1Influence of refined hierarchical martensitic microstructures on yield strength and impact toughness of ultra-high strength stainless steel显示文摘The hierarchical martensitic features in ultra-high strength stainless steel(UHSSS),including the prior austenite grains,martensite packets,blocks and laths with the descending size,were refined to various extents by employing different thermomechanical processes and then carefully characterized.Their relation to yield strength and impact toughness was analyzed.We conclude that the refinement of martensitic structures could lead to the significant increase of yield strength,which follows the Hall-Petch relation with the effect grain size defined by high angle boundaries(HABs).Impact toughness of UHSSS depends on the frequency and capability for retained austenite(RA)grains at both HABs and martensite lath boundaries to trap the propagating cracks via strain-induced transformation,in which the film-like RA grains at lath boundaries appear to make the greater contribution.Haiwen Luo Xiaohui Wang Zhenbao Liu Zhiyong Yang 2020Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,16:12
2Transformative hyaluronic acid-based active targeting supramolecular nanoplatform improves long circulation and enhances cellular uptake in cancer therapy显示文摘Hyaluronic acid(HA) is a natural ligand of tumor-targeted drug delivery systems(DDS) due to the relevant CD44 receptor overexpressed on tumor cell membranes. However, other HA receptors(HARE and LYVE-1) are also overexpressing in the reticuloendothelial system(RES). Therefore,polyethylene glycol(PEG) modification of HA-based DDS is necessary to reduce RES capture.Unfortunately, pegylation remarkably inhibits tumor cellular uptake and endosomal escapement,significantly compromising the in vivo antitumor efficacy. Herein, we developed a Dox-loaded HA-based transformable supramolecular nanoplatform(Dox/HCVBP) to overcome this dilemma. Dox/HCVBP contains a tumor extracellular acidity-sensitive detachable PEG shell achieved by a benzoic imine linkage.The in vitro and in vivo investigations further demonstrated that Dox/HCVBP could be in a 'stealth' state at blood stream for a long circulation time due to the buried HA ligands and the minimized nonspecific interaction by PEG shell. However, it could transform into a 'recognition' state under the tumor acidic microenvironment for efficient tumor cellular uptake due to the direct exposure of active targeting ligand HA following PEG shell detachment. 3A drug-loaded composite coating to improve osteogenic and antibacterial properties of Zn-1Mg porous scaffolds as biodegradable bone implants显示文摘Zinc(Zn)alloy porous scaffolds produced by additive manufacturing own customizable structures and biodegradable functions,having a great application potential for repairing bone defect.In this work,a hydroxyapatite(HA)/polydopamine(PDA)composite coating was constructed on the surface of Zn-1Mg porous scaffolds fabricated by laser powder bed fusion,and was loaded with a bioactive factor BMP2 and an antibacterial drug vancomycin.The microstructure,degradation behavior,biocompatibility,antibacterial performance and osteogenic activities were systematically investigated.Compared with as-built Zn-1Mg scaffolds,the rapid increase of Zn2+,which resulted to the deteriorated cell viability and osteogenic differentiation,was inhibited due to the physical barrier of the composite coating.In vitro cellular and bacterial assay indicated that the loaded BMP2 and vancomycin considerably enhanced the cytocompatibility and antibacterial performance.Significantly improved osteogenic and antibacterial functions were also observed according to in vivo implantation in the lateral femoral condyle of rats.The design,influence and mechanism of the composite coating were discussed accordingly.It was concluded that the additively manufactured Zn-1Mg porous scaffolds together with the composite coating could modulate biodegradable performance and contribute to effective promotion of bone recovery and antibacterial function.Zhenbao Zhang Aobo Liu Jiadong Fan Menglin Wang Jiabao Dai Xiang Jin Huanze Deng Xuan Wang Yijie Liang Haixia Li Yantao Zhao Peng Wen Yanfeng Li 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,9:2

7Effect of Matrix Modification on Durability of Cementitious Composites in an Acid Rain Environment显示文摘The durability of silane-modifi ed mortar, a cementitious composite, in acid rain environment was investigated given its extensive usage as a structural material. The results indicated that the addition of silane decreased the compressive strength of the cementitious composite. Wetting angle was increased by incorporating silane into the matrix. Decrease in both water absorption ability and coefficient of capillary suction confi rmed hydrophobicity as induced by silane addition. Results of mechanical testing, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction showed that the sulfuric acid resistance of mortar was enhanced by silane. 8Evaluation of pharmacokinetics underlies the collaborated usage of lamivudine and oxymatrine in beagle dogs显示文摘Combinational therapy of lamivudine and oxymatrine has been employed in the battle against hepatitis B virus in clinical setting. However, the pharmacokinetic behavior of the drug or active metabolism in intravenous/oral co-administration regime is poorly investigated. Herein,we evaluated the pharmacokinetic characteristic through a tailor-designed 3 way crossoverLatin square experiment in adult male beagle dogs. Six dogs were randomly treated by intravenous administration of lamivudine(2.5 mg/kg), oxymatrine(15 mg/kg) and combinational dosage, named as intravenous regime. Meanwhile the other six dogs were orally administrated with lamivudine(2.5 mg/kg), oxymatrine(15 mg/kg) and combinational dosage,named as oral regime. The pharmacokinetic feature in simultaneous oral treatment appeared to have no significant difference when compared with individual administration,even including matrine, the active metabolite of oxymatrine. In intravenous regime, the main pharmacokinetic parameters of simultaneous administration were nearly consistent with intravenous regime remedy. The collaborated application of lamivudine and oxymatrine contributed to non-distinctive pharmacokinetic fluctuations of beagle dogs in intravenous/oral regime, compared with individual employment, which established a vital base for the clinical co-administration against hepatitis B. 10Conserved peptides enhance immune efficiency of inactive vaccines against emerging avian influenza viruses in chicken显示文摘Avian influenza viruses(AIVs) such as H5N1 and H7N9 are a great threat to poultry economics and public health. Vaccination can effectively inhibit the spread of AIV in poultry, which is also a viable strategy for controlling virus transmission from poultry to human. Adjuvants that are commonly used in current inactivated vaccines to provide stronger anti-AIV immune responses are often limited in their capacity to quantitatively induce both humoral and cellular immune responses. Herein, we assessed the levels of immune responses generated by a vaccine formulation comprising inactivated H5N1 antigen and synthetic peptides covering conserved CD4^+, CD8^+ T cell, and B cell epitopes. We found that the synthetic peptides enhanced the antibody responses against conserved influenza virus antigen M2 e. Notably, the hemagglutination inhibition test results indicated that the peptides significantly augmented the antibody responses of inactivated H5N1 antigen even in the 1/10 or 1/5 dose group, in the identical antibody level as antigen alone used at the full dose. This indicates that the peptide can significantly reduce the use of inactivated virus, lowering the cost of the vaccine. Moreover, the peptides increased the transcript levels of interleukin-4 and interferon-γcytokines in chicken peripheral blood mononuclear cells, which may facilitate both humoral and cellular immune responses. 11The studies of PLGA nanoparticles loading atorvastatin calcium for oral administration in vitro and in vivo显示文摘A biodegradable poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) loading atorvastatin calcium(AC) nanoparticles(AC-PLGA-NPs) were prepared by probe ultrasonication and evaporation method aiming at improving the oral bioavailability of AC. The effects of experimental parameters, including stabilizer species, stabilizer concentration and pH of aqueous phase, on particle size were also evaluated. The resultant nanoparticles were in spherical shape with an average diameter of 174.7 nm and a narrow particle size distribution. And the drug loading and encapsulation efficiency were about 8% and 71%, respectively. The particle size and polydispersion were almost unchanged in 10 days. The release curves of AC-PLGA-NPs in vitro displaying sustained release characteristics indicated that its release mechanisms were matrix erosion and diffusion. The pharmacokinetic study in vivo revealed that the Cmax and AUC0-∞ of AC-PLGA-NPs in rats were nearly 3.7-fold and 4.7-fold higher than that of pure atorvastatin calcium suspension. 13Resilience Evaluation of Housing Estates from the Perspective of Epidemic Prevention:A Case Study of A District in Handan City显示文摘The outbreak of COVID-19 at the beginning of 2020 has a great impact on public health security at home and abroad.Community is the basic unit of urban epidemic prevention,and improving community resilience is of great significance for reducing the spread of the epidemic and maintaining the normal life of residents during the epidemic.Based on the concept of resilience,10 indicators were selected from four dimensions of urban space,including facilities,space,nature and society,to construct a community resilience evaluation indicator system for epidemic prevention,and 56 housing estates in Congtai District,Handan City,were selected for scientific evaluation.The results showed that the overall resilience of this region was relatively low and the resilience index decreased from southwest to northeast with the degree of urban development.The accessibility of urban open space,the proportion of redundant space area and the area of public space per capita had the lowest resilience index.Finally,policy suggestions were put forward to improve the resilience of housing estates in the region,so as to promote the steady progress of the city towards the agenda for sustainable development.WANG Zhenbao ZHU Lin WANG Fang 2021Journal of Landscape Research2021,13,3:0
14Reinforcement learning based UAV formation control in GPS-denied environment显示文摘Highly accurate positioning is a crucial prerequisite of multi Unmanned Aerial Vehicle close-formation flight for target tracking,formation keeping,and collision avoidance.Although the position of a UAV can be obtained through the Global Positioning System(GPS),it is difficult for a UAV to obtain highly accurate positioning data in a GPS-denied environment(e.g.,a GPS jamming area,suburb,urban canyon,or mountain area);this may cause it to miss a tracking target or collide with another UAV.In particular,UAV close-formation control in GPS-denied environments faces difficulties owing to the low-accuracy position,close distance between vehicles,and nonholonomic dynamics of a UAV.In this paper,on the one hand,we develop an innovative UAV formation localization method to address the formation localization issues in GPS-denied environments;on the other hand,we design a novel reinforcement learning based algorithm to achieve the high-efficiency and robust performance of the controller.First,a novel Lidar-based localization algorithm is developed to measure the localization of each aircraft in the formation flight.In our solution,each UAV is equipped with Lidar as the position measurement sensor instead of the GPS module.The k-means algorithm is implemented to calculate the center point position of UAV.A novel formation position vector matching method is proposed to match center points with UAVs in the formation and estimate their position information.Second,a reinforcement learning based UAV formation control algorithm is developed by selecting the optimal policy to control UAV swarm to start and keep flying in a close formation of a specific geometry.Third,the innovative collision risk evaluation module is proposed to address the collision-free issues in the formation group.Finally,a novel experience replay method is also provided in this paper to enhance the learning efficiency.Experimental results validate the accuracy,effectiveness,and robustness of the proposed scheme.Bodi MA Zhenbao LIU Feihong JIANG Wen ZHAO Qingqing DANG Xiao WANG Junhong ZHANG Lina WANG 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,11:0
15Development of Liposome containing sodium deoxycholate to enhance oral bioavailability of itraconazole显示文摘The aim of this study was to enhance oral bioavailability of itraconazole(ITZ) by developing Liposome containing sodium deoxycholate(ITZ-Lip-NaDC). The liposome, consisting of egg yolk lecithin and sodium deoxycholate, was prepared by thin-film dispersion method.Differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC) results indicated an amorphous state in the liposome. The physicochemical characteristics including particle size, morphology, entrapment efficiency, dissolution properties were also investigated. The performance of single-pass intestinal infusion exhibited that the transport order of intestinal segment was jejunum,duodenum, colon and ileum, and that all the segments participated in the absorption of ITZ in intestinal tract. The bioavailability study in rats showed that the AUC0-72 of the liposome was nearly 1.67-fold higher than that of commercial capsules(SPORANOX) in terms of oral administration, and the RSD of AUC0-72 of ITZ-Lip-NaD C was also decreased. 19Molecular Identification of Hyalomma anatolicum,Hyalomma asiaticum and Hyalomma detritum显示文摘Hyalomma anatolicum,Hyalomma asiaticum and Hyalomma detritum are wide-spread tick vectors in China. They could transmit a great variety of serious animal and human pathogens,which are great threats to the health of human beings and the safety of stockbreeding. Most of them are distributed in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia,and they share similar morphologies. This study is to establish a method for identifying H. anatolicum,H. asiaticum and H. detritum with molecular markers and to revealing the phylogenetic relationship of these ticks. Ticks were collected from domestic animals in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia autonomous regions and classified by morphological characters. 16 S rRNA and mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I gene( COI) of ticks were amplified by PCR and subsequently sequenced. Phylogenetic trees were constructed by MEGA 5. 0 and Mrbayes 3. 2. On the 16 S rRNA-based phylogenetic tree,H. anatolicum and H. aisaticum were clustered together with their respective classes. H. detritum was clustered with their respective class and the H. anatolicum,H. asiaticum formed distinct branches on the phylogenetic trees based on the COI.
