| 1 | Signal processing in underwater acoustic communication system for manned deep submersible 'Jiaolong'显示文摘For the first time in the world,underwater acoustic transmission of images,human voice,data and texts between vehicle under 7000 m depth and surface ship was accomplished by underwater acoustic communication system of manned deep submersible 'Jiaolong'.In this paper,signal processing in underwater acoustic communication system for manned deep submersible 'Jiaolong' is introduced.(1) Four communication methods are integrated to meet different needs:1) coherent underwater acoustic communication,with a variable transmission rate from 5 kbps to 15 kbps,to transmit images.2) Non-coherent underwater acoustic communication, with a transmission rate 300 bps,to transmit texts,instructions,and sensor data. 3) Spread spectrum underwater acoustic communication,with a transmission rate 16 bps,to transmit instructions.4) Underwater voice communication,using single sideband modulation to transmit human voice.(2) Signal processing method in coherent communication mainly consists of concatenation of decision feedback equalizer and Turbo decoder,and wavelet based image compression with fixed length coding.In the equalizer,Doppler compensation,multichannel combining and equalizer coefficients updating are all using fast self-optimized adaptive algorithm.(3) A linear hydrophone array is lowered from the mother ship to certain depth, and spatial diversity combining technology is adopted.(4) Diving trials of 'Jiaolong' were carried out in Pacific Ocean.The communication range can cover nearly all ocean depth.One optical/acoustic image can be transmitted in 7 or 14 seconds. | ZHU Weiqing ZHU Min WU Yanbo YANG Bo XU Lijun FU Xiang PAN Feng | 2013 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2013,32,1: | 7 |

| 5 | Ochratoxin A induces abnormal tryptophan metabolism in the intestine and liver to activate AMPK signaling pathway显示文摘Background Ochratoxin A(OTA)is a mycotoxin widely present in raw food and feed materials and is mainly pro-duced by Aspergillus ochraceus and Penicillium verrucosum.Our previous study showed that OTA principally induces liver inflammation by causing intestinal flora disorder,especially Bacteroides plebeius(B.plebeius)overgrowth.However,whether OTA or B.plebeius alteration leads to abnormal tryptophan-related metabolism in the intestine and liver is largely unknown.This study aimed to elucidate the metabolic changes in the intestine and liver induced by OTA and the tryptophan-related metabolic pathway in the liver.Materials and methods A total of 30 healthy 1-day-old male Cherry Valley ducks were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was given 0.1 mol/L NaHCO3 solution,and the OTA group was given 235μg/kg body weight OTA for 14 consecutive days.Tryptophan metabolites were determined by intestinal chyme metabolomics and liver tryptophan-targeted metabolomics.AMPK-related signaling pathway factors were analyzed by Western blot-ting and mRNA expression.Results Metabolomic analysis of the intestinal chyme showed that OTA treatment resulted in a decrease in intesti-nal nicotinuric acid levels,the downstream product of tryptophan metabolism,which were significantly negatively correlated with B.plebeius abundance.In contrast,OTA induced a significant increase in indole-3-acetamide levels,which were positively correlated with B.plebeius abundance.Simultaneously,OTA decreased the levels of ATP,NAD+and dipeptidase in the liver.Liver tryptophan metabolomics analysis showed that OTA inhibited the kynurenine metabolic pathway and reduced the levels of kynurenine,anthranilic acid and nicotinic acid.Moreover,OTA increased the phosphorylation of AMPK protein and decreased the phosphorylation of mTOR protein.Conclusion OTA decreased the level of nicotinuric acid in the intestinal tract,which was negatively correlated with B.plebeius abundance.The abnormal metabolism of tryptophan led to a deficiency of NAD+and ATP in the liver,which in turn activated the AMPK signaling pathway.Our results provide new insights into the toxic mechanism of OTA,and tryptophan metabolism might be a target for prevention and treatment. | Weiqing Ma Yang Fu Shanshan Zhu Daiyang Xia Shuangshuang Zhai Deqin Xiao Yongwen Zhu Michel Dione Lukuyu Ben Lin Yang Wence Wang | 2023 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,6: | 0 |

| 8 | Comparative Study on Grain Cadmium Content and Yield in Different Rice Varieties显示文摘[Objectives] The rice varieties with a low cadmium (Cd) content and a high yield were screened to provide reference for further experiments on moderate and high Cd-contaminated soils and local promotion.[Methods] Under the soil condition of a Cd content of 0.58mg/kg,differences in agronomic traits such as grain Cd content,yield,number of effective panicles,number of grains per panicle and 1 000-grain weight of 26 different rice varieties such as Huanghuazhan,Y Liangyou 9918 and T You 109,were studied by pot experiment.[Results] Such six varieties as Xiangyou 109,Tianfengyou 316,C Liangyou 651,Y Liangyou 3218,Y Liangyou 9918 and T You 109 had a relatively higher yield and relatively lower Cd content,which was because that their traits including panicle length,number of effective panicles and 1 000-grain weight were superior to other varieties.The correlation analysis between plant Cd content and yield showed that there was a negative correlation between Cd content and yield in rice.[Conclusions] This study provides a theoretical basis for cultivating suitable varieties in this area. | Weiqing FU Peng DU Jing ZHOU Guiyuan MENG | 2019 | Agricultural Biotechnology2019,8,5: | 0 |
