| 1 | Powder electrochemical properties with different particle sizes of spinel LiAl_(0.05)Mn_(1.95)O_4 synthesized by sol-gel method显示文摘An Al-doped spinel lithium manganese oxide was prepared by the adipic acid-assisted sol-gel method at 800°C, and the cathode materials (LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4) with different particle sizes were obtained through ball milling. The effects of particle size on the electrochemical performance of LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 samples were investigated by differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetry, X-ray diffraction, galvanostatic charge-discharge test, cyclic voltammetry, and electro- chemical impedance spectroscopy. The results indicate that all samples with different particle sizes show the same pure spinel phase and good crystal structure; LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 with D50 = 17.3 μm shows better capacity retention; LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 cathode materials with small particle size have a bigger resistance of charge transfer than the large one, and the particle size has significant effects on the electrochemical performance of Al-doped spinel LiMn2O4 cathode materials. | YI Tingfeng WANG Dianlong GAO Kun HU Xinguo | 2007 | Rare Metals2007,26,4: | 3 |

| 4 | DIW1 encoding a cladeⅠPP2C phosphatase negatively regulates drought tolerance by de-phosphorylating TaSnRK1.1 in wheat显示文摘Drought seriously impacts wheat production(Triticum aestivum L.),while the exploitation and utilization of genes for drought tolerance are insufficient.Leaf wilting is a direct reflection of drought tolerance in plants.Clade A PP2Cs are abscisic acid(ABA)co-receptors playing vital roles in the ABA signaling pathway,regulating drought response.However,the roles of other clade PP2Cs in drought tolerance,especially in wheat,remain largely unknown.Here,we identified a gain-of-function drought-induced wilting 1(DIW1)gene from the wheat Aikang 58 mutant library by map-based cloning,which encodes a cladeⅠprotein phosphatase 2C(TaPP2C158)with enhanced protein phosphatase activity.Phenotypic analysis of overexpression and CRISPR/Cas9 mutant lines demonstrated that DIW1/TaPP2C158 is a negative regulator responsible for drought resistance.We found that TaPP2C158 directly interacts with TaSnRK1.1 and de-phosphorylates it,thus inactivating the TaSnRK1.1–Ta AREB3 pathway.TaPP2C158 protein phosphatase activity is negatively correlated with ABA signaling.Association analysis suggested that C-terminal variation of TaPP2C158 changing protein phosphatase activity is highly correlated with the canopy temperature,and seedling survival rate under drought stress.Our data suggest that the favorable allele with lower phosphatase activity of TaPP2C158 has been positively selected in Chinese breeding history.This work benefits us in understanding the molecular mechanism of wheat drought tolerance,and provides elite genetic resources and molecular markers for improving wheat drought tolerance. | Jingyi Wang Chaonan Li Long Li Lifeng Gao Ge Hu Yanfei Zhang Matthew P.Reynolds Xueyong Zhang Jizeng Jia Xinguo Mao Ruilian Jing | 2023 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2023,65,8: | 1 |

Electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) measurements revealed that, after the DOL pretreatment, the lithium electrode had better interfacial stability during immersion in electrolyte and as repeated charge/discharge cycles. It was proved by SEM that the pretreated one has smoother morphology and less dendrite after repeated charge/discharge cycles. | 15 | Effects of Al,F dual substitutions on the structure and electrochemical properties of lithium manganese oxide显示文摘Spinel LiMn2O4 and F, Al-doped spinel LiAl0.05Mn1.95O3.98F0.02 have been synthesized by a soft chemistry method using adipic acid as the chelating agent. The synthesized spinel materials were characterized by differential thermal analysis (DTA) and thermogravimetery (TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammetry (CV), and charge-discharge testing. The results indicate that all the samples have high phase purity, and fluorine is important in controlling the morphology; the doped aluminum enhances the stability of spinel LiMn2O4. The charge-discharge tests indicate that LiAl0.05Mn1.95O4 has high capacity retention, which is 92.60% of the initial after 50 cycles. It is found that the novel compound LiAl0.05Mn1.95O3.98F0.02 with smaller particles can offer much higher capacity, whose initial discharge capacity is 126.5 mAh?g-1.
