2Variants of Secondary Control with Power Recovery for Loading Hydraulic Driving Device显示文摘Current high power load simulators are generally incapable of obtaining both high loading performance and high energy efficiency. Simulators with high energy efficiency are used to simulate static-state load, and those with high dynamic performance typically have low energy efficiency. In this paper, the variants of secondary control(VSC) with power recovery are developed to solve this problem for loading hydraulic driving devices that operate under variable pressure, unlike classical secondary control(CSC) that operates in constant pressure network. Hydrostatic secondary control units are used as the loading components, by which the absorbed mechanical power from the tested device is converted into hydraulic power and then fed back into the tested system through 4 types of feedback passages(FPs). The loading subsystem can operate in constant pressure network, controlled variable pressure network, or the same variable pressure network as that of the tested device by using different FPs. The 4 types of systems are defined, and their key techniques are analyzed, including work principle, simulating the work state of original tested device, static operation points, loading performance, energy efficiency, and control strategy, etc. The important technical merits of the 4 schemes are compared, and 3 of the schemes are selected, designed, simulated using AMESim and evaluated. The researching results show that the investigated systems can simulate the given loads effectively, realize the work conditions of the tested device, and furthermore attain a high power recovery efficiency that ranges from 0.54 to 0.85, even though the 3 schemes have different loading performances and energy efficiencies. 3Dynamic culture of a thermosensitive collagen hydrogel as an extracellular matrix improves the construction of tissue-engineered peripheral nerve显示文摘Tissue engineering technologies offer new treatment strategies for the repair of peripheral nerve injury, but cell loss between seeding and adhesion to the scaffold remains inevitable. A thermosensitive collagen hydrogel was used as an extracellular matrix in this study and combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells to construct tissue-engineered peripheral nerve composites in vitro. Dynamic culture was performed at an oscillating frequency of 0.5 Hz and 35° swing angle above and below the horizontal plane. The results demonstrated that bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells formed membrane-like structures around the poly-L-lactic acid scaffolds and exhibited regular alignment on the composite surface. Collagen was used to fill in the pores, and seeded cells adhered onto the poly-L-lactic acid fibers. The DNA content of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells was higher in the composites constructed with a thermosensitive collagen hydrogel compared with that in collagen I scaffold controls. The cellular DNA content was also higher in the thermosensitive collagen hydrogel composites constructed with the thermosensitive collagen hydrogel in dynamic culture than that in static culture. These results indicate that tissue-engineered composites formed with thermosensitive collagen hydrogel in dynamic culture can maintain larger numbers of seeded cells by avoiding cell loss during the initial adhesion stage. 4Progress in octahedral spherical hohlraum study显示文摘In this paper,we give a review of our theoretical and experimental progress in octahedral spherical hohlraum study.From our theoretical study,the octahedral spherical hohlraums with 6 Laser Entrance Holes(LEHs)of octahedral symmetry have robust high symmetry during the capsule implosion at hohlraum-to-capsule radius ratio larger than 3.7.In addition,the octahedral spherical hohlraums also have potential superiority on low backscattering without supplementary technology.We studied the laser arrangement and constraints of the octahedral spherical hohlraums,and gave a design on the laser arrangement for ignition octahedral hohlraums.As a result,the injection angle of laser beams of 50°-60°was proposed as the optimum candidate range for the octahedral spherical hohlraums.We proposed a novel octahedral spherical hohlraum with cylindrical LEHs and LEH shields,in order to increase the laser coupling efficiency and improve the capsule symmetry and to mitigate the influence of the wall blowoff on laser transport.We studied on the sensitivity of the octahedral spherical hohlraums to random errors and compared the sensitivity among the octahedral spherical hohlraums,the rugby hohlraums and the cylindrical hohlraums,and the results show that the octahedral spherical hohlraums are robust to these random errors while the cylindrical hohlraums are the most sensitive.Up till to now,we have carried out three experiments on the spherical hohlraum with 2 LEHs on Shenguang(SG)laser facilities,including demonstration of improving laser transport by using the cylindrical LEHs in the spherical hohlraums,spherical hohlraum energetics on the SGIII prototype laser facility,and comparisons of laser plasma instabilities between the spherical hohlraums and the cylindrical hohlraums on the SGIII laser facility.Ke Lan Jie Liu Zhichao Li Xufei Xie Wenyi Huo Yaohua Chen Guoli Ren Chunyang Zheng Dong Yang Sanwei Li Zhiwen Yang Liang Guo Shu Li Mingyu Zhang Xiaoying Han Chuanlei Zhai Lifei Hou Yukun Li Keli Deng Zheng Yuan Xiayu Zhan Feng Wang Guanghui Yuan Haijun Zhang Bobin Jiang Lizhen Huang Wei Zhang Kai Du Runchang Zhao Ping Li Wei Wang Jingqin Su Xuewei Deng Dongxia Hu Wei Zhou Huaiting Jia Yongkun Ding Wanguo Zheng Xiantu He 2016Matter and Radiation at Extremes2016,1,1:2

9Measurement of Raman scattering gain coefficient in large-aperture DKDP crystals irradiated by 351 nm pulses显示文摘Transverse stimulated Raman scattering (TSRS) gain coefficient in a large aperture 65% deu terated potassium dihydrogen phosphate (DKDP) is measured at 351 nm. The measurement involves the use of an optical fiber sensor system to detect Raman scattering light in the DKDP crystal. A Raman scattering gain coefficient of 0. 109 cm/GW is obtained and will be used to set upper limit of the DKDP crystals in our laser fa cility to avoid the TSRS induced energy loss and laser damage. The effect of bulk damage on growth behavior of TSRS is also examined and it is found that bulk damage has little impact on the TSRS growth. 11Progress in optical Thomson scattering diagnostics for ICF gas-filled hohlraums显示文摘Optical Thomson scattering(OTS)diagnostics have been continuously developed on a series of large laser facilities for inertial confinement fusion(ICF)research in China.We review recent progress in the use of OTS diagnostics to study the internal plasma conditions of ICF gas-filled hohlraums.We establish the predictive capability for experiments by calculating the time-resolved Thomson scattering spectra based on the 2D radiation-hydrodynamic code LARED,and we explore the fitting method for the measured spectra.A typical experiment with a simplified cylindrical hohlraum is conducted on a 10 kJ-level laser facility,and the plasma evolution around the laser entrance hole is analyzed.The dynamic effects of the blast wave from the covering membrane and the convergence of shocks on the hohlraum axis are observed,and the experimental results agree well with those of simulations.Another typical experiment with an octahedral spherical hohlraum is conducted on a 100 kJ-level laser facility,and the plasma evolution at the hohlraum center is analyzed.A discrepancy appears between experiment and simulation as the electron temperature rises,indicating the occurrence of nonlocal thermal conduction.Hang Zhao Zhichao Li Dong Yang Xin Li Yaohua Chen Xiaohua Jiang Yonggang Liu Tao Gong Liang Guo Sanwei Li Qi Li Feng Wang Shenye Liu Jiamin Yang Shaoen Jiang Wanguo Zheng Baohan Zhang Yongkun Ding 2019Matter and Radiation at Extremes2019,4,5:0
12First experimental comparisons of laser-plasma interactions between spherical and cylindrical hohlraums at SGⅢ laser facility显示文摘We present our recent laser-plasmas instability(LPI)comparison experiment at the SGIII laser facility between the spherical and cylindrical hohlraums.Three kinds of filling are considered:vacuum,gas-filling with or without a capsule inside.A spherical hohlraum of 3.6 mm in diameter,and a cylindrical hohlraum of 2.4 mm?4.3 mm are used.The capsule diameter is 0.96 mm.A flat-top laser pulse with 3 ns duration and up to 92.73 kJ energy is used.The experiment has shown that the LPI level in the spherical hohlraum is close to that of the outer beam in the cylindrical hohlraum,while much lower than that of the inner beam.The experiment is further simulated by using our 2-dimensional radiation hydrodynamic code LARED-Integration,and the laser back-scattering fraction and the stimulated Raman scatter(SRS)spectrum are post-processed by the high efficiency code of laser interaction with plasmas HLIP.According to the simulation,the plasma waves are strongly damped and the SRS is mainly developed at the plasma conditions of electron density from 0.08 n_(c) to 0.1 n_(c) and electron temperature from 1.5 keV to 2.0 keV inside the hohlraums.However,obvious differences between the simulation and experiment are found,such as that the SRS back-scattering is underestimated,and the numerical SRS spectrum peaks at a larger wavelength and at a later time than the data.These dif-ferences indicate that the development of a 3D radiation hydrodynamic code,with more accurate physics models,is mandatory for spherical hohlraum study.Yaohua Chen Zhichao Li Xufei Xie Chunyang Zheng Chuanlei Zhai Liang Hao Dong Yang Wenyi Huo Guoli Ren Jie Liu Xiaoshi Peng Tao Xu Yulong Li Sanwei Li Zhiwen Yang Liang Guo Lifei Hou Yonggang Liu Huiyue Wei Xiangming Liu Weiyi Cha Yukun Li Keli Deng Zheng Yuan Xiayu Zhan Haijun Zhang Baibin Jiang Wei Zhang Kai Du Xuewei Deng Yongkun Ding Xiaofeng Wei Wanguo Zheng Xiaodong Chen Xiantu He Ke Lan 2017Matter and Radiation at Extremes2017,2,2:0
13A preliminary study on effect of carbon ion radiotherapy on bone marrow suppression显示文摘Objective:To explore the effect of carbon ion radiotherapy(CIRT)on the bone marrow adjacent to or within the treatment fields,and to observe the bone marrow toxicities after CIRT alone.Methods:Twenty-one patients with malignant tumors of different body parts and treated with CIRT in Heavy Ion Center,Wuwei Cancer Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.The data of white blood cells,neutrophils,hemoglobin,platelets,lymphocytes and globulin before treatment,7,14 and 28 d during treatment,and 1 and 3 months after treatment were collected.Hematological toxicities were measured according to the Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events(CTCAE,Version 4.03)criteria.Dose-volume histogram parameters were obtained for all patients and analyzed for their correlation with myelosuppression.Univariate analysis was performed for patients’sex,age group,tumor site,radiation dose,and Karnofsky performance score(KPS)was used as an independent factor to find predictors factors for the risk of myelosuppression.Results:CIRT minimized the dose radiated to the bone marrow.Overall,volume receiving 3 GyE(V3)or more of the bone marrow were less than 0.5%,especially V5 less than 0.1%.No patients treated with carbon ion radiotherapy developed grade III or IV myelosuppression.Seven patients(33.3%)developed grade I myelosuppression and one patient(4.8%)developed grade II myelosuppression,and most of them showed reduced white blood cell counts.There were no significant differences in hemoglobin and globulin levels before and after CIRT.Univariate analysis did not find any statistically significant predictors for myelosuppression.Conclusions:CIRT is effective in preserving bone marrow function regardless of tumor site.Patients receiving CIRT alone have a low incidence of grade III myelosuppression and a mild effect on globulins.There was no significant correlation between occurrence of myelosuppression and the dose and site irradiated by CIRT.Ying Qi Xin Pan Caixia Lyu Wanguo Li Huixiang Lu Sha Li Yanshan Zhang Xiaoli Lu Dongji Chen Yee-Min Jen 2022Radiation Medicine and Protection2022,3,2:0
14AStudy ofthe Balanced Area of Index's Fluctuation in Shanghai Stock Exchange显示文摘Chinese stock market is a developing one. In the present stages, to control scientifically the expansion speed and avoid drastic fluctuations is an important problem. Through analysis of plenty of data of SSE(Shanghai Stock Exchange) Index and relevant economic quotas, we find that the problem of predicting SSE Index is a typical multi variable, nonlinear one. On the basis of the analysis, we apply the technology of fuzzy pattern recognition, to the optimum pattern division of SSE Index’s time alignments from Jan. of 1993 to Dec. of 1997, and get a balanced pattern of the stock index fluctuation. At the same time, by using database technology, we find the optimum expansion speed of Shanghai stock, which can make SSE Index fluctuate steadily within the balanced area. We verified this model with the latest data and found it coincides with the reality perfectly. 15End-to-end delay estimation for multi-hop wireless networks with random access policy显示文摘End-to-end delay analysis is an important element of network performance analysis in multi-hop wireless networks.In this paper,we propose an analytical model for estimating the end-to-end delay performance of wireless networks employing a random access policy for managing node’transmissions on shared channels with time-varying capacity.To obtain the closed form expression,a new concept of residual effective capacity is presented using the definitions of effective bandwidth theory and effective capacity theory.This allows us to calculate the cumulative distribution function of the queuing delay.Based on this concept,we derive a formula to calculate the average end-to-end delay for multi-hop wireless networks,with the result including the effect of a random access protocol,which has not previously been considered.Finally,we validate our analysis through simulations and provide an example application for our results.JIAO WanGuo SHENG Min SHI Yan LI YuZhou 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,6:0
16Spectrum-tailored random fiber laser towards ICF laser facility显示文摘Broadband low-coherence light is considered to be an effective way to suppress laser plasma instability.Recent studies have demonstrated the ability of low-coherence laser facilities to reduce back-scattering during beam–target coupling.However,to ensure simultaneous low coherence and high energy,complex spectral modulation methods and amplification routes have to be adopted.In this work,we propose the use of a random fiber laser(RFL)as the seed source.The spectral features of this RFL can be carefully tailored to provide a good match with the gain characteristics of the laser amplification medium,thus enabling efficient amplification while maintaining low coherence.First,a theoretical model is constructed to give a comprehensive description of the output characteristics of the spectrum-tailored RFL,after which the designed RFL is experimentally realized as a seed source.Through precise pulse shaping and efficient regenerative amplification,a shaped random laser pulse output of 28 mJ is obtained,which is the first random laser system with megawatt-class peak power that is able to achieve low coherence and efficient spectrum-conformal regenerative amplification.Mengqiu Fan Shengtao Lin Ke Yao Yifei Qi Jiaojiao Zhang Junwen Zheng Pan Wang Longqun Ni Xingyu Bao Dandan Zhou Bo Zhang Kaibo Xiao Handing Xia Rui Zhang Ping Li Wanguo Zheng Zinan Wang 2023Matter and Radiation at Extremes2023,8,2:0
