| 2 | Predicting lean blow-off of bluffbody stabilized flames based on Damkohler number显示文摘Lean Blow-Off(LBO) prediction is important to propulsion system design. In this paper,a hybrid method combining numerical simulation and Da(Damk?hler) model is proposed based on bluffbody stabilized flames. In the simulated reacting flow, Practical Reaction Zone(PRZ) is built based on OH radical concentration, and it is considered to be the critical zone that controls LBO.Da number is obtained based on the volume-averaged parameters of PRZ. The flow time scale(s_f)indicates the residence time of the fresh mixture flowing through the PRZ. It is obtained based on the characteristic length and volume-averaged axial velocity of the PRZ. The chemical time scale(s_c) indicates the shortest time needed to trigger the reaction of the mixture. It is obtained by commercial software CHEMKIN through monitoring the transient variation of the reactor temperature. The result shows that the average Da number under different LBO conditions is 1.135(the Da number under each LBO condition ranges from 0.673 to 1.351). This indicates that the flow time scale and chemical time scale are comparable. The combustion is in a critical state where LBO is easy to occur. With the increase of the fuel mass flow rate(the global fuel/air ratio increases from 0.004761 to 0.01095), s_f increases from 0.001268 s to 0.007249 s, and s_c decreases from 0.00124 s to0.00089 s. Accordingly, Da number increases from 1.023 to 8.145, which shows that the combustion becomes more stable. | 3 | Electric field controlled superlubricity of fullerene-based host–guest assembly显示文摘Controlling friction by the electric field is a promising way to improve the tribological performance of a variety of movable mechanical systems.In this work,the assembly structure and microscale superlubricity of a host–guest assembly are effectively controlled by the electric field.With the help of the scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)technique,the host–guest assembly structures constructed by the co-assembly of fullerene derivative(Fluorene-C60)with macrocycles(4B2A and 3B2A)are explicitly characterized.Combined with density functional theory(DFT),the distinct different assembly behaviors of fullerene derivatives are revealed at different probe biases,which is attributed to the molecular polarity of the fullerene derivative.Through the control on the adsorption behavior,the friction coefficient of host–guest assembly is demonstrated to be controllable in the electric field by using atomic force microscopy(AFM).At positive probe bias,the friction coefficient of the host–guest assembly is significantly reduced and achieves superlubricity(μmin=0.0049).The efforts not only help us gain insight into the host–guest assembly mechanism controlled by the electric field,but also promote the further application of fullerene in micro-electro-mechanical systems(MEMS). | Shanchao Tan Hongyu Shi Xin Du Kunpeng Wang Haijun Xu Junhua Wan Ke Deng Qingdao Zeng Yuhong Liu | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,1: | 1 |

| 11 | Molecular Identification of Hyalomma anatolicum,Hyalomma asiaticum and Hyalomma detritum显示文摘Hyalomma anatolicum,Hyalomma asiaticum and Hyalomma detritum are wide-spread tick vectors in China. They could transmit a great variety of serious animal and human pathogens,which are great threats to the health of human beings and the safety of stockbreeding. Most of them are distributed in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia,and they share similar morphologies. This study is to establish a method for identifying H. anatolicum,H. asiaticum and H. detritum with molecular markers and to revealing the phylogenetic relationship of these ticks. Ticks were collected from domestic animals in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia autonomous regions and classified by morphological characters. 16 S rRNA and mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase subunit I gene( COI) of ticks were amplified by PCR and subsequently sequenced. Phylogenetic trees were constructed by MEGA 5. 0 and Mrbayes 3. 2. On the 16 S rRNA-based phylogenetic tree,H. anatolicum and H. aisaticum were clustered together with their respective classes. H. detritum was clustered with their respective class and the H. anatolicum,H. asiaticum formed distinct branches on the phylogenetic trees based on the COI. | 13 | Linkage of microbial living communities and residues to soil organic carbon accumulation along a forest restoration gradient in southern China显示文摘Background:Forest restoration has been considered an effective method to increase soil organic carbon(SOC),whereas it remains unclear whether long-term forest restoration will continuously increase SOC.Such large uncertainties may be mainly due to the limited knowledge on how soil microorganisms will contribute to SOC accumulation over time.Methods:We simultaneously documented SOC,total phospholipid fatty acids(PLFAs),and amino sugars(AS)content across a forest restoration gradient with average stand ages of 14,49,70,and>90 years in southern China.Results:The SOC and AS continuously increased with stand age.The ratio of fungal PLFAs to bacterial PLFAs showed no change with stand age,while the ratio of fungal AS to bacterial AS significantly increased.The total microbial residue-carbon(AS-C)accounted for 0.95-1.66% in SOC across all forest restoration stages,with significantly higher in fungal residue-C(0.68-1.19%)than bacterial residue-C(0.05-0.11%).Furthermore,the contribution of total AS-C to SOC was positively correlated with clay content at 0-10 cm soil layer but negatively related to clay content at 10-20 cm soil layer.Conclusions:These findings highlight the significant contribution of AS-C to SOC accumulation along forest restoration stages,with divergent contributions from fungal residues and bacterial residues.Soil clay content with stand age significantly affects the divergent contributions of AS-C to SOC at two different soil layers. | Shuo Zhang Qi Deng Ying-Ping Wang Ji Chen Mengxiao Yu Xi Fang Hongbo He Jinlei Chen Pingping Xu Shenhua Wang Junhua Yan | 2021 | Forest Ecosystems2021,8,4: | 0 |

| 15 | Effects of Diet with Picria fel-tarrae Lour Particle on the Growth Performance, Blood Biochemical Indexes, Immune and Antioxidant Function of Hongguang Yellow Chickens显示文摘[Objectives]To investigate the effect of diet with Picria fel-tarrae Lour particle(PFLp)on growth performance,blood biochemical indexes,immune and antioxidant function of Hongguang yellow chickens(HYC).[Methods]80 HYC in age of 1 d were divided into 4 groups randomly and each group was assigned to 5 replicates with 24 chicks in each replicate.Group A was control group fed only basal diet.Group B,C and D were treatment groups and fed diets with 0.125%,0.25%and 0.50%of PFLp respectively during the trial of 49 d.Serum samples were taken from 10 chicks in each group in the age of 21,35 and 49 d respectively and analyzed for biochemical,immune and antioxidant parameters in blood.[Results]ADG from group C in 21 d was increased significantly than that from group A,B and D(P<0.01),and ADG in 35 d from group C was also significantly greater than that from group A,B and D(P<0.05),but not much difference was found on ADG among the 4 groups in 49 d(P>0.05);ADFI from group C in 35 d was significantly higher than that from group A,B and D(P<0.05).ADFI from group C in 21 and 49 d were also higher than that from group A(P>0.05).FCR from group C in 21 d was much better than that from the other three groups(P<0.01).Death rate of group C was 50 percent lower than group A;There was no difference occurred in serum biochemical and immune parameters among the 4 groups during the trial(P>0.05).However,the T-AOC from group C and D in 21 d was enhanced significantly than that from group A and B(P<0.01),and the one from group C in 35 d was also increased greatly than that from group A,B and D(P<0.05).GSH from group C and D in 21 d was much higher than that from group A and B(P<0.05),and the ones from group C and D in 35 d were also significantly higher than those from group A and B(P<0.01).T-SOD in three stages trended up also in group C and D(P>0.05).[Conclusions]The diet with 0.25%PFLp in 21 and 35 d could dramatically improve the growth performance,significantly increase the antioxidant capacity and effectively reduce death rate.Diet with 0.25%PFLp is the most appropriate among the three different additions. | Cui YANG Zhuyue WU Tingjun HU Qiang WU Yingfei HUANG Huofu WAN Jixian DENG Fengying WEI Li HUANG Liang WU Junhua ZHOU Hongye HUANG Fulin WANG Yuying LIAO Jiahuang YANG | 2019 | Medicinal Plant2019,10,5: | 0 |

| 17 | Phylogenetic Analysis of Serogroup O5 Vibrio cholerae that Caused Successive Cholera Outbreaks——Guangdong Province,China,2020-2021显示文摘Introduction:Gastroenteritis caused by non-O1/non-O139 Vibrio cholerae exhibited an increasing trend in recent years in China.Whole genome sequence(WGS)data could play an important role both in the identification of the outbreaks and in the determination of the serogroup.Here,we present the employment of WGS data in the investigation of two outbreaks caused by non-O1/non-O139 V.cholerae in Guangdong,China,2020-2021.Methods:We obtained the whole genome sequence of 66 V.cholerae strains isolated in two outbreaks with next generation sequencing technology.We retrieved the publicly available WGS data of non-O1/non-O139 V.cholerae from public database.We used a pipeline integrated in China Pathogen Identification Net(PIN)to complete the phylogenetic analysis.Results:Two outbreaks caused by non-O1/non-O139 V.cholerae were identified using WGS data.These V.cholerae strains were determined as serogroup O5.Type 3 and 6 secretion systems were detected in these serogroup O5 strains.These serogroup O5 strains belonged to sequence type(ST)88.Conclusions:Our analysis indicated the risk of non-O1/non-O139 V.cholerae leading to outbreaks of diarrheal diseases.The application of genomic data played an important role in the identification of the serogroup of non-O1/non-O139 V.cholerae in the lack of antiserum,which gave an example of the application of genome data in disease surveillance and public health emergency response. | Bixia Ke Bo Pang Dongmei He Jing Xu Qiuxia Chen Junhua Liang Jialiang Chen Zhenpeng Li Haijian Zhou Xiaoling Deng Biao Kan | 2022 | China CDC weekly2022,4,12: | 0 |
| 18 | Plant above-ground biomass and litter quality drive soil microbial metabolic limitations during vegetation restoration of subtropical forests显示文摘Changes in litter quality(carbon:nitrogen,C:N)and above-ground biomass(AGB)following vegetation restoration significantly impact soil physicochemical properties,yet their effects on soil microbial metabolic limitations remain unclear.We measured litter quality,AGB,soil physicochemical properties,and extracellular enzyme activity(EEA)along a vegetation restoration gradient(7,14,49,70 years,and nearly climax evergreen broadleaved forests)in southern China.We also evaluated soil microbial metabolic limitations by a vector analysis of the EEA.Results revealed the soil microbial metabolisms were co-limited by C and phosphorus(P).The microbial C limitation initially decreased(before 14 years)and then increased,while the microbial P limitation initially increased(before 49 years)and then decreased.Partial least squares path modeling(PLS-PM)showed that the microbial C limitation was mainly attributed to microbial C use efficiency induced by litter quality,suggesting that microorganisms may transfer cellular energy between microbial growth and Cacquiring enzyme production.The microbial P limitation was primarily correlated with AGB-driven change in soil elements and their stoichiometry,highlighting the importance of nutrient stoichiometry and balance in microbial metabolism.The shifts between microbial C and P limitations and the strong connections of plant–soil-microbe processes during vegetation restoration revealed here will provide us with helpful information for optimal management to achieve forest restoration success. | Shuo Zhang Ying-Ping Wang Xi Fang Jinlei Chen Nannan Cao Pingping Xu Mengxiao Yu Xin Xiong Xiangping Tan Qi Deng Junhua Yan | 2023 | Soil Ecology Letters2023,5,2: | 0 |
