested waves in the plate is studied,and the state-vector approach is successfully used to simplify the derivation process.For a structurally symmetric device,the modes are separated into quasi symmetric and antisymmetric ones.Frequency spectra and corresponding mode shapes are obtained under the stress-free boundary conditions,respectively,and then coupling effects and energy trapping phenomenon are discussed in detail.Some results for structures with asymmetric electrode distributions are also shown.It is found that the choice of aspect ratio has a great effect on mode couplings of FBAR devices.This study will be useful for the design of FBAR filters and sensors.Haoyu Huang Nian Li Bin Wang Zhenghua Qian Bin Huang Tingfeng Ma Iren Kuznetsova 2020Acta Mechanica Solida Sinica2020,33,4:0
13A nonlinear analysis of surface acoustic waves in isotropic elastic solids显示文摘With the fast evolution of wireless and networking communication technology,applications of surface acoustic wave(SAW),or Rayleigh wave,resonators are proliferating with fast shrinking sizes and increasing frequencies.It is inevitable that the smaller resonators will be under a strong electric field with induced large deformation,which has to be described in wave propagation equations with the consideration of nonlinearity.In this study,the formal nonlinear equations of motion are constructed by introducing the nonlinear constitutive relation and strain components in a standard procedure,and the equations are simplified by the extended Galerkin method through the elimination of harmonics.The wave velocity of the nonlinear SAW is obtained from approximated nonlinear equations and boundary conditions through a rigorous solution procedure.It is shown that if the amplitude is small enough,the nonlinear results are consistent with the linear results,demonstrating an alternative procedure for nonlinear analysis of SAW devices working in nonlinear state.Haoxiang Wu Rongxing Wu Tingfeng Ma Zixiao Lu Honglang Li Ji Wang 2022Theoretical & Applied Mechanics Letters2022,12,2:0
14Distinct and shared endothermic strategies in the heat producing tissues of tuna and other teleosts显示文摘Although most fishes are ectothermic,some,including tuna and billfish,achieve endothermy through specialized heat producing tissues that are modified muscles.How these heat producing tissues evolved,and whether they share convergent molecular mechanisms,remain unresolved.Here,we generated a high-quality genome from the mackerel tuna(Euthynnus affinis)and investigated the heat producing tissues of this fish by single-nucleus and bulk RNA sequencing.Compared with other teleosts,tuna-specific genetic variation is strongly associated with muscle differentiation.Single-nucleus RNA-seq revealed a high proportion of specific slow skeletal muscle cell subtypes in the heat producing tissues of tuna.Marker genes of this cell subtype are associated with the relative sliding of actin and myosin,suggesting that tuna endothermy is mainly based on shivering thermogenesis.In contrast,cross-species transcriptome analysis indicated that endothermy in billfish relies mainly on nonshivering thermogenesis.Nevertheless,the heat producing tissues of the different species do share some tissue-specific genes,including vascular-related and mitochondrial genes.Overall,although tunas and billfishes differ in their thermogenic strategies,they share similar expression patterns in some respects,highlighting the complexity of convergent evolution.Baosheng Wu Xueli Gao Mingling Hu Jing Hu Tianming Lan Tingfeng Xue Wenjie Xu Chenglong Zhu Yuan Yuan Jiangmin Zheng Tao Qin Peidong Xin Ye Li Li Gong Chenguang Feng Shunping He Huan Liu Haimeng Li Qing Wang Zhenhua Ma Qiang Qiu Kun Wang 2023Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,11:0
15Nonlinear thickness-shear vibration of an infinite piezoelectric plate with flexoelectricity based on the method of multiple scales显示文摘This paper presents a nonlinear thickness-shear vibration model for onedimensional infinite piezoelectric plate with flexoelectricity and geometric nonlinearity.The constitutive equations with flexoelectricity and governing equations are derived from the Gibbs energy density function and variational principle.The displacement adopted here is assumed to be antisymmetric through the thickness due to the thickness-shear vibration mode.Only the shear strain gradient through the thickness is considered in the present model.With geometric nonlinearity,the governing equations are converted into differential equations as the function of time by the Galerkin method.The method of multiple scales is employed to obtain the solution to the nonlinear governing equation with first order approximation.Numerical results show that the nonlinear thickness-shear vibration of piezoelectric plate is size dependent,and the flexoelectric effect has significant influence on the nonlinear thickness-shear vibration frequencies of micro-size thin plates.The geometric nonlinearity also affects the thickness-shear vibration frequencies greatly.The results show that flexoelectricity and geometric nonlinearity cannot be ignored in design of accurate high-frequency piezoelectric devices.Yang ZHENG Bin HUANG Lijun YI Tingfeng MA Longtao XIE Ji WANG 2022Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2022,43,5:0

17Spatial variability ofδ^(18)O andδ^(2)H in North Pacific and Arctic Oceans surface seawater显示文摘This study presents new observations of stable isotopic composition(δ^(18)O,δ^(2)H and deuterium excess)in surface waters of the North Pacific and Arctic Oceans that were collected during the sixth Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition(CHINARE)from mid-summer to early autumn 2014.Seawaterδ^(18)O andδ^(2)H decrease with increasing latitudes from 39°N to 75°N,likely a result of spatial variability in evaporation/precipitation processes.This explanation is further confirmed by comparing theδ^(18)O-δ^(2)H relationship of seawater with that of precipitation.However,effects of freshwater inputs on seawater stable isotopic composition are also identified at 30°N-39°N.Furthermore,we find a non-significant relationship between the isotopic parameters(δ^(2)H andδ^(18)О)and salinity from 73°N northwards in the Arctic Ocean,implying that sea ice melting/formation may have some effect.These results suggest that the isotopic parametersδ^(2)H andδ^(18)Оare useful for tracing marine hydrological processes.LI Zhiqiang DING Minghu WANG Yetang DU Zhiheng DOU Tingfeng 2022Advances in Polar Science2022,33,3:0
18Application of linear active disturbance rejection control for photoelectric tracking system显示文摘Dynamic characteristics and tracking precision are studied in the photoelectric tracking system and a linear active disturbance rejection control( LADRC) scheme is proposed for position loop. A current and speed controller is designed by a transfer function model,which is obtained by adaptive differential evolution. Model error,friction and nonlinear factor existing in position loop are treated as ‘disturbance',which is estimated and compensated by generalized proportional integral( GPI)observer. Comparative results are provided to demonstrate the remarkable performance of the proposed method. It turns out that the proposed scheme is successful and has superior features,such as quick dynamic response,low overshoot and high tracking precision. 19Apigenin ameliorates imiquimod-induced psoriasis in C57BL/6J mice by inactivating STAT3 and NF-κB显示文摘Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune disease featured by patches on the skin.It is caused by malfunction of immune cells and keratinocytes with inflammation as one of its key features.Apigenin(API)is a natural flavonoid with anti-inflammatory and immunoregulatory properties.Therefore,we speculated that API can ameliorate psoriasis,and determined its effect on the development of psoriasis by using imiquimod(IMQ)-induced psoriasis mouse model.Our results showed that API attenuated IMQ-induced phenotypic changes,such as erythema,scaling and epidermal thickening,and improved splenic hyperplasia.Abnormal differentiation of immune cells was restored in API-treated mice.Mechanistically,we revealed that API is a key regulator of signal transducer activator of transcription 3(STAT3).API regulated immune responses by reducing interleukin-23(IL-23)/STAT3/IL-17A axis.Moreover,it suppressed IMQ-caused cell hyperproliferation by inactivating STAT3 through regulation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)pathway.Furthermore,API reduced expression of inflammatory cytokines through inactivation of NF-κB.Taken together,our study demonstrates that API can ameliorate psoriasis and may be considered as a strategy for psoriasis treatment.Xianshe Meng Shihong Zheng Zequn Yin Xuerui Wang Daigang Yang Tingfeng Zou Huaxin Li Yuanli Chen Chenzhong Liao Zhouling Xie Xiaodong Fan Jihong Han Yajun Duan Xiaoxiao Yang 2024Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,1:0
