| 1 | Incidence and mortality of cervical cancer in China,2013显示文摘Objective: Estimating the incidence and mortality rate of cervical cancer became necessary to establish prevention measures and healthy policies.The aim of this study was to estimate the updated incidence and mortality rate of cervical cancer in 2013 in China.Methods: According to the evaluation criteria developed by the National Central Cancer Registry of China,the data submitted from 255 cancer registries met the required standards in 2013.Cervical cancer cases were retrieved from the national database and combined with the 2013 national population data.The age-standardized incidence and mortality rates were based on the demographic structure of the national census 2000 and Segi's world population.Results: In 2013,the estimated number of new cases and deaths from cervical cancer were 100,700 and 26,400,respectively.The crude incidence of cervical cancer was 15.17/100,000.The age-standardized incidence rates based on the Chinese standard population(ASIRC) and the world standard population(ASIRW) were 11.30/100,000 and10.30/100,000,respectively.The incidence of cervical cancer in urban areas was 15.62/100,000 and the ASIRC was11.12/100,000.The incidence of cervical cancer in rural areas was 14.65/100,000 and the ASIRC was11.47/100,000.The mortality rate of cervical cancer was 3.98/100,000.The age-standardized mortality rates based on the Chinese(ASMRC) and world standard populations(ASMRW) were 2.76/100,000 and 2.62/100,000,respectively.The mortality rate of cervical cancer in urban areas was 3.85/100,000 and in rural areas was4.14/100,000.Cervical cancer incidence and mortality increased with age.Urban areas had a higher incidence of cervical cancer and lower mortality rates when compared with rural areas.Conclusions: Dynamic monitoring of cervical cancer incidence and mortality is the fundamental work of cervical cancer prevention and control.Cervical cancer is a serious issue in women's health,and prevention strategies need to be enhanced,such as human papilloma virus(HPV) vaccination and screening programs. | Bingbing Song Chao Ding Wangyang Chen Huixin Sun Maoxiang Zhang Wanqing Chen | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2017,29,6: | 35 |

| 3 | Seismic Velocity Structure and Composition of the Continental Crust of Eastern China显示文摘On the basis of a one-by-one latitude-longitude grid three-dimensional seismic velocity model, the crustal Pwave velocity structure in eastern China (105-125°E and 18-41°N) is obtained, and a set of geotherms for each grid is established for P-T correction on P-wave velocities. The average depths of sub-crustal layers and their average P-wave velocities of 18 tectonic units in eastern China are exhibited. Our result presents a 32-34 km thick crust beneath eastern China, which is thinner than previous studies, with an average velocity of 6.54 km/s, corresponding to a 5 kg/m3 variation in crustal mean density. The thicker upper but thinner middle and lower crust results in a lower average seismic velocity of eastern China. An intermediate crustal composition with a SiO2 content of 59.7 wt% has been estimated. However, there exists a significant lateral variation in the crustal structures among the tectonic units of eastern China. | 4 | Preparation and photoactivity of thermosensitive polymer supported metallophthalocyanine显示文摘A novel reactive metallophthalocyanine derivative,zinc tetra(2,4-dichloro-1,3,5-triazine)aminophthalo-cyanine(Zn-TDTAPc),was prepared and immobilized on poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAm) by covalent bonding to obtain a thermosensitive polymer(Zn-TDTAPc-g-PNIPAAm).Compared with zinc tetraaminophthalocyanine(Zn-TAPc),Zn-TDTAPc-g-PNIPAAm exhibits excellent solubility in water and in most organic solvents.Furthermore,it has a special thermosensitive property in water and the lower critical solution temperature(LCST) is 34.1℃.It was found that both dissolved and precipitated Zn-TDTAPc-g-PNIPAAm present high photoactivity evidenced by the experiment of photocatalytic degra-dation of 1,3-diphenylisobenzofuran(DPBF) in the presence of Zn-TDTAPc-g-PNIPAAm.These proper-ties suggest that it can be used potentially in photodynamic therapy(PDT). | CHEN WenXing LIU Fan LU WangYang SHEN XiaoYuan YAO YuYuan XU MinHong | 2008 | Science China Chemistry2008,51,6: | 5 |

| 6 | Effect of planting density on plant growth and camptothecin content of Camptotheca acuminata seedlings显示文摘C. acuminata seedlings cultivated in greenhouse were transplanted into the fields with 5 designed planting densities (11, 16, 25,44 and 100 plants·m^-2) in May of 2004 and were harvested in the middle of September of 2004. The seedling growth indexes including plant height and crown width, biomass allocation, camptothecin (CPT) content and CPT yield of different organs (young leaf, old leaf, stem,and root) were studied. For the 5 selected planting densities, the plant biomass, height, crown width, and total leaf area of C. acuminata seedlings all showed highest values at the planting density of 25 plants ·m^-2. CPT content in young leaves was higher than that in other organs of seedlings and presented an obvious change with the variation of planting densities and with the highest value at density of 100plants·m-2, while for other organs no significant variation in CPT content was found with change of planting density. The accumulation of CPT was enhanced significantly at the planting density of 25 plants·m^-2. | 8 | Sichuan dialect speech recognition with deep LSTM network显示文摘In speech recognition research,because of the variety of languages,corresponding speech recognition systems need to be constructed for different languages.Especially in a dialect speech recognition system,there are many special words and oral language features.In addition,dialect speech data is very scarce.Therefore,constructing a dialect speech recognition system is difficult.This paper constructs a speech recognition system for Sichuan dialect by combining a hidden Markov model(HMM)and a deep long short-term memory(LSTM)network.Using the HMM-LSTM architecture,we created a Sichuan dialect dataset and implemented a speech recognition system for this dataset.Compared with the deep neural network(DNN),the LSTM network can overcome the problem that the DNN only captures the context of a fixed number of information items.Moreover,to identify polyphone and special pronunciation vocabularies in Sichuan dialect accurately,we collect all the characters in the dataset and their common phoneme sequences to form a lexicon.Finally,this system yields a 11.34%character error rate on the Sichuan dialect evaluation dataset.As far as we know,it is the best performance for this corpus at present. | Wangyang YING Lei ZHANG Hongli DENG | 2020 | Frontiers of Computer Science2020,14,2: | 3 |

This paper proposes a novel method to detect and correct the failures in appearance based facial tracking. A sparse coding strategy is applied to learn an efficient feature representation for the difference between the warped image and the face template. The features are extracted by directly pro ject the difference image to the space spanned by the dictionary of the sparse coding. An iterative regression based method is proposed to detect and correct the failures according to the features. | 11 | Enhanced electrocatalytic oxidation of dyes in aqueous solution using cobalt phthalocyanine modified activated carbon fiber anode显示文摘Cobalt tetra(2,4-dichloro-1,3,5-triazine)aminophthalocyanine(CoPc)was immobilized covalently on activated carbon fiber(ACF)felt to obtain CoPc-modified ACF(CoPc-ACF)catalyst,and an electrocatalytic oxidation system using CoPc-ACF as the anode was constructed.The electrocatalytic oxidation of Acid Red 1(AR1)was investigated in aqueous solution by an UV-vis spectrophotometer and UPLC.The results indicated that AR1 could be eliminated efficiently in this electrocatalytic oxidation system.In addition,the results of FTIR,TOC and GC-MS suggested that the electrocatalytic oxidation experienced the decoloration achieved by destroying the azo linkage and the further mineralization due to the cleavages of benzene ring and naphthalene ring.The intermediates were mainly small molecular compounds such as maleic acid and succinic acid,etc.Repetitive tests showed that CoPc-ACF can maintain high electrocatalytic activity over several cycles.The further EPR spin-trap experiments indicated that the hydroxyl radicals did not dominate the reaction in this electrocatalytic system,which was completely different from the traditional electro-Fenton system.Based on the non-radical reaction mechanism,the CoPc-modified ACF electrocatalyst has potential application in treating actual dyestuffs wastewaters,which are accompanied with high concentration of hydroxyl radical scavengers such as chlorine ions and additives in the textile printing and dyeing industry. | LI Nan DONG SuSu LV WangYang HUANG SanQing CHEN HaiXiang YAO YuYuan CHEN WenXing | 2013 | Science China Chemistry2013,56,12: | 2 |

Meanwhile, it became one of the key targets for some attackers. The integrity measurement in virtual machine has become an urgent problem. Some of the existing virtualization platform integrity measurement mechanism introduces the trusted computing technology, according to a trusted chain that the Trusted Platform Module(TPM) established for trusted root to measure the integrity of process in static. But this single chain static measurement cannot ensure the dynamic credible in platform running. To solve the problem that the virtual trusted platform can not guarantee the dynamic credibility, this paper put forward Dynamic Integrity Measurement Model(DIMM) based on virtual Trusted Platform Module(v TPM) which had been implemented with typical virtual machine monitor Xen as an example. | 15 | Paleoclimatic evolution indicated by major geochemical elements from aeolian sediments on the east of Qinghai Lake显示文摘As the largest inland lake of China, along with its unique landscape and geographical location, Qinghai Lake has got much atten- tion of the scientists for a long time. The precursors have done substantive researches by using the lake sediment, which deepen our understanding of the climate changes in this region. Although sand dunes and loess sediment are widely distributed around the lake, so far the researches on geochemical elements from aeolian sediment have been less reported. In this paper, we selected a typical aeolian profile on the east of Qinghai Lake. Based on systematic sampling and analysis of seven major geochemical elements, combined with OSL dating and previous researches, this paper discusses climate changes in the Qinghai Lake area since 12.5 ka B.P.. Our conclusions are: (1) Before 12.5 ka B.P., the climate in this region was dry, cold, and accompanied by strong wind-sand activities. (2) During 12.5-11.9 ka B.P., the climate became warm and wet. However, there was an abrupt climate cooling event during 12.2-11.9 ka B.P., which likely corresponded to the Younger Dryas event. (3) During 11.9-8.0 ka B.P., the climate fluctuated greatly and frequently from warm to cold, and three cooling events occurred. (4) During 8.0-2.6 ka B.P., the climate was warm and humid. | 17 | Agrobacterium-mediated Transformation of Rice (Oryza sativa L.) with Atrazine Chlorohydrolase Gene (atzA)显示文摘Atrazine chlorohydrolase gene (atzA) was cloned from Arthrobacter sp. AD1. A plant expression plasmid was constructed under the control of CaMV35s promoter and was used in rice transformation. The target gene was successfully introduced into mature embryos of a japonica rice cultivar Jindao 107 by Agrobacterium- mediated transformation and hundreds of transgenic plants were obtained. The exogenous atzA gene in the transgenic plants that expressed atrazine resistance was confirmed by Southern blot hybridization. The resistance experiments by spraying transgenic rice plants with 0.133% atrazine shown that most of the transgenic rice plants exhibited the resistance to herbicide atrazine.
